I got married here at the end of August 2022. This was the perfect venue for what I wanted. I wanted a stress free day where I just show up and enjoy every moment and that goal was delivered. Because of my job, I was living half way across the county 4 months prior to my wedding. This may stress out most brides, but not me because I knew this venue would have everything prepared for me. Jessica Cash was my day of coordinator and did a phenomenal job. She even worked out meeting and planning with me while I was long distanced. She helped make our special day a blast and assisted in so many things behind the scenes. Scott was my DJ and was also amazing! He knows what he’s doing and was accommodating for any requests I had. My wedding was Beauty and the Beast themed and this venue definitely gives off that fairytale wedding vibe. Katie Cakes prepared my wedding cake and it was an absolute dream that tasted yummy as well! All of the staff at this venue were wonderful. Rose Briar provided me the best day of my life that was filled with fun, magic, and love!

Very impressed with this venue! I recently had my wedding at Rose Briar and the whole process was so nice and stress free. Most of the services are included in the wedding package, which makes planning so much easier. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The indoor chapel area is beautiful and spacious, and the outdoor area has great landscaping that makes taking stunning pictures a breeze! I loved having the option to choose indoor or outdoor for the ceremony up until the day of! The staff was also very professional and nice to work with. From the very start, each person I talked to was friendly and so helpful. Jessica M was the wedding coordinator for my wedding, and she was so sweet and helped make everything so streamlined and easy. Rose Tree Rentals (@rosetreerentals), and Bella Rosa Catering (@bellarosacakesandcatering) did an amazing job communicating with me and helping to ensure that the food and table settings were perfect! Our DJ was Scott (@SoundbyScottok) and he did an incredible job and setting the time line and keeping the energy up. And Katie (@katiecakesokc) did an outstanding job on the wedding cake and groom's cake! Overall, I am so glad I chose this venue for my wedding and I would highly recommend it! This venue is amazing. We just had our daughter’s wedding last weekend (Ross and Jayden Pipkin). Jessica is super sweet and very easy to work with. The venue is clean, the food was delicious and the cakes were phenomenal. We had so many complements on how the reception was beautifully decorated. DJ Mike was the best. He kept us out on the floor. It was just a fun night. Definitely a night to remember!!

I went with my future daughter in law to tour the facility yesterday. Jen was amazing! She gave us all the information we needed, she was very sweet, not pushy at all! The venue is absolutely beautiful! We especially liked the ability to have a beautiful chapel wedding or a beautiful outside wedding. The grounds were pristine!! I had a tour set up & had to cancel. They were very understanding with setting up another time. Jennifer was very welcoming the second we walked in. Showed us everything and explained our options very clearly, enough to allow us to visualize our big day. Made sure before we left we had all the info we needed. We got married here at the end of November and it was an absolute dream. Jessica was the GREATEST day of coordinator we could ask for. I've worked in the hospitality and event planning industry for awhile now and it is hard to find talent like her. She made our day perfect and we will probably be talking about her forever. Scott the DJ was so funny did a perfect job of picking out great music. The food was so so yummy and I cannot get over some of the amazing details they did for us. They packed us food in our getaway car for our hotel and we NEEDED it. I cannot thank this venue enough. It was beautiful and each and everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful and a big thank you to the gentleman in the suit that was so kind and dumped the hot water from our chaffing pans so the my ladies didn't have to do it I truly appreciated it so much. Absolutely stunning wedding venue! My husband and I were so happy to have gotten married here on May 20th. Molly was a delight to work with; she helped us get the venue booked, as well as handled many of our phone calls in the brief time leading up to our special day. Both she and Sharon were quite helpful on the wedding day, making sure that everything went smoothly and beautifully! The chapel is so lovely. It looks even better in person versus the pictures on the website, and of course, I loved all the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling! Thanks to a really powerful Bluetooth speaker that my mother brought for the wedding music (as we didn't bring in any special sound equipment), Molly and Sharon knew exactly when to open the chapel doors for me to make my grand entrance. If you can't afford to hire a sound tech, just buy a Bluetooth speaker and connect it to the WiFi and your phone or iPad for some truly amazing sounding music! The setup of the cake and punch reception was really pretty. Only knowing that the cake was going to be all white, it turned out to be even better looking than I imagined! In addition to the punch, they even let us use sparkling cider that my mother brought for the toasts! Future brides, if you're looking to have a small and intimate wedding and can't afford a few thousand dollars or more to book a venue, I highly recommend Rose Briar Place. The elopement packages will still give you a gorgeous wedding that you'll remember forever! To the ladies at Rose Briar Place, thank you for helping my husband and I to have an incredibly special day! I will definitely recommend you to my future wedding/event clients when I start my career soon, so I hope to work with you many more times as I help my clients plan their own special days!

