I would absolutely recommend the Wedding Factor to a friend. In fact, I did and my best friend also bought her wedding dress there. They have a great selection and fun/stress free environment for trying on gowns. I had a very unique situation where I sent a picture of my inspiration wedding dress to Wedding Factor ahead of my appointment, and they had the EXACT dress I was looking for. It was the first dress I tried on, and I just fell in love. Everything about it was perfect the fit, size and price!! The reason I gave a 4 stars was for the alterations. The woman isn't very friendly and I felt like it was very expensive for the minimal alterations I needed.

I went to The Wedding Factor about six weeks ago when my sister was shopping for her wedding dress. The environment was so luxurious and welcoming as soon as we stepped inside. My sister worked with Lucy, who was extremely talented in picking up on the subtleties in the dresses that my sister both liked and disliked. The experience was so amazing and personalized. I knew that The Wedding Factor would be the first place I wanted to shop for my wedding dress as soon as I got engaged. I believed that the consultants would help me narrow down the perfect dress and I was not let down at all. I was lucky enough to get to work with Lucy again as well. She pulled the perfect dresses based on my feedback and constantly had a vision for ways I could personalize my dream dress. I was nervous about finding a dress as I have less than five months until my wedding, but she only showed me gowns that would be delivered in time. And there were still plenty of beautiful options! I would highly recommend The Wedding Factor to any bride looking for their perfect gown. And if you want a kind, talented, and professional bridal consultant to help you narrow down the right style for you, definitely request to work with Lucy!

My best friend found The Wedding Factor online and said that I should make an appointment because the shop looked super cute and had quite a few of the designers I had been looking at. It was one of the best decisions I've made throughout this whole planning process! I had my appointment July 30 with Lucy and she made me feel amazing throughout the appointment. There were several that I loved but then she pulled a complete showstopper of a dress and I knew that was it! Lucy listened to what I liked, what I started dancing in, and had some really great options pulled based on the questionnaire I had emailed over prior to the appointment. My entire experience with everyone at the shop was just incredible and I can't wait until my dress comes in! Their accessory selection is also great and I'm excited to try some more accessories with my gown! Thank you for making my dress shopping experience really perfect!

I had my first dress appointment this past weekend at the Wedding Factor. I worked with Lucy who was amazing! She was kind, encouraging, bubbly, and totally engaged with me and my guests. I had filled out a questionnaire prior to visiting and she took the time to go over it with us. Lucy got me out of my comfort zone and picked the perfect dresses for me to try on. I ended up saying Yes to the Dress! We celebrated with photos and champagne! I am thrilled with my experience and will definitely be referring my friends to Lucy!

I went to The Wedding Factor last Saturday, and found my dream dress! I was really impressed with this beautiful boutique. My bridal stylist Iris was extremely helpful. Having filled out a questionnaire prior to my appointment, as well as sending in a few example photos of what I was looking for, Iris had hand selected a number of gorgeous dresses for me to try on that fit my style and budget. My friends and I had our own private dressing room and it was a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere overall. Iris was super friendly and patient as she helped me try on dresses and veils, some more than once! I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on, since it felt like love at first sight, just like me and my future husband! After saying yes to the dress, Iris picked out the most perfect veil for me and we even got to celebrate with photos and complimentary champagne. I am so excited about my WEDDING DRESS!!!!! This was an amazing day. Thank you, Wedding Factor and Iris!

My experience at Wedding Factor was wonderful. I had Iris as my Bridal Consultant. She was professional, very accommodating, helpful and attentive. She picked out some beautiful dresses that were similar to the style I like. Iris was patient and helpful the entire time and she’ll definitely make you comfortable. The bridal shop was chic, have selection of gorgeous dresses, and everyone was so kind. I was very pleased with my overall experience. This place was an hour drive for me but they have beautiful selection and outstanding staff, I highly recommend!!

My experience at The Wedding Factor was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the service and atmosphere just blew me away. Lucy is amazing! She made the dress shopping process so fun and seamless. She helped me pick out the most beautiful Berta and was so helpful the entire visit. My sister and I stopped into the Wedding Factor during the Old City Wedding Stroll August 3. The team greeted us warmly, and Sonya, one of the consultants, gave us a low pressure guided tour of the dresses on display. I hadn't been familiar with this bridal salon before the stroll but loved the initial experience. We were able to make an appointment for the next day which was amazing because my mom and sisters were only in town for a few days for dress shopping. We returned the next day and worked with Lucy. The experience was an absolute dream. She took the time to introduce herself not just to me but to the family I had brought with me. She was attentive and thoughtful in her recommendations, including reminding me that I didn't have to try on dresses she pulled if I already knew they wouldn't be right. Lucy was an incredibly supportive force in this process, keeping our session moving while giving enough time for each dress. I loved being able to loop back to my favorite dress, try the full experience with a veil and a bouquet, and walk around a bit to really get a feel for the dress. I'm beyond grateful to Lucy, Sonya, and the Wedding Factor team for such a lovely, personalized experience. I can't wait for my dress to arrive!!

