This was was a great place to go with friends. We bowled, played laser tag, played pool, and played some of the games. They have a good variety of things to do. We were able to spend about three hours and could have spent made one to two more hours. I wouldn’t go beyond 5 hours, things will start to get boring. The staff was really nice and helpful. Very clean environment. The nice thing is it has something for all ages. I do think they can add more things to increase the things to do, like bumper cars or virtual reality game play. It is a place I would go back and bring friends to.

We has a small birthday party for my now 9 year old. We got a birthday party package and I love all the things we got with it. We got 1 hour for bowling and 2 bowling lanes. We also got with the package laser tag experience and the obstacle experience with a $30 game card for the kids in the party. Love the fact that kids and adults had fun, so I definitely recommend this place. The girl that was assigned to us was great, really attentive to our needs and the guests needs. Now my sister in law is planning a birthday party for her daughter, that is how much fun we had.

10/10 recommend Main Event for your next datenight! First time here and wasn't disappointed We got the unlimited package. Which included bowling, zip line activities, and laser tag. Food and drinks were good. Great family fun.

We ate at the dine in restaurant. Treated the kids to the amazing shakes. Three awesome flavors to choose from. The staff was so amazing. We had a blast highly recommend fir a day in the cool air conditioning.

Brought my kid and her friend here for an alright time. This place is very similar to Dave and Busters. A mixture of arcade games targeted at both kids and adults ranges from racers to shooters with some VR experience, there is also a good amount of the "ticket" games. There is a bar, billiards, and a pizza place as well. There is Laser tag, a high rope obstacle course, and a bowling alley but we didn't not utilize those options this go around. All in all the kids had fun but the arcades are severely overpriced so the credits did not last very long. There is no unlimited credit time limit option which would be my preferred choice. I would advise you to be ready to spend a lot of money if you want to spend some time here.

Super fun! We got a great group deal (unlimited bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, shuffleboard, and pool, plus 50 credits for the arcade and 2 slices of pizza and a drink, all for $19/person), and had a blast. Would definitely go back again!

Fantastic trip to Main Event today for a private family day for my husband's work! Great staff eager to help and make sure our day out was super fun! I have never had such amazing tater tots in my life, no joke! I don't know what they're seasoning them with, but I'm now hooked on those tots!

Came here as a team building exercise. We had the best time! Last tag was my favorite!! Oh and the pizza!! Huge hot slices and they were delicious! I enjoyed bowling, and the game options were endless. Drinks, plenty of seating, cool reprieve from the sun. All around enjoyable experience!

Fun times for a novice at the pool table and my first time bowling in ten yrs. Decent drinks you can wander around playing race car games with your Sunday margarita. Plan to spend at least four hours here or you will run out of time like I did and sadly didn't have the right shoes on to take advantage of playing laser tag. Ideal daytime first date location. Plus cool place to bring your wife and family 😜

We were here celebrating a birthday party. Tons of stuff to do and keep the family busy. The food was ok for the party. They have 2 restaurants inside which offer other items and a full bar ! The party packages can be pricey. The prize room is a ton of over priced items that the kids are going to lose or destroy. The arcades require a lot of tokens/Plays.

Food was delicious. A couple plates came out a little colder at the point we got them but still warm and good to eat. Nothing to cause us to send back. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. Front staff was helpful and would come check on us as well if we needed anything. Definitely will be going back to this one. All the kids had fun and the adults had a small break!

This place and their staff are incredible! We hosted a back to school event for 150 kids from foster care group homes and they accommodated us in every possible way. The management team let us use their office to store and distribute the back packs and school supplies for all the kids. Our Host Alicia and her team were amazing. Their service was spectacular and they did it with big smiles at all times. It's not easy catering to a big group and they were all phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use them again. Thank you to everyone at the Main Event. We truly appreciate it.

We fell in love with this place. Great place for the kids & parents! You can join the kids in some fun or retreat to the pool table area where there is a bar for us grown-ups to let off some steam. There's plenty to do here & you will want to join the kids in some of the games. Have a blast!!!

Took our church teens there on a Monday. We had the whole place to ourselves. The service was great! The very nice employees came to our tables and got our orders. Our food was cooked quick and very tasty. Kids had a lot of fun bowling. I'm so glad we were able to take them there. We came in from Gila Bend. Didn't take long to get there. Traffic was not bad at all. We will go back again. Oh, everything was very clean. Thanks Main Event!!

I'm from Texas on vacation visiting family with my wife & son wasn't sure what to expect from this establishment but was pleasantly surprised. Have to say most of the staff are friendly & courteous, the manager Dwayne & server Izzy were helpful, polite & helpful. Was also very happy with the food (way better quality & presentation than Dave & Buster's) the hand breaded chicken sandwich was awesome, it left me stunned with just how good the food was. Would recommend this establishment to any family but if you've never been make sure to ask plenty of questions at the first counter explaining your intentions like ordering food & game play if it's your first visit that way they can explain how things work & specials......

