Springfield country club is THE place to have your wedding!! Dennis and Milton were exceptional and handled every detail. I could not have asked for anything more! From the rehearsal dinner at la vista on Friday to ceremony in the garden and reception in golf view - it was all perfect !!! Food was exceptional, service was excellent, and they run like a well oiled machine. 10/10, definitely get married here, you won’t regret it!!!

Mixed feelings… the course is wonderful and you SHOULD play it. But when did golf courses get lazy and “accept” 4:30 as the rate of play? Every hole I sat behind people who took 15-20 minutes a hole. If you have 100 reviewers saying “the rate of play sucks here” (which is true), why not police it better to make this course shine? July 2021

Springfield Country Club recently hosted my Daughter’s Wedding this past July 10th 2021. It was an Absolutely AMAZING Event from start to finish. The venue was the Perfect spot for the happy couple's Ceremony and Reception. The Golf View Ballroom was intimate and warm with Gorgeous views of the fairways complemented by a Majestic Sunset. Janet Rickards handled our wedding coordination from the outset and we could not be happier with the results. She is a true professional who was attentive to our every need and request. She not only met, but exceeded all our Wedding expectations with a once in a lifetime experience (and we have the pictures to prove it). Janet and her team coordinated every aspect of the wedding with Alison (The Bride) down to the smallest detail. You could not ask for a more prepared and knowledgeable Wedding Event Manager to work with. Scott our Maitre’d and Michelle the wedding day Coordinator along the kitchen and wait staff were on point the entire affair providing a 5 Star Menu along with White Glove service to all our guests. I Highly recommend Springfield Country Club for your next Big Event. They are truly the best at what they do. Call them, you will definitely be Glad you did. Thank you Janet and the Entire Staff at Springfield. You all CRUSHED It !!!! :)

I had my rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room. It was an absolutely gorgeous room on the deck of Tavola with one wall open to the deck to give an indoor/outdoor feel and overlook the golf course. There is a bar right outside of the room that the guests can utilize which is great. Our guests spent equal time inside the room and out on the deck right outside of the room. The food was fabulous and they provided a great menu for us to choose from. It was affordable without cutting any corners and only needed subtle decorations because the room itself is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend having a rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room!

This will be our new place to stay every time we visit Delco. Morgan helped us get the perfect room. Renata checked us in. She is very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my husbands many questions. Anthony took care of all our coffee needs even when we were a couple minutes late. We had dinner at Tavolas. The food was exceptional and Joy took very good care of us. We can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful stay..

Went to Travola they had a great DJ playing 70,80,90 music had the whole place jumping. Wish the kitchen was open,but the thin crust pizza was very good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Had a great time definitely going back DJ is there every Friday night from 9 pm to closing

My wife and I, plus my daughter, her husband and the two grandchildren went to the Mother's Day Brunch held at the Springfield Country Club. It was fantastic! They had lots of breakfast food and lots of lunch food so there was something for everyone. You couldn't go wrong! If you desired, you could have an omelet prepared especially for you, using ingredients you selected. Awesome! There was so much to sample; where do you start? Be forewarned, you have to take it easy or you will fill up quickly on one serving, missing out on the rest. I started with breakfast food of scrambled eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes. For seconds, I chose to have the prime rib (rare of course) plus macaroni and cheese. For seconds plus (not thirds), I got prime rib and sausage; a plate of meat. Mother's Day, the gloves were off! Desert? Of course! I had some chocolate cake and cheese cake. Heavenly! No wonder I'm size XXL! Non-alcholic drinks were included in the cost but alcoholic drinks were available, at extra cost for those who chose to imbibe. It was great! There was plenty of parking and everything was handled exceptionally well. A free Mimosa or Bloody Mary was provided to each guest who chose to have one, a nice touch. Reservations were required and the cost, paid at entry, included tax and gratuities. It was so nice to sit down at a meal with two mom's, have great food with no work for either mom. After all, it was their day to enjoy. We have all been to the Thanksgiving and Easter Dinner Buffet but most of us liked the Brunch Buffet best. Not that the other's wern't excellent, but we enjoyed the choice of breakfast or lunch food best. No matter what you choose, you'll love it. The parking is free and handicapped accessible. The food is great and the service is outstanding. These folks are exceptional at what they do. I recommend this buffet to anyone. Next occasion, bring the family for a delightful meal. I believe that you will enjoy yourselves as much as we do. See you there?

Above and beyond customer service - booked via Golf18Network - despite decent weather predictions the golf gods forbode us to finish. Was informed around the turn that the course had closed. Pro Shop went out of their way to contact Golf18 to get us a full refund. They didn't have to do that but did it anyway. 5 star experience this time and previous outings. Never a bad choice to book here.

