My wife and I went to see the Fever Adele Candlelight concert last night. We were at this theater a few months ago to see a different Candlelight concert (classic rock). It’s a nice, small classic theater, and it has free parking. I really like it. The theater is a little old. It is very comfortable though.

Great place to have an event. We had our traditional Nigerian engagement here and it was a great experience from top to bottom. Maggie helped make sure our event was amazing. She was super flexible and it was a one of a kind day. The Grand-ballroom is beautiful. I’d recommend this place for events 10/10 times. Thanks again Maggie!

Went to see FEVER from Bach to Beatles in the theater, it was wonderful. The atmosphere was romantic and beautiful with the candle light. The building was historic and the ballroom looked lovely. Free parking in the buildings parking lot. Masks were mandatory but it was not enforced.

This is a beautiful, historic theater. We seen a candlight concert tonight on our anniversary. It was incredible. The seats are a little uncomfortable but it is a beautiful theater.

This building was built in the late 1800's. Architecturally amazing. Ventured to the bar upstairs and sat in a ballroom that had been set up for a wedding previously. What a beautiful place to have any event of that nature. I experienced a Spanish guitarist performing in the theater. Acoustics were fantastic but the seats were a little narrow. I really enjoyed the experience.

I highly recommend this beautiful historical place for all of your special events and celebrations. It's truly represents beautiful old Tampa at it finest. My 12 hear old daughter and I went to see one of the Candlelight Concerts featuring Tampa City Ballet and it was amazing. The concert and the venue. We loved the theater, it felt magical, like we were walking into the past where so many people and artists walked in the past century, it also has free parking on the side so I felt safe just parking my car there.

Very nice classic venue from a bygone era. Of course modernized with modern amenities. My wife was a vendor for anrpo event held here. If the need or opportunity arises I would definitely consider this place. Wedding, retirement or special birthday party, corporate event, etc. Well done. 👍

I had a great experience there with the Candle light events, im going to be honest the building is beautiful and full of history and it smells a lil like history too lol. but they cant do anything about that, ybor city cant be renovated because its a historic site, so for that they are good. plus the bar service was amazing

What an elegant historic building. I've been to Centro Asturiano several times for different events and each time I notice a unique feature. The building was recently updated and it's absolutely impressive. From the intricate woodwork to the elegant chandeliers. The Centro Asturiano is sure to impress. I have attended several High Tea parties that were sponsored by local organizations and put together by those that attended. Each one was a wonderful experience and something I look forward to in the future. My most recent visit I was invited to participate in an evening of Drag Queen Bingo. It was absolutely hilarious and a fun filled way to spend time. My only complaint was the fact that the event was scheduled from 7pm to 10pm and we were completely finished by 8:15. I don't think it had anything to do with the planning of the Centro Asturiano, I believe it was the entertainer/bingo caller/Drag Queen. However, a good time was had. I would most certainly recommend attending an event here and I think holding an event at the Centro Asturiano would be something neither you or your guests would soon forget.

Was there for a meeting for DPR construction a town hall with some of the top level people wanting to know what was going on in the field and any other questions we had passing the mic around good informative Town Hall meeting. Some of the top level people address the concerns that we all had and are looking into others a very productive meeting. They catered in some food from LivyO's Catering Company for us. The food was delicious if I have an event I will definitely remember the catering company thanks DPR construction for a very good Town Hall.

The Acoustics in this place where I'm standing in the front row seats were absolutely horrible the building is a year old and so are the seats. The balcony however had beautiful seeds well cushioned and a better view of the stage. The people that work there were kind and courteous and full of information when I had asked about the building and how old it was in the history behind it.

Attended Candlelight: Classic Rock on Strings. The String Quartet that performed this evening was incredible! The venue was an unexpected surprise! Simply beautiful. Every member of the event team was knowledgeable and provided exemplary customer service. We will return for additional shows!

