Had a wedding here. The wedding planner did an ok job. The wedding started late. Meal servers poorly placed food on the plates and by the time you got back to your seat the food was all over the floor. Cake was served 2 hours after the bride and groom cut it. Again felt like an after thought and by the time it was served majority of guests had left. The hall it's self was beautiful and well decorated. The wedding started outside with the exchanging of vowels and then went inside for the remainder of the wedding. Food was slightly warm but very good. Food is prepared by outside restaurant's and catered in. Would highly recommend Villa Tuscana Reception Hall for any social event. The hall was neatly decorated and very beautiful.

The price we paid for my sisters reception was well worth for all the decorations and set up they had for her reception. They offer different varieties of colors and sitting set up, with different mess hall to choose from.The best part of it all was where they had us place the cake. They had security in place and servers to help out. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get hitched.

We had the most beautiful wedding at Villa Tuscana! Honestly, as beautiful as I hoped it would be, it was 1000 times better. Jessica was wonderful and the decorations for the ceremony and hall were absolutely breathtaking. The pictures and even the preview you get when you first visit do not compare to when you see it decorated in your colors and layout. I can't imagine our event going any better. Having the vendor package ensured that we had experienced professionals who were familiar with the space; this made all the difference in the world. My wife and I were so overjoyed beyond belief and still can't imagine that we were able throw such a gorgeous event for ourselves and family. Highly recommend!

Great venue! My husband and I got married here on November 11 and we could not be happier! If you are looking for a place to get married, that is ALL inclusive, Villa Tuscana is your place. We are so thankful to have gotten the deluxe package at Villa Tuscana because it was so much less stressful to have everything included at one place. The cake, DJ, Photographer, Food, Bartender, Waiters, decorations... all but the flowers were included and for a great price! The venue itself is beautiful and they have plenty of decoration options available. Not only that, but they have wedding coordinators always available whenever you need them or have a question. Nicole was a big help at the Rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She was always there to help whenever she was needed. During the wedding planning, I emailed them multiple times a week and I always received a response right away. My husband and I are so happy with how our wedding turned out and could not be happier with Villa Tuscana :)

Villa Tuscana was absolutely amazing. The coordinators were friendly and helpful every step of the way. The outdoor area had a romantic feel and was beautifully decorated for our ceremony. They listened to all our wants and needs, and made the reception area look so dreamy. I would recommend the Florence Hall if you have a large wedding party, or children. The food was tasty, the DJ was great, the bridal room was large, everything was just what we had pictured in our heads. The whole event went so smoothly and we could not have asked for anything better.

We just had our wedding here last weekend and it was the most beautiful day. We had no idea what to expect, but the staff at Vill Tuscana completely blew our expectations out of the water. Leading up to the wedding day, all of the wedding coordinators were extremely communicative and were so quick to reply to any questions we had. When we showed up for our rehearsal dinner, everything was completely decorated and finished; they were prepared and the place looked stunning. Everything went off without a hitch on the big day; as a bride it was such a relief to have everything taken care of. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Overall I would reccomend Villa Tuscana to any couple who is looking for an all inclusive venue that won't completely break the bank.

We had our wedding reception here back in March 2021 and we LOVED IT! There was a lot of confusion and mix ups with the catering and villa Tuscana’s staff but they figured it out. We were also upset that we were trying to do toasts and heard the reception on the other side blasting their music, they could have been a little quieter and I wish there could have been more organization and planning for that so our toasts wouldn’t have been ruined. Other than that the staff was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds on decor and overall the venue is so elegant and we felt like royalty for a night. I’d highly recommend but make sure to communicate if you know there will be another wedding going on in the other room!

Our wedding was so beautiful! I loved the whole day and I was so happy with Villa and the staff. As soon as our pictures come in, we would be happy to send some pics and we also did a video as well. Who knew this little gem was here?? When you are outside with a small group watching the bride and groom exchange their vows, you would never know there's a parking lot just on the other side of the lushly landscaped wall! It's beautiful! The inside was just as gorgeous. They have light bars at floor level that bathe the walls and ceiling with the colors of the wedding and it truly adds to the ambiance. This is the place for a well-appointed event!