Upon arrival Lucie and her team were very kind and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable with them from the warmth they provided to my love ones and I. I believe I tried on 5 dresses in total and out of the five fell in love with dress #3 and dress #4. I retried on both to figure out which I loved the most and during this whole process Lucie was the sweetest and most patient person ever! I then learned that dress #4 was the one! Adding accessories such as the veil, bouquet, and heels really helped me seal the deal too as it all felt so surreal. My wedding dress is drop dead gorgeous and I look phenomenal in it and cannot wait for my wedding day to come so my soon to be husband can see me in it. Once I said “Yes to the dress” and my family and I did enough crying we was provided champagne. The champagne is amazing, I just had to put that out there, lol. Oh, I cannot forget to mention my appointment I booked was day of, very short notice and with no issue at all for them. Not to mention needing the dress by 8/2022 and just started my wedding dress search. This was my first wedding appointment and my only because the dress and customer service was so great. Beautiful bridal shop too! There is a lot to say but I already wrote a whole essay, lol. Ladies check them out now and ask for Lucie!

This salon is gorgeous and has a wide selection of gowns. I had an appointment with stylist Sarah who did an amazing job picking out dresses for me to try on. She listened carefully, was intuitive, and really knew the salon inventory. She was also very respectful of my budget and made extra sure that I felt comfortable even looking at a dress that was slightly out of my price range. She was just so kind, friendly and fun to work with. Though I ended up selecting a dress from another salon, I would still recommend going here and working with Sarah if you can!

I recently found my wedding dresses here- 2 in fact! The experience was a positive one. First, let me say that I was not looking forward to finding my dress. I am plus size and have gained even more weight over the last 5 years due to graduate school and career stress. I generally just don't care for trying clothes on due to insecurities I have about my body, but also because I sometimes find it to be tedious. When I went to my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised. Lucy is so warm and has such a positive and fun personality. She really listened to my feedback and seemed determined to help me find my dress. My mother came with me from out of town and we both appreciated how she included her and acknowledged her input. We also really appreciated her personality and patience with us in the process. You can tell that the owners and stylists care about you finding the right dress and you don't feel rushed at all. I ended up going with two dresses- one for my ceremony and another for the reception. I think they both fit my personality in different ways and included many things that I wanted originally and things I didn't expect to love. The day I chose my dresses, I felt really confident in myself and my body and generally felt beautiful, which sometimes is hard for me to feel. Thanks Lucy and to the other ladies at The Wedding Factor for making me feel extra good about myself and more excited for my wedding day. :)

I can not say enough good things about The Wedding Factor. From the beginning of my wedding dress shopping experience with them, they were impressive. My consultant, Iris, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I felt beautiful. I worked with Sarah and she made the process so enjoyable! She came to the appointment prepared to guide and support me - she was so welcoming and honestly felt like a fairy god mother. She put me both in styles I requested and also dresses I hadn't considered! Outside of the wonderful experience I had with my specific consultant, the salon itself carried so many options! I would highly recommended this location for plus size brides. I found it was challenging (until this salon) to find a location that left me with multiple amazing options. There wasn't a single dress I put on that I disliked/didn't fit right. Such a great experience overall. I can't put into words how special it was!

I reached out to ask if they had a specific gown in stock and immediately Stacey responded that the designer said they'd ship the gown to them for me to try on the following week. Stacey was incredibly helpful and kind in scheduling my appointment. When I arrived to The Wedding Factor my consultant Lucy was a dream to work with. She made me feel comfortable and heard - like shopping with an old friend. She pulled the gown I requested as well as additional gowns in similar styles. She 100% understood what I was looking for and did not rush me into making any decision. I left that same day having said yes to the dress and they were as excited for me as my own family was. The experience from email to appointment was incredibly professional and spectacular. I can't believe I tried on dresses elsewhere! The Wedding Factor is the only place to go.

