If you're sitting here, reading entries about Peachy Keen, trying to decide if you'd like to work with them... trust me when I say, YOU DO. Working with Cindy and Peachy Keen was one of the major highlights of my wedding planning experience. Vendors all utilize different means to support their clients, and Cindy's organization, continual check-ins, and willingness to talk me off a ledge at a moment's notice (several times) are just some of the reasons I loved working with her. From the first phone call, Cindy immediately knew where to guide me and to whom. She knew which types of vendors I'd gel with, who would understand my style and run with it, and how to make my vision come to life. A few weeks prior to my wedding, I ran into a bit of a kerfuffle... I panic-texted her while she was at the gym, and she couldn't have waited more than 10 minutes to text me back with a full-fledged plan of attack. I mean, the woman is a super star. Not only is she truly a master of her craft, she's also an incredible, wonderful person. She's not only my former wedding coordinator, now, she's my friend. I'm emotional writing this review because I just adore her SO much. If you need to commit to someone (other than your fiance) commit to Cindy. She's the best in the biz. No ifs ands or buts about it!

Cindy is AMAZING! She was extremely responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and I left every conversation feeling confident that my day was going to be perfect (and it was!). Her attention to detail is outstanding and her organization is impressive. On top of it all, she emphasized the importance of spending time as a couple and taking everything in. Because of Cindy and her ability to take all stress and pressure off of the couple, we were able to do that. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and we couldn't have done it without Cindy!

Choosing Peachy Keen to coordinate our wedding was by far our best decision when it came to the planning process. Getting married is extremely stressful. Getting married in 2022 made that stress even worse. When we chose Peachy Keen, it was like a weight lifted off our shoulders. I interviewed with a few other coordinators, but she stood out because I could tell she truly loves what she does. That was important to us as a couple. It felt like through every interaction with her, she cared about our vision coming to life. Cindy was kind, organized, an amazing, communicator, and a great cheerleader throughout the whole process. She even made it fun! And as someone who enjoys a pat on the back for staying on top of my tasks, she was the right choice for me. She always let me know if I was ahead or behind on anything small things, which is so important when you have a billion things to think of already. She offered honest advice throughout the process, and gave great suggestions when we asked. We were a pretty relaxed couple in terms of traditions and we hate being the center of attention, so it was nice having someone to be there in your corner to say "It's okay. You don't need to do that." Although we didn't get to experience Cindy for the day of coordinating(she was already booked), we were thrilled with the person she assigned to fill her place. Hannah did AMAZING. Everything ran ahead of schedule which was crazy. My husband, mom, and our wedding party couldn't stop gushing about her. She always appeared at the right time to assist with anything we needed. I didn't have to worry about a thing on that day. Felt no stress largely because of her. And they deliver on that promise of drinks right when the ceremony is done. Hannah was waiting in the bridal suite smiling with two pina coladas in her hand to give us. She felt like a sweet friend there to make sure we were always happy and calm. I could ramble all day long about these amazing women. I feel so passionate about making sure you all understand how important of a role they played in our day. It was meant to be. We are truly lucky.

