Everyone needs a DJ John at their wedding and reception! He was very fun and professional to work with. He kept the party going and read the crowd perfectly. Nicest guy ever! He had all the music we wanted and gave us great games to play during the reception. Libbi was also great help in the planning process! John called us a few weeks before the wedding and after our conversation I knew she set us up with the right one! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

We recently hired Complete Wedding + Events for our wedding reception, and everything was amazing. We chose to hire a DJ, wedding coordinator, and day-of coordinator. Jake, the DJ, was better than we could've asked for. He kept our guests engaged the whole time and even joined the party by dancing! We wanted a really involved and outgoing DJ, and he hit the mark. We had several guests tell us how awesome he was. Brooke, our wedding coordinator, was so organized. She made an incredibly detailed plan of the day and it was beyond helpful. Katie was the day-of coordinator and she shined as well! I am a little chaotic so I just threw all of the decor in some boxes and sent her notes through text about what I wanted. She made the room look 1000% better than I envisioned. Highly recommend this company for a smooth wedding planning process!

We utilized Complete Weddings + Events because we needed a DJ for our wedding. The whole process was super simple and stress-free. We spoke with Katie who was so informative about details and packages. The text I received on the day of my wedding was also super sweet :). We LOVED having Maurice as our DJ! One week out from the wedding, we had a detailed phone discussion regarding order of events, our expectations, and reviewing song choices, so it was really nice. He also helped us with song selections for the bouquet and football toss. He was friendly, very polite and professional. He also took the time to make sure he pronounced everyone’s names correctly which we really appreciated. During the reception, he kept the dance floor packed! Many of our guests loved him and complimented on how great he was! Complete Weddings + Events did an amazing job. I would highly recommend utilizing their services and having Maurice as a DJ!

It was amazing. Our backup DJ Lucien did an amazing job stepping in when Sam was sick. Every song we requested was played throughout the night; everything went super smoothly! He was even helping to get the party going by joining us on the dance floor and letting my cousin rap to Ice Ice Baby on the Mic. It was an amazing experience! We're so happy Lucien was able to make our wedding day super special.

We had Maurice as our DJ and he was just phenomenal! He had every song perfect and was able to time everything out exactly as it needed to be to keep everyone on schedule. He was friendly and outgoing and made sure the dance floor was always busy. He went around to tables and took song requests and our guests said they loved that interaction with him. For photography we had Henry and he was a gem! He had such a good artistic eye for lighting and color. He was able to find all the best photo spots at the Butterfly House and really made sure to capture all the memories we asked for. He was friendly and professional and made everyone feel very comfortable when doing all the photos. We appreciated his patience when a few of our family members were a bit difficult to hunt down and he offered great ideas for beautiful photos. We cannot wait to get our pictures back so we can see all the wonderful memories he captured!

I would highly recommend Complete Weddings!! We were assigned Brandy (photographer) and Judge (videographer) for our wedding this past September. Both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with!! They made us feel so incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, our pictures and video turned out stunning! They exceeded our expectations. So thankful for them! We also had Jay for our DJ. He also did a wonderful job and made us feel comfortable. It's so nice and convenient to have a one stop shop for all of these services. Prices are fair. They provide you with a website where you can type out any details. We loved that aspect. We don't have one bad thing to say. We are so happy we chose Complete weddings for our special day!

We got married this past weekend at an Andre’s location, the DJ service was included using Complete Wedding + Events. I didn’t anything about them coming into the process but they have made everything so easy for us! Everything was so laid back. Our DJ, Ryan, was the absolute best! He was so nice. He was so patient with us when we didn’t know what to do or what songs we wanted. He was even going to pick a first dance song for us at one point because we could t decide on one. We had the most relaxing experience with them! While I don’t plan on needed a wedding DJ again, I will definitely recommend them until I find a new reason to need a DJ!