Service: quite slow. Food: basic pub menu. Beer: some solid options. Environment: Ear fatigue level loud. Employees must have hearing loss loud. Employees: trying hard. Nice enough. There are about 65% as many as they need. My kids: utterly thrilled. I'm their hero. The game & activity specials: well worth $12.99 on paper. Two hour wait for ropes, three for bowling is the reality. Won't be fooled again. Me: glad the beer is solid. Would pay some real money for ear plugs or Excedrin. In the end: I can do this a couple times a year, no more.

This place is decent. We had fun bowling. When we went to play shuffle board there was no sand on the table so we asked the lady for sand and she had no idea what that even was. We went to play pool instead the cue ball had a bunch of dimples in it like a large golf ball and the pool tables felt were really dirty. My daughter did have fun in the arcade even though half the games were not working. Bowling area seats could use a deep cleaning there was a visible dirt line from where people sit.

We purchased a birthday package through their event coordinator, the scheduling, price breakdown, and customer service the entire time from start to finish was fantastic and stress free. The Pizza is surprisingly amazing! The bar and other food assortments are great, and even when the house is packed the venue can accommodate everyone and you're sure to have a great time.

Prices was reasonable for bowling ! Food was good. But we never received our drinks . They were left in another empty table beside us. My uncle asked 3 different waitresses for what was missing which was one water and was never brought until my aunt got up and went to confront all of them. One of the waitresses was really rude and for bowling they gave my uncle torn bowling shoes he complained about it but nothing was done. Minutes later the manger came and apologized and gave us a little gift for the misunderstanding. It’s a really good clean place just needs improvements with the waitress!

I'm a teacher. Been using Main Event for the past 3 years for my student field trips. Service is EXCELLENT. Bowling and Arcades... can't go wrong. Best part.... the price. For a reasonable price that doesn't break the bank (I work at a Title I school), the kids get it all and have a blast. It is my #1 favorite place for field trips now.

Had a great time. There's something for everybody. Grand boys are 7 and grandma is 72. This was our second visit. Had attended a 6 year olds birthday party a few weeks back. Everyone in that group had a great day as well

I'm writing this review to thank and let management know that Kate the bowl desk supervisor and Merybet a bowl attendant were amazing. My son is handicapped and uses a wheel chair and sometimes it's hard to get around or set up, they both were super helpful and full of smiles. I appreciate the great attitude and helpfulness in a busy place.

Waited an hour and a half to bowl, was never notified, then we were told we'd be put back in the cue to wait our turn again. Luckily someone stepped when they saw us getting upset. We ended up having a good time but it definitely didn't start well.

I recently hosted my nephews birthday party here. It was kind of all over the place in the beginning. Not very organized at all. Once we had a server he was amazing!!!! Main Event was working him so hard and had him all over the place so that was very disappointing. We waited at the counter for bowling shoes for atleast 10 minutes. When you book a party - on the party agreement it asks if you could show up atleast 15 minutes early but every worker seemed so irritated that we showed up early? They had lanes for us that should have been booked for us but when it was party time there was a whole crew already there in all 3 lanes so they had to move our lanes. We didn't get a table reserved for us so I'm not exactly sure what package you need to book to get a table reserved but it's definitely not the teens all access pass.

Came for a party. I think our host did a great job as this party was for brothers so a lot of guests. The chicken fingers and churro bites were soo good. I am not aware of how the packages work but most of the children didn't get to do all the activities and the party package covered all of them. Not sure if the host is responsible for moving or informing or if the party hosts (parents)were responsible but it seems like a waste of money if the guests didn't get through it all. All the same we had a good time.

Although the arcade games are a bit expensive- I had a great time!!!! They have everything you could want in one building- arcade, bowling, restaurant, laser tag and so much more! Very clean and super friendly staff! Look forward to going back..

Great friendly fun atmosphere my only issue last 3 times I came every bowling lane was booked for over 2 hr wait, the pool table were reserved so all you can really rely on is the arcade games

Super expensive but it was the absolute perfect place for my 10 year old brother to have his party. At first I was super skeptical under the assumption it was mainly for adults. I was very wrong. Wristbands got us arcade time, which is hard to walk away from, lazer tag, bowling and access to the gravity ropes. They even have a hurricane simulator which is super unique.

I blessed this establishment with my family's presence on Halloween 2020 - which is my Born Day!! We loved it. This was my wife and Is second visit, but was the first for my 4 kids (6-16). Everyone was entertained with activities such as bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, VR and more. They also have pool tables, food and drinks. I had a wonderful birthday there!

