Omaha Design Center is a beautiful place! My wife and I got married on 7.30.22 and had our reception at the ODC. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received! Katie was amazing to work with and made sure the night was perfect. Prior to the day we met with Katie and she went through everything with us to make sure we were prepared and didn’t have to stress the day of. The staff did a great job making sure all our guests were having fun. The ODC is very elegant and perfect for the all white theme we planned. Here are some pictures to show how wonderful it was!

They held a Christmas event, this one was specifically for special needs children. I was very impressed with the staff. How welcoming, inviting and social they were with these children. They had it set up very cute. "Igloos" for each school, clowns for face painting and balloons. They went out of their way to make sure children were able to participate in the activities.

We had a company holiday party here. We were confined to the front area where the bar is before they opened up the rest of the venue where the dinner tables were. The front section became extremely crowded very quickly, so I'd suggest this venue for smaller events or coordinate with the venue to have the entire place open right away so guests aren't too tight. The place was really nice and seems like it would be great as a wedding reception venue or for other events!

Went here for Omaha Fashion Week and I absolutely love how the did the venue! The hanging fixtures were gorgeous and the red carpet throughout made me feel like a celebrity!

The ODC met all of our wedding venue dreams! The building was already beautiful so decorating was easy. Maddie was great to work with and answered our never ending questions promptly. She helped our reception run smooth. Everyone raved at how great it was!

Went to fashion week here and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend using this venue for your event! The shears and LED lighting and chandeliers are such an amazing touch to this modern industrial venue

I have been to two events here. Both were nicely done. They have a large event center that can host a lot of people. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Overall I thought it was a nice place.

I was honored to be my sister's Wedding Planner, her reception was held at Omaha Design Center. The Venue itself is absolutely beautiful but what MADE the experience unforgettable was TIM, the coordinator for special events. Tim is AMAZING, he is through, professional, fun, generous and simply PERFECT for this position. Tim poured his heart into our reception and although he is in charge of many events we felt like we were the only one he was focusing on. His energy is contagious and his attention to detail is barr none! Thank you for being the type of person that truly brings people's visions to fruition. Tim is a one of a kind beautiful person and ODC is very fortunate to have him. Our family thanks you with all of our hearts and we will forever be grateful for YOU.

Was a nice place. However, the acoustics were terrible. Could not understand anyone talking over the mic. They need to put in some sound panels to help with this problem. We were there for a wedding.

Dallas was absolutely amazing to us! The Omaha design center is such a beautiful open wedding venue! The food was delicious and our guests had a blast. Katie was also there to help out and whenever I needed something she would make it happen. I am so sad our wedding is over but forever grateful for this company that brought my wedding dreams to life!

Beautiful place I was the groom to a wedding reception here and thought it was a beautiful venue. All the walls have floor to ceiling sheer, white curtains with down lighting of any color you want. The ceiling is tall and open with gorgeous chandeliers. I thought the polished concrete floors looked classy and clean. Plus, the dance floor can be as big as you want! I've been to too many weddings where the "snap-in-place" dance floor has been too crowded. Not that problem for us. The space is massive! We had about 230 and sat everyone 8 to a table with plenty of room to go around. I'm not sure what the room capacity is but I do know they've had a reception of 400 and had ample space. The location is perfect. The Old Market gives guests plenty to do and there are countless hotels within walking distance. Be cautious of the acoustics in the building. We brought in our own DJ who did a wonderful job but because of the large space, it can be hard to find the perfect balance. We did have issues come up (what wedding doesn't) but the staff and owners went out of there way to make things right. Overall I would recommend this venue. Very fashionable and elegant. We had a great time and created some long-lasting memories.

Beautiful event venue. I attended a wedding, reception and dance there. Definitely enough room for the 400 plus guests. The staff was amazing. The venue was very clean and the staff was always walking through and picking up and tidings up. Everything was beautiful! I do need to mention this though, I am guilty of ALMOST going all the way into the men's restroom. I was not the only woman finding herself in situation. I needed to ask where the ladies restrooms where located. It was East or right of the far East Bar !!! The ladies restrooms were very clean and nice.

Very beautiful venue! I went to a Ladies' Night comedy show there. It was a great time. The venue is seemingly maintained as the bathrooms were not filthy. I'd definitely rent this place out for a party or reception of some sorts.

