TEN out of five stars for Ashley Lynn Wedding Events! We contacted Ashley in a bit of a panic just eight weeks before the wedding because the day-of coordinator we booked a year in advance, unexpectedly cancelled our contract. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. Ashley also had an untimely cancellation and her calendar opened on the same day. Yes! That was a fortuitous sign. Both bride and mother-of-bride are very detail oriented and due to pandemic postponement, had been working on wedding particulars for 3 years. We were pretty set to go but needed a bit of guidance with some last minute things. Ashley had a few phone meetings with the bride to work out these details. She provided us the guidance and the suggestions we needed. In the weeks just before the wedding, Ashley handled all the final confirmations with our vendors and checked in as needed. Ashley was very responsive and attentive to us and made us feel that this wedding was her number one priority. On wedding day, Ashley arrived on time. She was just as excited as us. She didn’t hover, yet, when we needed her she instantly appeared. Ashley has an engaging personality with a very calming presence; both were much needed and appreciated. There were a couple of minor snafus that could have really disrupted the schedule, but Ashley put our minds at ease, quietly handling everything and things moved along flawlessly. We had some extra surprises added to the evening events which Ashley worked in cadence with the venue coordinator to keep everything moving and on schedule. With her assistance, all the extras went off without a hitch, much to our delight and our guest’s spirited response. Wedding day is by the far the most special day of the bride and grooms lives. Having Ashley join our team helped make dreams come true. She appreciated our vision and understood the assignment. Without her presence on wedding day we would not have been as successful in pulling off this amazing and memorable wedding. It was truly a magical day. The details of our design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. At the end of her long day and night, Ashley went above and beyond to clean up hundreds of paper streamers from a gravel driveway. (We owe her a manicure!) Then, she loaded several floral arrangements into her personal vehicle and delivered them to us at the hotel to bring home to enjoy. Ashley made sure all of our needs were met. She was enthusiastic, calming, reassuring, interested, kind, communicative, resourceful, had attention to detail, and kept everything on time. Thank you Ashley for doing more than expected and doing it with a smile. We feel so fortunate that things turned out as they did and we had the opportunity to meet you and work with you. Ashley is a true professional who knows how to get the job done well. Highly recommended to brides out there wondering if this service is worth the investment. Yes! As a very organized bride A day of coordinator was some thing that I thought about on and off throughout planning my wedding. Within the last six months I booked Ashley. I booked her for day of coordination, and mostly for timeline help and set up of venue. Ashley was extremely accessible, answered all of my text messages and calls in a very timely fashion, and even made phone meetings very easy. Ashley sent me spreadsheets and even some emails with cute little tips in them. I felt like my whole wedding day was extremely flawless and I knew of no problems that had happened (if there were any). The set up of my venue was exactly what I had hoped for and I owe that all to Ashley. Booking with Ashley just made my day go smoother and she was in my corner- because she didn’t work for the venue or anyone else except for my husband and I. She even catered to my family. Throughout the night Ashley came to check on my husband and I multiple times and got us anything that we needed. After the wedding I received text messages of pictures and videos of my beautiful day - so that was an added plus! I definitely recommend Ashley and her team!! My wedding was such a positive experience in every aspect and I am so happy for the team that I had.

