Convenient parking and entrances along with great entertainment. The Blake Shelton and Carly Pearce concert was great but the lack of drunk control really ruined the experience. Because of previous bad experiences further back, I bought seats in row three, hoping I'd actually get to use it instead of having to stand to see the concert. I was also hoping there would be less issues with drunks. WRONG!!! Part way through the concert, two drunks showed up beside me, each with two full glasses of beer. They were dancing around and spilling beer all over the chairs and coats of the people in front of us. Then I had to stand the whole time to keep them out of my personal space and reduce my chances of getting beer spilled on me. After finishing their beer, they left. What a relief, then a while later they showed back up again. Again with two full beers each. Too bad they didn't spill or drink half of them on the way back. SOSMOI. I think Denny Sanford Center needs to adapt some kind of policy for drunk control. The disregard for common courtesy by drunks should not be tolerated. It ruins the experience for those who pay GOOD MONEY for seats to watch a concert. Maybe DSC needs to implement a non-drinking area or drunks only area. There should be some smart people out there to figure this out!

We attended the home show at the convention center on Saturday. This is an annual event for my wife and I Always good idea's and products to inspire us to replace, remodel, or just update. The vendor's are all helpful

Door greeter was a D-Bag. Backpack rules are stupid. Sound system for event was sorely lacking. Security staff were rude and looked over worked. Crowd control was poorly handled and the exit was chaos. BUT... Facility was clean, bathrooms well cleaned and stocked, ticket staff were nice, and there was ample parking.

There food selection has gone down hill. They used to have Mexican at the cantina...chislic, cheese curds. Now it's about what you can get at a high school game concession stand. Thankfully they have fat kid philly for some decent food. Let's get Jacky's Mexican in this place!

I attended the Trans-Siberian Orchesta's "Christmas Eve and Other Stories" last night at the Denny Sanford Event Center. It was PHENOMENAL! If you get an opportunity to see this, make sure you go!

Easy access. Free parking. Smooth entry process. Concessions were set up to be quick. We had general admission standing tickets, so no review of the seats, but it looked like most seats had a decent, unobstructed view of the stage. Acoustics decent for a really loud show. ....and Iron maiden was great.

Just went and saw Disney on ice, kids loved it but prices on snacks i.e. popcorn and cotton candy were out of this world expensive, about 18$ for popcorn and 14$ for cotton candy, 8$ for fountain drink and 3$ for water..60$ for 2 lighted wands... And 75$ per person tickets.. But it's for the kids lol

The Premier Center is not the best venue for a state wrestling tournament. Balcony sections are way too high to see well and not enough seating below. Concessions were not great the first day and so expensive. $5 for a Gatorade is ridiculous. There were NO stands open on 2nd floor. You had to use the elevator to go to first floor. Bring your credit card. No cash accepted. Not a fan of this place.

Went to the ALL City Orchestra (6th grade through High School) and had a great time! We saw 1100 Sioux Falls students play as a single orchestra and also by grade. Sioux Falls has some wonderful musicians. The arena was nearly filled by parents and relatives. The arena was easy to get it and easy to get out.

Brought my son to his friends concert here and it was great. The sound quality, the light show, the band. Everything was great. Section 115 was prefect for us, close enough to see everything but far enough way for the sound not to be distorted.

I've gone to the 'den-san-prem-cen' for multiple events and have never had a bad experience. They do thier best to keep the bathrooms clean and stocked. Security and staff are always nice.

There was no reason to make Greta Van Fleet fans, who already had numbered wristbands, arrive by 5 for doors that opened at 6. Got there at 4:30, only to stand there for another hour and a half before they opened doors. Good thing it wasn't december.

I had a very nice experience! Get there early to avoid traffic, but the check in lines move really fast. Great sound and comfortable seating. Lots of people were drinking and having a great time, i dont personally drink but everyone had easy access to drinks and mixed drinks.

