Nan was so kind, so professional, so easy to work with and so helpful. She abided by pandemic guidelines while ensuring that we had a quality wedding. She answered questions promptly and offered guidance on getting the license and certificate. She shared samples of wedding vows to help us find the perfect words to say how we felt. She came to our home to perform the beautiful backyard ceremony. She was prompt, efficient, set-up, took pictures and fit right in. She played the perfect music for our tastes. Our 8 guests and our Zoom guests commented that they loved our wedding officiant and loved her words during the ceremony. Her prices were very reasonable but what she did for us was worth more than what she charged! She helped make our wedding such a happy experience in spite of the pandemic.

Ceremonies by Nan were wonderful. Nan knew her venues and was able to give us good advice on wedding locations based on time of year, size, and pricing. We did not want traditional vows so she provided us with examples that we could cut and paste or add to our own vows to make them specific to us. Nan helped us coordinate a sand ceremony to symbolize the blending of our two families. I would recommend her services to everyone. She gave us here undivided attention and made our ceremony beautiful and perfect! Everyone raved at how special, individualized, and absolutely wonderful the ceremony was.

My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive way to have a small marriage ceremony but nice and comfortable for our friends and family. Nan was so professional and accommodating she had no issue in helping us plan and also for our own pastor to perform our marriage ceremony. She played elegant music for us and took some really awesome pictures and let us use her studio for our ceremony and small reception for cutting our cake and Toasting to our marriage. Our family and friends enjoyed themselves it was very laid back,fun,and comfortable atmosphere. She was very sweet and understanding of our interests and helped us with our vows. Also since we were needing to have our wedding on short notice so my husband can adopt my son, she made room in her calendar to fit our occasion in so we would have full use of her studio and was able to accommodate our seating for our guests. Overall she helped make our day very special,close,intimate and important for everyone that was involved -our family and friends. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone that is awesome and professional and caring about the situations of her individual clients as well as the combined interests and relationship of the couple having the marriage ceremony. We wanted a simple, intimate ceremony to cosummate our marriage so we researched private wedding officiants in the Tampa area and came across the name of Nan Klater. In reading the reviews about Nan's services, we felt that she is the wedding officiant for us, so we sent her a message. Nan responded within hours and set up a call and face2face meeting for us to discuss our options. She was very professional yet had a personal touch that made us feel that our preferences are very important to her. She recommended Fred Ball Park as our wedding venue, which was perfect for us. We liked the idea of exchanging our vows in a nice gazebo, close enough to the water. Nan offered several samples of wedding vows and from those, we came up with our own, personalized wedding vows. On our wedding day, Nan was right on time (she arrived at the venue ahead of us) and had everything in place, even the music. The pictures that she took before, during and after our wedding are all wonderful. They captured everything that was meaningful to us on our special day, and more.