I don't know where to start, Ashley was absolutely amazing. Even though we hired her as our day of planner, she was in regular communication throughout the planning process. Her vendor recommendations were A+, and the team she helped assemble worked together to make our day perfect. Most notably, was the florist Renee. I hired Ashley because the communication with the venue wasn’t the best. Ashley and Adrianna are the reasons that my wedding went seamlessly and was perfect. I made my own centerpieces and they decorated the entire venue. I honestly could not even believe how beautiful they made it look. They also helped with the timeline, rehearsal dinner walk through, keeping everything in order, packing up at the end of the night, and literally everything in between. I did not hesitate for a second when selecting Ashley Lynn Events to be the wedding coordinator. Please take a moment to read this review if you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator for your own special event. This is a woman who goes the extra mile in everything she does. From the first meeting with my daughter and now son-in-law to the culmination of the wedding event itself, her work was nothing short of exemplary. She arrived a day early to meet with the event staff and do a walk through of the venue and discussed every detail at length to make sure everything would go off flawlessly. She maintained communication with my daughter throughout so that any last minute requests could be accommodated. Wedding day arrived and her artistic background lent beautiful little flairs and touches to the already attractive decor. She was keenly aware of the rhythm of events for the evening and handled everything that needed attention in a discrete and timely fashion. Ms. Lynn is a very approachable woman who will handle your special day with professionalism and finesse. Without exception, she is a wedding coordinator extraordinaire.

We wanted to give Ashley and her team a BIG shoutout for all their help and assistance in making our wedding day dreams come true! Ashley is truly a gem who can handle it all with a smile on her face and allows the bride/groom the ability to be fully immersed in the party with their guests while checking-in at the perfect moments to grab us anything. We were really late in the process to get a day of coordinator (literally hired Ashley 2 weeks before our wedding) as we juggled mixed feelings about whether we needed someone to help us out and needless to say our only regret is not hiring Ashley earlier! Ashley and Renee were amazing to work with. I was so overwhelmed in the last few months of wedding planning, and they swooped in and helped bring everything together. Ashely is so organized and helpful, she has lists and documents for everything you can imagine. The day of the wedding, Renee was like a fairy godmother flying around making things happen. What I loved most about Renee, was that she never gave me any reason to think anything wasn’t going to plan. Ashley is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and made me feel like I was her top priority at all times. I hired Ashley to create an elaborate picnic proposal on Block Island and everything came out stunning. I gave her some inspiration photos and she brought it to life! She helped plan everything from color coordination, to purchasing and storage, scheduling and picking up materials and food, to transporting all the stuff in boxes on the ferry & setting up on the beach after a long walk down a cliff side. She even handmade some snacks and fruit water for us which were amazing. I don’t even have the words to describe how thankful I am for the amount of work she put in to make our day feel so special, and to be able to rely on her to coordinate everything so I could enjoy the day was priceless. Ashley worked with me during the month leading up to the wedding (but always went above and beyond anytime I needed help before that) and Katie and Sarai helped on our day of. We needed a day of coordinator mostly due to the fact that our venue didn't have its own staff. Ashley and her team were able to offer exactly what we needed. They were great to work with, easily adapted to our pretty non-traditional event, very reliable, and highly organized. I was a little worried about the logistics of planning everything ourselves beforehand and then handing it all over to them day of, but they managed it beautifully! Would definitely recommend!

If there were more stars to give I would! Hiring Ashley Lynn Events was the best thing I could have done when planning my wedding. Her punctuality and professionalism goes above and beyond. It's like she can tap into your mind and know exactly what your wedding vison is and she legit brings it to life. Me being a nervous wreck was worried about the overall look of how the ballroom was going to look. Ashley said she had it covered and to give her whatever I had for decor/rentals and she and her assistant would do the rest. My husband and I did a 1st look of the reception before guests came in and we both cried because she blew it out of the park!!! She transformed the "mehh" ballroom into the real celebrity, whimsical, fantasy that I envisioned but BETTER!!!!! Not only that but Ashley was also aware of certain things that could have potentially disturbed the wedding and she was on damage control like no other. If something went wrong I didn't have a clue because Ashley is basically a professional ninja. The meetings and phone calls with Ashley always left me feeling relieved and happy to know she had it all under control. She even came to the dress store after I asked at the last minute to help with the 8 bridesmaids dresses that needed to be rush ordered. (Can you say Angel!) Also, Ashley's assistant Sarai is amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all her help. Oh and Ashley's husband who came in clutch putting on chair covers during our rehearsal dinner. lol :) Mind you she helped me plan a 200 person wedding in 6 months after only finding out what are venue was in April. Ashley Lynn is a WEDDNIG WIZARD!!!!! Thank you Ashley Lynn Events!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going into wedding planning I knew I wanted to hire a day of coordinator so I could have someone that would be our “go to” and that I knew would be there no matter what we may need. I found Ashley as a recommendation on a wedding page I was on and reached out. I was so happy I did! Communication was so fast and easy. She had great ideas along the way. I was worried the most about the church ceremony and how we would know when to walk, she helped and showed everyone what to do (in what seemed like the most unorganized church rehearsal -no fault of hers lol) and it went smoothly on the day of. Adrianna and Ashley went to the reception site and helped with any decorations that were there. We forgot the sticks for the s’mores and one of them brought it to our attention and even went to the store to go get them! They were also dancing with my husbands crazy uncle. I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