If I could rate this venue more than 5 stars I absolutely would! We planned our wedding with them in just 2 short months and they pulled through better than I could have imagined. Every single staff member were some of the most kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with. Every service they promised and provided were executed with absolute perfection. Our food was to die for, the cakes were not only some of the best I’ve tasted but also BEAUTIFUL, and our sound coordinator Scott killed it! He worked closely with our wedding coordinator and they kept everyone on schedule through out all the hustle and bustle of the wedding. Rose Briar were also so kind and helpful with all of my outside vendors. They all have nothing but praises to sing for them. Also, if you’re in need of an officiant PLEASE consider hiring Rich through them. He gave the most beautiful ceremony I have ever witnessed and I am continuing to receive praise from every person who attended our wedding. What stood out to me the most was the fact that they care more about the love and happiness of their couples than the money. All brides know that when it comes down to it, money is a huge part of your wedding day. Not with Rose Briar. They genuinely care about you and your big day. I will be continuing to recommend them to every bride I come into contact with. So if you are considering having your wedding there, pull the trigger and meet with them. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. They will truly bend over backwards to throw you the wedding of your dreams!

From the moment you walk into this beautiful venue you know it is the one. My husband and I were blown away by its charm and options! They are great at working around hectic schedules (especially since we live out of state) and have amazing packages that give you whatever type of style you can think of. I am extremely busy most days and not very creative and they were able to help me plan almost all of the wedding. They are very quick to respond and go above and beyond every chance they get! We picked the inside chapel as we got married in December so outside was to cold, but they allow you to go get those jaw dropping photos in the outside chapel as well! The guest still talk about how amazing the food was and not having to find an outside cake store was just icing on the cake! I highly recommend this venue as it helped make my wedding the best day of my life!

Full service bar is available as well as full wedding services, including event planning & coordination! Their prices may be a little higher than some other venues, but it's definitely a high-end facility.

Rose Briar was absolutely amazing. We just had our wedding reception there a week ago and it was so wonderful. Rose Briar really does take care of almost everything--food, cakes, day of coordinating and DJ/MC so that the bride, groom, and families can just enjoy the day! Planning a wedding is stressful no matter what, but not having to worry about finding a caterer, DJ, and cake, plus coordinating all of that for set up and cleanup took a huge amount of stress away! The Rose Briar staff members were communicative before the wedding and happily answered any and all questions we had. The staff members the day of were very nice and professional and our day of coordinator and DJ were awesome! My husband and I wanted a private dinner before the reception so we could be sure to eat, and the staff was very accommodating and set up a table in the bride's room and brought us plates of food. We asked for dancing to be outside on the patio, which is absolutely beautiful and heated (we had a December wedding) and it was a great decision. Guests were able to mingle and talk inside without loud dance music blaring, and those who wanted to dance got to bust out the moves on a dance floor surrounded by beautiful evergreens and a crackling fireplace with places on either side to take a break and chat. We've heard from a lot of guests that came who said it was the classiest and best reception they've ever been to. Our family said clean up was so easy since the staff packed up everything for us so all they had to do was land things in the car. The staff even cleaned and packed up our chargers that we brought ourselves. I truly cannot say enough how impressed and happy we are to have found Rose Briar and be able to have our special day there! ❤

The most perfect venue!! The staff was so professional and always quick to help. They truly want their couples to have the most perfect wedding day. Our coordinator, Courtney, was so helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process. Scott, our DJ, was a huge hit but helped keep the night running smoothly as well! Everything from top to bottom (both inside and outside) is beautiful and full of detail. Pictures don't do it enough justice. The food and cake were both amazing and exceeded my expectations! I can't say enough good things, I wouldn't have gotten married anywhere else!