Been sitting at a table for 15 minutes with the kids - No service! Every expensive, but a lot of fun: laser tag, gravity ropes (like at Castles n Coasters), bowling, electronic games, billiards, pizza place, bar, beer and burgers. More activities then Dave & Busters for around the same price, but the food is not as good, and the service is much worse. Clean. Very open inside, this place is huge! This was our third time here this year. Make sure to ask for everything the first time, like napkins, water, etc. It's hard to find the server later. They hang out in the kitchen behind the bar, go in there when you need them. My kids like this place better than D & B. We would stay longer, but the seats are uncomfortable (unlike D & B). $160 for 1 adult & 3 kids with $33 meal/play deal, dessert, sky walk and no booze. But we did walk away with a bouncy ball and two little stuffed animals.

Great place for the entire family. We had a blast. There is so much to do Arcade games, bowling, gravity ropes, billards and laser tag. Restrooms were dirty. Overall we will be coming back hopefully sooner than later.

My partner and I enjoyed such a fun night of bowling and games at this location. We went pretty late in the evening around 10 pm and didn't have any issues getting a lane. We met some lovely people who bought us drinks and it made the sense of community and kindness in the area shine through. My only complaint was that I didn't see as much cleaning in regards to Covid protocols as there should be and the bathroom could've used more tending but otherwise the service and experience was fun.

We were sitting at the table for more then 20 mins and no one came to take the order from us until we stopped someone to tell them what we wanted, and after we finished eating I asked a server for a box and a bag, he gave me a weird look, then came back with the box and told me they're out of bags 🤷🏻‍♀️, I didn't believe him, so we asked another server, and guess what!? They have the bags!!!

Took my younger brothers out to play and they enjoyed every moment of it! The atmosphere is lighthearted and very colorful. Many exciting games! My brother's especially loved the multiplayer ones. My only concern would be that some of the car games took out points multiple times from our passes after one swipe, but still did not allow us to play. I did not mind losing out on extra bucks because it wasn't a big deal. The many positive qualities of this place overshadowed that minute issue. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Will be coming back again :))

My family took me here for Mother's Day. I love that I got to be with all my boys and their gals/wife.. The lanes are extremely small however it was okay. We ordered some pretzels and pizza. Both were good! I would definitely go back seeing it's a great size space for family fun. It's expensive though, so save for a few weeks before you go.

Sadly, didn't get a chance to go in and enjoy it. Radiator broke on my car as I parked. Thankfully, Ray (assuming he's a manager) helped me out a great deal by lending me tools I needed to get me and my kids back to the hotel. I didn't get to Thank him, but when we go back, we're definitely stopping there. The atmosphere inside was great, the setup is amazing and in my opinion beats Dave & Busters. 👐

Bought the all access pass and time cards for the arcade for seven kids, plus dinner. They had a blast, obviously. I did not appreciate how after we ate dinner and the kids went to play while I hung out at the table, I was pretty much ignored by the wait staff. I get it, you need the table and I'm not buying more food. I gladly would have moved to the bar, except there weren't any seats there and even all the smaller high tops were reserved seating. Like, why weren't there any stools at the bar? No, I'm not gonna stand for hours while my kids play video games. Give more options.

Spend labor day here. I was playing the Wizard of Oz coin game. It stop shooting coins on me. 3, games next to each other. I was into it so bad....I'm sad. No help came at 8pm. I left at 8:30pm. Time for kids to go to sleep.

Great place to spend a few hours specially when they have their all you can play deals. We have enjoyed a good 4ish maybe close to 5hours in here playing bowl, lazer tag, billiards shuffle board the kids go on the high ropes and sometimes in addition to all that we also get a card to play at the arcade. For a hot summer day, when kids are on vacation is a great place to kill time and spend some time together in a fully AC building.

This place is a lot of fun and a great time for the whole family. My only complaint is that for the amount of money it costs to go here, a lot of the games that my kids like to play are usually broken.

Fun place to bring the family. Bowling, laser tag, rope course and billards for all day use at a nominal fee. Had lunch there and the Old Bay wings were great! Even ended off with a monstrous ice cream sundae that our family of four couldn't finish. It was on the cheap at only 15 dollars. Staff was attentive and friendly. A+

First: there's a bar here! The shots are super expensive though. I had a tequila shot with lemon slice. There is an interactive projector where little kids and adults alike can wear themselves out. There's a jungle gym tower, bowling, an arcade, laser tag, and again a bar.

Update: On Mondays they should start the unlimited play at an earlier time, like noon. I think they would pull more customer traffic and slightly less crowding for a more enjoyable experience. Great place to bring the kids or just to go hang out with your friends they got a nice bar for the adults and pool tables and bowling laser tag video games and plenty of big screen TVs to watch games from. They also have some pretty good food.

We took a brood of extended family children to go bowling, unfortunately bowling had a 3 hour wait; however, the arcade was available! It wasn't over crowded even for a Saturday. There's a full service bar and pizza Cafe inside. They offer lazer tag and tight rope additional activities. We paid $50 for an arcade card for each of the kids and it lasted several hours, they wore out before their credit were used. Great family fun environment!

