Jaime is an absolute GEM! Hire her immediately! In our entire wedding planning experience, the best decision my partner and I made was investing in Jaime and her assistant, Nathan, for month-of coordination. We were definitely in the mindset that we could pull all of the final details together ourselves at first, but no matter how detail oriented you think you may be, having a kind, confident, professional communicator and planner at your side is a quintessential piece of the wedding puzzle. Jaime saved us a lot of time and stress in the last couple of weeks when vendor emails and silly quest questions start to pile up. And most importantly, we (and our friends/family) were fully able to enjoy every moment of the big day and all of the hard work we put into it because of her amazing talents. Even our other vendors said that it was the most on-time, seamless wedding they’d ever been apart of...if that’s not an endorsement of Jaime’s skill I don’t know what is! :)

I made two amazing decisions come my wedding: the first was marrying the love of my life and the second was hiring Jaime. She's everything that you'll need...professional, responsive, kind, empathetic, culturally responsive, and thoughtfully intentional. She knows the industry inside and out and will always bat for you. Her style is on point, she really understood what my fiance and I were going for and this was especially important for us as Filipino and Mexican cultures. I'm a COVID bride and my fiance and I had rescheduled our wedding three times by the time that I reached out to Jaime. At that point, I was drowning. Throughout my time with her, she helped me navigate the wedding industry, listened to all of my needs, was realistic when it came to finances, and really helped create the wedding of my dreams. Even when some vendors and I did not get along, Jaime came to the rescue. When it came to the big day, everything could not have gone more smoothly. All of my family raved at how beautiful, picturesque, and 'straight out of a movie' the wedding looked...and guess who styled it? Jaime! Do not hesitate. HIRE HER! She's absolutely worth it. You can't go wrong with hiring Jaime and her team! I went with her month-of coordination package because while I wanted to plan most of our wedding day, I definitely was not going to be able to do final timeline stuff and setting things up on the day of. But even though the coordination was "month of", she was always helpful with my questions and things starting ever since I reached out almost a year and a half before the wedding day. We had a few video meetings leading up to the big day which were especially helpful with assuring us that we were on the right track with all of the planning on our end! Jaime kept in good communication with my vendors to make sure they were aware of all the necessary info and were on time on the day of. With Jaime herself unavailable on the day of our wedding due to her maternity leave, her associate Brit J (as well as Jaime's husband Nathaniel) stepped in and did a fantastic job! I had a bunch of items for the reception and ceremony that they set up neatly. They were helpful when I had questions and checked in periodically throughout the night for things like making sure we were ready for our "send-off" photos. They were also diligent in the end to make sure everything was packed up for us to take home. I also hired Jaime to guide our wedding rehearsal, which I strongly recommend you do too. She walked through the ceremony a few times with us and was a reassuring voice so that we didn't get confused or overwhelmed. She took into account the abnormally long "aisle" at my ceremony location and the areas to be careful of with it being outdoors. We were actually able to watch a totally separate, unrelated wedding ceremony take place the day before our wedding from our hotel balcony at the wedding location and their ceremony didn't look nearly as smooth as how Jaime made ours ;) You definitely want to have Jaime on your wedding vendor team!

Jaime helped plan our June wedding. She’s extremely detail oriented and knows all things wedding — which we certainly didn’t! It was great to have her on our team to ask questions and to pass along the task of coordinating with vendors as the big day drew closer. She helped our rehearsal run smoothly, thinking of things we would have surely missed. Wow. I don’t even know where to begin this is how fabulous this woman is. I want to go ahead and define her in a few simple words. Jaime is outstanding, fabulous, kind, calm, welcoming ... Not only is Jaime fabulous at the work that she does, she’s just an outstanding person with an amazing artistic eye. Everything she did was above and beyond and there was not one flaw in our special day. Everything before and after I walked down the aisle was taken care of and done to absolute perfection. If your planning a wedding during lovely covid, Jaime also knows all the rules and guidelines attatched to having a wedding, she is great with updating you as things change, and boy did things change, but we rolled with the punches and she found a solution for every obstacle we needed to tackle.