Very nice arena for a concert! Saw Morgan Wallen. I'd say the audio is on if the best I've ever heard in my life for an indoor stadium. Beer lines were short and was moving fast! Would come here again for a concert.

Denny Sanford Premier Center is a great facility for concerts. We were really pleased with how easy we could navigate the facility. Getting out of the parking lot after a concert was easier than we thought. Everything is set up nicely.

I've been here many times for hockey games and now a concert. It is really great that Sioux Falls has this. Definitely a great venue and compared to other places I've been they make it fairly simple to get in and out.

I always have a very smooth and exciting experience when I come to this facility, either with friends or family. The food and drinks are on the high side, but that's very standard for these kinds of facilities. The seating are plastic but comfortable enough for the long shows and the cost of the tickets are typically very reasonable. The employees are very amicable. I found that they bathroom and facilities are always clean. My kids can't wait to come back again.

We were here for the "Dude Perfect" tour. We sat in the 5th from back row, back of the whole arena -- seats were still good. Easy bathroom access. My only wish would be more staircases (not counting emergency stairwells) & escalators to get from the ground floor to the 200 level. Seem like there was a pretty big bottleneck to get upstairs.

The center is clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Center employees are knowledgeable and pleasant. The food at the banquet Iattended was delicious and the service prompt. All of us enjoyed out time at the conference there.

Had a great experience when attending the Harlem Globetrotters and then also when getting to experience the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The staff have always been friendly, in particular a man by the name of Vernon B. When arriving for the Harlem Globetrotters show Vernon showed us to our seats which was very helpful considering my dad is handicapped and this was the first time visiting the Premier Center. Not only that but Vernon really went above and beyond coming back after the show to make sure we knew how to get back to the elevator. Hopefully the Denny Sanford Premier Center values employees such as these because they are vital to the success of the facility! Thanks Vernon for the excellent care and consideration you gave to me and my father!

This is a huge place! It is attached to the Denny Sanford center which is where I went to see a musical group. Walking through the convention center there were several meeting rooms and nicely decorated walls for Christmas.

There was only concessions on the lower level. Not enough for that large of a crowd. 14$ for one session seems high. Sd high school wrestling state tournament. The actual Wrestling was great.!

Went to a Casting Crowns concert here. The concert was great! The venue was...ok. Be prepared to stand out in the cold for a bit, because unlike most similar places, the security search is right at the door, so you wait for security outside. They check all bags, so get rid of all outside food and drink before you go in. You also can't bring in bags larger than a small backpack. Tip: the line coming from the parking lot is the longest, but if you walk 200 more feet around to the next door, you might avoid the cold wait. Once we got inside, the staff was helpful in finding our seats and the view was great!

This is a nice, open space that accommodates many types of activities. I visited for the Sioux Falls Arts and Craft Show and it was spectacular with so many booths in the convention center. Finding a parking space took a few minutes but entering the show was a breeze because there were several ticket booths. I was given a map with precise locations for each craft booth, exists, and restrooms. Overall, this was a great experience.

The executive wing of the hotel seems extremely outdated. The beds however are great and the pillows are comfortable. The shining stars at this location are the staff who will literally accommodate whatever you need. They make everything else seem much better. So the 4 stars are for the staff completely!

Wow, what a venue. We've seen everything there from hockey, to musical acts, to more theatrical events, and are rarely disappointed. They have an excellent selection of food. I only wish the food quality was a bit better. Sometimes you get a burger or fries that taste a little "overwarmed". Like, they were cooked 10 minutes ago and sat in a warmer. Other than that, it's so much better than the old arena.

Of the event you're attending doesnt have a dinner arrangement, you'll be able to find somewhere nearby that will easily accommodate your palate. This is a really nice modern venue. Great seats all around. Plenty of surrounding parking lots for free parking with a minimal walk. The staff was friendly and efficient. The vendors were well staffed, and the facilities were clean. Definitely worth the drive from the twin cities to see a concert that may have been too pricey in MN or surrounding.