Fun and exciting environment. The food and drinks were also good. I don't not had one gripe with this last time I went. I used to be able to buy an unlimited game card for an hour if game okay for my children. They have stopped selling them and now you can only buy game cards with credits. It's not the end of the world but it gets expensive when you have 4 children.

Initially when me and my family got there, the service wasn't going very well. We sat over by the bar and pool tables and we did not get seated by the host like the signs say so we had to find our own seats which is fine. The problem I had is when we had to find someone to take our order. We sat for a good 15 minutes before any even noticed us. Luckily we ended up with a pretty decent server.

We went for a friend's daughter's birthday. The party was scheduled for 7:30p (which was also on their party schedule board), but they didn't take us until 30-45 minutes later than that. That's pretty significant. There may have been some apologies to the child's parents but it didn't seem like it. They certainly didn't reach out to the birthday group as a whole to mention anything about delays, or seem at all like they were hurrying.

This place is lots of fun. The ambient is as good for friends than it is for family. You can do so many things like bowl, laser tag, rappelling, play video games, arcade... Plus there’s a restaurant/bar with adult drinks and delicious food. Great for birthday parties (all ages) Highly recommended if you want to have fun!

Went with a large group of friends for dinner. We played some pool and shuffleboard. It took forever for them to seat us tho we had called in advance. The food was good, and I enjoyed the fact that my burger wasn't over cooked. The waitress was the most frustrating thing cause it was hard to get her attention. Like she checked on three tables near us, but didn't even turn to see if we needed her. I shouldn't have to chase down my waitress to get service. Maybe we'll go back to try games, and get drinks from the bar. Definitely not going to go there for a group dinner again.

Honest review. PRO, this place is amazing for kids and people interested in playing arcade games, laser tag, bowling and they even had a Rope walk. Over all the arcades which is really cool to watch the kids do. They have some of the coolest games I've seen and They had some '80s and '90s games too. They have a bar area with high top tables and pool tables which is nice. The customer service / game service area was very attentive. When I told them one game wasn't working not only did they address it immediately but they refunded my credits. They did have an officer walking around. CONS, If you're there for bowling it was about a two to three hour wait, so I would suggest that you sign in as soon as you get there for bowling and go and eat and play pool while waiting. Laser tag was about a 30 minute wait (We were there on a Saturday night). And here's the major con that made me put three stars instead of 5, there is no staff cleaning up after adults or parents, there were beer bottles and beer glasses everywhere, some full, some half full and some empty. Meaning some of these kids could easily drink this beer I seen a few kind of joke about drinking the beer, but put it back, probably because we were sitting there giving them a look, like don't do it. if you are a parent and you are dropping your child off here for a few hours just be aware that there are beer bottles everywhere and any kid has access to it. I didn't see any staff really walking around, again there is an officer walking around but it may take him about 20 minutes to come around again which leaves a long time for kids to be unattended. As a parent this really aggravated me and, me and my family were there for about 3 hours and no one cleaned up the beer bottles and all the glasses left in the arcade and bowling areas. However overall if you're there with your family and you supervise your child this is a great place, or if you are there with your friends, this place can be a lot of fun. Thank you for reading

I came here for a day out as a birthday chill spot. I had never been here before and heard it was a cool place. A small group of us got the all day passes which are at a reasonable price but that does not include arcade play. Lazer tag was nice although my brother lazer gun wouldn't work, we still enjoyed it. I put my fear of heights to the side to do the obstacle course. I'll do it again. The bowling area was set up nicely. We manage to get two full games of play in. Before starting the games I was asked if I would like a waiter. I said yes. The waiter did not come to us until 15 minutes before the last game was over. I went to the desk and asked for someone, was told they would send someone and nothing. It took my brother to stop a worker who was doing something completely different to eventually get a waiter. By the time the gentlemen came we had decided to get one drink and it was not the best at all, after that we decided leave to eat somewhere else. Which was a bummer. I would have spent more money and time had we not waited so long. Now we know what to expect.

I did my daughter 13th birthday party yesterday on July 16th we had a lot of people. and our host was amazing. She was so sweet and kind and did top of the line work I was very impressed with her job. Her name is kiki I highly recommend her if you guys ever do a birthday party request her you won't be disappointed. I give this place a 5 stars. Monday madness is 11.99 for either arcade or the bowling 🎳 tight rope and other bigger activities. I didnt know the kids couldn't use the card for the stuffed animals crane games or win tickets and keep them so I had ask for a manager and got the head manager Damon he was very helpful, great listener and solved our issue very quickly and my daughter walked out with a stuffed animal and was ecstatic. We appreciate your customer service and how you quickly fixed what you could and make my kids leave out happy. We had a great time and problems were solved immediately and professionally and it was a great overall experience. The place was packed and never did the professionalism waiver. Will come back when in Arizona again!