Everything was flawless, the DJ was awesome, the coordinator was so helpful helping us set up the themes decorations and the food was amazing! Everyone said it was a cozy wedding and the venue was beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with our choice!!!!! Such a great value! We wanted to go to a single place and have all the details done and this was the right place to go! Dj, cake, photography, food, bartenders, everything was at our fingertips or a phone call away! I am so happy that my husband and I chose to use this venue for our wedding. Out of all the places we went to, they made us feel the most comfortable and made us really feel taken care of. We worked with Nicole personally, and she was amazing! She was wonderful on always keeping us up to date on what was going on, and she worked with us every step of the way. She was quick to answer any questions I may have emailed her and she really made the whole process run so smoothly. I loved how affordable they're packages are, and I didn't have to break the bank to have an amazingly beautiful wedding! Booking with them made my whole wedding experience SO much less stressful and I often found myself asking, "Do I need to do more?" and the answer was always no, because everything was already included or taken care of. I wanted to have a very relaxed time planning a wedding and not stress out like other brides, and I was definitely able to achieve that. The day of the wedding, Nicole was making everything run so smoothly and she kept me updated on what would be going on and I really appreciated that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience wedding planning. I wish I could give them 20 stars.

Our friends had their wedding here in February and it was wonderful! The outside garden was gorgeous, and perfect for photos. The inside of the venue was elegant, spacious and beautiful. Everything was laid out perfectly and easy to access. Our friends wedding was perfect and we all had an wonderful time at this venue. I would recommend this location for hosting weddings or large events.

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect wedding. This was everything I’ve ever wanted and more! Gorgeous place for pictures, beautiful decorations, service was excellent, and everyone is very responsive. Villa Tuscana had us stress-free during our 3 months of planning. I appreciate everything they did for us. Best. Wedding Venue. Ever! I can't tell you how many venues that I visited that had a huge price for a tiny space or mediocre aesthetic. Then I found Villa Tuscana. I was amazed at how affordable they were and how GORGEOUS their venue was! They have different package options, too, that include almost all the vendors you would need for a wedding. And if you want to bring in your own vendor separate from Villa Tuscana, they just take it right out of the package and adjust the price! Everything was so easy. And the day of! Absolute perfection! Nicole was my coordinator and she was amazing. I was a little concerned that there was a wedding going on right across the hall (as there are 2 ballrooms) but everything was flawless. No noise issues, no interference, nothing. It was perfect! I highly recommend considering this venue if you're planning a wedding or quince. They are amazing at what they do and you won't find anywhere else that gives you a better bang for your buck!

I had my reception here. The location was perfect, because the ceremony site was just one mile up north where my church is. We looked at 2 venues, and this was the first one. I loved everything about it. On the way to look at the second venue, all I could think about was this one. I knew this is where I wanted my reception, and I’m so glad I went with my gut. So many things were inclusive, which was great because I was also graduating from school and working, so I didn’t have much time to plan my 9 month wedding. But if people can grow humans in 9 months, we could plan a wedding in that time frame, right? Having the food, photographer, cake, bartender, security and DJ included helped so much. You have the option to find your own vendors but we went with theirs, and everything was perfect. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I would just pop in during the planing process to ask Nicole (event coordinator) a random question, which she would always answer and never seemed rushed or too busy to help me. The cake was delicious and beautiful, the photographer knew exactly what she was doing, the DJ made sure the dance floor was rolling, the food was so yummy, and the bartender was fun!! On the day of the event Nicole was there for a while to make sure everything ran flawlessly, the wait staff were SO attentive and wonderful, and everything was more than I could have ever imagined for my dream reception. The decorations were just beautiful, it was the perfect day. I’m so glad I chose this venue :) On a side note- make sure you bring your own bar everything, from booze to limes to cups for drinks. We knew this ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue, but it could be if you don’t know to do this :)

My husband and I toured Villa Tuscana twice - once in 2017 and then after a surprise pregnancy, we went again in 2018. Both times we were absolutely sure that this was the venue for us. In August of 2018, we put down our deposit. Because it is an all-inclusive venue, we did virtually no planning and coordinating. They took care of all details aside from the 2 outside vendors we chose to bring in. We were always contacted with plenty of notice for events such as food tastings, rehearsal date, final consultation, etc. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. On the wedding day, everything was set up beautifully and perfectly. We chose the mexican food for our dinner and it was great! I honestly could go on and on about this wonderful venue, but I suggest you go and check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Loved everything about this place from the ceremony to the reception. The ladies were awesome and planned everything accordingly. I absolutely loved the first dance package as well. Everything was pricey and I overpayed $2500 for guests, but they can’t do refunds for guests that didn’t show. Also, the bartender wasn’t ID’ing people so a lot of my nieces and nephews were getting mixed drinks without our knowledge. The bartender was excellent I just wish they had ID’d everybody that walked up.

