100% RECOMMEND!!! We had our wedding at Saint Irene's in Tualatin, OR and we were in need of a wedding coordinator. After hours of searching on Google, Social Media, etc. we found Beth! Her amazing reviews and detailed website made her seem like the perfect fit for us. We had a meeting over the phone to ensure she is what we were looking for, and right after that call, we booked her. She has so many amazing qualities from her organization skills, to communication skills through email. She made me (a stressed out Bride, having so idea what she was doing) feel at ease. She made us a timeline, was able to get in contact with our VIPs, vendors, etc. She made sure to address everyone by their proper pronouns, and made everyone feel comfortable. She even accommodated for an assistant coordinator to help us even more. She played so many roles on the day of our wedding including: Errand runner, DJ (playing music from pre planned playlists), Wedding Party go-to person, Outfit change helper, etc. She helped up follow all the required Covid policies, and we asked that anyone feeling unwell stay home. I had so many wedding guests comment on her abilities, and everyone was so impressed. Not to mentioned organizing all the DIY projects I had in mind to save $. For example, I had some friends put together floral bouquets by hand, had many decorations bought off Amazon, etc. She was able to orchestrate it all, and having the venue set up when I arrived brought tears to my eyes. She even picked up our cake and flowers in Portland, OR (lifesaver)!!! If you are in need of a wedding coordinator Beth is the perfect choice:)

Beth is the most important person I had on my wedding team. After you get engaged it's so exciting to think about venue, photographer, and the like, but I strongly recommend you make Beth your first hire - ESPECIALLY if you're taking on the bulk of planning and creative direction yourself.
Beth is an expert in the industry. She understands how it all works, how to navigate the complexity, and she knows everyone. Her work with you begins months before wedding day. She can help you decide which vendors to partner with, read through contracts for any surprises, and elevate details you might not have thought through. She's published a book and many blog posts about bringing intentionality to your wedding day, and takes great care to understand what's important to you and help you achieve it.
She's the most detail-oriented person I've ever met, and is such a rock during the emotional, stressful months leading up to your wedding. I couldn't have done it without her and credit so much of our seamless wedding to her partnership and leadership.

Beth is the most important asset you could have at your wedding. This day is about you and your love. Beth makes sure that is the case every step of the way. AND, listen, if you can't hire her- buy her book, Modern Etiquette Wedding Planner: The Essential Organizer to Make Your Day Special for Everyone. It's a great resource. Her website is also remarkable and that's where we learned Beth donates 5% to amazing organizations that we believe in too.

Beth did an amazing job at my friend's wedding. She sent out detailed instruction and timelines for the wedding party so all knew the plan far in advance. This helped the wedding party feel confident in their responsibilities and allowed the married couple to enjoy their day instead of organizing everyone. Beth also did an incredible job of walking everyone through the ceremony and making sure all paperwork was properly submitted for the marriage license. I would recommend Beth to anyone. She kept us on task leading up to the wedding, checking in every month and contacting caterers etc. Making sure that everyone was on the same page.
The day of the wedding she kept everything on schedule, was always around with answers or the ability to find answers, and even had a needle and thread when one of my groomsmen needed to hem his suit sleeves.
She made adjustments to the seating chart as people who didn't RSVP showed up. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We got multiple unprompted compliments about how great it was working with Beth. Everyone who interacted with her was impressed.

We hired Beth as our Day-Of Coordinator about 3 weeks before our wedding, and that was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She got involved right away to help us pull together the final details of our wedding and communicated those details to our vendors. (That alone saved me hours of worrying and emailing.) On our rehearsal day, she had a calm presence and ran everything smoothly. I was especially impressed with how she talked to my nieces and nephew (our flower girls and ring bearer, who ranged from 3 years old - 6 years old). They followed her cues and did their part. On the wedding day, Beth took care of many last-minute tasks for us and was a great facilitator. She checked-in frequently with us and the vendors to keep everyone informed of what we had scheduled next so the day could run smoothly, all while remaining unobtrusive. Even though she was very involved with the wedding and frequently communicated with us, she didn't distract us from the day or our guests. Beth was an absolutely perfect wedding coordinator! Even if you are a super-organized couple, I would still recommend that you let Beth handle the details of running your wedding so that you can enjoy the moment with your partner.