I had the best experience with Lucy!! From the very first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She really put me at ease because I went in not really knowing what I wanted or how the whole process would go. She pulled all the gowns for me, starting with a few based on what I thought I would like then tailored the subsequent selections based off what I liked and didn’t like. She has such a good eye for what looks good, and I really felt like she understood my style! Before my second appointment, she emailed me pictures of some gowns she felt I may like and found me the one! It was such a thoughtful, personalized experience from the gown selection to having me walk down the hallway to see how everything flowed. She even took pictures and videos so I could see what I would look like coming down the aisle! My bridesmaid who was there with me was super impressed as well. I’m sending everyone I know in the future who’s shopping for a wedding dress her way!

I cannot say enough good things about The Wedding Factor! Not only is the store beautiful and inviting, the staff is truly incredible. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and my consultant, Michele, immediately put me at ease and seemingly effortlessly pulled perfect dresses one after another. She is sincerely a gem of a human; she listened to me, worked with my likes and dislikes, and ultimately found me my dream dress! The entire staff, including the owner, Stacey, go above and beyond for their clients. Great experience!! I drove 1.5 hr for this appointment and I am so glad to say it was worth it because I finally said YES to the dress! I had requested to see a specific dress which they had ready for me when I arrived and wasy able to try on other beautiful gowns as well. Iris was my bridal consultant and she was wonderful to work with! She was patient, personable, transparent, and very excited for me! She also was very respectful of my budget and my concerns which I appreciated.The space is beautiful and clean. I am happy to have a private dressing space, and not out in the open where other strangers are gawking at you. I had been shopping for a dress for a long time and went to 6 other bridal salons and thought I would never be able to find a dress... so THANK YOU Iris for all of your help!!

I cannot say enough good things about my dress shopping experience at The Wedding Factor! It was exactly how I envisioned wedding dress shopping to be. The staff was accommodating, offered us water, explained how the process would work and set us up in a private area. The Wedding Factor was the 4th store I visited, and after the first 3 I wasn't quite sure why I hadn't fallen in love with a dress yet. Michele was great from the second we walked in - she was patient, insightful, thoughtful, a great listener, and had great taste and ideas. She took in everything I said about the dresses that hadn't worked out, my venue, and my vision for the day, and then suggested multiple wonderful dresses to me, including the one that I ultimately picked (and she saved that one for last - I think she knew I would love it). I'm very happy I went to The Wedding Factor and worked with Michele - I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had an amazing experience at The Wedding Factor. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Iris was the perfect consultant who truly was a pleasure to meet and spend time with. Had the best experience at The Wedding Factor with Sarah. This was my first time trying on bridal gowns and could not recommend The Wedding Factor enough! From the moment I booked my appointment I had a feeling that this would be the place I would find my dress. Not only do they carry a ton of fabulous designers, they listen to what you want and also guide you through the entire process. I didn’t know what to expect but Sarah was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and I really appreciated how kind she was to my stepmom, MIL, and MOH. There were so many special touches throughout the experience and I genuinely felt heard and respected by Sarah when talking through what I envisioned wearing for my wedding. Sarah wasn’t pushy at all and throughout the appointment checked in with me often to make sure I was feeling good and to see if I had any feedback on the dresses that were pulled. The other store employees also went out of their way to say hello and engage with us throughout the appointment. If you are looking for top notch service, and a beautiful selection of gowns, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! Sarah and team THANK YOU for making me feel so comfortable in your store. I said yes to the dress at The Wedding Factor! I initially thought my journey to finding my wedding dress would be store after store after store trying to find the perfect one but The Wedding Factor made it so easy! The whole team was so friendly and my consultant Iris couldn’t have been more helpful! I really could not say enough amazing things about this place. The location is amazing and the staff/dresses are even more amazing! I had a specific dress I went in for and ended up getting something completely different that I never even thought would be my dress! Angel was amazing to work with and she was so patient with me! Omg I loved this place! Soon as I got there everybody had a great welcoming aura and it’s beautiful in there. I was assisted by Iris and I have to say that I was so relieved to have been with someone so patient and consistent! She never rushed me, she had me so many ideas, she found so many beautiful gowns for me! It’s funny because I wasn’t too sure on what kind of dress I wanted so after trying on a bunch of dresses she was like “I think I have a dress that’s perfect for you” and she was absolutely right! On top of it all, I had to bring my 15 month old son at the time with me due to last minute changes. I was so nervous to have him there while I was trying on dresses but Iris made sure my son was comfortable while keeping me comfortable trying on dresses! My bestfriend walked in soon as I said “Yes to the Dress” which was such a surprise. After saying yes to the dress she poured some champagne and we toasted my victory! Sarah reached out several times to prompt me on pictures and get a better idea of what I wanted....and I am so glad she did! the first 4 dresses I tried on, I loved different elements. She literally poured over my pictures and saw patterns in my choices that I did not even notice. I think it took 6-7 before i finally said no. It was the first store I tried dresses on and I walked out with an order for a dress and a veil! another surprising element was how much could be customized for my desire. Wedding culture has REALLY taken off over the past 15 years and one of the most-highlighted aspects is The Dress. While I was excited to go dress shopping, I've never been one of those brides who dreams about her wedding day her whole life. I didn't want to spend weeks or months looking for The Dress - I wanted to find The Dress in one day. A pretty loaded goal for any wedding dress store, but The Wedding Factor (TWF) was JUST the place to help me achieve this goal. When I arrived with my mom, MOH, and MOH's mom, we were first in a cloud of happiness, the dresses displayed are *gorgeous* and the shop gave an instant feel of luxury. We were taken to the dressing room where I worked with consultant Lucinda/Lucy. Lucinda is without a doubt a wedding dress FAIRY GODMOTHER. I came to TWF for a specific dress designer trunk show but quickly learned that the style I thought I wanted was not the style that I felt the most comfortable in. Lucinda picked up on my unhappy vibes pretty quickly and when we decided to make a change, she brought in 5 stunning ballgowns. I immediately pointed to one and Lucinda helped me put it on right away. Some brides feel 'butterflies' when they find The Dress, but I instantly felt a wave of calm. It was right. It was The Dress. My bride crew and I had another appointment scheduled for later the same day at a different store, and while we stopped by, the experience was night and day. We immediately returned to TWF and I bought The Dress. Lucinda and TWF were professional and supportive. I never felt pressured to buy, I just felt guided and supported through an emotional time. This professionalism did not stop when I bought the dress but continued when the dress was ordered, shipped, delivered, and picked up. Not only that, but I got an email from Lucinda on my wedding day which just showed how TWF goes above and beyond to make every bride feel special (even those of us who haven't been dreaming of our wedding day since childhood). I could not recommend The Wedding Factor more (especially Lucinda) as the GO-TO place to get your wedding dress.

