Finn was OUTSTANDING! She was recommended to us by another vendor and she exceeded every expectation we had. From our first communication, Finn was prompt in her replies, extremely affable, and very informative. Finn helped us tailor a package that fit our needs exactly. She responded to countless emails from us, giving us sound advice and feedback with thoughtfulness and patience. In the final lead up to our wedding, Finn kept us on track with timing reminders in regards to where we should be with our planning. Our rehearsal couldn't have gone smoother. She corralled our wedding party effortlessly and coordinated the day of schedule in conjunction with all our vendors. On the day of the wedding, Finn was our rock, making sure we were staying on schedule but also reminding us that it was our day and if we wanted to spend more time in one space, she would tailor the schedule. We never saw Finn flustered. She exuded calm during the entirety of our journey with her and as a result, calmed us as well! It was truly a joy to work with her and we are proud to now call her our friend. We highly, highly, highly recommend her!

Finni was an incredible coordinator. Our wedding ran so smoothly because of the help she provided. She was great in all aspects of communication, organization, and set up. Finni came out early the day before for the rehearsal to make sure she would help in any way possible. The day of the wedding we were so impressed that she went out of her way to assist in ways beyond what she was contracted to do. I would recommend Finni to anyone planning a wedding. If you had asked me to describe what I was looking for in a wedding planner, Finni went above and beyond all expectations. She had an intimate understanding of the wedding industry and stakeholders within Seattle and gave us a comprehensive list of recommendations for all our needs. Each of the vendors we selected were brilliant and already had a great working relationship with Finni. She was with us every step of the way and was an absolute godsend the day of the wedding. She was willing to work with us on strange hours while my spouse and I were out of the country for the entire year for the wedding! Her responsiveness to any and all inquiries we would have throughout the planning phase was incredible, and her ability to incorporate multiple faiths and cultures was extremely helpful. I'll give one anecdote that highlights how great she was. During our reception, it was becoming clear to Finni that the time we had with our photographer would expire in the middle of the dancing phase of the reception. Finni took proactive steps and spoke with my mother to ask for her permission to pay the photographer for an extra hour. When my mother said yes, she went ahead and paid the photographer up front with her own money for an extra hour to ensure he would capture the dancing. She did all of this without stressing me out and letting me and my spouse enjoy the night in blissful ignorance. This is who you get when you hire Finni. She is someone who provides comprehensive support, both before, during, and after the big day. Out of all the money we spent on the wedding, Finni was easily the most valuable service we spent on. Hiring Finni was the best planning decision we made! We live in New York and the wedding was in Tacoma so we really needed a wedding planner who is knowledgeable, skilled and detail-oriented. With Finni, we got all of the above and more! We hired Finni for full service wedding planning for our Sangeet, wedding ceremony and reception (a 2 day event), and from day one she showed a real passion for our vision and frequently went above & beyond to ensure our vision could be realized. She was a great combination of creative and practical - allowing us to try different things while also staying on top of timelines & budgets. Our wedding was an Indian/American fusion wedding, and Finni was very culturally sensitive - asking questions, helping us envision the perfect fusion wedding. She was also a joy to work with & actually made the many months of planning pretty fun. The entire wedding weekend was an absolute dream with Finni handling many of the coordination responsibilities. We’re really lucky to have found Finni and you would be too!

Not only is Finni friendly, professional, and experienced, she is creative and innovative. My now-husband and I liked components of what felt like every idea and photo we came across for our wedding. Finni listened to us, heard what we liked and wanted, and helped us find a cohesive vision and plan for our wedding day. She’s extremely organized, supportive and soo easy to work with. She’s also very responsive and her demeanor at all times was reassuring and calming. It definitely got nerve-wrecking and stressful towards the end. But ultimately, on our wedding day, neither of us had to worry about a thing for our ceremony and reception. Finni was a leader of our ideas and coordinated with our other vendors flawlessly. We each just got to enjoy our day with our families and with each other without a worry. We highly recommend working with Finni. She really is amazing!!

Finni did a phenomenal job coordinating our wedding day! She is friendly, professional and the calm positive energy you NEED when planning a wedding! Further Finni is a kind person and someone we always felt excited to talk to and comfortable to be ourselves with. Finni was there for us every step of the way to answer questions, give helpful tips and offer her incredible knowledge on what would work best for our vision! We were so impressed by her quick responsiveness to emails throughout the planning process as well as her preparedness for our planning meetings. About 6 months before our wedding, we moved from Seattle to London and so it became a destination wedding for us - having Finni there to keep us on track with planning made the transition so much less stressful and only highlighted Finni’s flexibility and skills more! We’re so happy we trusted Finni with this important job and highly highly recommend her!

As a representative for PNTA and Canvas Events Space, we had the pleasure of working with Finn Events on Q Law Foundation's annual fundraiser in 2022 which was produced for both an online audiance and an in-person gathering of around 200 supporters. The event was a lovely success entertaining and inspiring the vibrant support group. Airialists, music, treats, and a photobooth keept folks engaged and entertained while the keynote speaker and director's made a sincere request to support the important efforts in equility and awareness of the organizations. Finn Events helped PNTA craft a budget, quote, and service contracts for both venue and A/V services to ensure the production ran smooth and efficiently. Throughout the production process Finni was positive, constructive, and a true treat to work alongside with regardless of challenges, changes, and updates. We look forward to working with Finn Events again and we highly recomend!