I started looking into their services and reviews from other people and everyone seemed to have good things to say about this company. I decided to do a request through the website for a DJ and they got back to me in a very timely manner and were super nice and helpful with the questions that I had. A week before our wedding our DJ called us and we went through the timeline of our night for the reception. Our reception venue said that they always work with Complete Weddings and Events and it was nice to know that they were a very well known company. Eric was a super nice guy. He was very personable and friendly. The night of our wedding reception he played some very good music and everybody liked it. We had a variety of people that liked different music and he accommodated to that very well. Thanks to Eric and his choice of music we had a blast at our wedding reception. We couldn’t have been paired with a better DJ.

We were referred to complete weddings by our venue and we could not be more grateful. They made the inquiry, contract, and execution process seamless. Their customer service is excellent, as their primary focus is giving couples the wedding of their dreams. Their online portal makes it super easy to personalize exactly what you want your wedding to look like entertainment wise and their support throughout the process is unmatched. I’m so thankful that we have complete weddings doing our wedding!

First off, the initial call I had with Scott to book services was what sold me on using Complete Weddings + Events. So easy to work with and had answers to all of my questions. As for the day of, our DJ Jakob was amazing. He showed up early to get set up but also helped us out with playing some ceremony music through the venue's speakers (small room, didn't need a full setup); he did this as a courtesy and didn't miss a queue at all. Then, the whole night people were on the dance floor - I don't believe it was ever empty. The lights were great and the music was never too loud to talk and too quiet to dance. We had people praising the event all night and many were specifically calling out how good Jakob was (including my (the groom) parents as well as the brides parents, which is always a good thing). So when I give a 10, it isn't a lazy "mark this review as a ten and move on" - I will *definitely* be recommending Complete Weddings + Events as a DJ service, and I will likely recommend the other services based on how great the DJ alone was.

We only had a couple of weeks left when Justin became our DJ. It happened in an unusual circumstance where our previous DJ had an emergency and couldn't make it. Justin was quick to setup a call and go over what we had sent over, going over every little detail and making sure that everything was perfect and setup for our coming wedding. He went above and beyond. Energetic & fun, his energy encouraged our guests to join in on the dance floor and we had several guests tell us that he was a highlight of our wedding (Thanks Justin) Even when it came to little things, he was stellar. When we would be busy, he would come over and offer to get us a drink, offered to grab a plate of food for us, we even had a special request where guests had to pay for certain types of music to be played (cause we didn't like the type of music) and he was on the ball about that, not forgetting a single event. If you're looking for a great DJ, request Justin, my brother and soon-to-be sister in law are already interested in hiring him for their wedding and you should too.

It was such a pleasure to work with each and every one of the Complete Event vendors. Tristan and Kyle were super easy to work with and the guests loved the photo-booth. Dayton was fabulous with photography, always on time, and very professional. Evan really brought down the house at the finale and was fun to work with. We hired Complete Weddings + Events in St. Louis for DJ services for our wedding and were really happy with the service provided by the DJ, Jason Kolstad. Jason played great low-key crowd pleasing music during dinner. He was great at reading the room; he got everyone out on the dance floor by playing a good variety of music and knew whenever a song had overstayed its welcome. We made little slips of paper for our guest to write down song requests and he played a bunch of the requests and made sure we had a great night. We loved the colorful lights and mini disco ball that was included with the DJ services as well. Needless to say, we tipped Jason more than we originally expected to tip the DJ.

