Rented a lot from AZ Party Oasis for my sons 1st birthday. It was amazing!! Darren both delivered and picked up all of the items we rented. Inflatable water slide, 8 tables, many chairs, snow cone machine, and cotton candy machine. He was so efficient and friendly, made sure we were taken care of as well. Darren truly is an asset. Thankyou so much for making our big day so special.

AZ Party Oasis was amazing! They helped us throw a great party for our 9 year old with the Dark Knight Water Slide! Ordering online was smooth and there was a chat option for the questions I had. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny! The communications from the company before the party and the day of were clear and the delivery time was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the guys that delivered it this morning. The guys that picked it up were named Po and Gabriel. They were very efficient and polite. I know the slide was very heavy and they just took it down and hauled it out like it was no big deal!

We used AZ Party Oasis for our daughter's birthday party. They were priced competitively and had one that themed to her Harry Potter party with lightning bolts. They communicated very well, arrived in plenty of time to have it ready before the party. They helped get it all connected to the hose. For pick up, they took it down very quickly and even wrapped the hose back up. We were very happy with them and will use them again in the future.

I have used Party Oasis a few times for parties they are always on time and nice. They set up really fast the bounce houses have been clean and they are affordable I will keep using them for all my parties definitely recommend!

First time we used them it was great. The second time we did, the price was way higher. Inflation? One of the crew threw an extension cord on top of some plants I had literally just planted and when I expressed my irritation over it, they laughed. Overall the product is great but I'll probably shop around for my next party since their prices went up.

The two kids that came out were great. They were on time and gave us plenty of notice that they were arriving. The reason I took one star off is due to the slide being filthy. The tarp and slide were full of mud and dirt. The guys asked to use our hose to clean it and then had to borrow a towel to dry it. This inflatable should have arrived clean. It was a little disappointing.

We went with this company for a bouncy house because they had the best prices and great reviews from other customers. They were very communicative and easy to reach when I had questions. What a great experience with AZ Party Oasis, again! We just had a birthday party for my daughter and rented a water slide. Reserving the slide was very easy using their online ordering system. They contacted us the day before with our time window for delivery and they were right on time. They were also very friendly to all the children and the birthday girl, including her in the process. We ran into an issue with the outlet not working and they were right on top of checking the breaker and fixing the problem. They were very communicative with the pick-up and they left my yard in good condition. This is our 4th rental with AZ Party Oasis and we will continue to use them for all our events. Thanks Guys!

Jake and Mack gave us a call when they were on their way set up our slide this morning quickly. I’ve used AZ Party Oasis for multiple birthday parties and they are great. Professional and friendly staff, on-time delivery, and great communication. One time they had to pick up our bounce house the next day (which was ok with us) but they were very responsive to texts and true to their word. Another time I needed to add tables and chairs the night before and they didn’t miss a beat! I will definitely be using them for all our future parties!

My husband and I booked a last minute rental for a bounce house for our daughter's 10th birthday. By last minute, meaning 9:30pm the day before her birthday. I decided to book through AZ Party Oasis because they had better pricing then competitors with the same ratings. Originally I planned on renting round tables (they don’t have) but after seeing their prices on 6’ tables it was definitely worth switching to 6’ tables! Our rentals were delivered about 2hrs before our event. We even got to keep the bounce house overnight and the next morning for no additional charge. The guys who setup and took down were very polite and professional. We rented the Disney princess castle bounce house and it was very clean/like new. Their website makes ordering rentals simple and convenient. I was able to book online with a deposit initially. A week later I was able to add on more tables to the same order. The night before the party, I was able to pay the full balance on their website. I will definitely use AZ Party Oasis again!

I rented bouncy house castle with waterslide my nephews and niece absolutely loved it! We order the obstacle course with the jumper (2 in 1) bouncer for my daughter's birthday. It fit perfectly in the area designated and was very easy, also surprisedly fast set up. The process was smooth and we enjoyed the bouncer longer due to low staff the weekend we had reserved. We would definitely order from AZ Party Oasis again!

We had AZ Party Oasis deliver a 21ft water slide for my son’s 7th birthday and it was a blast! Ordering the slide was easy and delivery/setup by Doug went smoothly. They’ll text you a couple hours before to give you a window of time they’ll be arriving. Only slight issue we had was the hose at the top of the slide didn’t spray and instead just came out in a stream. Everything worked fine still so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I tried calling support number and nobody answered plus voicemail was full. Pickup time was supposed to be 5 hours after, but nobody came. It wasn’t until midday on the day after did we get a notification that they’d be there later that evening to come get the slide. Basically gifted a bonus day of slide time, which the kids loved! Only wish we knew sooner that was likely going to happen, but again I attempted to call and wasn’t able to reach anyone. Pickup crew was also super fast and efficient. Overall it was worth every penny and will rent again for future events!

