We held our ceremony & reception at WOW in August 2021 - our wedding had been postponed twice and, when rescheduling for our third date, we decided to switch venues and we are so happy we did! We had our wedding on the 7th floor which was the perfect vibe and cost for us! Working with Emily was fantastic - she was so helpful and informative and very communicative! The food was amazing and we were so happy with the package options we had - we loved the way everything looked and flowed! We also attended one of their decor shows, which I highly recommend - it was so fun, provided great inspiration, and we got some discounts from it! If you are looking for a great venue for both ceremony & reception or even just reception, we highly recommend Windows on Washington!

We had an excellent experience at WOW! The venue itself is just gorgeous! We were very happy with the food and received lots of compliments from our guests. Our bartender was super friendly. The free shuttle back to our hotel, where many of our guests stayed, was a nice bonus that WOW offers. The only negative thing we can say is that we thought Emily, the sales and event coordinator, was very unprofessional. She would talk poorly to us about people we had hired like our photographer, DJ, etc. I would leave worried about who I hired when in fact, they turned out to be nothing short of amazing. She told us the entertainment group we hired would not be welcomed in the future. This is despite their excellent reviews. She based this on past experiences as our wedding had not taken place yet. Not being able to have them, would be a big loss for future weddings. I even pulled extra tip money out of my purse. That's how much we loved them. While searching for someone to do our cake, one place stated they don't do WOW weddings. It was another business with excellent reviews. We couldn't help but wonder after both of those things if Emily was the problem. She would talk negatively about other weddings to us. Saying things like, "I will be avoiding this wedding". She would make me feel bad about decisions that we were making. For example, I said that I wanted my wedding party's significant others at the head table. She responded by saying, "I don't think it looks good when you have people in normal clothes at the head table." We just felt like she was so negative and left us wondering if she was burnt out on doing weddings. She did not make us feel good during our exciting time that's for sure! She actually had us worrying more than necessary. Overall, our wedding turned out beautiful! Everything went smoothly the day of. All things considered, I would recommend this venue.

Anyone looking to host a wedding in STL should check out WOW. They are affordable and professional to work with. We worked with Emily and she was such a joy to work with and truly made the entire process go seamless and smooth. Shout out to Jackie as well who worked our event that evening. She is an incredible addition to the WOW team. She is so friendly and courteous.

WOW was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Emily and all of the staff were professional, easy to get ahold of, and so helpful in making our vision come to life. The space is so beautiful, and we had the freedom to make it our own while still using lots of their in house decor - which made setting up and taking down much easier. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space!

My favorite wedding venue in downtown Saint Louis! The location was perfect for all of our out of town guests. From the welcome committee with champagne to the shuttle bus providing transportation to hotel at the end of the night, everything went perfectly! Emily was our coordinator and she was always available to answer all of our questions and give us great advice. We had our ceremony and reception on the same floor and my guests loved how seamless everything was and how the evening flowed perfectly. Food was great and drinks were strong. I can't say enough nice things about all of the staff at WOW. Thank you so so much!

Very nice venue for a wedding. There is a bit of a muffled acoustic echo due to room composition so DJ speakers were hard to understand or hear what was being said by DJ. (Announcements). Staff was very accommodating. Drinks/cocktail pours were very weak but food was very good.

Very nice and big place to host any event especially weddings. The staff were friendly. I especially liked the glass flower fountain with the ceiling water spouts pouring into the fountain as you walked in the first floor. Very big parking area a few blocks up to park your car as well as a shuttle to drop and pick you up. Definitely need to check this place out.

Nice venue to host an event. The drink selection was decent and they offered a special cocktail. The staff was attentive and they served a nice selection of hors d'oeuvres–the shrimp was great! The decor was a bit plain but that might work well for your event if you intend to decorate.

Great venue for prom! Both my JR and SR prom was held here on the top floor. 3 floors all with pretty views, nice screen in patio, and Dale Chihuly pieces and chandeliers everywhere. Includes built in bar and hardwood dance floor. Food is buffet style and taste delicious!! Highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes because the floor is concrete besides the dance floor. Also recommend car pooling or having someone drop/off pickup at venue.

This is an excellent venue for weddings and can support several weddings at the same time. The only challenge is if all the guests need to use the elevator at the same time. The venue has a parking lot, which is very helpful in this downtown place near City Museum.

I was just married this past July ,my experience was not what I expected, as dinner was being served the guest was being served before the wedding party ,, some of the food was cold ,some guest didn't get any dinner rolls served they ranned out and to top it off all the wedding cake was not served to every guest, the cake was taken away before the bride and groom had finish eating their slice it just seemed as if the employees were rushing to do their job. The wedding was beautiful...

I attended my sister's wedding at WoW on Saturday night. The staff was great, very accommodating, and definitely rolled with the punches when some last-minute issues popped up, keeping everyone's stress levels at a minimum. The glass art installation in the lobby is quite nice. Very much reminds me of some of the pieces at the Chihuly Museum in Seattle. Physical space was very nice; combination of minimalist industrial accented by the large, dark wooden bar that runs along one side of the room. It was a great setting for a wonderful night.

Had great experience, everything was standing except find the parking lot for the shuttle. We had to drive in a circle several times because GPS was giving the wrong direction, telling you to go left when it was a right

Gorgeous venue, had an amazing time. Only downfall is the difficulty your group might have getting to it. When you choose a venue downtown you sacrifice ease of access, nothing you can do about that.

I just had my wedding at WOW this past weekend and it was perfect. Emily was so helpful in the planning process. She answered all of my questions and emails promptly and she was very knowledgeable on everything WOW. The venue is so beautiful, it truly sells itself. The event went very smoothly. We were ready for dinner earlier than scheduled and that was no problem for the staff at WOW. They served quickly and I didn’t even notice them clearing the tables. Everything was quick and very clean. An added bonus that was very appreciated by myself and my guest was the shuttle that ran between the venue, the reserved parking lot, and the hotel I had blocked. It gave me peace of mind to know that my guests were getting to their hotel safely. I would definitely recommend WOW to anyone looking for an event venue!