DJ Dylan and the rest of the Complete crew were incredible to work with. I booked only a month before our reception, and they had no issues with availability (thank goodness)! We called around (talked to 4 different vendors) and their prices were very reasonable, plus they were recommended by 2 separate people in the St. Louis area. I felt so bad for Dylan because my crowd was not the dancing type at all, but Dylan kept the music going and he looked like he was having a blast the entire time! Jakob Mueller was the DJ at our wedding at O'Day Lodge, O'Fallon, MO, 9/2/2022. I would be remiss if I did not start by expressing our shear gratitude to Complete Weddings + Events for the tireless efforts they put in to making our special day so amazing. From day one, Complete, worked with us and made it clear that our needs would be their priority. When we needed any adjustments we were met with a kind voice and friendly face. The customer service at this company is absolutely amazing. When we first started working on details with our DJ Jakob, we did not have much planned (and felt horrible about it). Jakob immediately reassured us that he would be able to make it work, regardless of the time he had. And boy, did we put him to the test. We had a beautiful wedding that joined an American family with a Zimbabwean one, which meant an extensive array of musical genres. Jakob not only played the songs we requested, but made them flow seamlessly. To top it off he introduced games and party pranks on my groomsmen (I was very pleased), in addition to being an extraordinary MC. Planning a wedding is HARD. Executing one is even harder, without trustworthy, fun and professional support. Jakob Mueller and Complete Weddings + Events met the bill and truly made our beautiful day a breeze. He checked in on me throughout the day and help corral people for my photographer. He even gifted us a photo he took from our session in a frame. I had a formal wedding photo back and framed before my reception was over! Our Dj, Tyler, kept the party flowing at a good pace. He played our requested songs and kept people on the dance floor all night. He was even kind enough to send us a card after the wedding as well. Our photobooth manager made the night a success, even with people running in and out of the booth all night. He was very helpful in putting together our keepsake book as well. From the music played while walking down the aisle, the charge of the fathers and the pronouncement of husband and wife by the Pastor - sound, music, timing and audibility are essential. Jeff from Complete epitomized professionalism. He arrived early and worked seamlessly behind the scenes. He made the evening look effortless. The wedding was reverent and appropriately sacred for a wedding ceremony. He then effortlessly transitioned into a equally stupendous role as the MC of the night. His presents was never obtrusive or overpowering and he blended easily into our group of family and friends. When my husband and I got engaged I will admit, we had no idea where to start. With the help of Complete, we felt the anxiety fall off our shoulders. Will did our engagement photos and we absolutely had to have him for our wedding day. My husband is extremely shy but felt at ease with Will, and his fun, kind energy made him stand out. Our wedding party commented on how they thought that Will was a long time friend of ours because of how comfortable we both were when he walked in. That’s the show of an amazing photographer: they make the picture taking easy, because they’re just fun to be around. Our coordinator Brooke was literally a life saver. We experienced a tragedy the week of our wedding, and she was so kind to us all. She made sure that everything was taken care of, and let me just enjoy being a bride. If I had to do it all again, I would choose her in a heartbeat as my coordinator. She made sure everything went perfectly. Taj, our DJ, kept the party going the entire time. I had to tear myself away from the dance floor. He checked in often, and made sure I knew what our next step was (which I’m grateful for, as I tend to worry). He played a wonderful tribute to both my sisters. He kept us laughing, and gave us great slow dancing songs. Our first dance was perfect. He made sure to tell everyone about the photo booth. The gentleman who did our photo booth was also so nice, and helped my wild family get all their silly pictures. All overall, both my husband and I agree, Complete gave us the absolute perfect wedding day. It was a party, and a celebration of love, family, and us. I could not have asked for a better team assisting us.

Marc and David were amazing to work with! David was in charge of our photobooth and did a great job at getting our guest to come join the fun. I just wanted to emphasize what a FANTASTIC job that David and Maurice did over the weekend. David filmed our micro ceremony last year and is always so courteous and professional. He made sure to get all of the shots that we wanted and worked great with our photographer. Our video from our ceremony was beautiful and I can't wait to see all of the footage from our reception! Maurice remained calm and professional while we worked through some setup issues with the event center coordinator. Our caterer ended up being late and Maurice was extremely accommodating and helpful with suggestions on moving around dinner and the first dance to keep the evening flowing. Our guests LOVED his music selection and the dance floor was packed the entire night. I have heard from 20+ guests just in the past day of what a great DJ he was, he made the night one to remember and made sure we all had the best time.