Very friendly on time when delivered water slide was clean but appeared to need some repairs had two dolphins on it, one of the dolphins fin was torn making quite a loud noise as air escaped I called the delivery men who dropped it off that the tape holding it had torn but no response. The price of the slide was a little more then I’ve paid in past so I think product should have been in better condition.

Last Saturday (10/24/20) we rented a bounce house for our son's 4th birthday party. AZ Party Oasis made it a completely seamless process, Josh (the owner) was communicative and so friendly and helpful! We love AZ Party Oasis. We started using them a few years back. We've gotten the water slides, the bull, tables and chairs. This past Saturday we had our annual Father's Day Luau. I had already ordered the slide,table,and chairs but thought we probably need tents. Sent them message and it was added to my order. We'll be ordering again in September for a birthday party.

We rented the tropical obstacle course playground for my child’s birthday party. The team was so professional on the phone and in person. They definitely did a great job keeping their distance and wearing a mask when needed. In addition their product is really good. I decided to use this company for my son's birthday party because of all the great reviews and I'm glad I did! We planned our party & reserved a water slide prior to the pandemic and state wide shut down. Once that happened, we were forced to postpone everything. The customer service we received helping to cancel our contract was great. Although they were struggling as a small business, they were incredibly supportive. When we were able to reschedule our party, I contacted them again and rebooked our slide. No glitches and again, great customer service. The day before our party, the owner (I think) reached out to me. They were going to be pretty overwhelmed the morning of our party, so to insure that our party wasnt affected in any way, they set up the slide that night. I was grateful for this. Both of my boys were ecstatic! We have never done a bday party at home before and now, I think with the help of AZ party oasis, we will do it every year. Thank you to all the great people at this company for taking this part of the party stress off of my shoulders.

I'm an event coordinator/planner & I rented 3 heaters on behalf of my client. The on line ordering process was a bit tricky as I needed 3 and highest option was 2 but I did the chat & they were able to assist me. The delivery came earlier than expected & the driver was very friendly. one of the heaters was not starting but they showed us how to start it with a lighter. Thery area very reasonably priced company with professional customer service. I definetly reccomend using them for your party needs.

They're website was easy to use and prices were totally reasonable. Even with a slight hiccup due to having an extra orders to fill and being short a guy, they rearranged their schedule to deliver my tables and chairs earlier at no additional charge so I would have what I needed without being inconvenienced. The owner Josh is an Awesome person! We were setting up for our 1st venue and thought we knew how to do everything. They delivered the wrong inflatable (I had ordered a bounce house with a water slide for a 4 year old, and got an obstacle course), but the person delivering it couldn't have been nicer, offered to leave it, and go get the right one. I said never mind, we would stick with what we got, even though it was supposed to be a hot day. The kids had a blast (even some of the grown ups had time trials going through). I would absolutely use them again!

AZ Party Oasis was really easy to work with. Once I found the bouncehouse/waterslide that I wanted, the rest of the process was easy. They notified me the day ahead of the 2 hour window they would arrive to setup. The showed up on time, had the house up in 10 minutes. They were very prompt in their arrival and texted me how much longer it would take them to arrive. I am giving 3 stars ONLY because of the guys who delivered and picked up the bounce house otherwise I would have given one star. This was my first experience in renting a bounce house for my son's first birthday party. I wanted it to be a smooth and fun experience for us both. Instead I was anxiety ridden about the bounce house. I had questions but this company doesn't answer their phone because they recieve excessive spam phone calls. When I did ask questions via texting I was told that I should have received emails explaining everything. I am not a person who relies on technology for much of anything. I also had to remind them at 7pm the night before my event to let me know when I needed to meet them as my event was at a park. It would have given me peace of mind and a much more relaxed experience if I was able to speak with some one about my concerns and questions.

The whole process went smoothly. Signing the contract gave me a little bit of anxiety because I had never rented a bounce house before. Everything worked out well. I was also worried about the 6:30 a.m. pick up, but they came closer to 11:00 a.m. for pickup on the overnight. They even let you know within an hour of when they will come to drop off and pick up. My son had a great birthday! Thank you AZ Party Oasis!
