Laurie made me and my husband's wedding SO wonderful. I cannot rave enough about Orlando's and Laurie. She made our entire planning experience so easy, personalized, stress free and was beyond accommodating. She upgraded a lot of things for us and spoiled us. Our wedding reception was perfect, the staff was so helpful and friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. I was blown away at the tasting by the homemade delicious options. The Orlando family served everyone and treated you like family. They are so affordable and the quality is excellent. I can't recommend them enough!

Orlando’s did an AMAZING job at setting up my wedding. I chose this place because I wanted a hands-off wedding, where I didn’t have to do much. That’s where Orlando’s stepped in. They handled food, drinks, planning, and even set up all my decor! They made it look gorgeous. They also did a great job keeping it COVID safe. I would recommend to anyone!

Very nice venue. The catering staff were very polite and efficient - (kitchen located within the facility) the facility manager was very helpful and proffessional in getting things set up for and working a wedding reception. The entire night went very well. The bride and groom indicated to me that they were very pleased with the way things went. (I normally don't get feedback about the venue and facility staff - just my services) I highly recommend this venue.

The place is very nice. Everything was arranged in a timely manner. The staff was very pleasant. Ensure that you ask details about your party. Ask the important questions like, when does your dinner / lunch/ breakfast start and when does it end. Ask the important questions about what exactly is being served. Also be sure that you asked the same question about the alcohol of which you have purchased.

This place is absolutely gorgeous to host any event!! I was their for a repass, for my first time. Yes, I would rent this for an event! However much it cost, it's worth it! The restrooms were cleaned and fully stocked with supplies!

I attended a wedding / wedding reception here on September 18th. They had a salad as part of the reception meal that is Orlando reception institution with house made dressing. The salad lived up to it's reputation of being delicious. They also had a pasta salad that had no real flavor, a stuffed chicken that had passable flavor but was dry and a prime rib that also was tasty but was dry. The mashed white potatoes and sweet potatoes were both flavorful and enjoyable. The rolls that were served were soft and tasty. The staff / bartenders that were available were friendly and very professional although it looked like they were ready for us to leave because there were a few more receptions / events to close the evening out, there at Orlando's Event Center. Overall I had a very nice time at Orlando's.

Saturday, March 13, 2021 was our first of five children to get married. The Orlando family was absolutely lovely to work with. Mike, initially showed us around. He was absolutely easy to work with and understanding of the crazy things going on in the world yet still planned a phenomenal reception. Jordan was very accommodating to our daughter and coordinated setting up our daughters decor. Gloria was our room attendant that night. The room was run like a wheel oiled machine! The night went off with zero problems and the staff was amazing. The bartender was awesome, food was really good, and all wait staff superb. We highly recommend this venue. We appreciate Orlando’s making the reception a glorious event!!

After losing our first rehearsal dinner location due to Covid issues, Orlandos graciously took us in last minute. We had our rehearsal dinner here in July and everything was AMAZING. The staff was excellent, the pricing was extremely affordable, and the food was DELICIOUS! People are still raving about the steak. We had a great time at Orlando’s and hope to be guests there again some day!

Went to a wedding reception at Orlando's last night. The hall was clean, decorated lovely and the food was delicious! The owner was very hospitable and I saw the employees checking with the brides parents several times to make sure things were going smoothly. Very impressed with Orlando's.

We were looking for a venue for a "celebration of life" memorial service for our daughter. We had a wedding reception at Orlando's a few years ago, so we called them first. They handled everything for us from start to finish so that we could focus on our guests and enjoying the event. The food was good, everything was set up when we got there, and all of the Orlando's employees were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We used Orlando's Catering for our Aug. 2019 wedding and we highly recommend them! They are very good at what they do with many years of experience so you are in great hands. We worked with Scott & Joyce who were both really cool and friendly and also very accommodating with setting up meetings and tastings around our busy work schedules, which I really appreciated. They also have several package options to choose from so you can find what's best for your event and your budget. We went to one of their Tasting Event nights, and I recommend attending one of these if you can because it was actually pretty fun, and nice, and you get to try a ton of the food! And of course their food is delicious!

The food was delicious and is a real value compared to many other St. Louis area reception venues. I was so incredibly happy with their staff and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Very nice and elegant decor. Clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Wore masks and gloves as it is still during covid. The food was good and varied at the event I went to and I recommend it if you like healthy is food. Good seasoning. I recommend for family gatherings, small banquets of 50 or less, or business conferences or churches as well. I donr know prices though. Easy to find, just off of 270. And with schnucks and the dollar store literally next to it, decorating would be very simple I imagine.