Our experience with booking Complete was easy and smooth! We met with our DJ and thought everything was good to go until 3 day before the day, we got a call from the owner saying our DJ had been changed. The online tools made it very easy to select our songs and then our consultation with our DJ ahead of time was so helpful in making decisions. Our wedding was difficult to plan because we had to first postpone our original day, and then change the entire layout of our ceremony/reception to accommodate for Covid restrictions. Jay did a wonderful job as our DJ keeping the crowd lively and interested. We loved how outgoing and easygoing he was. We gave him a schedule of when things should happen and he was very prompt about coming to find us and asking if we were ready to do the next item on the list or if we wanted to wait a little bit longer. Jay called about a week prior to the wedding to get to know us a little bit and ask some questions about how we wanted the night to go which was very helpful and didn't take long at all. I would highly recommend Jay as a DJ/MC for an event and if we ever need a DJ again, we will be requesting Jay by name! Tristen did a great job as the photo booth manager, encouraging guests to enter and get photos. The props were great and the backdrop was set up wonderfully with our wedding colors. Tristen gave us a USB drive at the end of the night with everyone's photos on it which turned out great! We also received a call about the photo booth in advance to discuss what all we wanted and it turned out exactly as we asked.

We really enjoyed working with Complete- they made everything about the process so easy! Their planning forms really helped us think about what we wanted for our DJ and Photographer, and when we talked with each of them prior to our wedding it was so easy for them to review the forms along with us and discuss how we wanted the day/night to go. Our initial photographer wasn't able to make it at the last minute, but Complete arranged for a different photographer right away and made sure there were no concerns. Our photographer Dino was so great to work with, capturing the photos we wanted and doing a great job instructing our group to capture great shots in the moment. We also really appreciated that he explained the process to us beforehand so we knew what to expect as far as when he would leave the night-of, when we could expect our photos, etc. Our DJ John did an amazing job too. He made sure to review specific songs with us as well as general types of music we wanted, and the night of if someone requested a song on our do-not-play list he always checked with us to see what we wanted to do. He also suggested some fun things for our reception that we didn't even know we wanted like a couples game after dinner and a huge group photo to get everyone out on the dance floor. Everything about Complete was great - the process, our photographer and our DJ - we couldn't recommend them more! **Edit - Complete gave us an estimate of 8-10 weeks for our photos to be ready and sent to us. Less than 3 weeks after our wedding date, we had the photos and we were shocked to say the least! The photos turned out beautifully and were organized into folders for the different events throughout the day (i.e. getting ready, ceremony, reception, details, group photos, portraits). Dino and the entire team did an amazing job.

He was professional and sounded excited when talking to us to prepare for the Big day about two weeks before our wedding, and that excitement carried forward to the wedding day itself. We made a sample playlist for Dexter to help him understand the kind of music and songs we wanted to have played at the reception and he did an outstanding job of using some of those songs while mixing in other songs to appeal to all ages. We had Dj, videography, and photography services for our wedding. I'm so happy to say we loved all of our services. Nick Farner was our DJ. He was personable, outgoing, and lively. He was an excellent communicator when it came to timings and everything. We had specifically requested no country music as my now husband hates it. That being said my mother in law asked for country specifically to troll him and Nick not only told her to ask us but also asked us as well. Can't pass up getting trolled by a mom.We also had a special phrase/toast we would like given before dinner. When I met my father in law for the first time he told me to "Root, Hog, or Die" in an attempt to make me feel comfortable eating with them. We asked Nick to mention this before the buffet opened up and he did it with such grace and warmth. Anyone who knew my father in law before his passing had a tear in their eye hearing that. It was a very special addition to our evening. He also made me feel so comfortable. As a nervous bride I wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time. Nick kept reminding me that it is ultimately our night and I need to focus on us having a great time. I am so thankful for energy and communication with Nick. Our videographer was Seth Scarborough. He is the physical manifestation of zen. As a frazzled bride his positive energy and calmness was so needed and so perfect. During our initial phone call he was very detailed, asked great questions, and sent over details so I could verify everything was correct. He worked so well with our photographer and just honestly felt like a friend at our party. He also really went above and beyond. At one point there were no forks for cake and when I looked at Seth and told him he hopped up and was able to find some. Obviously that was way out of his job description but it touched my heart. I am so excited to see what Seth captured from our day. Last but certainly not least was our photographer, Will Hahn. I firmly believe if you don't like Will there is something wrong with you and not him. He is a bubbly (in a good way), energetic, fun, funny dude. At one point he asked us to stop being blurry and I know that got a real smile out of all of us. During our pre call we had great conversation that answered all of our questions and also helped to put our minds at ease. We had specific shots in mind we wanted to recreate and I also sent him a word document with a bunch of pictures that I liked the style of. He had the examples ready on his phone and made sure we were able to recreate them.He had excellent ideas for shots and he and Seth worked so well together that I am positive everything will be perfect. He also got us a sneak peak really quickly and I am already thrilled with the photos.One other thing Will did was fix the train of my dress before walking down the aisle. The coordinator of our venue didn't come back to fix it but he jumped up and got everything looking great before I went down the aisle. It meant a lot to make sure my train and veil wasn't frumpy going down the aisle and I told everyone about him jumping into action for me. Any time I have talked to someone about our wedding in the days after (which honestly has been a lot) I tell people about our team. I tell them how Nick made sure the party was perfect and captured our unique music tastes. I tell them how Seth is a zen master and is super creative, and I tell them how Will was a hoot and a half. I could not more highly recommend these gentleman for any event. Thank you guys for making our day amazing!