Ashley is honestly so freaking incredible ! I didn’t eat at all my whole wedding day and I mentioned looking for m and ms so I don’t pass out … Ashley went out mid wedding just to get me m and ms in every flavor because I was craving them !!! This was honestly the kindest thing anyone did for me all day and speaks to how attentive Ashley is ! She also has a florist on her team which helped reorganize my flowers and made the venue look PERFECT ! Best vendor I had at my wedding by far !!!!!

As a type-A bride who planned every detail of our wedding, I was super hesitant to hand over responsibility on the day of to someone else. A few months before the wedding, I realized that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day if I was worrying above every little thing and making sure my vision came to life. *Enters* Ashley Lynn Weddings & Events. I reached out and immediately I knew I made the right decision. Ashley was super responsive and was willing to have multiple calls with us to make sure that every detail was accounted for and what we had been planning would be realized on the day of. On the actual wedding day, we had Sarai and Adrianna, and they were rockstars! From picking up and dropping off our morning food, to making sure the after party was set up, to EVERYTHING in between, they were on top of each detail. They set up all of our personal items, made sure I constantly had a drink in my hand, swept up broken glass on the dance floor and even helped my very swollen feet out of my heels at the end of the night (sorry)! I would recommend them for any wedding or event-- you seriously wont regret it!! One of the best decisions I made in our planning process and they are worth EVERY. PENNY!!! They decorated our venue flawlessly and everything was so beautiful. They set up our favors so our guests wouldn't miss them on the way out. When planning your wedding everyone always wants someone who communicates and is dedicated to bring your vision to life. Ashley and her assistant did just that and more. Both went above our expectations and felt like they were family. There was never a moment that Ashley was not by our side making sure we were taken care of in anyway possible. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with how our big day went, and Ashley & team were instrumental in making it happen. We had a Covid-delayed, casual reception-only affair, and we started working with them when we realized we’d be happier if we could spend the day relaxing with our friends and family - and leaving the finer details to the pros. They nailed it down to the last detail - food truck, lawn games, dancing, toast-style ring ceremony. We met with the team a few months before to share our ideas - they were flexible enough to work with our untraditional ideas while also providing a ton of helpful advice based on our budget, vision, and their experience with other couples. One unexpected perk of working with Ashley was her network of contacts in the industry. When we shared our vision for the wedding, she referred us to an amazing photographer and a top-notch bar service - both of which we ended up hiring and would also strongly recommend to others. On the day of the event, Adrianna and Serai were onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. I popped by the venue to say hi a few hours before, but I probably didn’t even need to do that. They were able to meet the vendors, oversee the setup, and make sure everything was in perfect shape for when the reception started. During the reception, they floated around as the point of contact. I spoke with them a handful of times whenever a question came up - and they dealt with everything quickly and quietly. They were both an absolute joy to work with. We are so grateful for the work the team did on our big day, and would enthusiastically recommend Ashley and team for anyone planning a wedding - especially if you’re a couple doing a DIY-style event that needs a little extra help (or wants to spend wedding day stress-free).