Similar to a Dave and Busters but with a full fledged bowling alley, laser tag and a high stakes ropes challenge 15 feet off the ground. Much more open and less hectic than D&B, but the pricing scheme is the same. Pretty expensive, but if you have all day to go, can be a great deal.

Main event was very good experience for my grandchildren on Spring break and their friends. We took advantage of the 11 o'clock pricing for isting for unlimited play. Had a birthday get together and we rented 2 booths for bowling because we had a big group of people and they said we couldn't have 2 because there wasn't more then 6 people for the second booth but we had a party of 10 which made a soul ugly no since to me. This place was ok. It looks really cool, lots of good games, pool tables, bowling etc. but the customer service was terrible. Like, almost ruined the experience terrible. The lady at the bowling shoes checkout was very strange and ignored us for a while. We had a bowling lane but had to ask multiple times for a server to be able to order drinks and food. We finally had someone for a minute but then he disappeared after one round of drinks. You only get an hour to bowl and we spent a lot of that time waiting for even just waters. However, the manager did make things right by us today and I appreciate that. He was the only staff member who seemed to care though. Not sure I will come back here.

I went for a Hope Kids event with several family members (mostly kids) & everyone had a great time. There is a lot going on & our 2 yr old got somewhat overwhelmed ( mostly because he couldn't just take off where he wanted to) but all the other kids & adults had a great time. So many things to do-laser tag, bowling, arcade games-you could stay busy for hours. I would definitely bring the kids back give the opportunity.

I was not to fond of the schedule they make you follow for the party.I Paid good money, I feel I shouldn't be rushed through the party ,they was clearing my table a couple minutes after we cut the cake. The main thing that removes a star is the games with technical issues. The snowmobile game had the boost button broken on one side, the left side of the Ghostbusters game didn't work. Guitar hero's card reader was inoperative. I get it that ppl are abusive of the games, but seems like there ought to be a functional check of all games by staff once a day?

I deleted my previous review as today was my first time actually visiting this place. Monday is awesome for the unlimited play for a discounted price. We chose bowling, Lazer tag, and billiards. It was a really great evening for all of us that went. All together there was almost 20 of us. I really enjoyed myself, and the pepperoni pizza and cheesy nachos were delicious. Only downside was the spiked strawberry lemonade which the bartender recommended. It tasted like it had zero liquor in it. Other than that small issue with the drink from the bar I have no other complaints. I can't wait to come back here again and play some more!

We went for my moms birthday with the grandkids last Saturday. Paid for bowling and the unlimited wristbands. We started bowling before it got too busy and ordered appetizers and drinks. We waited the whole time while bowling for our food to come. It finally came when we finished our bowling game. Our waiter said it was fine and we could stay at the bowling lane we were at to finish eating. Not 2 minutes later the manager comes over and says we need to go to a table so he can fill the bowling lane with new people. We were all shocked. But we moved and continued to eat. We all thought that was uncalled for beucse our waitor had just told us we could stay. So my husband called over the same manager and complained that we paid to bowl and all the food was late. The manager apologized and comped our whole ticket saying it was a miscommunitioan between staff members. He also gave us 2 passes for 2 people to have an hour bowling free. The situation really sucked at the time, but the manager came through and really helped us out for the inconvenience. Thank you again Billy for the comp on our meal! I think we can all take it as a learning experience for everyone around.

Much of what was shown on their website isn't even on site! No one told the kids how to play laser tag, so it was basically a waste of money. Bowling rental is pretty pricey. Obstacle course is only open at night apparently. Games are super expensive, barely give tickets, and of course the prizes are expensive as well. Overall wasn't worth it for the kids... The bar and billiards are pretty good

Great place to come and relax with family, as long as it isn't full to the brim! Overall, the staff is great and very attentive. However, by 12pm everything is absolutely full and the bowling lanes have a 3-4 hour wait, so you may want to reserve them online the day before. The arcade section feels limited and the laser tag was ok, but again, absolutely full to capacity. The food was great! Drinks were great too and the prices weren't half bad. Overall, we will come back again but definitely during the week to avoid the incessant crowds.

Lazer tag was decent except that the people who let you in, don't explain anything at all. The Gravity Ropes were fun and something new we hadn't tried which was cool. They serve beer and mixed drinks, also nice. Pool table area looked good but we didn't get to try it cause kids were tired, so I will probably be coming back with my wife on a date night so we can just relax and play pool and drink. Overall great place. They have something for the whole family.

Don't go for the food just go for the games It was our first time. The kids had a blast with the gravity rope and laser tag. The worse part of it all was the food. Both burgers were dry and burnt. One thing you want to do is feed your kids but when people can't eat that ruins the experience. Also what upsets me the most is the fact we placed one burger at the end of the table with just one bite out of it. The waitress didn't comment or question nor offer to get another made or anything else. She just took the plate and disposed of the food. Don't go for the food just go for the games

The bad: Arcade is expensive. We came on a Saturday at noon. Some of the games didnt work. Put credits into 3 different air hockey tables before I got one to work. Only 2 ski ball games were working. Some of the other interactive games were completely turned off. Why the 4 stars??? The good: Everything else! My kids had a blast!! Loved the virtual reality games! They loved every minute of it. Staff was very helpful. We ate at the restaurant. The burger is one of the best I have ever had. Everything was fresh and good. Definitely want to try the bowling next time.