My husband and I got married here a little over a week ago, and I was so impressed with how our wedding turned out! Nicole was definitely my favorite staff member and was always available to answer all of my questions, and was so sweet and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made it so easy and stress free during the planning/set up process. I never felt pressured by them for any reason. Beautiful spacious venue and excellent security. My cousin just got married here and everything was super organized and everything looked beautiful. The tables were organized well so people wouldn't bump into each other (which I've always found being the biggest problem at places like this) but not here. Perfect place to have a wedding or a quinceañera.

Villa Tuscana did an incredible job with our wedding. We originally had a date set in April, but like many others, we had to reschedule due to COVID-19. Though we hated changing our date, Villa Tuscana was able to work with us and find a date that fit our ideal wedding. They remained in contact with us throughout the process and when our special day came, they exceeded our expectations. Everything turned out exactly as planned and we could not have asked for a better day. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married.

My daughters Quinceañera was this last weekend. The service was amazing, the staff went out of their way. They were super nice and friendly. I didn't have to worry about anything. I will definitely recommend this venue to friends and family. The venue is gorgeous and the price was just right. Let's not forget the DJ and the Bartender, they were more then awesome. My Son had his wedding here Saturday and it went very well. I was pleased with dinner and the appetizers. Wedding on one side the party on the other. Great Dance floor and DJ set up or a band could have performed possibly. I would be amiss not mentioning the superb staff. I had my wedding here on 2/24/2018 and I can not say enough great things about our experience at Villa Tuscana. Adriana, Melissa, and Nicole were all so helpful and amazing. Everyone that was apart of our day were so helpful and nice. I think most women have thought/dreamt about their weddings as little girls and our wedding was even better than what I dreamed it would of been. Very pretty inside and the ceremony are is decorated beautifully as well. My major turn offs were that the ceremony area literally backs up to a plaza parking lot (like in their main photo, it is a busy parking lot right behind the altar)... also they have 2 different ballrooms so it is likely that someone else would have a wedding going on at the same time as yours.

My brother had his wedding here recently. The venue was beautiful and tastefully decorated. There are several places available for photo ops. The only reason that I rated four stars was because during the entire event no one cleaned the bathrooms and the staff wasn’t as extending as you would’ve expected them to be but other than that, it was a beautiful place for a wedding.

Wife and I were married here on 9/11/20. Venue was able to accommodate changes due to COVID-19. Overall, venue was nice. Only suggestion is communication & expectations could be improved. Bartender called out and guest had to wait past slotted time for drinks. We understand that it was out of the venues control, but again expectations weren't slightly met. Just make sure you ask all questions in the beginning and have email communication to support any unforseen changes.

The ladies of Villa Tuscana are amazing!! Adam and I can't sing their praises enough! From the moment we first met Adrianna we knew Villa Tuscana was the perfect place to have our wedding and reception. They really make you feel like part of their own family. From the flowers to the food and from the DJ to the photographer, (and let's not forget the cake) everything was perfect! Adrianna has done a fantastic job teaming up with some great vendors to make your special day even better. I've had so many friends tell me what a nightmare they had trying to plan their own wedding but I can honestly say I didn't experience any of that. It was so easy because the venue already had everything we needed. All we had to do was pick out a few specifics and put our own personal touch on it and we were done. We've actually had numerous people tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to and we owe so much of that to Adrianna, Rachel and Carol. Thank you ladies and all of your staff for all of your hard work and for making our wedding day so much more than we could have ever imagined!!!

Our daughter had her wedding reception at Villa Tuscana on June 2, 2018 Throughout the whole process the office staff and vendors were very professional, responsive and friendly. On the day of the reception, EVERYTHING was PERFECT! The decorated hall, the photographer, the videographer, the DJ, the bartender, and the wait staff. This hall is beautiful. The layout was great! I catered for a Quince and the kitchen was a perfect size. There could be a little more counter space but we made it work. I am unsure who was helping organize the event or in charge of the hall because no one was there to answer questions or help with anything. So thay made my job a bit hectic.