I was a little skeptical at first about going with Complete Weddings for my DJ services. Mostly because I was overwhelmed with the number of phone calls, texts, and emails I had received. Sydney was our photographer and was nothing short of amazing! It rained on our special day but that didn't stop us from getting great pictures. She got some photos of the bridal party with umbrellas outside & then had the idea to go to a downtown hotel that was absolutely stunning. He made sure that the second copy was put in our photo album so we could go back and look at them later! Everything at our wedding flowed so smoothly! Our DJ and photographer were amazing and both very experienced. Dwayne our photographer paid very close attention to the details, especially for my picture with my mom's and grandma's wedding portraits. Zack our DJ was incredibly flexible, and even helped my dad and I splice/mash another song in the middle of our father/daughter dance which was a last minute request. My sister had a reception this past weekend. Jacob was our DJ. I can not say enough nice things about him! From the moment I walked into the hall, he immediately introduced himself and told us if there was anything Iweneeded to let him know. I LOVED the fact that he danced with us on the floor and seemed to really enjoy himself too. I've been to many wedding receptions and he is the BEST DJ I've experienced. We had made a list of songs we requested to be played, and he played each and every one of them. I loved Complete Weddings. Every time I called or had a question they were available to answer. They were very pleasant to speak with. Everybody in the main office were very thorough in their answers to me. I loved the planning guides online. These made it a lot easier when talking to the DJ, Videographer, and Photographer. They already knew many details of my wedding because of the online planning so it made these conversations very smooth. Henry, our photographer, and Alex, our videographer were great. They showed up on time to where the girls were getting their hair and make up done. They got many good shots and stayed until I was finally getting into my dress. They picked a great spot for our first look. It was very hot, 97 degrees and they made sure we stayed cool and hydrated. They let us take many breaks inside because of the heat and were very accommodating. Any pictures of certain groups I asked for or wanted they did in a flash. They were great at the reception and stayed well into the evening for all the main events. Our DJ Ethan was very nice and lively. He had fun with the crowd but not over the top which we liked. He introduced on in to the reception well. He played a great variety of music and took our many requests. I will recommend complete weddings to everybody that is looking. It was also really nice to deal with one company for everything instead of 3 separate companies. I can't wait to get the pictures and video back.

Complete did a really good job with our wedding. Jacob, our dj, did a fantastic job helping us out with everything and making the experience really special. The only thing that keeps this from being rated as a 10 is that the dj's don't typically contact the couple until ten days before the event. We would have liked a little bit more time to confirm the details and prepare for the extra little things that were asked that really helped make the day feel special.Once again back to Jacob, though. He was fantastic and helped guide the party along and even helped orchestra how your supposed to dance to some of the songs which I had no idea on how to lol. He was very attentive and easy to communicate with before and during the event and have us a lot of peace of mind.