I will never go to Main Event again. The service was terrible. Employees did not provide the services needed. We paid for pool,then discovered pool wasn't monitored,and people played for free. The ropes were closed all day, although our pass paid for that, too. No explainers was given for making us wait nearly 2 hours for a bowling lane when there were 8 lanes open. Rude service. They lost my business, here I go to Dave & Busters. Okay, I originally held this establishment at just one start, and as you see, I left a negative review. Wanting a place to spend my birthday with my family that was nearby, I opted to give main event another try. Be it known that due to my negative experience, I wasn't expecting much. Now I can say, the service was alright, but if you go keep these things in mind: Don't pay for pool; nobody else does and the employees don't care (I was specifically told that by an employee). Make certain the arcade games work before trying them. You'll get frustrated a LOT if you don't. If you want to play air hockey, bring your own puck. The tables they have don't have any. To do the gravity ropes wait to go until after 4 and sign up early. If you don't enjoy waiting, go somewhere else. Finally, try the pizza; it was AMAZING. I wouldn't say never go to Main Event, but when you do, don't expect the time of your life. And if you missed it, try the pizza.

Came here for an freebie work event in Aug. I’ve never been to this location it is easy to find off the 10 freeway. The inside building is very clean. Very nice customer service and event manager. I like their bowling area and food services. For work event or large group events is recommended. Great location. Great variety of package options to choose from.

The place was clean, bathrooms were very clean. Love that they have a family bathroom. The pizza was okay. Now the ice cream was horrible. It tasted like toothpaste. None of the kids ate it. The price to pay for an all day wrist band for parkour, lazer tag, and bowling is almost $18 which is very worth it at the end. The food there is pretty pricey, but the drinks themselves are affordable. Gee whiz this place was crowded. Two hour wait for bowling?? The elevated obstacle course was closed for a private group. And there are only 4 pool tables. For the number of people allowed inside, there aren't enough activities or games for everyone to play and enjoy. Lots of sitting around, like I paid to be in a waiting room. I'd rather just go to a regular bowling alley or bar with pool tables. It's cheaper, and there isn't a ton of wild children running around being rude.

It was alright, I loved the bowling portion of it. I didn't get the chance to do the Lazer tag. But the arcade portion was kinda bad. Most of the games are broken and the prizes they offer are not worth the money you spend to play games.

I went on a Friday night around 10:15pm. Before I went I prayed that it wouldn't be packed and that my guests and I will be able to enjoy all the activities without having to wait for a long time. My prayer was answered because we were able to bowl and finish our game (bowling is timed a hour long). We completed the gravity ropes twice. And played laser tag. The staff were kind and helpful. Shout out to Jay, Jesùs, Yesenia, Landan and manager Jennifer. All in all, I enjoyed myself and so did my guests :).

Fun place to go even if you're an adult with a bunch of adults. Allowed for your inner child to run free. It is true that some games didn't work and other parts of the system could use some fine tuning, but it didn't kill the night. Good pay options for playing (20$ for one hour of play time on one card or pay for points to play games). Lots of game options including bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes (obstacle course), arcade games, etc. And it's not too far from civilization. Good time

This place is fantastic, the laser tag is great fun (though some of the guns are broken) the bowling is fantastic and there's tons of arcade games. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the deceptive pricing and subpar customer service. We got the all you can play pass for 15 dollars as part of a special deal but they still male you buy bowling shoes and arcade points where the minimum is 25$ per person in the arcade. When the bowling lane we were at was malfunctioning I had to go to the desk twice before it was fixed. We decided to play some laser tag and there was no one there for a long while and when someone finally showed up they gave us a ticket for a time slot which was already full. The food here is pretty good if you're getting the pizza. Can't say anything about the other places but it's confusing about how to get food to your table while bowling. Overall, this place is a lot of fun but be prepared to spend a good bit of money and deal with some poor customer service.

Ehh id say if you plan on being here all day like more than 2-4 hours get wristbands. Otherwise not worth it for a 2-4 hour stay. Service isn't the greatest here either mediocre at best. A lot of games not working but no warning will still accept game points.

My husband and I and my 13yr old daughter came here for fun family outing. Facility is large and we went on a Saturday evening so it was pretty crowded. Lots of games to play, bowling, pool tables etc. Prices are a little high, especially if you only want to do certain things. Restaurant area is ok, bar is good, again a little pricey but good food. They have the little pay & order from your table, but machine wasn't working, they seemed to be under staffed as it took a while to get our order and then even longer to get our waiter to come back so we could pay. Overall it's a cool place for family fun night but be prepared to spend a little $$$.