Amazing venue with great prices. The outdoor ceremony has a beautiful pergola perfect for a romantic wedding. The ballroom is very nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We came here for a quinceañera. It was very beautiful both inside and out. Their staff were very nice as well. The food was okay and was hot. The only minuses were the staff started cleaning up everything a few hours before it ended. They were taking food and drinks as soon as people got up to go do something. I would not recommend the dj they had either. He would takes hours to play someones request and the music was kind of boring and he repeated the same songs multiple times! This is not the case for all of the djs, I know this because the party next to us had awesome music lol.

BEST VENUE EVER!!! We were so worried that we couldnt find a nice place to have our wedding with our budget, and then we came to Villa Tuscana and that was solved! Our ceremony was indoors in the Ventian hall. Gretchan the ceremony coordinator was so helpful. She got all the details and even though we were a little complicated with certain things she got it all!All the staff was good that night, waiters, DJ Jerry and etc. We did everything cake and photo too. We never worried about anything even though I was so stressed the month of the wedding everything with the venue was great. Would recommend to friends and family!

I would absolutely recommend Villa Tuscana! Adriana, Nicole, Melissa, Nicholas, DJ Jerry and Danny, Santi's, videographer/Alberto, and the bartenders were all really really great to work with. All of our guests were so surprised at how coordinated everything was. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but despite the rain we had in the morning, all still turned out so beautiful! Thank God for a "plan B" which was set in place from the very beginning. Adriana even texted us that morning to make sure we were still ok to go through with the setup inside. All of the vendors worked so well together to keep things moving along...they had a long night with us and even at the end when cleanup time came, the servers were so willing to help and load up the trucks! At first we thought it was a pretty penny to pay but now we see why and it's soooo worth it!!! Villa, thank you so much for making our wedding planning less stressful!!!

We had our wedding reception at Villa Tuscana last June 27, 2015 and up to this day, our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding. We only had less than six months to plan everything. And due to a very limited budget, we decided not to hire a wedding planner/coordinator; which is why it was a blessing when we found Villa Tuscana Reception Hall at the Phoenix Bridal Show last January. I posed a challenge to Gretchen, the banquet manager at Villa Tuscana. One, I had a tiny budget but I wanted a lot of things. Two, we only had less than six months to plan everything. Villa Tuscana rose up to the challenge and passed it with flying colors. Working with the people from Villa Tuscana felt like I had one of those expensive wedding planners. They took care of most everything I needed for my wedding. It almost seemed as if all our family needed to do was just show up because almost everything was already taken care of. From the first-class personalized service of Villa Tuscana’s Gretchen from day one to the elegantly decorated venue and superb food and beverage service on the day itself; from the scrumptious food catered by Babbo Italian Eatery to the amazing decadent cake from Bamboo Bakery; from the awesome music selection and program coordination by Arizona’s DJ Jerry Topete to the coolest and impressive photography service of Jordan from J&L Photo and Video; my wedding could not have been any more perfect than it turned out to be. All of these came in the most affordable package that Villa Tuscana had offered us in January. One would think that with a tiny budget, one can’t get the wedding of their dreams. Not with Villa Tuscana. One would also think that without a wedding coordinator, one would be stressed out on their own wedding day. Again, not with Villa Tuscana. I got what every bride deserved to have on their wedding day: pampering and spoiling. This bride did not lift a finger. No, ma'am. In fact, there was not an ounce of worry whatsoever. I actually enjoyed my own wedding and truly felt that it was indeed OUR party, that we were the guests of honor. With Villa Tuscana, anyone can have their dream wedding. It is either that or my family and I are just really lucky people to have found this gem that is Villa Tuscana. Actually, strike that, Villa Tuscana is the treasure chest which contained all these gems: Gretchen, Dustin from Babbo Italian Eatery, David from Bamboo Bakery, Jerry from Arizona’s DJ and Jordan from J&L Photo and Video. Thanks to them, our wedding is more memorable and more special than it already was.

Beautiful venue, but in a shopping center. The outdoor area, however is nicely enclosed with vine covered wall. It was a beautiful outdoor wedding for a family member. The reception hall was right inside the double doors, in one of their rooms. The bathroom stalls could use an upgrade, but overall a nice place.
