I am so grateful to Tanya of One Stop Event Rentals. She went beyond my expectations. I rented 100 organza chair sashes and 14 wood rounds to use as part of table centerpieces for my daughter's wedding reception. I got the 14 wood rounds but only 91 sashes, which I only found out at 11 pm on the eve of the wedding. I should have counted, but the day was super hectic. I e-mailed One Stop right away just to let them know of the shortfall. To my surprise, Tanya replied right away and she was even out of town at that time! She was so genuinely helpful and willing to make up for the shortfall that after some e-mail exchanges, she promised to deliver the missing sashes in time for the wedding! And they did! Tanya and staff were amazing! Not only that - to my embarrassment, I lost one of the wood rounds. Again, Tanya displayed her willingness to deliver excellent service - she was totally reasonable with lost items. Thank you, Tanya and Team!

They have everything you could possibly need, and the quality was amazing! I worked with both Kyla and Celine, and they were fantastic! They were both really responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up making multiple changes to our order as we got closer to the wedding day, and they were extremely accommodating! I thought booking rentals was going to be a really stressful part of wedding planning, but One Stop Event Rentals made it so easy!

We hired One Stop for my wedding last weekend for a big order with a tent, tables, chairs, dishes, glassware, and linens. The tent setup was great and everything else was fine aside from a few issues. They shorted us 60 knives and had to rush those over on wedding day. The glassware showed up filthy and our caterers had to clean them the day of. And pre-wedding when One Stop was switching over to new software all of our contract pricing got increased. If I hadn't caught this, we would have paid hundreds of extra dollars. Their team is very nice and helpful on the phone and refunded us $160 for the missing and dirty items. If you hire them, definitely double check all versions of your contract to make sure pricing doesn't get increased on you. I'm also very thankful that I had a day-of coordinator to handle the issues with knives and glassware. Overall a success, friendly staff and fair pricing.

One Stop Event Rentals absolutely saved our wedding! 4 weeks before our wedding we were cancelled on by another terrible and flakey vendor, and like Superman in the movies, One Stop come to the rescue with an amazing tent, and everything else we needed. Literally every other vendor in the state of Maine couldn’t help us due to it being so last minute except for them. If I could give them 6 stars I would! This is an amazing company, that is super responsive. If you want someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and can perform on an agreement for your special wedding day (even after another vendors last minute cancellation) then go with One Stop! You will not be disappointed, and can honestly say we couldn’t have had such a beautiful and successful wedding without them coming to our rescue. Thank you Superman.. I mean One Stop! ;)

We used One Stop for our recent marriage celebration, and were impressed from start to finish over the last year. We had an in-person consultation to talk through all the rental items we might need, they updated our quote each time we added/removed something, and honored our specific request for the delivery to be earlier in the week. Celine in particular was very professional and responsive throughout the final months. The delivery and setup of the tent went perfectly, same with the pickup a few days later. Would highly recommend for any event big or small in Maine!

Along the way, we encountered a few glitches from the obvious issues CoVid has caused, to finding meeting times that aligned since our daughter lives on the west coast and we and the One Stop Events are on the east coast. We appreciate the help from those we’ve spoken with, but a special “shout out” to Tyler. He has been amazing!! Tyler listened attentively to our needs, and remarkably in a couple of days found the items we needed and worked out the delivery. Service like this is invaluable. This company is amazing!!! I made a deposit for a tent, table, chairs and some games for our wedding this year in September..we rented a house the whole 9 etc. Well the owner of the house canceled on us last minute due to covid on the rise...what am I gonna do I thought?! I called up OSER and Abigail answered the phone...she was a life saver!! She wrote a letter to the owners and was able to push the reservation back to next year!!!! When you decide to host your wedding at an airbnb there are so many details that go into planning. The thought of all the rentals we needed was overwhelming but One Stop made it easy. The sales team was incredibly resourceful and made great recommendations for the type of event we were hosting. They were responsive, flexible and courteous. My company has a yearly cookout, so we use One Stop Event Rentals for the tables and chairs. Ten tables, 65 chairs: right around $165 for the weekend. I backed up to the warehouse, and a bunch of young guys loaded me up. Couldn't ask for more.