This is such a great event space! We worked directly with Nick Hudson, who was extremely flexible and compassionate about our event needs. His staff even had extra amenities like staging, center pieces, and catering options that made our event planning that much easier. Would definitely recommend this event space for any event or wedding. Thanks Omaha Design Center!

We had our wedding reception here and it was so much fun! Simple, Modern and Classic all in one place! We had about 250 guests and everyone had a great time. Bartenders were so nice to us and our guests and our coordinator Ryan was easy to work with! Be ready to pull out your FAT wallet though because it's not cheap. BUT WORTH IT!!

My husband and I fell in love with this venue for our wedding a couple of weeks ago! It is absolutely stunning, perfect size for large weddings, and very customizable! We booked with them before a big management change, and they made it so easy! They accommodated everything we were promised and held meetings with us to make sure we didn't fall through the cracks from old management. We received so many compliments on the size and beauty of this venue, it was absolutely perfect!! Thank you Katie and the rest of the ODC team for taken care of such a big day for us and our family's!

The wedding reception I attended was beautiful and the Omaha Design Center definitely had enough room. The restroom was clean. The staff I encountered was very polite and professional. However, I personally didn't like the sculptures of the women on the bar countertop. The scupltures are of a woman's body from the neck down to just below the butt and no arms. Basically they were two realistic looking mannequins with artistic paint on them. I understand that it's art, but I don't want to be around anything that sexually blatant. It was like looking at soft core porn. I know some people aren't bothered by this, but I am.

Dallas and Robert and the greatest bartenders a person could possibly ask for. Even though it was snowing and they had long drives home, they were friendly and upbeat the whole night. You could not pick two people to better represent your business. Cheers

The bar was poorly executed. Several beers ran out less than an hour into the event. The list of open bar item wasn't accurate either, there were 10 liquors listed but we were told only 2 were actually open bar even though the whole sheet said open bar. The bathrooms were fairly dark, but overall clean with enough urinals and stalls in the men's room. The floors are concrete and painted. I found myself sliding on them when I didn't want to. Standing on the concrete all night in dress shoes was not as comfortable as wooden floors. There is a lot of natural light that can pour in from the South and East windows (at least for the one room we were in) so that was nice. The outside wasn't all that attention grabbing though, just large glass windows and fairly basic lettering. Management has been very understanding and helpful in resolving issues that had arose during the event.

It is a decent convention spot. This was for a MMA tournament. They had pizza, beer, liqour, nachos, candy, pop and juice. Something for everyone while enjoying your event.

Big and space museum to visit and admire all of the art that local artists have to offer. The building itself is amazing and very wide open for several expositions. And I think you can also rent it for special occasions. Even better!

The Design Center is such a beautiful venue! Whether it's for OFW, a wedding, CWS pregaming with American National, or New Years Eve...the Design Center has such a cool atmosphere. The bars are conveniently located and abundant.

Ryan was Our event mánager and was on site promptly At 9 am and was available all day untill 1am wrap up to help us with any changes or snags we encountered. I recently used Azalia, Dan and team to serve beverages at an important office open house. With no hyperbole, I can say that they were my saving grace of the event. We used another vendor to provide the food (unfortunately--in hindsight). We were coordinating the event from West Des Moines, so we were not familiar with the quality and service of options in Omaha. Not only was the Omaha Design center professional, extremely well prepared, courteous and helpful in serving drinks, but they went above and beyond and even helped the unprepared food vendor serve the food! This was completely unexpected, but massively appreciated. Dan and Azalia could not have impressed me more. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone in need of food or beverage catering get in touch with Omaha Design Center! Many thanks!

I was here to exhibit at a non profit art show. The lighting wasn't great for that, however, a battery bank and LED lights made for a magical presentation. Because of the low light my work shined with the spots I had with me. The non-exhibit side of the space was set with tables for the soup tasting part of the event. It was beautiful! Loading and unloading at the space was good. Parking was minimal but exhibitors had the ok to park in the lot of an adjacent company. I think this could be a magical space for any event.

Omaha Design Center made our dreams come true for our wedding! It was an absolutely perfect space to hold our ceremony and reception. The venue was beautiful and spacious and the staff was a dream to work with. Our coordinator, Katie, was amazing!! She was extremely responsive to emails, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure the day went off without a hitch. I couldn't imagine a better team to work with. We would absolutely recommend ODC to anyone for their wedding, we wouldn't change a thing about our experience with them! We are so grateful for ODC for helping make our wedding truly the best day of our lives.