Hiring Cindy was absolutely, 100% the best decision we made in planning our wedding. I cannot imagine doing it without her. She alleviated so much stress from our planning process and the day of the wedding. She is extremely detail-oriented and had all elements of our day organized in very helpful Google docs. Cindy planned our dream wedding with us for the past year and in doing so has become a close friend and one of our biggest supporters! After only one meeting and looking at our Pinterest board she understood our vibe and knew exactly what we wanted. She suggested vendors that we hadn’t even heard of that were the perfect fit. We got her Millions of Peaches package and she took care of everything. 10/10 would recommend. Weddings are stressful but with Cindy it was honestly fun and exciting. She sent us one or two tasks to complete every month and gave us timelines to work with so that every step was manageable and less intimidating to tackle alone. She is an excellent communicator and when she has another client’s wedding she is great at letting you know why she won’t be easy to reach (which is great because you have all of her attention on your big day!). I initially hired Cindy to help plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend up in the mountains. It was way too much for me to try to coordinate, and Cindy helped me not only brainstorm and the logistics, but she was a huge part of executing my vision and making the day feel magical for us. She really cares about the couples that she worked with, she always made sure that she was recommending vendors to us who were queer friendly and also made sure that language and paperwork we received was also queer friendly. Cindy was arguably the most valuable asset my husband and I spent money on for our wedding this September. I cannot recommend her enough. Even if you tell yourself "I'm just having an intimate wedding, I don't need a planner", let me be the one to tell you that hiring Cindy is worth it! Untraditional couple, family drama, pandemic hangups and curveballs, rain for the first time in months during wedding week - our wedding had it all, and Cindy handled it seamlessly by being proactive and anticipating needs and changes before they became problems. We had a great experience with Cindy! When it came to wedding planning, I knew I wanted to handle a lot of it on my own as I enjoy it, but I knew I needed support from someone experienced in the wedding industry who knows all the tips and tricks to make a successful day and Peachy Keen was just that! There were details I hadn't considered and she really helped make sure I had thought of everything. We hired her for day of coordination, but what I love about that package is that she actually takes over vendor communication 6 months prior to the big day. With her handling the coordination and timeline of vendors it allowed me to focus on smaller details and really lifted a weight off my shoulders. One of our big hopes was that our family would be able to fully enjoy the day without having to put out fires or finish last minute details and Cindy really went above and beyond to make sure we were all present and in the moment the entire day. Let me start of by saying that Cindy is maybe one of the most detailed oriented wedding planners we've ever had the honor of working with. She cares about all the small details that has a bride or groom, you might forget day of, but when you look back you'll be able to remember. Working with her made our jobs easier / smoother as the photographer & videographer. She has a very calm, kind and fun energy about her. She is very hard working and we love that she's inclusive / loves all of her couples! She's also gentle but assertive when she needs to be! We worked with Peachy Keen Coordination on our March 2021 Covid-lopment. Cindy was great to work with and we highly recommend that you work with her too! She responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions we had. We booked with her in October 2020. As our date neared, she kept us regularly updated about the changing distancing requirements. She also was very considerate of our family's particular requests for social distancing. Cindy coordinated very well with our other vendors. She was well-informed about each vendor category and it was easy to trust her recommendations. She was wonderful on the wedding day too. Cindy was fantastic and instrumental in making best day ever come together. We hired her for our day-of-coordinator, but she was so much more! She is highly organized, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. She thought of all the little details that would never have occurred to me. In the months leading up the wedding, we did a few site visits and walked around the venue, which helped me to feel at ease about everything coming up. She was always there to provide feedback and give recommendations. Cindy was a godsend on the day of the wedding, and I can't imagine pulling the day off without her. I was recommend to Cindy at Peachy Keen Coordination by our caterer, and I could not be more happy with her services! We are from Minnesota and got married in Oregon, so I needed someone local to help and she ended up being the perfect person! She met with us in advance for a few meetings and was available for text, phone calls, and FaceTime calls as I needed her. The day of the wedding I had absolutely nothing to be worried about as I knew she had everything in her very capable hands. After relaxing all day and taking pictures we showed up to the venue and I literally cried tears of joy as she had made it look exactly as I had planned. She was available the whole day to help with bandages, getting wine out of my dress, and saving extra donuts for our nieces to take home. She literally brought me a plate of appetizers and put my jacket on me while I was talking to people so I could enjoy every minute with our guests. I could not have asked for anything that she was not able to make happen. If you want someone whom really cares and really wants it to be your best day, then Cindy at Peachy Keen Coordination is your girl!

If you have the opportunity to work with Cindy, I would suggest you jump on it ASAP! We had the privilege of working with her for our wedding in October 2020. As you can imagine, getting married during a global pandemic brings on a whole other stress of it's own. Cindy was by our side every step of the way; letting us know which vendors were able to reschedule, what that would look like with the venue and basically going through every contingency plan possible. She went above and beyond to alleviate any and all stress we could have had. Once we were confirmed that our wedding was going to happen, Cindy was meticulous with all details to ensure that our wedding was perfect. Cindy was the best investment we made for our August 2020 wedding. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to not only had to change our original date (June 2020) but also our venue. Cindy, aka Mrs. was Peachy Keen did our wedding in September of 2019. I tell her over and over that I would get married a second time (to the same man) just to have her as my wedding planner again. I was a very hands on bride, I had a vision, I picked and bought all the things to make it come true. Cindy knew when to step in, and when to let me do my thing. And she stepped in at all the right times. She handled all of the behind the scenes things perfectly and with so much professionalism, even with a tough vendor or two (and maybe a tough bridesmaid also). The only thing I would have done differently, is hire her for longer. I will always recommend Cindy, whenever I hear someone in need of a wedding coordinator. She is so sweet, so easy to work with and an extremely fair price to match.

