I had my birthday party at the heart ballroom it was smooth sailing. I booked the ROYAL package which took care of pretty much everything included docor.The staff's was very professional and kind. The venue was very cleaned which was a plus for me.

I went for "Ocho Rios Kitchen" the food is absolutely addicting, five star meal, love it! The Rasta Pasta is the best! I did not use the ballroom but I did observe, The ballroom looks lovely, open space, large enough for any event second level can be used for seating private dinner only.
