We had our wedding reception at Atelier 1879 and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING! We only had to bring in very little decor, as the venue is decorated beautifully. The layout of the venue gave our guests the opportunity to enjoy the outside, as well as the different rooms. :) Our guests could not stop coming up to us and asking how we found this place. Not only was using the venue a wonderful experience but working with the owners was just as great. They were extremely helpful and made our wedding experience that much better. We would recommend this venue to any and everyone. RENT THIS PLACE, you will not regret it!! (P.S.) I will add more photos for the venue once I get more because a picture is worth a thousand words. :)

The entire experience from beginning to end has been incredible! The owners are responsive, welcoming and accommodating. We used this space for a session for local leaders to learn and engage. The space had a perfect combination of intimacy, innovation and engagement in order to share our message. I highly recommend this space for cooperate events, you will not be disappointed and your attendees will be in awe with the space!

20/10 recommend this really unique and fun event space. Working with Adnan and Adisa was a breeze. They are prompt, professional and worked to ensure that our needs were met. Adnan offered to give me a tour of the venue before booking, but I booked it based on the really cool pictures online. The venue is ten times cooler in person; the pictures don't even come close to capturing the vibe. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The unique decor really sets this place apart. We loved the 1969 BMW 2002 - what an amazing centerpiece as you enter. The venue has about 4 separate rooms for small groups to gather and mingle. The ceilings are high and there is so much natural light. Our guests were so impressed with the space and are still talking about it. The venue is perfect for anything from a corporate team building/ meeting to a birthday celebration. If you can imagine it, you can host it at Atelier 1879. Our family keeps trying to think of excuses to host another party here! Adnan and Adisa, thank you for helping to make some incredible memories!

This venue was "Magical" to me the minute I walked in the door. I was blessed to have hosted my RN retirement reception here. The owners are super friendly and provided my every need. I would recommend Atelier 1879 to anyone looking for a venue for a very special event.

We held an event for CEOs and leaders from across the city. Everyone walked in and said “How did you find this place? This is awesome!” The owners (Adisa and Ado) dropped by to help us get things set up, which I really appreciated. We loved the various spaces throughout the layout - nooks for breakouts, a large space for the main event, and conference rooms too. We will definitely be back.

Attended a double birthday party and there were multiple jaw dropping compliments about this place. A very vintage yet modern, well lit and spacious venue that can be utilized for any occasion. Many ways to set up for any event, even with a detached bar at your service. Great room for dancing and there could even be a photography room. Did I not say it was jaw dropping “nice”? Stop by and check it out.. You will surely begin to envision your event!

Atelier 1879 is one of the most incredible event spaces. The way the venue is set up and decorated is so eye catching in whichever direction you turn. The owners were very kind, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is wanting to host any type of party. The party I attended was a big hit all because of Atelier!

The organization I work for just hosted an after hours event here and LOVED IT. From start to finish, the process was seamless and pricing so affordable during a time of economic stress. The venue's managers are such lovely people and a joy to work with. The space looks JUST like the photos which of course we appreciated. 10/10 would highly recommend and definitely look forward to hosting more events here in the future.

I booked this place 12/18 for my bubbly brunch and only brought flowers for my own touch! This spot speaks for itself . I didn’t have to do anything extra. The guest had amazing time and spoke highly of this place they couldn’t believe it . The host at Atelier made simple to get in and out and supplied me with everything! I will definitely rent again and FYI to many unique and antiques for children . Grown Folk atmosphere.

Omg!! The owners are such sweet people. It’s so hard to find great customer service these days and I must say THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 5⭐️Alone!! This place is beautiful I had my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner and I pick the perfect place!! I couldn’t been more happier ❤️

Such a neat venue! Loved the staged vintage cars and motorcycles along with the awesomely unique artwork. Very glad we chose this for our rehearsal dinner! We served cocktails and had Cafe Piazza(restaurant down the street) cater the event. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you again Adisa and Adnan for being so accommodating!

Atelier 1879 was exactly the space we were looking for to conduct our strategic planning meeting. The eclectic decor, the different spaces to use, the ease of the A/V equipment-everything was perfect. Working with Adnan & Adisa was wonderful. Recommend this space for any type of event.

I can’t say enough about the space even when I feel like pictures speak for themselves, but it is more impressive in person. There are so many different style mediums and unique touches that each room has it’s on story, but it all comes together so well. I remember the initial walk through and it was like a gift that kept on giving. It is so versatile for any type of event and quite spacious. If you are looking for picture perfect place, this is it. I agree with others, save your money on decor because this venue doesn’t need it. It delivers all on its own. Also, perfect for networking events since it offer so many interesting talking points through its decor. It is artistic and organized well. They offer tables and seating options that work well in the space thus offering even more of one stop shop solutions. Clean up instructions were super easy. The venue also has a cozy outside decor that is great for cooler weather and all the guests that like to take a break from everything happening inside. Bring some firewood and enjoy! Lets talk about the owner and how amazing they are. Adisa and Adnan were easy to reach, responsive and flexible with our requests. They were easy to talk to and personable. They are truly invested in you having a great time while you are there. Our biggest concern was set up and making sure we had time to do what we wanted and Adisa was able to make it work. If you are having second thoughts, let me make this easy for you. Book now! You will not regret this. This is my top choice for future party hosting. Also, if you have a chance make sure you ask Adnan about his creative ventures and about “the chair”. Just goes to show how owners have incorporated themselves artistically in the space.

I've used this space for client meetings on a number of occasions. Benton Park is a lovely neighborhood and street parking is ample. The space is downright gorgeous and the beautiful windows allow for so much natural light which puts everyone in a good mood. The owners are super easy to work with and the space has everything from coffee maker and hot water kettle to a refrigerator to store your essentials. You are greeted with everything you and your guests need to connect to the big screen and wifi. The openness of this space creates a relaxed atmosphere. Take a break from the meeting and walk to Blues City or Peacemaker for lunch or wait for evening and hit up Fraser's or Sidney Street for an amazing dinner. You'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful space to have any event, not just business meetings but bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.

Atelier 1879 is gorgeous, modern yet rustic space for most of your life events. We have used it for several different occasions and we were more than satisfied! The grand entrance doors make the place look lavishing and yet very homey! The overall space is beautiful and decorated with style. It is perfect for any kind of photo sessions since it has so many beautiful areas and props that will make your pictures drop dead gorgeous. The owners are very easy to work it! Will definitely book here again!

I had my 25th birthday at Atelier 1879 and it was amazing. My party was retro, 70s themed, so the decor in the space was amazing. I’ve been going through the pictures and noticing more and more details in the decor that really bring the atmosphere together. My guests were in awe when they saw the space. Exclaiming about how I was able to rent the entire venue for a very reasonable cost. It’s owned by a very sweet family who was communicative, understanding and extremely prompt with all my requests. I would rent out this venue every year if I had a reason to. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a spacious venue with a rustic retro vibe.

The Owners are Wonderful to work with and always assure that you are happy with their business. Which is really hard to find these days. If I could give Atelier more than 5 starts, I would. This place was the perfect location for our small wedding. Adisa, the owner, is so quick and easy to communicate with, it made the stress of planning a wedding so much better. The decor was more than enough for us, so even better for looking for an affordable event space that needed no extra decoration. The space worked perfectly with a private room and bathroom in the back for me to get ready in, then a beautiful room with stained glass for our ceremony, and then the large room with the bar for the reception. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you're considering it, book it! You'll be so happy. We'll be back for future events in our lives.
