Cassie and her entire team were so wonderful right from the beginning. We picked Olive & Co. because of the warm energy we felt from their website and because our dog's name is Olive. And we truly felt like serendipity was at play from day one. We got engaged in March 2020 and I had big dreams of getting married in November 2020- not an easy feat given how busy this season became. Cassie and her team made all those hopes and visions not only come to life but held our hands throughout the entire journey. From budget planning (a HUGE help) in the beginning, to sourcing vendors, to coming up with designs, and knowing all the big and little questions to ask to prepare us. And then of course all the last minute changes or speed bumps; she was right there to navigate them all. Then on our big day she and her team just pulled all of the pieces together to create a true work of art and a day we will treasure forever. We truly could not be happier with the help and guidance Olive & Co. gave us. Working with Cassie was the easiest and best decision we could have ever made and her calm demeanor and clear organization was integral to our wedding day success. While we don't plan on having any more weddings (maybe a vow renewal!), we absolutely know who we will call for any big events or planning needs in our future.

Cassie and her team at Olive & Co were absolutely phenomenal to work with. My husband and I started working with Cassie back in 2020 after getting engaged in December of 2019. Like so many couples planning their weddings around then, several wrenches were thrown into those plans and we were not able to have our celebration until June 2022. The folks at Olive & Co remained positive, optimistic, and willing to roll with all the punches along the way, which was so important to making wedding-planning a positive experience. Something that became really clear to me throughout this process is how important it is for your planner to have great relationships with the vendors you hope to work with. I think one of the reasons all of our vendors were willing to go the extra mile for us (and deal with our date-change) is because of Cassie's experience and the trust she has with so many vendors here in coastal Maine. Cassie is creative, has great taste, and if you are unsure of anything you can trust that she has your best interests at heart and won't get annoyed by all your questions. I would absolutely recommend Olive & Co!

Simply put, we had our dream wedding without hiccups because of Cassie and the whole Olive&Co team. We got married on Peaks Island, what some might consider a logistical nightmare, but Cassie was never phased and everything went smoothly. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet them. We were budget conscious but this was the sole best use of funds during the wedding planning process. We lived in North Carolina and rarely visited Maine but having Olive and Co there with local knowledge, sourcing and managing vendors was priceless. Additionally, their attention detail saved us thousands of dollars during the final weeks when our minds were pre-occupied. In summary, they felt like family and we could not have had a better experience. You are in good hands with Cassie and Olive&Co.

The best choice was to hire Cassie and her team. They were amazing. I am so thankful for them. Cassie and her team made my entire wedding flawless and worry free for my husband and I. Everything came together better than I could have imagined. We had just under 250 guests, I was worried I about planning/executing all the details of the weekend and not being able to enjoy the moment. Cassie and Becca are absolutely exceptional. They worked incredibly hard and navigated us through planning a wedding while we lived on the west coast. Our wedding felt perfect in every way thanks to Olive & Co. They listened closely to what we wanted, despite changing our minds a couple of times on the theme, and brought it to life. They supported us and presented options when we had to make changes and created the perfect Maine wedding. There are a lot of wedding planners out there. But if you want a 5 star wedding that will rock all of your expectations choose Olive & co. The only thing you will regret is when your wedding day is over!

We cannot recommend Cassie and her amazing team from Olive and Co enough! From the very beginning, Cassie and Mattie went above and beyond to support us in our planning process. It was so helpful to have their expertise and frequent check-ins. Cassie created a budget for us that was a lifesaver! During the final stage of our planning process, Cassie truly made our experience effortless. She was so on top of communication with vendors and every last detail. On our wedding day, we felt so taken care of and organized. It was such a gift to have a team there to setup, run the show day of, and breakdown that evening. Cassie and Mattie are the type of people that you feel lucky to spend time with. Their joyful outlook on their work makes the experience so warm and memorable for those that get to work with them. Cassie and Becca are so wonderful. They planned a perfect wedding representing both me and my husband’s culture (I’m Chinese) and they made the wedding day stress-free. Becca has been so patient with me throughout the entire process (I forgot several due dates…). My husband and I didn’t not know what we really wanted at the beginning of the preparation, but Cassie and Becca helped us find a great concept and a very beautiful color pattern scheme. Their communication skills were on point and we did not have to worry about anything with the vendors. Highly recommend them if you want a beautiful wedding that is stress-free and just to your specifications. Thanks!!

The best thing we did was hire Cassie and her team for our Portland nuptials. Unless you’re a professional event planner, wedding planning goes from being so fun to a stressful nightmare very quickly. Thank goodness Cassie was around to give me guidance and an organized plan from the get go. My now-husband and I worked with her for over 16 months to get our day just right and she nailed every last detail. Like when I lost the hooks for our photo booth and then finally found them but they were too short? Or when our keg leaked everywhere before the event? Cassie had DIY’d the perfect solutions before I ever realized there was a problem. If I could do it all over again I’d have Cassie plan our whole wedding weekend! Hiring her was seriously our best decision, that and the late night coffee cart ;)

Olive and Co. made our wedding dreams a reality!! We did the partial planning option, which was perfect for us. We were able to plan some parts of the wedding, but Olive and Co. really helped with all of the details and with everything the month and day of. From the first call with Cassie, we knew we could trust her and we were so right!! Her attention to detail, listening/communication skills and ability to make us secure throughout the process was unmatched. Mattie was there the day of our wedding and she was just as amazing as Cassie!! She stayed calm and made sure every little detail was just as planned. My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Cassie; book her immediately!! Cassie helped with the day of coordination of our non-traditional wedding. We had a lot of moving parts and many things to orchestrate and Cassie absolutely crushed every last detail. We also had an unexpected no show in one of our furniture rentals and Cassie was able to seamlessly handle it so that we had no idea it happened until she politely informed us the day after. It’s tough to even say just how excellent Cassie is. We always knew Maine would be the spot for our wedding, but living in New York with jobs that keep us at the office all night made planning sound stressful and near impossible. We interviewed about five planners and based on Cassie’s aesthetic, her warm personality and modern, tech-forward approach, she was our pick. And did we get lucky! We did not pose an easy task either, with buses, boats and islands, the logistics were challenging and the risks were high. Cassie never made us feel like our vision wasn’t possible and we trusted her until the very end which gave us the most perfect weekend of our lives and our families lives. The day of our wedding every vendor we spoke to was well briefed and we could tell they had spoken to Cassie. Our family now jokes when amazing things happen that Cassie must still be working. Thank you to her and her team for their amazing work and don’t even stop and think before hiring them. Just do it!

We could not have pulled off such a perfect day without Cassie. Not enough can be said about her professionalism and genuine kindness. As someone who felt very confident in my vision and my DIY abilities, I went back and forth on getting a planner/coordinator. I am so, so glad I decided to book Cassie! There are so many things you don’t know to think about and planning became overwhelming very quickly. She kept us focused and on schedule the whole way, took the stress out of many tasks, and made the overall experience so enjoyable. She dealt with a vendor who was not great at communicating, handled a rental mishap day-of without us even noticing anything was wrong, and even got our dessert donuts the night before and kept them at her house! Our parents and even the venue owners could not stop talking about how amazing Cassie was and how perfect the day went. We can’t thank her enough :)
