Where to even begin… let’s just start by saying that Jaimi with I choose you events and her entire team are everything and more!! I came across Jaimi during a time where I had recently lost my decor vendor due to health reasons. From the first email interaction I had with Jaimi, to our first phone call, I felt such at ease and like it had truly been a God thing, that led me to her team! Jaimi not only took over decor which by the way exceeded all my expectations of Boho, but also took on the roll of florist and wedding coordinator. It’s amazing all the things Jaimi can do and services she offers. It’s like getting 3 vendors all in one person which helps so much with communication and organization. I told Jaimi my floral budget and she stayed within that while making magic out of my boho vision! My florals and arch were so beautiful!! Her coordination/ planning were everything I needed during the wedding process. She was so organized, always so happy to answer any and all questions , kept all my vendors organized as it got closer to wedding day and lifted soooooo much weight off my shoulders . She is worth every penny!! I was someone who didn’t think I needed a planner or coordinator , but WOW! Once I hired Jaimi , I understood why so many brides always say you need one. On wedding day , she was prompt to arrive , decorated the venue in the most beautiful way , kept our timeline rolling and made the best day of our life actually be the best day of our life , because we were able to enjoy it to the fullest stress free! Jaimi, thank you a million times !! Thankful our paths crossed and that I gained a friend in you!

I am so so THANKFUL I found Jaimi and her team! If you want the absolute wedding of your dreams (even if that means having adoptable puppies!!), you need Jaimi! The vendors she recommended to us were top-notch and provided exceptional service. Jaimi was there for us from day one and thought of every single little detail to make sure we had the most perfect and memorable day. She also did all of our florals and decorations, which were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! With Jaimi, you won’t feel like just another client - she’ll treat you like a friend she’s known her entire life. (And if you want someone with a sense of humor, she’s absolutely your gal!) We cannot say enough about Jaimi and her team! From the beginning Jaimi went above and beyond to create our dream wedding. We chose her as our day of event coordinator and florist for our wedding, but she was way more than that! Jaimi and I Choose You was the best decision made for our wedding. She was so in tune with my vision, my budget and how I wanted the day to go. She did our linens, flowers, aisle, day-of coordination, EVERYTHING. She was super responsive when I messaged her about any decision and was super knowledgeable about the little details that I wouldn’t have thought of. I should note that I was living in Minnesota and planning a Florida wedding and it was still so smooth. Not a single stem was out of place on the day. It was absolutely gorgeous. Not only did I get the best day ever because of Jaimi’s support, but I also gained a new friend.

I’m posting this review on behalf of my husband and myself. Jaimi served as our full service wedding planner, decor provider, florist, and personal supporter. We live in Illinois and had a wedding in Tampa, which seemed very overwhelming to start. Once we hired Jaimi, she put our mind at ease throughout the entire process. She provided direction, reminders, inspiration ideas, vendor suggestions and handled all of the little things and big things that need to be taken care of for an out of state wedding. She also was a great emotional support along the way. Her attention to detail and ability to execute our clean, modern, and elegant wedding vision within our budget was remarkable. On the day of our wedding, we worried about nothing. She ensured we were taken care of, as well as our dearest family members, and guests. She was so amazing that I still have people who attended our wedding asking me who she was, because she was so kind and was always checking on people to make sure their needs were met. She also coordinated all of the vendors to ensure things were seamless. If there were mishaps, I didn’t know about them. Overall, I would recommend Jaimi 100% as a wedding planner and day of coordinator. Simply put, she was just amazing personally and professionally. Are you ready? Every single person needs a Jaimi. She was my person in every aspect of this experience. I originally wasn’t going to hire a planner - but I didn’t want the stress to be on mine or my families shoulders the day of. I found Jaimi from a facebook wedding group. She was truly a godsend. I never worried, I never felt unheard. She listened, she checked in, she kept me on top of the items I needed to do. Wedding day, Jaimi checked in with me to make sure my day was running smoothly. She set up and broke down my WHOLE wedding. My ceremony, my cocktail hour & my reception. My day was completely perfect. I worried I wasn’t expressing my vision enough, but when I walked into Haus 820 before my guest did. I cried because Jaimi brought my vision to life. Thank you Jaimi for EVERYTHING. I refused to allow myself to stress on this day, and with Jaimi’s help – I accomplished that goal.