Went here for a father's day brunch. Great buffet selections. I love breakfast foods and they had plenty. The omelette station was awesome!! The chefs were amazing and wait staff was on point. The mimosas, 1 complimentary and after that about $7 per. Overall a really nice experience. Would love to see a waffle station as well next time.

Attended a weeding here recently. Overall, I thought the food and atmosphere was very nice. It's a big place. We had a party of 300 and it could have seated double that I think in the big room. The dance floor is huge. The food was pretty good - normal wedding food. The chicken with shrimp and crab was tasty but a little strange too. The salad was drenched in dressing but was fresh. The service felt very rushed and they came to serve coffee and we had no cups. They came back 15 minutes later and poured coffee but we had no condiments. At the end of the day it still is a nice place and I wouldn't tell someone not to consider them.

This place is still top notch. Food & service were excellent. Wish I could remember now what I ordered, but remember it was yummy! AND, their coffee, which is good (mind you, I prefer mud-coffee!) comes in HUGE cups! Delightful idea. You can enjoy & not wait & wait for a refill! This is a GREAT venue for weddings (witnessed 2 different wedding parties coming in), parties, anniversaries. Definitely worth checking out!

Lovely! I was there for a wedding shower. The food was delicious. The staff were efficient and courteous. The room was nice, clean & bright not much to say about that it was a banquet room. We had a great time and left with full, happy bellies.

We will definately give them 5 star rating for the exceptional service rendered to us when we conducted the Wedding at there location few weeks back. That was indeed the best choice we made. A shout out for Nancy, who was our event coordinator and she is the best they have. She made it all easy for us with her empathic nature and diligence. Everything was beautiful, impressive and well organized. However, one important thing to add is that they have top notch well trained staff. They really worked hard and were very courteous to the guests. Even one person personally told us that people may spend millions but if the staff is not good then all is waste. We were blessed to have an excellent staff. Special mention about a lady called Thellonza who was till the end offering drinks with a smile. Overall great experience we had and hope to conduct few more events in there. Thank you Jesus for showing us this place and may it continue to stay successful.

Brunch with Santa! Our third year visiting with Santa and as expected it was amazing. Even our 16 year-old is still loving it! Springfield Country Club puts on a great spread with a very reasonable, all-inclusive price that can't be beat. The staff is friendly and attentive and really seem to love what they are doing. But the proverbial icing on the cake is the star of the show, Santa himself! You can always tell that Santa loves what he is doing. If you arrive early for your seating you may catch him in the lobby greeting his guests. If you miss him there don't worry, Santa is always around interacting with everyone at their tables and throughout the dining room. Of course your kids can sit on his lap and tell him their Christmas wishes and take pictures with him! What can I say? Everyone loves Santa Claus!

We celebrated our daughter’s abbreviated wedding dinner at Springfield CC. They provided us a spacious private room that made us feel like we were having a mini wedding reception. They offered us a small selection of entrees and the food was superb! Best of all, our servers, Sandy and Maura really outdid themselves! They were like members of the party. I highly recommend Springfield CC and Travolta for any gathering, large or small.

Hosted a corporate meeting and it was great. They were very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch provided was delicious. We could not have asked for anything more. Great location with plenty of parking. Ended the day next door at Tavolas for happy hour. Perfect day!

We had our Home Depot annual holiday party here. Place was nice size. The staff, was another matter. There were many, who were there to help us, but we're so mean and rude. They acted like they were doing us a favor for being there. I asked for a drink and was informed that I needed to go to the restaurant bar because they weren't serving what I wanted. OK, restaurant Bartender was GREAT. Drinks were perfectly made and he was friendly.

Beautiful rooms to decorate all you want. The staff is hard working and very nice. If you are looking to book a wedding or anything this is the place, although if you are working there you are in for a little rude awakening. Also the staff works really hard to please and make sure everyone is having fun so make sure to TIP YOUR BAQUET STAFF. Remember that they were there before you and staying till you go don’t be rude and tip the bartenders.

Food was tasty but nothing more was expected. The facilities were immaculate which says a lot about the management and staff. This was not the first time I was here for a funeral luncheon and their standards haven't changed in 18 years.

This country club has it all: golf course, spa, meeting spaces, fine food. The atmosphere is elegant, and you can have both the wedding AND the reception in the same place. You have the choice to have the ceremony indoors or out (there is a private gazebo enclosed by trees, and the area can safely hold about 300, and is complete with a brick path that serves as an aisle). The food from appetizers to main course were delish and well done, and the staff were attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have an event there (btw, the views overlooking the golf course is amazing).

Course is in good shape and it's a fun place to play. However, speed of play and service is crucial when your spending a good amount of money, and the ranger was not enforcing speed at all. The group ahead of us we're incredibly slow the entire day, making the round closer to 5.5 or 6 hours if we had finished. Since its a nice course (for public) I will go again. But if I have the same issues, i will definitely not be using SCC as part of our rotation of golf courses.