Christian Savage was the DJ of our dreams! He shared just as much excitement for our wedding as we did! He managed our ceremony seamlessly, got every song we wanted, and was present without distracting from the magic of our vows. At the reception, Christian was one of the most key parts of the party! He played Harry Potter music during dinner (A nod to our wedding "theme"), and got the crowd pumped after with a snowball dance! Christian was an incredible read of the crowd! When we talked to him in our pre wedding call, we said we wanted the dance floor full and he made sure everyone was on their feet singing and dancing along all night. He took requests and worked them in just right, so there was no point where the dance floor was empty or sparse. The setup of lights around the room was beautiful and added to the ambiance of our night. We cannot say enough fantastic things about Complete and Christian Savage specifically! Matt was the perfect DJ for our wedding. We put him in charge of playing the (outdoor) ceremony music as well as the music for the reception on the other side of the venue. He also brought a microphone for the officiant to use. Everything went on without a hitch and I sincerely feel Matt went above and beyond. During the reception, Matt did an excellent job getting the crowd excited without being cheesy or too over the top. The set list contained all of the “must plays” we asked for (some of which were rather obscure) and consisted of a good mix of genres and tempos. During the few times he was not playing music, Matt was taking drink orders for the head table and also asking guests for song requests (several of which were tastefully incorporated). Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend Matt as a DJ as well as Complete Weddings and Events in general.

How do we even begin to say how amazing Joe Northern, our DJ was, he had all the guests up on the dance floor immediately. All staff members were complete professionals, with the best sense of whimsy and fun for an outdoor / big tent wedding. Our guests kept remarking how talented they all were. I’m really glad we were able to do this and being able to have all the photos immediately afterward was great! With Complete doing multiple services for us the DJ and photographer knew each other and they were able to talk and work details out so it was a bit more seamless and because they work more events together they worked better together!

This review is for the DJ. Thanks for engaging the guests in the beginning and end of the dancing (super fun!!). I could see how some couples may not like this, but we did request for an outgoing dj. The bridal party entrance was a little off/awkward (not enough time for people to enter) and the names weren't called out as requested and a few must play songs were missed. Overall those were tiny details and we got a lot of compliments that it was a fun night dancing which says a lot because the crowd was so varied! Thanks for a memorable night.

We booked our DJ and videographer through Complete. We requested Jeff Baker based on a referral from our wedding coordinators. He DID NOT DISAPPOINT and was absolutely fabulous. The pre-wedding consultation over the phone was great and he was very thorough to make sure he didn’t miss a single detail. The night of the actual event, our guests ran into horrible traffic on the way to the reception which pushed off the entire cocktail hour since nobody was there yet. He met me and my wedding coordinators outside as soon as the bridal party arrived and assisted in rearranging the schedule for the night to help make everything run smoothly…. which also just calmed my nerves to know everything would be handled. He catered to my husband and I's every need throughout the reception and checked in with us frequently to make sure all was well. Our reception was at Andre’s at the Carriage House at Fox Run where the DJ is located up on a balcony over the dance floor. I was worried this would limit the dancing, but every single song Jeff played the guests loved and there was never a time the dance floor wasn't packed! We are thankful for his expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend Complete. Our videographers were great! We had David who worked so well with our photographers to get footage of the bridal party while making sure to capture the big day! David was incredibly nice and thorough with his work. He was also very easy going when I wasn’t the most organized bride. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Complete. From the time we booked, up to the wedding day, it has been a wonderful experience and we hope we will be just as happy with our Cinematic video.

Not once was there a pause in the reception or music. He contacted us multiple times during our planning period and gave us insite and options. My husband and I were very picky when it came to our dj and we were very impressed with Brenton with Complete Weddings and Events. He was very attentive to what music we wanted and checked in with us throughout the evening to see if we wanted to tweak anything. He was also very good about keeping us updated with what event was next in the evening. The only negative feedback I have is that it was extremely difficult to hear what he was saying over the speakers, most likely due to poor acoustics of the venue. (Not at all his fault).