Great place to catch a concert. Parking is not bad. Free unless you want the VIP parking up against the building. Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of concessions to choose from and restrooms a plenty.

The Denny Sanford Premier center has a very open floor plan allowing for large masses of people to flow easily through out. The sound quality is best towards the ground, it can be a bit distorted in the higher reaches of the seating areas. Depending on the event it's almost always easy to see what's going on regardless of where you're sitting. Parking can be a nightmare at times

This is a great addition to the Sioux Falls community! It is always nice and clean, and set up for each and every event. There are many places to grab beverages and snacks, take a bathroom break, and buy merchandise. From sporting events and concerts two shows and expos, the DSPC always does a great job!

The premier center of championship sports and top name entertainers in the city of Sioux Falls is, you guessed it, the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Home to the IFL Championship Sioux Falls Storm football team and the Sioux Falls Stampede USHL hockey club. Rod Stewart, Paul McCartney and Elton John have all played this venue. Built as an addition to the Sioux Falls Convention Center, but it is more like a separate facility on the west end, the Sioux Falls Arena and Sheraton bookend the convention center on the east end, while Howard Wood Field (outdoor football & track stadium) sits just north of the Premier Center.

Meals are sub par. Dairy, sugar, and grain infested. Eat before you come. Parking is a maize - come early as you will have at least a 5-minute walk to the door after you eventually find a parking spot. Furnishings look nice and staff have things ready. Sound system is good. Projector screens could be bigger.

Great place but waited in line for the mini donuts for 45 mins. There was a huge line. They need a bigger machine to kick out more donuts quicker so the line moves faster. Staff was great and apologized for the wait as well as they made sure that everyone got the donuts they waited for. Donuts were delicious!

Toby Keith was amazing. The guy in front of us not so much.... he was beyond plastered, and kept bugging us. Even after telling him numerous times we weren't interested. The facility was clean, and service was relatively quick. Really wish that reception was better in the building though, I accidentally cleared ticket master, and had trouble bring it back up to prove i actually had seats on the floor.

Went there for the Farm Show. It is great place for it because they use the Premier Center, the Convention Center and Arena. Because of this they can get a lot of machinery in to display and numerous vendors are able to be there. It is also a great place to go for concerts and hockey.

Too bad my only trip there was to attend the ABATE Motorcycle Swap Meet, that turned out to be a T-Shirt and Jewelry Sales. $8.00 was a lot of money to go in and look at a bunch of T-Shirts and Jewelry. ABATE should be ashamed of themselves and never host another so-called Swap Meet.

I attended the Carrie Underwood concert here. It was a nice facility to attend the concert. Parking was free. Going into the facility for the concert was a short walk from my parking spot. Once I was in the build it was quick to go through the walk through metal detector and scan my ticket. I found my seat easily. I enjoyed the concert. Exiting the building was very slow since it seemed like everyone was leaving the building from the main entrance.

It's a great place for concerts, but the seating is super close together. It's really hard to be comfortable when you're touching elbows on both sides. Tall people will practically have their knees around the head of the person in front of them. Trying to get out to go to the bathroom or get a drink is challenging and you'll be kicking people's drinks in the cupholders along the way. Staff was nice and helpful if you needed anything and the place was really clean and bathrooms were really clean as well.

It was a rodeo packed full to the brim or ceiling of happy cheering people!! It was snowing and blowing outside and staff inside were doing a good job of keeping the floor wiped up. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of staff to help out checking in and finding where to go and to your seats if needed. Same way on the way out directing and redirecting people where to go. We have been there for events often and it's ALWAYS the same way as this one was!!!

Stairs are too narrow to efficiently move people out after an event and the food/drink prices are very high. In one spot a desk just sticks out in the aisle restricting traffic flow. The viewing of events is great from concerts to basketball games.
