I have attended numerous parties at 1927 Events. When it came time to throw my own party I realized what a wonderful spot this was. The space is airy and versatile which allowed me to tailor the experience to my guests. But it was really the people that made the difference. Grace took care of all my needs and addressed my questions promptly. The day of, the entire staff, from bar manager to doorman really impressed me. They were gracious, professional and attentive. My guests also took note of this outstanding service. Their collective effort let me relax and for everyone to have a memorable night!! I'd highly recommend using 1927 Events for your occasion!!

I attended a program at 1927 Events in Seattle and was so amazed at the flexibility for all types of functions, programs and special events. Lots of space, very clean and well cared for. We had a reception area near the front which was great for greeting guests while arriving. The body of the space is also very functional. We had a speaker and the sound was great even without a microphone. The owner is great to work with and I would give them a high 5 star rating! Thank you!!! Til next time!! We will be attending more functions in the future!

Grace was just wonderful to work with, professional, accommodating and knowledgable. We felt that the staff really cared about our needs and the success of our Wine Tasting Gala. The night of the event, 1927 Event space was beautiful, warm and welcoming. Everyone in attendance had a great time and 1927 Events played an instrumental role in making it happen.

The harsh acoustics of 1927 Events make it a good place to see and be seen, but it is practically impossible to carry on a conversation with even a hundred people there. The food has been good in the past, but we weren't quick enough to sample it recently. Both bars are well stocked with specific items and the staff did a great job with the resources available to them.

We threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife here. The space was the perfect size for the 30-50 guests who came and went throughout the night. The room was well laid out for mingling and maybe a little dancing. Grace and the bartender were great. I felt like everything was taken care of and it wall went off without a hitch. I would use this space again for sure.

Have had an event here for 3 years in a row. Best service ever, amazing space, great ambiance, excellent help coordinating all points and made everything perfect each step of the way. Seriously one of the best venue spaces in the whole city if Seattle in every way.

1927 Events is a Amazing venue to host a social gathering, Party or wedding! We held a school event, and everyone loved the place and vibe! I recommend booking 1927 Events for your next event! I'm planning on booking 1927 Event for my daughters 21st Birthday in Aug. :)

We had our wedding here and it turned out beautifully! At times, it was hard to get ahold of Grace but she did such an amazing job and is very talented at what she does!

Small warehouse downtown Seattle with parking across the street. Nothing spectacular but a decent place to have an event. I did a full day training session with a vendor here.