Wow! What a fantastic experience I just had with Complete. My husband and I used their services for our DJ (Adam) and the photobooth (Shawn). Adam was a fantastic DJ, he played all the songs we asked for and a bunch more, and truly incorporated the spooky aspect we wanted in our Halloween themed wedding reception. He even went so far as to come onto the dance floor and he led all of us by teaching us the moves to the thriller dance! Then we performed as a group! He was just spectacular, 5 STAR Service. We used Complete DJ services, photography, and videography services for our wedding. We were very pleased with all services. The DJ did a wonderful job. He got the guests involved and played a variety of music for all age groups. He included everything I asked when we talked on the phone the week of the wedding. He even picked an amazing time to play the song I requested when we were planning. Our photographer was phenomenal! We chatted a lot through the week about spots to get pictures (we wanted pictures downtown). He even gave some ideas of back up places that would be good if it rained. He had a lot of great ideas of pictures and worked hard to get the perfect shots for us. Our videographer was really good too. He made sure to keep up with us to make sure he captured the moments as well. I can't wait to see the pictures and video. I highly recommend Complete!

The service we received from our DJ Zach Lorton was great. We didn't really given him many details as we were very busy planning the wedding right until the day of. Zach took charge at the wedding, made all announcements like he was supposed to do, and really got guests our of their seats and onto the dance floor! That's what we wanted. He confirmed with me once or twice throughout the day about any schedule changes. In addition, I didn't have to give him a playlist which was wonderful. I told him the genre we preferred along with a couple of sample songs, and then he did the rest!

Libbi made scheduling a phone meeting very easy because she was very responsive to my inquiry emails. During the phone meeting Libbi describes their services and what it entails very well. I love the online planner that is available to help me organize my vendors and their contact numbers, the DJ planning form, and making payments online.

I must admit that I'm always a bit skeptical of big companies because I expect a certain amount of customer unfriendliness an lack of flexibility in their services. However, I have never been so glad to be wrong on this assumption. From the very beginning, every single customer service rep I spoke to was EXTREMELY flexible and friendly with my expectations and especially my budget. They were available outside of normal hours by phone, email, or text which was awesome when you're still planning at 9pm at night. I had a crazy coca-cola theme and so many businesses automatically shut me down because they said they cant make the theme work. Complete weddings didnt have any anything specific to coca cola but they had so many other options that made my dreams of a perfect reception come true and I was still able to use my coca cola theme! The DJ, Stephen, was the best DJ I have ever seen. Super outgoing, great sense of humor, and magically made even my older guests want to join in on the fun! I also had the greatest photobooth manager who was extremely laid back and patient with the kids at the wedding especially, who didn't have limits in their photo taking. I would recommend COMPLETE WEDDINGS for every service. I had the greatest wedding anyone could have asked for and a big portion of that greatness was this company :-)

The overall experience was great! Despite our previous DJ backing out at the last minute, this company was willing to step in with less than a week to prepare for our wedding. The DJ was great, played the type of music that we enjoyed, and may have even jumped out on the dance floor to do the Time Warp with the family. He even took it one step further and was willing to locate and play a specific song before packing everything up for the evening so my wife and I could enjoy a dance with no one but us in a room.

Great customer service! Stephen Perry-Mhoon was our DJ by REQUEST! We attended a wedding where he was the DJ a year prior and I knew that he would make our wedding day that much better! Stephen went over our song lists twice with us to make sure we had what we wanted, even down to the entrance song I wanted that had a extra 10 seconds at the beginning than the regular version. Stephen is so lively and happy that it's just contagious. He danced with all of us and got people going and we loved it! He even took pictures of our first dance and sent those to us! He played every song we and our families requested. Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop talking about his dance moves and how great he was! We are so incredibly happy we chose to go with Complete. Price was wonderful compared to other DJs when we shopped around. Stephen showed up when he said he would and had everything ready to go and it was one less thing I had to stress about that day! He checked on us multiple times making sure we were good, needed anything. We were blown away by how much he cared! We at first didn't realize how important the vibe of the DJ plays on your wedding day but now we do. We recommend Stephen a 1000 times over! Matt was amazing and so personable! He called about a week or two before the wedding and we talked on the phone for about an hour and a half. It didn't feel like talking to a stranger either.