My husband and I took our families (brother, sisters and cousins) to Main Event in lieu of a Birthday party for our 6 year old son. We knew Saturday was going to busy, but decided to go at 12. We were greeted by a friendly face who took our temperatures and welcomed us. We waited in line to get our bowling shoes and were quickly assigned our 2, pre-reserved lanes. We did have a less than satisfactory experience with our waiter. He was young, made us feel rushed to order and wasn’t helpful in making sure our daughter who has allergies could still enjoy lunch. We asked to speak with a manager and Amanda came over and saved the day! Amanda turned our less than satisfactory experience into 5-stars. The world needs more leaders like her who are willing to co beyond to make sure her customers have an exceptional experience. Amanda and I spoke many times throughout the lunch and bowling and really turned our day around with all her kind gestures. Thank you Amanda for saving the day for our kiddos birthday! We appreciate you so very much!!

Super fun but so over priced. To bowl its like $30 a game. The atmosphere is a lot of fun though. I go all the time. Really cool arcade games! Havent tried lazer tag yet but they also have pool tables and a bar if your into that sort of thing. Great place to bring your kids, or a date!

Went here for a group work event. Tried the Cali Chicken sandwich which was mediocre. The avacado was a quarter of an avacado chunk, had to slice it myself, and the flavor wasn't anything to recommend. The bartender / server was very nice and friendly though. Several people went to go bowl, but we had to break up the groups because one of the lanes was broken. Didn't try the arcade or laser tag.

Went on a triple date with friends. Fun atmosphere, great drinks (strawberry mojito was yummy and the bartender made a great sex on the beach). Food was decent too. Fun arcade games and billiards. Lots of screaming kids but a good place to have fun for a few hours for adults and kids alike.

I'm sure the employees get pretty run down from the non stop service they have to give, but they should still do it with a smile and definitely not give customers attitude if they are asking questions. These things are what adults see though, for kids it's great. Mine enjoyed themselves and that is why we would probably go back.

Some of the games are a bit of a rip off. Left my phone on one of the games and was able to recover it from guest services, so that is a plus. Drinks are good and food is good, I loved the ranch dressing. I would give it more stars but the games were broken or missing things. Fun place . Over priced for what you get. Video games were greasy dirty, and some weren't work properly. We were there for bowling and never had a chance to because we never got off the waiting list. Food was good server was good. Our alcohol beverages were good. But we were told 2 hour wait for bowling we were there for 4 hours and never got off the waiting list.?. I will never go back to this main event but maybe another one with mini golf. We were under the impression that this place had mini golf but they don't. Attended birthday party here for four generations. Fairly complex setup for about 30 people. Staff excellent. Plenty of room for elders to sit and visit while kids bowled and did laser tag. Family groups everywhere but spacing adequate. Might want to lower music volume cuz face masks impede our hearing! Otherwise a great experience!

Lots of fun. Get there early and get the everything pass. Laser tag was alright, but would have been better if there weren't so many munchkins running around shooting everyone. Pool tables were in great shape and the cues were nice and straight. Bowling etiquette is nonexistent, but if you just want to have fun, you will. Didn't try the gravity ropes, but they looked pretty cool. Lots of arcade games. Cold brew on tap, the burgers were pretty good and the fries rocked. Very enjoyable time at a very reasonable price.

This is good for kids in terms of entertainment, but not very wallet friendly. The games are all WAY overpriced. However, bowling was pretty reasonable. The food is cafeteria grade at best, but the milkshakes were good. My wife and I took our two nephews here and it was easily $150 for about 3-4 hours of entertainment for the 4 of us. The laser tag was pretty fun, that was about the only memorable highlight. I wouldn't go here again expect on an extremely special occasion for a kid. I wasn't really impressed and also, I hate places that lock you into getting a destination specific payment card for purchases. I additionally signed up for a promotion beforehand to get some extra game money, but that didn't show up as promised. As someone in the marketing field, I can understand some of their psychological tactics to retain customers, but they're a bit scummy in my personal opinion.

I went there on a Friday evening after work for a time to have some fun after a long work week had some good comfort food there while we waiting for our lane to open we started to bowl service was great for drinks always had someone taking care of our needs. I also went there on a Sunday after with the family we had issues with the play card for the games the manager took care of that as soon as he found out and even gave us a credit on the cards had a great time.

We loved it! Everything was fun except the wait times was a bit excessive. Overall a great place to spend with the family. We didnt order any food from there because of the amount of money we spent on the all day passes but the good thing is we left and came right back on time for our turn for bowling. If you manage your time correctly it can be a great time. Also a little tip is take turns signing up for activities so you can have more time in your favorite place either laser tag, gravity or bowling. It was much easier and we went bowling about 4 times and laser tag.