Perfect. There isn't another word to describe Rose Briar or its staff, unless its a synonym to that. Our day-of coordinator Courtney was AMAZING. She helped me de-stress after having to run for last minute details. She kept my bride calm when she was running late for the ceremony. She made instructions clear and concise. Our DJ through Sounds by Scott, Allen, was far more than just a DJ. He was SUPERB and surprisingly helpful in all things outside of the music. The wait staff and kitchen crew made an amazing meal. The cakes were beautiful and delicious, which is rare for a cake to be both. There isn't another way to put it, BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Rose Briar! My daughter's wedding plans were sent into a tailspin when the best man tested positive for coronavirus ~30 hours before the wedding. Many family members had been unknowingly exposed and we had a quick decision to make before our many out-of-town guests started boarding inbound flights. Our wedding planner Danielle quickly helped us to understand our options. Owner Sharon May was very gracious to allow us to move forward with an intimate ceremony in their lovely outdoor garden at no charge. We will return in spring 2021 for the big party! We loved it! Molly was amazing with everything. I was late with getting ready and late to the venue and she handled it well. I had all the decorations in my car and when I finally got there she got everything set up so beautifully so fast! I’m not the best planner so having a venue that took care of it all was definitely worth it for me! Everybody I got to work with to plan my wedding was so nice! Scott’s DJing was so fun! He made the whole night go by so smoothly and the food and cake were delicious!

Rose Briar Place made my wedding day the least stressful day possible. Nothing went wrong on my wedding day. Everything was perfect. They decorated everything exactly how we'd chosen, we had nothing but compliments about Ned's Catering and Bella Rosa Cakes. The DJ they work with, Scott, knows exactly how to move the reception along and was very flexible with the music list for someone who was really wanting dancing at the reception. I was so relaxed and not worried on the day of and that's because I knew Danielle (the wedding coordinator) and the staff at Rose Briar Place had it all fixed. We had a night wedding and it was beautiful inside and out. They're also great about answering questions at any time throughout the wedding planning process. Quite a few of our guests took advantage of the newly renovated patio/fireplace seating to chill during the reception while others stayed inside and danced or enjoyed the beautiful decorations and tables. I highly recommend using Rose Briar Place to make your wedding day happy.

We were greeted warmly, all of our questions were answered, and they have already gone above and beyond. I cannot say enough amazing things about Rose Briar!!! everything was perfect! Jennifer was absolutely incredible!!!! there was so much communication on every aspect. she was very helpful with all of our questions. obviously, the venue is beautiful. the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Jennifer and Sharon were very generous and accommodating to our strange situation. they handled everything like champs, especially on such short notice. it couldn't not have been more perfect. everything was running on time and very organized. the food was to die for. the cake was phenomenal. and Scott was a great DJ and good sport about our unconventional wedding, as well. Such a beautiful venue! We chose Rose Briar for its outdoor ceremony area, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to use it because it was raining :( We ended up using the indoor ceremony area, which is beautiful as well and worked out fine! My one complaint is that we were given 2 hours to decorate which was during our time with our photographer and during the time when we were supposed to be getting ready and having a great time. We were told that we could not get into the facility to decorate before 10:30, but when we got inside at 10:30, everyone was just standing around and we definitely could’ve been able to get in early. Everything felt very rushed and scheduled. All in all, the venue is gorgeous and Molly is the most helpful and encouraging soul there is! She made me feel calm and confident on my wedding day. We went with Sound by Scott for our DJ and we loved working with our DJ for the day. Our officiant, Jeff Cooper, who is also recommended by the venue, was amazing and we loved him! Our cake was through Bella Rosa and they did an amazing job! The employee who helped us with the cake on our wedding day was so sweet and helpful. We went with Rosie Cheeks for our photography as she was recommended by Rose Briar. We haven’t gotten our photos back yet, but from what I can tell on her Instagram, her work is beautiful. However, her personality is a bit hard to mesh with. She came into the venue rushed and not very friendly, didn’t introduce herself, and I felt very rushed the whole time and I didn’t enjoy myself as much as I wanted to. Aside from the negatives, I think our big day went well and I’m happy with the outcome.