We are thankful for everything Beth did to help facilitate such a wonderful experience for everyone involved--much more than we're even aware of, I'm sure. And here are a couple notable examples that were especially helpful to us personally. As we were getting dressed in our hotel room, a hook on my wife's dress broke. Upsetting for her, but perhaps a fairly common occurrence, and Beth did a quick sewing job when we arrived at the venue. But the big challenge was that I discovered I had forgotten the white shirt to go with my suit. Panic ensued, of course, but Beth quickly procured an appropriate shirt from the catering crew. It was waiting for me when we arrived at the venue, and for the rest of the evening nobody was the wiser unless I chose to share the story with them. Beth rose to the occasion, in the midst of everything else going on, and proved her resourcefulness in resolving a major problem.

Working with Beth has been a dream! If she could be the coordinator at every wedding I do florals at, I would be so so happy. Along with being so friendly and fun, she is on top of all the details and is always keeping vendors and wedding parties in the loop regarding important info and the progression of the day. So personable, knowledgeable about all things-wedding, and clearly very passionate about what she does. Where to begin! We started working with Beth in the fall of 2016, for our wedding on 8/18/18, and from the beginning she far exceeded the role of DOC. If I have reviewed Beth before, it was as someone who has attended her events that she organized for wedding vendors who are trying to shake up the industry. Those events are really well planned and have helped connect me to amazing people who I am excited to see every time we get together. But this review is about my experience with Beth in her capacity as a Day-of Wedding Coordinator because we were finally able to work together on a wedding that took place last weekend.
The difference between a wedding coordinated by the couple and a wedding coordinated with the help of Elisabeth (Beth) Kramer is the surplus of calm, ease, and support that I observed in the presence of Beth. I have witnessed other coordinators or venue staff loudly push around couples and their guests from one thing to the next because it is easier for them. Beth was completely the opposite. It was obvious that she had clear conversations early on with the couple and put in the planning ahead of time because she was able to keep things moving at a comfortable, human pace with just a few quiet words with individuals at just the right time.
When I showed up to officiate, Beth was able to quickly help me with a half dozen or so items that are always on my pre-ceremony checklist. She has the mind for details in the context of the broader scope that I wish that I had. From vows to props to sound to introductions with family members who would be helping me throughout the ceremony, Beth efficiently found me the answer or connection I needed within the first ten minutes of my arrival.
For the 45 minutes that I was there before the ceremony began, the couple and their family members were calmly mingling or taking pictures. There was no rush, no last minute emergency. I'm sure something happened that I did not know about, but because Beth was helping to problem solve (and had started the problem solving months ahead of time), the drama on the day was not at all noticeable to me. Did I mention this was all in the context of the COVID pandemic?
I highly recommend Elisabeth Kramer to any couple who is getting married. She will help focus you on what your top priorities are for your wedding, help you execute each element of your wedding day smoothly, help you enjoy your experience, and leave your other wedding vendors wishing they could work with her on every wedding.

We didn't need to worry about anything and were really able to enjoy the day and having friends and family around. We had no doubt that if something went awry, that Beth would be 100% on top of it.
3) really goes the extra, extra mile. Beth was there for the full day, even after the wedding wrapped up making sure all our gifts, cards, etc. got stuff where it needed to go.
4) Beth is really low-pressure and helped us execute the wedding we wanted. There was never any pressure to adhere to certain wedding-industry expectations if we didn't want to and she really made us feel confident in our decision making in crafting our own day.

Beth was consistently available, flexible, and accommodating in every capacity. Not once did I ever feel as though I had no idea what was going on, due to a lack of communication or follow-up.
Her work ethic and attention to detail is only furthered by her friendly and warm energy that you feel from the moment you meet. She is fun and easy to talk to throughout the day - and brings the exact attitude and spirit you wanna have throughout a 14 hour day. To work alongside her again would be an absolute pleasure - and quite honestly, a blast at the very least.