I attended a wedding at Springfield country club. It was Beautiful. The food was amazing. Staff was professional. I would definitely recommend this venue. There is a hotel next to the country club for those who don't want to drive, Or come from out of town.

Enjoyed an evening at Springfield Country Club celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Spirit Newspaper. The elegance of the venue created a great atmosphere. The food was well-prepared and the staff was excellent. All in all a great event with Larry Kane as the main speaker, and Cherri Banks as the MC. Okay so my bestfriend got married here. The person that was taking care of her wedding never available to respond so I had to do the talking too. The food she picked out was not the correct food serve and we had extra plates of food that was paid for and instead of offering it to the wedding guests, the workers was in the back eating it which was like atleast 50 extra plates. Then the day before the wedding, this is how you know racism still exists, I was kindly beeping the horn for the person in front of me to move over or up so i may pass to leave but instead the white Male driver and his white wife's looks at me smile and moved their car even more in the way. I beeped again and decided to back up and take the long way around to exit the area and of course the couple thought it was funny and moved up and smile and called themselves cutting me off. Oh okay of course I kindly showed them this multiracial driver is not the one to mess with. Cut them off several time and was on their behind for good few miles. Please dont be rude and of course they not the only one, people staring at us like we're going to rob them and yes we was a group of multiple colors.

I played last weekend, it was a bit rainy. I've tried this course once each year the past few years. These past years I didn't go back since course was almost unplayable. This year the course is in better shape, but still had some bad spots. They cleaned up a lot of trees and have made it a bit more open. I think they seem to be doing better with grass maintenance as I didn't seem to lose balls as easily, even when just off the fairways I'd sometimes lose balls because grass was so tall and thick on sides, but that seemed better. They had some ATV damage on 9, that they recently repaired. I'll probably play here again this year when I want to go someplace close. Still prefer Paxon in the area, but at least this year Springfield is playable.

Springfield Country Club is great, except for one thing. I think most people think of it as a club for members only, not realizing that food and other facilities are open to the public. Great place to meet for an after work bite or drink.

Our wedding planner promised us the moon and gave us a lunar eclipse. We went over all the plans with her in detail, down to simple issues like what tables were getting veggie meals so they were served at the same time as the others at the table, to huge issues like the order of introductions of the wedding party at the reception which were both screwed up, and OH the initial promise of "we'll get you where you need to be at all times" well, that never happened either. It was 45 minutes between cocktail hour and our introductions! because no one got us where we needed to be! There were not even enough chairs for the guests at the ceremony. Simple math, 170 guests means 170 chairs, yet people were left standing along the back and sides during the ceremony which the bride was late for because no one got us where we needed to be. All the while the groom was standing for 20 minutes in front of the guests....waiting. Why was he told to process in when the bride was still in her hotel room. I could go on and on about the screw ups, but I'll just say one more thing....the cake topper that you freeze till your first anniversary..was never refrigerated. It was left on a counter with flowers set upon the cake box all night long! Needless to say the cake was in sad shape. Some moments you can't get back, so we choose to remember the good and the perfect celebration of love we experienced as a family. But my suggestion is this...the food was great, it's a wonderful venue. But don't trust the planner or matre'd to handle your details. Be proactive and do it yourself. Make sure you post signs directing your guests where to go because many of ours went into the wrong wedding because even the valets had no clue where to direct them. The planning can be improved and I hope the SCC will take this criticism to heart and your wedding will be a full moon event!

Attending for a special event was easy. The complementary valet parking made getting started on the festivities easy. However, I found the reservations messy. Even the line was confused. Once in, the brunch provided was tastey, but some of it was questionability cooked.

I played the course 10-8-2014. Wanted to check out the new bermuda grass fairways - they looked nice but the grass is so long it's like hitting from the rough. Actually, it is easier hitting from their rough. I"m 65 now and I don't drive nearly as far as used to. This course does not have senior tees. I will not be going back there anytime soon.

Amazing for a Wedding!!! We got married on a May 2nd 2014 in the afternoon and we had the most beautiful day!!! We had our ceremony on their patio and then the reception in the country club. We have nothing but great things to say from Janet's wedding planning help the whole way and the day of. We had our the best Maitre d' Hikmet who made our day when he took us on a golf cart adventure with our photographers to the beautiful fountain on the course and we even had some golfers help photo bomb our picture for fun!! Hikmet took care of us the whole night and made things run sooo smooth!!! We had the best day ever and our guests loved being able to hang out after the reception on the gorgeous outdoor patio by the fire pits!! We don't golf but we will be back all summer to relax on the patio for dinner or drinks. We love it!!!
