When choosing an event planner, we didn't know what to expect. Rena was able to help us take all of our ideas and turn it into a cohesive vision. She took the time to get to know me and my husband, ensuring that we both were able to take part in the planning process. She is organized and transparent with constant updates, timelines and reminders. This made the whole planning process stress-free for our families and something we could actually enjoy doing together. We never doubted that Rena had our best interest at heart. If something wasn't exactly perfect, Rena took it upon herself to do what she needed to do to fix it. She was also a voice of reason when we had different opinions and needed to make final decisions about flowers, decor, etc. I was also able to be creative with her and she helped me come up with less traditional twists like suspended florals or velvet linens. During our wedding I didn't worry at all. Everything I was thinking, Rena had already done. Throughout this whole process she was always on her A-game (always a few steps ahead!), making her the best at what she does. It was an unbelievable feeling being able to just live in the moment the day of our wedding, rather than worrying if certain things were getting done. Rena exceeded all of our expectations and was able to turn our vision into a reality. She helped us choose the best vendors and worked endlessly to make sure that we got everything that we wanted and we plan on using her again (and again, and again!)

We hired Event Lab for Month-Of Coordination and I do not know how we would have survived without Rena and Luis! Even though we "only" had them for month-of-coordinating, Rena never hesitated to answer any questions I had about vendors or anything relating to the wedding in the months leading up to our big day. In the month prior, Rena made everything so stress-free for me, communicating with vendors, making a day-of timeline, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. Day-of, I got the full bridal experience. Everything was taken care of and I could just sit back, enjoy being with friends and family, and soak it all up. Rena and Luis not only executed mine and my husband's vision, they exceeded it. They took my ideas and made them even more beautiful than I expected. I cried walking into our ceremony and reception because it was all just so perfect. It was the most perfect day of my life and absolutely nothing went wrong, which was due in no small part to the Event Lab team. I can't recommend Rena and Luis enough! You need them!!

Luis and team did an unbelievable job with our wedding! He took all the pressure off of my wife and I so that we were able to enjoy the day! Even more, Luis as an eye for design and theming! He took our ideas and transformed them into the wedding of our dreams! Further still, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and it could not have been easier for us, as Luis coordinated with all our Vendors to change the date. This decision to postpone was extremely difficult on its own and it was so reassuring to have Luis by our side to handle everything else! Overall I would highly recommend Event Lab for any events!!