And after all the wedding planning, wedding festivities and the day of my wedding - I am so glad she did. I don’t know how we would have done everything for my wedding without Cindy. We cannot say enough about Cindy and her husband, Kyle. With over 250 + guests, and 9 groomsmen/bridesmaids, I do not know how I would have ever managed this heard of wild cats myself! She even attended two \(2) rehearsals for us, one with a few at the venue, but a second private one at our home, since only one of of the groomsmen could make the official one Thursday night, due to all of them living out of state. However, this photo, really makes my heart soar about this lady! She was so excited for me, (for us), and for our day, as I walked down aisle. Still wish I had a camera to capture Kyle’s smile and excitement as I left the building. Now I say 9 groomsmen, and yes, that’s a lot, but they are all over 6 ft and are ROWDY boys. Thank you Cindy, Jason and I cannot thank you enough for helping our day be so perfect and so memorable. You better hire her, or you’ll truly be missing out!

We hired Cindy all the way back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding at the Sentinel hotel. Unfortunately covid hit and we had to postpone until 9/4/2021. Cindy handled all the transferring of vendors to the new date within a DAY!! Amazing! Cindy was absolutely my favorite vendor I worked with and I cannot say enough good things about her. We had a lot of small details to coordinate from live music, djs, multiple cakes and a bunch of personal decor items. Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everything was perfect and carried out exactly the way I’d planned. She even packed things up so nicely so it was easy to remove items from the venue. Wedding planning is such a stressful experience and with covid postponements I had a difficult time staying positive. I came to rely on Cindy for her organization, instant communication, and overwhelming kindness. I think that’s the biggest point I want to get across in this review. You can not find a more genuine, kind, and generous person than Cindy and you would be lucky if you could snag her as your coordinator!!

Cindy was our FABULOUS wedding coordinator. She was everything we wanted in a coordinator- extremely laid back, yet very thorough and efficient! Everyone in our families who interacted with her commented on how kind and helpful she was. Everything at our wedding went incredibly smooth, and she went above and beyond to make it so! Turns out, we weren't allowed to throw petals at the ceremony venue, but Cindy handled this by picking up every single petal afterwards and we didn't even know about it until the next day (obviously we would have nixed the petals had we known!). She also made a makeshift bustle for my dress at the reception, as it did not have one, so that I could dance easier. We would highly recommend Cindy, and look forward to staying in touch with her!

She had a blend of both ease and accountability and provided structure without stress. We had an unexpected threat of rain just days before the wedding and her above and beyond effort made sure we got the last 30 x 30' tent available in the Portland area. Ok. Firstly I just want to say - if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator - HIRE CINDY. Sure, my initial attraction to Cindy was her corgis (😂) but after chatting with her it was clear that we had to hire her for reals. Cindy is the kind of person who becomes your friend. She’s the super reliable, organized, goes-above-and-beyond friend we all want to have. We hired Cindy after we already had basically all of our vendors and had a lot of the big plans taken care of. I really wanted someone to help with the day of and to make sure that I didn’t forget anything though the wedding planning process. I really wish we had booked Cindy even sooner because wow is she helpful and brilliant. Cindy did such a great job of keeping us on track with everything - she provided a couple of really helpful organizational documents, plus some great tips and advice for any questions I had. She did an amazing job of coordinating everything happening with all the vendors. She was so helpful to have at site visits because she asked questions I hadn’t even thought of/didn’t know to ask. On the day of our wedding Cindy was the person setting things up, checking in with everything and making sure things were perfect. Literally perfect. I’m a bit of a control freak and there is no reason to feel stressed when you have Cindy organizing your day. Cindy did a great job helping my family feel comfortable, keeping things organized....she did all the things! Long story short. Cindy is an amazingly easy-going, organized, creative, wonderful person and if you’re contemplating hiring her...just do it!