My husband and I had our reception here on 10-26-19. Orlando's is phenomenal! They have a variety of options given to you no matter what your budget is (ours was on the smaller side), and they are always available to answer any questions you might have along the way! Laurie is super accommodating (we had numerous people RSVP at the last minute and Laurie made it work seamlessly). And we also got rave reviews on all the food from everyone at our reception!

Orlando's was really nice. The decor was lovely. I didn't know they had several event rooms within the building. The food was decent; just not a fan of pink meat, prefer well done. Overall I would rate them 9 out of 10.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!!! The Orlando's are so so very nice, they get the job done, answer all & any questions. Their word is BOND... O.K. now getting to your actual event.... the location is VERY clean, the bathrooms are immaculate, the gathering area is clean and very well maintained. OMG & the FOOD!!!!!! It's delicious, you can't go wrong with whatever you decide to have on your menu, the bar tenders are great very respectful & the DO NOT WATER DOWN YOUR DRINKS!!!! My guest LOVED my event, I have NOTHING NEGATIVE to say, I had my 50th here and it was fabulous, any events that the Bass's have in the future will be @ Orlando's garden NO DOUBT about that. Love this venue!!!!

This was really a hidden gem. Very lovely for events. I attended a women's luncheon on a Sunday afternoon. There were approximately 500 women in attendance. While the food was pretty good, it was delivered via plate service. While those around us were being served their entree, we had yet to receive our salads. And after asking a different server, we were served salad that was wilted and a bit sour. When our entree was served, the speaker was beginning. I am hoping that this was just a minor glitch, as our entree, while cold, was still very good. Just a few tweaks would make this a wonderful event location!

Beautiful venue! I came here for my friends baby shower. The entrance to the building, halls, and bathrooms are nicely decorated. Her banquet room was nice and large. The food provided by Orlando's was delicious as well.

Laurie and Jordan were very helpful throughout from planning all the way down to the last minute of my big day, and were happy to answer any questions I had when I had them. Very nice! Went for an awards/fund raising dinner. Event space is thoughtfuly laid out. Very clean & well kept, easy parking. It would be gorgeous for a wedding reception. The food was great. Hor devours were served with cocktail hour and they were excellent. Small bruschetta, and a bite sized borsin cheese tartlet. Dinner was buffet style. Several vegetable choices that were not overcooked as is the case at some buffets. Two entree choices, sliced roast beef and chicken in a cream sauce, both were moist and very good flavor. Deserts were handled in a way I'd not seen before and it was a great idea. Each table was given two trays of various bits sized deserts. Perfect! Just enough for a couple of bites without overeating and you could try a variety! Nicely done!!!

I attended an Italian Cultural Club Xmas Party. Courteous staff, pleasant decorations, nice menu; however the pasta was WAY OVERCOOKED. The other food entries were very good. How do you mess up the pasta for an Italian banquet!

Attended a Bob Page seminar at this location, the facility was fantastic! We spent all day at the facility including having lunch on site. Lunch was fantastic and quite luxurious actually. I would highly recommend them for any event that you would want to host.

I've never had an event here, but used to work there for over 5 1/2 years. They were good to me and some other employees but the food is sometimes better when the guests bring their own or when food shows are happening.

I have attended multiple events here and the experience has always been mediocre. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. The food definitely leaves something to be desired, especially when they have a person rationing how much food you take from a buffet. What's up with that?

I cannot sing Orlando’s praises enough. They take customer service to another level. Orlando’s was key in making our wedding day so special. Not only are they incredibly reasonably priced but the quality of their food and service is extraordinary! Scott took the time to listen to me to make sure he understood exactly what it was that we wanted for our wedding day. He asked about all of our details from the food, to the napkins, to the type of bowls we wanted certain items served in. The crew that set up and took down the wedding was incredibly efficient and professional. Everything was set up exactly as we had planned. The bar service was phenomenal. Our hors d’oeuvres were delicious. I had been told by many brides that they never had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy their food. While hors d’oeuvres were being passed we were taking photos. I was disappointed that I was going to miss our hors d’oeuvres but when I sat down at our head table Scott came over and pointed out a plate of hors d’oeuvres that he had saved for us. The staff assisting with the service were polite and wonderful. Orlando’s also created a coffee bar and carmel apple bar for us that was a huge hit with our guests. I had multiple people compliment me on the quality of the coffee. The carmel apple bar was delicious. Orlando’s also provided different toppings for guest to add to their carmel apples. Orlando’s exceeded my expectations. Scott made us feel like our wedding was of upmost importance. Whenever I would mention to another vendor that Orlando’s would be catering our wedding they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Scott and his crew. We were blown away but the attention to detail, professionalism, and service provided by Orlando’s. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job!