The location is beautiful and easy to get to. However, if you are going to make everyone sign a waiver that they have to wear their masks inside and then allow 3/4 of the people to not wear their masks and only complain to a handful of them, you need to decide what you actually want. People who are visiting to do. Do. We understand that you all can't police it, but when we came in you were extremely strict and went over the mask policy several times and people would walk mere steps away and take their masks off for the majority of the night.

We went to see Candlelight Fever and the show was awesome. It gave us an opportunity to relax and enjoy after the busy lifestyles we have. We had a problem with our car and the security helped us out by providing his mobile phone so we could call the car assistance. It was a great evening.

This building is more than 100 years old, but is in very good condition. The acoustics of the concert hall are also very good. My only complaint is about the seating. The seats are very narrow and the rows are spaced too close together. So the leg room is cramped. Seems like the seating was sized for junior high school students.

Attended a candlelight concert here. The theatre is beautiful, lots of architectural detail. There was an bar and it's own parking. Lots of historical photos to see. Beautiful place.

It is closed, so just had a look outside. The building is far from the center of Ybor city. It is quite alone and I don't think it is not worthy to walk for 15 mins.

The venue itself is beautiful but I went there for an event and the seating was not comfortable at all, hard seats, very small and cramped. Parking can be a bit of a mess, you park in a field not really organized took over half an hour to get out. Overall the experience at this venue was okay, a bit underwhelming tbh.

This is a beautiful venue for all parties, showers and weddings! They have a variety of different rooms and work with many vendors in Tampa. Their staff is extremely helpful! Ginny helped me every step of the way and provided me with vendors since I didn't know any in the area! I would recommend this venue for all events! The building itself is so beautiful you don't need too many decorations.

This historical building is beautiful. Full bars available for your event. The restrooms off the ballroom are nicely modern. There is a cigar room on the main floor that adds a definite ambiance (smell) that harkens back to an older, gentler Tampa.

A great fest every year! The prices for most items were unreasonably expensive and good tasting. Parking is challenging although there is a free lot.

Attended the "Feztival of Trees" and it was fun. Just make a $2 donation to the Shrines club and buy some tickets for 50 cents each and drop your tickets in the box next to the tree of your choice! Many wonderful trees and gifts to choose from. If you win you get everything associated with that tree, even the tree itself! Plus all the gifts under the tree and all gifts on the tree.

I will recommend to anybody that plan to go to Ybor City to schedule a visit to the Centro Asturiano, you will be rewarded with a magnificent sample of how the cigar workers of the 19 and 20 century entertain themselves, and how important was the Club as a part of their social, entertaining, and whole life. The building is a architect jewel of that era, its history is fascinating.

We went there tonight for the Feztival of Trees by the Shriners. Thanks to Charlie Belcher from FOX 13 News who advertised, I was finally able to go into this beautiful building with such a historic past. Only gave 5 stars because we were not able to visit the whole place.

If this was where the Saturday portion of the Cuban sandwich Festival was, yes I was there but it is nothing that would excite me for any reason and I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years which is my entire life and I have never seen this location before. I only thank God that I went there late in the morning till approximately 1 pm. The neighborhood is sketchy and I actually had a homeless person sleeping directly beside my car. 3 people asked me if I could spare change, two people asked if they could help me walk to my car and one asked if he could wash my car when we got to it. If I was in this area in the evening time I would have two guns, one gun for protection and the other gun for if the first gun stopped working or I ran out of bullets. Beware.

We went to a candlelight performance here which was fine. Although the old building is beautiful, I don't understand why in a state where plants grow like jungles, the entrance step gardens are completely neglected and trashy. It would be so easy to make this area beautiful with native plants. Even grass or gravel would be better. Even on Google Street view it's a mess.

The building when I saw it was impressive, but when I entered the room I was ufff... A good stage, the lousy and uncomfortable seats (lack of a remodeling of them) seems not to have had a type of remodeling for the comfort of the spectators since the 50's or its construction. Un buen escenario, las butacas pésimas e incómodas (falta de una remodelación de las mismas) pareciera no Aver tenido ni un tipo de remodelación para comodidad de los espectadores desde los 50's o su edificación.