What a phenomenal bridal salon! They have a huge array of dresses and are just some of the most welcoming and accommodating people I’ve come across. My appointment was well over an hour and a half and I tried on so many dresses. I ended up liking quite a few but fell in love with one in particular. I’m very picky and they were able to accommodate a change in the fabric on the back and change some areas of lace. Iris was my bridal consultant and I could not recommend her enough! I went to one store before this and had an idea of what I was looking for. She put me in some dresses I picked out but also ones she thought I might like also. She really knew exactly what to pull. They were respectful of budget and had a lot of options. I really did not want to say yes to my dress without my best friend seeing it. She was only in town for one day and the bridal salon ended up staying open at least an hour later just so she and my mom could come and see the dress. This was the third store we visited in search of my perfect wedding dress and we went simply to help me narrow down the style I was looking for. Before arriving to my appointment, I had to fill out a questionnaire and was told that a stylist would pull dresses for me based on my responses. I’ll admit that I didn’t love this idea and didn’t go into this appointment with high hopes- until I met Lucy. Lucy truly knows her stuff and knew the exact dresses to have me try on. The Wedding Factor experience is the experience you deserve as a bride-to-be! From the moment my guests and I walked through the door, the staff was attentive and focused on us. My consultant, Iris, was an absolute pleasure to work with and made me feel completely comfortable. The gown selection is top-of-the-line with unique styles that you will not find anywhere else. (I know. I looked.) My only complaint would be that they do not allow photos until after you say, “Yes,” to a dress. This did make the decision-making process more difficult for me. I did say, “Yes,” to a dress at my second Wedding Factor appointment and could not be happier with my decision. My guests and I were given complementary champagne (and a sparking water alternative option) to celebrate. Wedding Factor truly made me feel like royalty, both in and out of my ballgown. Edit: I almost forgot to mention the Wedding Factor bridal gift bag that I was presented with upon making my first dress payment! I had a really great experience at The Wedding Factor with Lucy! Before even arriving at the Salon, Lucy contacted me via text to confirm the trunk show appointment and reiterated the details I had previously shared about what I was looking for over the phone. I have visited 3 different wedding salons on both the Main Line and in NYC and this was by far the nicest in terms of style/design. The salon was very spacious with ample room for disapplying dresses and accessories for browsing. I was also really impressed with the dressing room size. The room I was in at the back of the salon had a private curtain dressing area (very large) AND a private seating area with two chairs. There were nice waffle robes to wear between trying on dresses. It was a great set up! When I got to the salon, Lucy spent time reviewing my details and asking about my wedding. She had already pulled a few dresses for me based on what I had previously shared shared I was looking for. I think I tried on 5 or so dresses and never felt rushed at all. I actually ended up ordering a dress off the truck show designer's Instagram that was not in the store. Lucy and another woman whose name I didn't catch, but who I assume was the manager, got the designer's team on the phone right away to find the details of the dress, price and to help me with the order. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at The Wedding Factor with Lucy. I would highly recommend this salon for a bride looking for a chic, upscale experience with attentive, personalized bridal stylists!

