Music is extremely important to us and we knew we wanted the best for our wedding. We had seen some pictures of uplighting that Pinnacle had done and knew we needed them to do our wedding. Now, our taste in music is not the "norm" as we love electronic music, specifically House and Techno, so we knew this could be a challenge. But let me tell you, Josh Staley delivered! From the first dance to the last song, the dance floor was busy all night. Josh was so lovely to work with and we highly recommend Pinnacle Productions! Thank you for making our wedding so special.

Pinnacle Productions is hands down the best production crew I have ever worked with. The only trait that exceeds their professionalism is their talent and skill. We were impressed from our first interaction, which was a custom web proposal, through the final post-production loadout. Each step of the way, they were creative, thought provoking and exceptionally skilled. Jeff has an incredible eye for detail and fully understands how to make the production have the exact feel we wanted to convey to our donors. Each deliverable arrived early – not on time – EARLY, even when we provided last-minute changes. When we were nervous about hosting our first virtual event EVER, Chris, Jeff and the Pinnacle crew stepped in and walked with us to produce what is already being called the best event in our history. By results alone, in a year when there was much doubt about how our gala fundraiser would turn out – with Pinnacle’s help, we set another new fundraising record! I will absolutely use Pinnacle again and recommend everyone else to use them as well!

One of the first things my son and his fiancee did after getting engaged was contact Chris at Pinnacle Productions to check his calendar for available dates. They wanted to be sure he would be available for their wedding because my son insisted it would only be Chris as the DJ at their wedding. Now I know why...Chris and his staff at Pinnacle Productions are absolutely over the top, the best, at what they do. He made the event so special as the MC during the social and dinner hours and kept the dance fun and lively with his music and lighting. Not only were they extremely professional but were so patient with my wife and I. Where do we even begin? Pinnacle was our number one choice when it came to our wedding entertainment and wedding film. We had met with other wedding vendors before meeting with Chris and we instantly felt like he knew his stuff and truly wanted to make our day something to remember years to come, he did just that and way more. We received many compliments from our guests of how amazing he did on catering to all age groups at our reception. Mario, Zoss, and Albert did an amazing job at capturing our favorite moments from our day and we can't thank them enough for the end result of our wedding film. There are no words to express our gratitude to Pinnacle Productions. From the very beginning our wedding reception planning and preparation was very good. Pinnacle planning page offers everything is needed to choose the music and timeline the event itself. Today we had to make the difficult decision of cancelling our wedding reception due to the many restrictions placed due to COVID19. Chris (Pinnacle), was more than supportive and empathetic to us, offering us a full refund for the money paid. This graceful gesture excited our expectations. God permitting we will have a reception next year; we will choose Pinnacle without a doubt.

Pinnacle Productions elevated our virtual state arts conference to the next level. When hit with Covid restrictions and our need to keep our arts community safe, we reached out to Pinnacle to help use transition from an in-person event to an all virtual event. We didn't want attendees to feel like they were sitting on a Zoom meeting all day, and Pinnacle made that happen with interactive arts happy hours, virtual performances by artists & musicians and "live from" remote tours of our host city. Their creativity and willingness to try new things made this a top arts event in our state. We highly recommend them to take your event to the next level in the virtual world.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris at a wedding for which I was the planner. From the first phone call to the last email, he responded promptly to emails and was friendly and extremely easy to work with. We worked together to find a solution for the dj equipment, dance floor, and head floor placement in a 3 tent event for 450 people--no small feat! When the event had to move indoor on account of crazy South Dakota weather, he didn't skip a beat and easily switched gears with a great attitude. He was also extremely experienced at helping the party transition from cocktails to toasts, to dinner, to dancing; making my job so easy. The dance floor was hopping from the first to last song with every age group represented and my couple and their parents were above and beyond pleased with his services. They repeatedly made the comment that he was worth every penny and they were so glad they had trusted their gut and hired him. From a vendor perspective, I was completely impressed in every way. Our son’s wedding was planned for 5pm on 12/1 in Sioux Falls, with a DJ from the bride’s hometown in Iowa. Snow and ice prevented the Iowa DJ from getting here, and at 1:15, just as pictures were about to begin, she got the message from him that we would be without a DJ for the evening. Our reception coordinator from the downtown Hilton Garden Inn phoned me around 2 to say that Chris at Pinnacle Productions had a DJ available to step in at a great price. I communicated some basic information to Louie, the DJ, by text, and gave him contact info for the original DJ, hoping for the best as I ran off to participate in picture taking. All I can say is WOW! The room lighting was gorgeous and no one in the room could believe he was not our original DJ! He was so professional and accommodating, reading the crowd and getting everyone involved! He took requests graciously and promptly. We could not have had a better experience! He completely saved the evening for us! We are so grateful for their compassion for our situation, as well as their obvious experience and professionalism! It was perfect!

I and my wife used Pinnacle for our wedding. We got Jeff Wheeler as our DJ. I can't speak to all of the DJs that Pinnacle has, but Jeff was GREAT. He read the crowd masterfully and still managed to work in our requested songs. I am into some semi-obscure music and he even managed to bridge the gap between my tastes and what would work for an event like a wedding. Which is what we wanted. But he also went so far beyond those tasks. He worked with the venue for optimal sound. He made sure the multiple microphones worked when they had to and were mute the rest of the time. When I had any questions about any part of the production, he was on the spot. It could not have turned out so wonderfully without his input and hard work. As an added bonus, he was also a really funny guy.