Took my younger sisters here and they had a blast! It can be a little pricey, but you definitely get your moneys worth if you buy the bracelets. We were able to bowl, laser tag, and the obstacle course. The food is also very good as well, we ordered pizza and it was amazing! Definitely a great place for kids and even teens! Very spacious, entertaining place. Lots to do so kids are occupied and having fun. A bit pricey especially if you have more than one child even with the specials. And shoe rental for bowling is not included in the prices. $4 something a pop, you're better off investing in a pair of bowling shoes, you'd save alot of money. All of the staff was not very friendly or informative on how the specials worked. There was one employee who was not customer friendly at all. Didn't acknowledge me, didn't smile, could barely understand what she was saying because she wouldn't speak up in a very noisy environment. She acted as if I was bothering her asking her questions. Other than those small issues, I think it's a great place for family fun.

Came here for my birthday over the summer. Had a party of 12+ people, and we used their fun pass that have us unlimited access to bowling, laser tag, and the ropes course. Everyone had a really great time. Only downside was that the waits were a little long (not unexpected on a Saturday night) and the food a bit on the pricier side. Still a great time if you time or to use one of the fun passes!

Cool sports and arcade games, great bowling lanes that are well maintained, and nice pool tables that are surrounded by TV's with all the sports and right next to the bar. Couldn't ask for much more, easily able to lose track of time and spend a few hours there having fun. Clean place with nice friendly staff, great food, and all types of drinks you'll enjoy. I love this place I go here for my birthday and for others all the time. I live the laser tag, bowling, and obstacle course. The arcade games are a blast. It is clean in the restrooms and all over. Great day of bowling and games with the kids. We ordered the $18 sampler appetizer. The cheese curds were very good and the dip with the pita chips was delicious. Wings pretty good. We could only afford this every once in awhile since it is so expensive. Spent $180.00 for 4 adults and 4 kids. The service was great and everything went smooth from the check in to the end.

There were a few machines not working correctly and would just take the credits off of the card but didn't work. Customer service at the Lazer Tag game was not very helpful or friendly. The prize counter customer service was much more helpful and friendly.

It's a bowling alley and a game room. It is what it is. Bowling machines do shut off after a set amount of time. If you have unlimited bowling, then just ask them to reset the machines and they do it. Simple. Shoes do cost $4.25 rental. Food is much better than you would expect at a place like this which is mostly for kids and families. Our waiter was great and checked in frequently for drink refills as needed. Be polite to the staff and I bet you get better service, too. We'll go back again but only when they run the all-you-can-bowl promotions. It's to pricey otherwise for my group.

It’s pretty packed in here but it’s pretty good and a lot of fun. Where comfy fresh clothes because it gets kind of hard especially if you drink alcohol. The prices are fair and it is not too expensive. Take it vantage of coupons because you can get cheaper prices for games and bowling’s, and it’s completely free to look up coupons online and save a couple bucks.

There is a lot to do in this building. I'd give it a 5th star if they paid more attention to cleaning. We arrived 15 minutes after opening on a Saturday and the trash cans were almost full. The floor around the "Super Cars" was very sticky, the floor around the "Escape Room needed to be swept and the table outside of the "Laser Tag" room was dirty & sticky. There were only about 5 people in there before us; I doubt they made this mess. It appears the building was not cleaned between Friday night & Saturday morning. Take care of cleaning and this place is 5 stars.

Went to go bowling and play in the arcade. The bowling was super expensive ($87) and the arcade prizes are over priced. I was lucky enough to.have a friend who works there to get into laser tag but other then that the 3 hour trip would have cost nearly $200

Overall, a fun place to come hang out with friends no matter what age. There is laser tag, bowling, an arcade, VR games, and a sky obstacle course. For adults that want a drink there is a bar and pool tables. There is a cafe with pizza and other basic American foods, plus Gelato. It isn't considered cheap but what do you expect at a place like this. I would recommend getting day passes because you get access to Main Events activities without having to constantly pay to do random things. Hope you guys enjoy.

There are plenty of other places you could go to that have laser tag, bowling, arcade games, billiards tables, a bar, food, and/or other attractions. This place has it all in a nice indoor (A/C) environment. There are plenty of staff that are not overworked like other places. I went on the obstacle course with my son. That was pretty fun. They do birthday parties too. There are a lot of restaurants, a Starbucks, a theatre, and other shops within walking distance. Its a great place for ages 5+. Check their website for discounts and specials.

Had a family day here and we loved it, they did have a wait that was and hour and a half to bowl, then it turned into a 2 hour then 3 hour. That was frustrating but the manager did apologize and compensated our family which we appreciated, the children loved the games and food. And the alcoholic beverages were delicious!

Monday night deals are great, lots of games and activities to choose from, and a very family friendly place. Just be sure to keep your receipt. Someone stole mine out of the trash and activated a new game card with it causing my game card to deactivate. I had to pay again to play. They gave it to me half price but still somebody else got a new card for free on my dime 😡