I found a dress on Instagram that I knew I needed to try on and when I called the store to see if they had it in stock, they made time for me the very next day to come in and try it on! The store is beautiful and the fitting rooms are private and spacious. I also appreciated that they had shoes, bouquets, and accessories so you could try on your dress and really feel like you would on your wedding day. You are not able to take photos of the dresses until you officially say "yes to the dress" so make sure you bring your support system with you! If you are looking to make an appointment, request to work with Lucy! She is such a pleasure to work with and truly knows her dresses and how to make you feel special!

I had gone to a larger, box store previously to try on wedding dresses and it felt very crowded and not at all special, I had a totally opposite experience at The Wedding Factor. I began working with Iris as soon as I made my appointment. As a mid/plus size bride, I wanted to make sure that they would have samples available for me to try. I told Iris the styles I was interested in and she went above and beyond (even borrowing samples from other stores) to make sure I could try on what I wanted. When my mom and I arrived, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Iris told me she had a feeling my dress was in that room, and she was right! We had a private area and there was a nice seating area for my mom to sit. While we were trying on dresses, Iris asked me about my fiance, how we met, the wedding, etc. Since we can't have an engagement party because of COVID, it was nice to relive some of that initial excitement. When I found my dress, everyone congratulated me and we were offered champagne. They were very patient as I took tons of pictures and videos, and the whole process felt very special. They even offered to let me come back and try on my dress again to help select my hairstyle and accessories. I am so happy I found my dream dress at The Wedding Factor!

The Wedding Factor was the second bridal store I went to and I was blown away by how perfect the experience was. First off, the store was remarkably clean, and their covid protocols made me and my family feel safe. Second, the actual process was so streamlined and made dress shopping feel like an event. You stand on a pedestal while trying on dresses and your saleswoman takes the time to perfectly clip the dress to your body making sure there aren't weird bunches or other quirks. There's a curtain which separates you from your guests, and with each dress you try on the curtain is swooped aside to show the option to whomever is accompanying you. These little factors made a huge difference, but the key was the two associates I worked with - Lucy and Michele. Both were absolute delights, upbeat and genuinely excited about helping me find the perfect dress. But they also went above and beyond to make sure I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was clear that they closely read my profile information ahead of time and already had a few great picks in mind. But every time I tried on a dress they pinpointed exactly what I did and didn't like and altered the selections based on that. It didn't take long for me to find the one, and even though I was pretty certain, Lucy and Michele were totally fine with me trying on several more dresses just in case. Once I was 100% set on my dress, Lucy and Michele put the icing on the cake by identifying the perfect veil to match. I ended the shopping trip with the knowledge that I found my perfect dress and a champagne toast for me, my mom, and my brother. This was the perfect experience, and if a close friend or family member was getting married I would steer them right to the Wedding Factor.

