I was once again thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, and reassuring nature provided by Megan and the other awesome staffer at the Felt Factory. The hall was beautiful, clean, and prepped well in advance. I was able to visit the morning of my party to drop off my decorations. It was freezing outside, but warm in all of the right ways inside. They took great care of my head table and all of my guests. We have 2 in the books and look forward to more. Thank you again for making my birthday/graduation party so special.

Awesome & Amazing...The Felt Factory exceeded all my wedding expectations. I had my ceremony in the Capri Room following by the reception upstairs in the Manor Room...they were both decorated beautifully...the grounds out back were perfect for my wedding pictures... they have their own parking which is great for guess...the staff was pleasant and accommodating...the food was delicious...Janet was most pleasant and responsive to every question asked...I will be planning my husband birthday party there... This venue covers it all...Thank you Janet and staff...

Beautiful space. My only hang-up was the ladies bathroom stalls. Too tiny to fit in with the door closed. The door is only inches away from the toilet

This is a fantastic venue from start to finish! Everyone of staff was very accommodating, kind, and professional. Janet set the bar with her bubbly personality and accommodating tone! The entire staff worked to ensure that my moms surprise retirement party would indeed be a surprise. The food was BOMB.The manager Keisha ensured that everything ran smoothly! Everything was beautiful, efficient and reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with the felt factory!

So I attended to 2 weddings 2 weeks apart the staff at the film factory are absolutely tremendous great service, attentive to your needs they even gave me a wheelchair for my sister who is a little disabled They gave us front door or should I say side door service I can go on it's a great venue!

I Had my daughter's Bridal shower at The Felt Factory May 29, 2022. From day one of booking the staff was Very professional, courteous, helpful. I had called and emailed many times with questions and the responded quickly. On day of event, room was set up beautifully, the staff was so supportive even offering to press a wrinkle curtain we had. The servers and bartenders were the best. The food was so delicious. My guest are still calling, texting and messaging me on how beautiful the venue is and how the whole event was outstanding.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I am having my wedding and reception there. They offer 3 different rooms to choose from depending on the number of guests you will be having. I chose The Mill Room. It has it's own entrance, and bathrooms so you dont have to worry about sharing with other guest from the other rooms. It also has a bridal sweet. I was blown away at the food tasting, the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this place

The Felt Factory was a nice place to have a Wedding reception. The Service was excellent and the waiters and waitresses did an awesome job. Security is needed in the parking lot to protect the guests vehicles. Also a handicapped ramp needs to be added to the front of the building for those persons who are in wheelchairs and persons not able to climb the front steps.

We decided upon this beautiful venue to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday. I must say the staff was AMAZING!! Everything was great the food was menu was Great. Everyone of our guests expressed how much they loved everything about The Felt Factory . Would highly recommend whether big or small. .

Nice venue with off street parking. The catering was very nice. The bartender knew her stuff. Will definitely book there again. Additionally it’s close to major highways so your out of town friends and family can easily find it.

Great venue. The servers could have been a little more cleaner with the wedding. Cocktail your was nice but the mash potatoe bar was a little sloppy. Servers need to be a little less miserable when your working someone's wedding that paid good money to have it there. Other than that it was nice.

This was everything under 1 roof. The wedding, the cocktail hour and the reception was covered magnificently! The hors d' oeuvres were so good! The meal was pretty good also. Had a great time!

Honestly, the BEST wedding venue I could have ever chosen! I am so happy with how smoothly everything went. The staff at the felt factory really take care of their bride and groom for the entire day. The food is delicious, and the venue is beautiful. They really made our day perfect. They even used some of my centerpieces on the pillars going down the altar to decorate my ceremony since I didn't think to get decorations for the ceremony.

Caitlin was great with going over everything for my event. The process was fast and easy! I was holding a small event and wanted to have my event in the smaller room but was told that on my date only the big room was available. I was skeptical and thought the room would be too big. It turned out amazing!! The decorations were simple but its just what I wanted. I didn't really get to eat but what I tasted was good! The cake was AMAZINGLY good. The staff even packed up the left over food for me to take home. Will use them again.

Had my daughters high school graduation party here. The place was beautiful,the food was delicious( and I'm usually picky),and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved it so much that I'm now planning my mother's 70th birthday party for here. You will not be disappointed. It felt good to just show up and have everything executed exactly the way I envisioned it too.

Absolutely gorgeous! Recently renovated and just stunning! Various areas depending on size of event. Minimum guests as of today is 50. Event coordinator is very helpful and honest. One of the best kept secrets in Philly !!

I had my wedding reception here and everything was amazing!!! The food was excellent, the drinks were in point, and the staff was kind and very accommodating. Thank you so much guys. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be DON'T waste your money on the flower/ballon drop...Not worth it

Had my wedding here May 24th, 2019 and it was amazing. Food was excellent, staff was perfect. Anything that I needed or wanted they provided. Emma and the Jose were perfect. Any problems that were trying to arise they handled. There was plenty of alchohol and my guest are still talking about the wedding. Thank you Romano's for everything.

My sister, her husband, and myself had our 50th birthday party here, this past Friday. And the place, aviance, food, cake, everything was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star, is because although the food buffet was for 2 hours, after an hour, the food was cold. But it was still good. I would recommend Romano's to everyone. The price is right, the place is right, and the food was good.

Beware of their hidden fees on your contract read it carefully. Also their not flexible when it comes to decorations and a bride color scheme. I wasn't even offered food samples for our menu..Wow.. Ask for taste for the your desired menu.. I was not pleased with food at all. It was bland it was not good at all..

Was excited to host an upcoming event here based off the online photos and 4.5 Google reviews but that excitement faded when I visited the venue. First impressions are everything. I had an appointment for a " taste test" if I can even call it that for $25, i was served 1 plate of Luke warm food by a random staff member. The chef never came out to explain what I was tasting or how it was prepared. Not only that, but to my knowledge a tasting is when you're served a sample of different options to choose from to determine what items you want. Here that was not the case. So just fyi of what you get for a " tasting" The food was bland and nauseating at best. Then the lady showing me the venue kept reiterating the sample was $25 as if I came for a free meal, which was a total waste of money btw. I was then shown photos of the venue by her, which happened to be the same ones from google. As if I traveled all this way for that. 2nd the room I was told I had to have the event in based off my number of guests was currently being occupied by a party so i couldn't see the room. Then she kept asking me how I felt about the venue as if I was ready to sign paperwork based off a rushed unprepared showing. The place is nice, but for the amount of money I was willing to spend every detail should be on point. A patch of flowers was hanging off the flower wall and the place didnt smell fresh. Also if you're presenting a place to a potential customer you should be impressing me, making me want to spend my money with you. And that wasnt the case. I walked in excited and couldn't wait to walk out because it was an awkward showing and I didnt feel welcome. Needless to say i wont be spending my money here, given the first meeting I had.