We just booked our date here at Rose Briar and I am so excited! Jen has been so helpful in answering all of my questions (which there didn’t have to be too many since so much information was provided up front!). She was willing to meet me there at a time that was best for my odd schedule and has been so quick to respond to any of my text messages to her. I got married here at the beginning of January. The whole process from start to finish was so painless and hardly stressful. One of the things I really appreciated is that they gave me a list of what I need to do for each month coming up to the wedding. This was super helpful with reminding me of all the smaller details like rose petals for the flower girl! The staff is absolutely amazing. I never met someone there who wasn't super friendly and helpful for me as well as my entire family especially on the day of. I loved that I was able to have my ceremony and reception at the same place as well. This was so convenient for my guests and worked out great for my photographer as well. All my guests were able to make their own plate, sit and talk while I finished up photos after the ceremony. I really cannot recommend this place enough and I'm so glad I chose it. Planning a wedding in general is a very stressful endeavor. With a 5 month old, a 6 year old, and a full time job I had no idea how I was going to pull off a wedding in 2 months! When I walked into Rose Briar my mind was racing with a thousand different things- venue, cake, DJ, money, guests, catering, money, time, etc. By the time I walked out of Rose Briar, the only thing on my mind was if I was going to cry walking down the isle. And although this is a very convenient method of having a wedding (by having an all inclusive venue) they do not skip any details. Sharon and Jacob were extremely helpful and did everything in their power to make sure my sister wasn't unnecessarily stressed out during the planning and day of her wedding. Sharon would let my sister take pictures of all of the little details and would patiently wait for them to get back to her with their decisions. Rose Briar Place was everything I could have asked for when it came to my wedding! Sharon and Jacob are very professional, and to add, extremely friendly and make you feel as special as can be! The venue itself is incredible. Beautiful chapel and reception hall, not to mention the gorgeous outside seating! The feel of it is very vintage. Big wooden doors and floors, brass chandeliers, mood lighting, and they can accommodate their decorations to your wedding colors, which only adds to its natural beauty! From the moment my husband and I entered the chapel for a tour, we felt at home. We knew right away that it was perfect for us, but wanted to take another tour just in case, Right after that next tour, we looked at each other and said "We want Rose Briar." It was the best decision we could have made! Even though Sharon or Jacob work each wedding singly, they both helped us tremendously up to the wedding, They answered all of our questions, worked with our schedule to meet with them, and were just genuinely nice people. Sharon worked at our wedding and was wonderful. She was able to lead us in the right direction but never ever stepped on any toes, or made anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable. She had a great attitude, was friendly to everyone, listened to our needs, and made us feel like it was our special night. She did everything she could to make the experience one of a kind, and that we will always remember. My husband and I had so many people approach us to tell us it was one of, if not THE best wedding they had ever been to. They had nothing bad to say about it, nor did my husband and me. It was perfect in so many ways, and I will never forget it! My husband and I had a 3-month engagement, and as stressful as it is to plan a wedding, I felt so good knowing that so many aspects were included in the Rose Briar package. The DJ, catering, decorations and cakes are all included. I could imagine it to be a huge headache having to work with so many independent vendors. Rose Briar takes the responsibility to get their vendors to contact and work with you, and each vendor, just like Sharon and Jacob, are extremely friendly, professional, and make you feel special. I would recommend Rose Briar to anybody and everybody! Everything about it is beautiful. Just wow. Our hearts are so full of gratitude for Rose Briar Place. Our Fairytale Ball event was planned to be held this Saturday at Noah’s event Center originally. Noah’s closed Thursday night with no warning or notice and when we found out it was 18 hours until the event start; we had hundreds of families scheduled to appear. Needless to say we were absolutely panicked. Rose Briar Place immediately stepped in and offered their space and we were saved within the hour. The entire staff was overwhelmingly kind and welcoming. The next morning we arrived for our event with everything set up beautifully and staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire day. Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous. We had many many comments from guests about the beautiful space and how thankful they were that we were able to find this venue instead of cancelling. I can’t thank the team at Rose Briar enough for all they have done to make our event magical for so many families. I will absolutely be recommending their venue to anyone and everyone looking for a place to host.