I was impressed with the new location and how they were prepared for Covid. The store was exceptionally clean, we all were temperature checked, filled a waiver and washed hands before heading to the fitting room. It started out rough, as we ended up taking an Uber to the shop because we were running late and I forgot about the note in their email to use the address listed in the email and NOT in the uber app. Needless to say, we were dropped off at the old location, had to call another uber and I was a good 20-25 minutes late for my appointment. Sarah was so kind and said "we only have an hour, but it's totally doable." She Hustled to get me dresses! Running up and down the stairs to find me some great options. I ended up trying on one dress I loved, but there was another dress I needed to revisit at another store to be sure. I ended up returning to the Wedding Factor as the other dress just paled in comparison. I am so happy with my decision! Sarah was so wonderful, gave me her business card with text-able number so I could ask questions while I was thinking about said dress, and she even booked my second appointment for me so I could try on one more time and say, Yes! My only negative is not being able to take pictures of dress until deciding to purchase, but then I was allowed to take as many as I wanted. The stylist had pulled dresses for me that were exactly my style (and some that I didn’t think were my style but I loved), she clearly really knew what she was doing. She also had me look at the dresses from multiple angles and distances which was really smart and helpful in figuring out what I really liked. And when I did finally settle on a dress they were so nice and happy for me and offered me and my family some celebratory champagne. I was getting to a point in my previous dress shopping where I was feeling defeated and stylists were not listening to what I wanted. As soon as I got to the WF my AMAZING stylist Lucinda sat me down and really got to know exactly what I wanted and didn't want. She did not try to push me in any direction, but really tried to get to the root of what I did and didn't like about certain dresses. I went in at 11 am Saturday morning. Lucinda was there with huge smile and very warm and welcoming. There's a 3 person max for the number of people allowed to attend the fitting that I wasn't initially aware of so when I showed up with 7 she was super accommodating in making sure we all were able to stay and enjoy the visit. She already had some dresses pulled to my room based on the details I sent and we walked through to see if there was anything else I wanted to add. My guests were made comfy cozy as we went back to get started. She was very informative on the dresses letting me know about all the details of the dresses and color options. She was very patient with my group whom had tons of opinions and requests (especially my mother). All in all it was exactly the experience that I wanted. It was as if i was the only bride in the world the way Lucinda and the staff granted every wish and request. I felt like i was doing my fitting with a good friend I'd known for years. Lucinda worked her magic. I came in at 11 and said yes to the dress by 12:30! We then were treated to champagne while all my guests took photos. Lucinda also graciously played photographer with all my guests phones. This fitting went better than I could have ever hoped for. I cant wait to see the finished product on my wedding day!

This review is long overdue. The ladies at the Wedding Factor are so courteous and made every effort to make my experience stress free. They helped me pick out the perfect gown for the most memorable day of life and made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They promptly answered any ridiculous question I had throughout the process. I am recommending everyone to go here for the best selection of wedding gowns and impeccable customer service. This was absolutely a wonderful day with three wonderful Ladies that helped my daughter thru-out the process finding her that perfect gown! They were so patient with her and very very kind and understanding when she got a little over whelmed! Right from the beginning walking in the store to the end, they made us feel very welcome and relaxed! We walked out having the perfect dress and Veal ordered for that Wedding day to come! I went in to find earrings for my wedding about a month away and was pleasantly surprised by the service offered. Kathy and Stacey do a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable while still maintaining a professional attitude towards their business and knowledge of the industry. Kathy spoke frankly with me regarding vendors and what to expect and I'm planning on using their day of services for my upcoming wedding at the Palomar Hotel. I would definitely recommend checking out the gowns-if I hadn't already bought mine....but I am now using their in house seamstress for my alterations, and so far so good:)

I must say that this place is a little pricey. I would suggest you go here if your budget is the minimum of 2,000. I had Michele and I believe that she is one of the best sales person’s that I have ever met! She is just simply amazing. I definitely went $800 over budget but she did all she could do to help with the cost. If I could give her 10 stars I would! The reason why this store lost a star is because of the manager. I can’t remember her name but she was very rude. The store is intimate so it wouldn’t have hurt to introduce herself to me and my party. Even when it came down to purchasing the dress she never came down to say thank you or congratulations. I actually had to ask to speak with her and had to wait just to introduce myself. They do serve wine and I had one glass. After that one, less that what a normal glass would be, I asked for a celebratory glass to cheers and she said no. I was shocked as I was there for an hour and half from my first 1/8 of a glass of wine. She said no because of liability reasons. Now I have heard of this before but usually it’s a two glass max. either way it wasn’t a big deal, I just thought that was a downer. The manager could really take a lesson on interpersonal communication skills from Michele because if it wasn’t for Michele, I would not have gotten anything. The other staff in there were pleasant as well. Great job ladies. Of course I said yes to the dress!

Stacey exceeded our expectations on many, many levels. I have to be honest, me and my daughter's bonus mom did not feel as though she was necessary ... well we were proven wrong. Stacey was one of the most important parts of our wedding. From dressing Dayna, to duct tape, to cleaning chocolate, blood and sewing up zippers and buttons.
