Annah is the absolute greatest and we are SO thankful to have had her be a part of our wedding planning and wedding itself! Throughout the entire process, Annah continued to show how much she cares about her clients and how much her experience comes in handy throughout the hectic planning and day itself! We booked for month of planning package and honestly wished we would have booked her for more because of how amazing she did throughout everything- she is the real deal!! She helped us with so much with coordination of everyone and it was so amazing not having to worry about set up and tear down! She's so intentional about how she provides support in a way that helps you as a couple make the day your own, but with her knowledge and expertise! I always felt supported, cared for, and the day-of I felt stress free!! AND she did this all despite not having prior experience at our venue/this area! Annah is truly the best! Annah was so great, she made my wedding day go smoothly and without any issues. She is absolutely the best. She is very-well organized, professional, skilled and very friendly. It felt like having a fairy God mother when she was there to help our and resolve any issues. Hiring a day of planner was easily the best money spent for our big day. Having Annah involved made my life (mostly) stress free but our wedding day better than we could imagine! Even though she was our "day of planner" that didn't mean she wasn't keeping in touch through out the months/days leading up. She was incredibly easy to get along with and had great suggestions when navigating unexpected speed bumps. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants to have a pleasant planning experience and a low stress wedding day! She will ensure that you have nothing to do other than show up and enjoy your day! <3

Annah is the best wedding planner you could ever have!! If you want someone who is knowledgable and down-to-earth to work with, she is your gal. We instantly clicked on our initial phone call together and she would check in with me monthly as I hired her for our day-of wedding coordinator and design. But she went above and beyond by giving us vendor recommendations, one-month prior verifications with vendors, and would keep in touch with us when we were really stressed. She also SAVED the day when my florist backed out and she was able to use her connections to have flowers ordered and arranged in time for our wedding. She even picked them up and brought them to the venue. During the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly and it did! I would definitely recommend hiring Annah for your wedding planning services!!

If you’re looking for a stress free wedding day, I highly recommend hiring Annah from Everlasting Affair! We hired Annah for our beach wedding this October and it was one of the best decisions we made. She's kind, highly organized and doesn't miss a beat. She set up the decor just how I wanted without me having to lift a finger. On the day of, right before ceremony start, it started to storm. I was getting worried but Annah was at the ceremony site and then back to check on me multiple times to make sure all was good. She kept me calm and worked with the venue to push back the ceremony and salvage the decor. Without her, I would have had to run around like crazy to make sure everything was okay. Instead, I got to sit back and drink mimosas with the girls with peace of mind knowing she had it covered. The storm passed and we had a beautiful sunset ceremony. During the reception, she kept everything on time so that we could dance the night away and then afterwards neatly boxed up all of our decor and packed it in our hotel room. Instead of cleaning up, I got to spend time with family and friends. Thank you so much Annah for doing all the heavy lifting so that we could truly enjoy our special day worry free. I can’t recommend you enough :)

I mean it when I say that my husband and I could not have pulled off our wedding this past December without the help of Annah, the lovely lady behind Everlasting Affair. I mean we might have, but we would have been under so much more stress and would have forgotten so many important details leading up to and during the wedding. We were set on hiring a coordinator for our 125-guest wedding after feeling like we worked the entire day of our daughter’s 50-person baby shower. Immediately upon first speaking with Annah over the phone, I felt drawn to her energy and sincerity. And upon meeting her in person, it felt as if she was a long-term friend. Upon learning of her services, we went with Annah’s month-of coordination, which included in-depth meetings and regular check-ins during the weeks leading up to our wedding day, regular communication with each of our vendors, coordination of our rehearsal ceremony, set up and break down our wedding decorations, and keeping track of the entire wedding day. Yes, this was all her, and all while maintaining such a reassuring and enthusiastic attitude. We highly highly recommend Annah!

I don’t even know where to start — Annah is incredible and you NEED her when planning your wedding, even if you think you don’t! I was a DIY bride and had most of my vendors booked before I hired her, but I was still stressing over who would handle the week of/day of tasks and just having someone to provide guidance throughout the planning process! From the moment I signed my contract, she sent me a timeline for reference, checked in, and always responded so quickly when I had any question! If it wasn’t for her, our wedding day, heck wedding month, would not have gone as smooth as it did! She was definitely my calmness on the day of! Annah was a huge help with my wedding planning stress. As a Type-A bride who has been an event planner myself, I needed someone organized and professional who could help execute my vision. Three months before my wedding a major sporting event was moved to the same weekend and completely surrounded the reception venue. This ended up causing major logistical issues and Annah helped us navigate them all. From revising the timeline several times to accommodate changes in schedule to communicating very specific access instructions to the various vendors, Annah helped us tie up all the loose ends and gave me peace of mind through the worries and last minute issues that came up. Throughout the day of the wedding, she felt like a friend in my corner (as evidenced by the photo of her fanning me while I was getting into my dress) and was always in the background running things and making sure things were going smoothly. And after the reception she made sure all the supplies were gathered and made it into the hands of my bridal party - even dropping my phone off at the hotel after she found I left it behind. Annah went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come true.

Annah with Everlasting Affair was a fantastic and professional event coordinator. We had the privilege of working together on a wedding as vendors (I was the videographer). Her calm demeanor was a huge asset in responding to any crises that happened throughout the day. She was very organized and was able to answer any questions about what was going to happen next throughout the day. She worked well with the venue, DJ, Photographer, and caterers to keep the day on track despite some very complicated circumstances. Prior to the event she made contact with me and introduced herself, providing all the information I needed to know before showing up to capture the day. Where to even begin!! Annah was our month of coordinator for our December wedding and let me tell you, she is a ROCKSTAR! Even though we only had her for the month of service I was still able to contact her and ask questions throughout my planning process and she was always super helpful! Annah is very professional but still makes the whole experience personable and fun! We definitely had a very difficult set up day off as we had maybe about 500 cylinder vases (LOL) but Annah absolutely killed it without any hiccups!