This venue was perfect, romantic and elegant. Which was exactly the feel I was going for! We had a record high 64 degree day in Feb and changed to an outdoor ceremony about an HOUR before and they didn't skip a beat! All my guest complimented on how romantic the entire setting was with candles, twinkle lights and a long isle to walk down and soak in the moments. Between Danielle, who was my venue coordinator, and my bridesmaids, I literally had zero stress because EVERYTHING was taken care of before I had a chance to ask. It was the most stress free wedding I have ever been a part of and I am glad it was my own! I literally got to enjoy every minute of it so it wasn't over in a blur! I also want to give some recognition to Scott the dj that the venue uses. He kept everything moving seamlessly so there were no awkward pauses, weird silent moments or down time during the reception. My guests had so many wonderful things to say about the entire venue and Scott. You know its genuine when you hear the same things repeated over and over and it is statements and observations they didn't have to say just to be nice! I highly recommend Rose Briar Place to any bride who literally wants to show up with her dress and let professionals do the rest!!! (side note, I am very OCD and want things done a certain way and to my expectations, they were willing to work with everything I asked about, but by far exceeded every expectation!!)

They are extremely keen to the needs and wants of the parties and they are able to transition from one thing to the next at ease. The venue appeal is always too notch. From the basic package to the most extravagant, the view from when you walk in is extraordinary. I am able to contact and work with the bride / groom days to weeks before and iron out all of the details to make sure it is EXACTLY what they want and it blends with the night to make it a seem-less, worry-free time. The coordinators are exceptional. They make sure everything gets lined out and done before the big night and they are extremely willing to do what it takes to make the venue.

My fiance's sister won't need to make our cake. We are make it work people, but with Rose Briar every detail is taken care of. When we walked thru the front doors I knew this was our venue. The simple elegant design works perfectly for the modern bride. I don't even need to decorate! This indoor/outdoor venue is gorgeous and lit with the most precious twinkling lights! Everything sparkles! :D I was shocked when we went over prices together with our Rose Briar appointed wedding planner Jen. ROSE BRIAR INCLUDES EVERYTHING!!!! The venue rental package includes FOOD, TABLES, CHAIRS, LINENS, TABLE TOPPERS, DJ, CAKE, GROOM CAKE, DRINKS (non-alcoholic), & FULL ON SITE STAFF & SECURITY! I couldn't believe it! Pricing is incredibly reasonable depending truly on your food options and guest count. I am able to experience luxury services I never dreamed I would be able to justify in my wedding budget. I am getting a $50,000 for a fraction of the price! I got married here on June 1st and I absolutely loved every minute of it! Being all inclusive, this made the wedding planning process very easy and very enjoyable. The venue is breathless and comes with a lot of natural beauty. Sharon & Jacob work with you to make it the wedding of your dreams and as personalized as you want. They were a joy to work with! Someone stepped on my bustled train during the reception and popped off the button. When I went to Sharon for help she calmly took me to the Bridal room and safety pinned it in place delicately with my lace dress. The cake is seriously out of this world!!! We chose 4 different flavors because we couldn't narrow it down. I highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry swirl! The food is also really tasty! We did buffet style and the presentation was so professional and colorful. Everyone raved about how good the food was, especially the Polynesian cocktail meatballs! My groom and I barely had time for one bite, so I thought it was awesome that they packed up a good portion of extra food, cake, and a bottle of champagne that was waiting for us in the limo. The bartender was great as well! We brought fruit for beers and were going to cut it up there but he did it for us. Overall, it was an excellent experience! I would do it all over again!! But don't tell my husband! ;)