Jaimi is absolutely AMAZING!!! My husband and I got married on 3/6/22 and we had I Choose You Events help us with planning, florals and decor, and officiating our ceremony. Jaimi was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. She took off so much of the stress that brides typically have. She killed it with our florals and decor. It was actually better than I had envisioned myself, which is amazing. Our ceremony was short and very sentimental which is exactly what my husband and I asked for. We are so grateful for Jaimi and her staff. I highly recommend working with them!!!!

“Jaimi was as cool as a cucumber”. This was what I have heard from some of our vendors. This is exactly what I experienced also. We hired Jaimi as our day of coordinator and consider that the best money we spent! She set up and managed our wedding in a public, commercial space while there were customers shopping. Oh yeah, there was also a tropical storm out there that she had to deal with. Everything was exactly as we had envisioned it, and I can’t imaging the hard work she and her team (Kim and Jay) did to make it all happen the way we wanted. First things first, Jaimi was amazing! My previous coordinator somehow disappeared from the planet 3 months before the wedding and after 2 months of trying to find her I gave up and began looking for a new one. Jaimi called me back immediately after I left her the initial message and talked to me for what had to have been over an hour on the phone about what happened, what I was needing, and telling me about her services. By the end of the phone call, she was hired. From that phone call until the end of the wedding she had it all together and was on my team. She did an amazing job making sure everything was set up and ready to go and worked well with the rest of my vendors. I couldn't have been happier. I HIGHLY recommend you call her. Shes da bomb.

I originally hired Jaimi as my day of coordinator for my 11/27/21 wedding, but she ended up being so much more!! Her team set up and broke down my ENTIRE wedding, flipped the room after the ceremony, and also did my full florals and decor- and everything turned out better than I could have imagined! From the moment I hired her, Jaimi was always there for me during the entire planning process and helped me with choosing vendors, making design decisions, and easing my mind about everything! She made everything run so smoothly on my wedding day, constantly checked up on me, and put out little fires that I didn’t even know about! My dad was in a fender bender on the way to my wedding with a car full of my personal items and decor, and she sent someone to go get everything from him and set it all up herself!! And I had no idea this happened until after the wedding! She made sure that I stayed 100% stress free. Everyone on her team was also so talented, kind, and detail oriented. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her, she made our day feel so special and magical. You 100% NEED her at your wedding!!

I hired her for wedding coordination but she quickly became my florist and decor person when i saw her amazing work. She is highly detailed and walks through EVERY step of the process with you, no question went unanswered and she was there for anything we needed or hadn't thought of. She was the back bone of my wedding and because of her it went off without a hitch.

Words literally cannot being to describe how wonderful Jaimi is. From the moment we first chatted on the phone, she said to me that I should "think of her as my wedding planning BFF"....and that's exactly what she was. We hired Jaimi to help us with the entire planning process, PLUS she was also our Officiant, and did all of our Florals and Decor. She's literally a one-stop-shop which took so much stress out of finding other vendors. She also recommended a photographer/videographer to us, whom we absolutely loved! Even when things proved difficult due to Hurricane Ian forcing us to postpone our wedding, Jaimi went above and beyond giving us the opportunity to still get married on our 'wedding date'. Once our wedding was rescheduled, Jaimi once again handled everything like a champ. I literally can said that I felt no stress (other than natural nerves) on the days leading up to our big day. We've laughed together, cried together, vented together... and ultimately our wedding was everything we could have ever imagined and more. We love you so much Jaimi, thank you for everything, truly!
