Highly Recommend! This was my first experience getting a bounce house and I couldn't be happier. My original booking was for yesterday but it rained nonstop so I decided to call and see if they had availability for today, and he switched it without any hesitation. Our delivery guy was Flávio he texted when he was going to get there and everything went smoothly. The kids had a blast and they were so happy. Pickup was also smooth. Definitely go with Infla Bounce House & Party Rentals for your next party.

What a wonderful and professional experience from start to finish. At the very beginning a had multiple questions, which I noted in the comments section. Within a few hours I was contacted by a very polite representative that put me at ease with all of my concerns. Infla Bounce House & Party Rentals seems to pride themselves on communication. I had a great experience with Infla Bounce. They were very responsive from my initial enquiry, getting in touch immediately. The booking team were friendly and helpful, and I got an email to confirm the booking. The price was good and they were clear on delivery costs which were also very reasonable. I received a confirmation notice the day before and further texts on the morning of drop off. The drop off and set up was great, the bounce house was cleaned and pick up was simple. I would definitely recommend!

Price, delivery, and communication was great. I will order with this company again next year. My only issue was for the 4 in 1 Carnival game inflatable I got, the baseball game did not float the any ball above the air hole. So really only 3 of the games actually worked. The design/quality of this particular inflatable was bad. Other than this issue, rest of my experience was excellent. I was able to book everything just one day ahead of the event with no problems.

I had the best experience with the company. They set everything up very fast. All the equipment was very clean. And most import all my guests had the best time. We opted for the snow cone machine and it was so easy to work. Even when they came to pick up everything the cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using them for your next event.

We rented an obstacle course for a party and we were really happy with the entire process. Booking was super easy. Communication was excellent. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The night before our party I got a call letting me know the time this will be delivered. On the day of I got another call letting me know they are 20 minutes away. Once they finally got there the set up did not take long at all and the gentleman that came was very polite and knew what he was doing for sure. Kids loved the course and enjoyed it a lot. Pick up was also very smooth. In fact we still had guests over and when the gentleman came to pick it up he was very professional and put everything away without any interruption to our party. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience. Booking was easy and staff was super pleasant. We had to change our setup and date 3 times and it was not a problem - I felt so bad but they honored the changes hassle free. The setup and clean up staff was super professional and very nice. We really like that they put extra mats under the wet bounce house so dirt and grass would not pool at the bottom. It was easy and seamless. I highly recommend!

This was our second time using there services and it was great. They were extremely accommodating for a relatively last minute booking. The delivery driver was prompt and called me 15 minutes before arriving for both pick up and drop off. He was very polite. Dealing with Vinny at the office to schedule was very simple. My daughter had such a wonderful time! We ordered the combo bounce house with the dual slides and had also purchased tables and chairs. The weather was crazy so I called to see if we could keep it over night until the next day and they said yes. However we decided to just wait it out and the sun started to shine again. The price was under $400 and it was the best experience thus far! The delivery guys were punctual and did everything within 20 mins tops! They will definitely be my go to from now on. Huge thank you to the infla team for the experience we had. We are currently in quarantine, and my sons birthday plans had to be cancelled. This company was so affordable that I was able to rent an 8x8 bounce house just for my 3 kids, so they can remain in quarantine but still enjoy a birthday party. We had so much fun, they didn’t even know the difference. Upon arrival, the delivery driver set everything up within a few minutes and even disinfected the bounce house. I called every single day after I confirmed my reservation to make sure that due to the circumstances, we would still be able to rent it. I’m pretty sure I spoke to the same person every time, and they were so patient and happy to reconfirm. The company and delivery driver were extremely flexible and they were all happy to work with us and the space we have available. Highly recommend!!

I don’t typically write reviews but after my experience I felt compelled to post. The staff at Infla Bounce House were terrific from start to finish. Our neighbor rented the 18 foot slide for their son’s birthday party and the delivery person gave me a card that day. We rented the 13 foot palm tree slide and my kids and their friends had a blast the entire day! Most importantly, The gentleman that set up and broke down the slide could not have been kinder. It was as if he knew he was delivering a guaranteed day of joy to my son—a smile on his face the entire time, even in the extreme heat. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next party and we are without a doubt use them again!!

Ordered a very beautiful and festive pink bouncy house for my daughters 5th birthday! The kids LOVED it! We also rented a popcorn machine which was easy to set up! I originally requested rental services for 6 hours, however needed additional hours last minute! They were so accomodating and allotted me an extra 3 hrs!!!!! I recommend Infla Bounce House 100%!!!!

Driver showed up on time and was very accommodation to moving the bounce house to a different location when the first on didn’t work. The bounce slide showed up wet and the driver wiped it down. It was still a little wet when the kids arrived (hence the four stars) but it didn’t seem to effect their ability to enjoy it. Will use them again!!

This was great for my daughter's birthday, during the pandemic, so the kids didn't have to go to an indoor bounce house venue where they take off the masks to eat pizza and cake in a poorly ventilated room. Day of the party, the guys came and set up the inflatable in the morning, I turned it off until the party started, and then we had it all day until 6PM. I would do this again.

I originally reserved the bounce house with dual slide a month in advance, but when I finally took my yard's measurements, i saw it wouldn't fit well. Nearly panicking, I called Infla Blounce and they were able to switch it for the 13x13 castle about 10 days before my son's birthday. With the extra $10, it arrived by 8:30 am and the bounce house was ready to go for an all day event. The man who arrived was friendly, quick, efficient, and was the same man who returned @ 8:30 p.m. to pick it up. My son had a blast with his friends bouncing all day. The company called the day before to verify the time window and delivery address. We had a fantastic experience with Tulio. Tulio took his time setting up our bouncy house rental. Overall the experience with Infla Bounce was great. I ordered a palm tree water slide for my daughter's 4th birthday party in our backyard this past Saturday, 6/26. The process to order the slide and confirm was all as expected. They arrived very close to the scheduled arrival time, had everything I asked for and set up was smooth. I scheduled to have the slide picked up for 6pm. What I wasn't informed of what that the generator I ordered with the slide only had enough gas in it to last until the pick up time -- and so about 10 mins to 6pm it began to deflate with kids still inside it! This slide is large and has a sizeable pool of water at the end of the slide where you land. This is a huge safety problem because if any child was stuck inside, the deflating slide could have caused a child to get hurt. I would have happily told the kids to come out had I known this would happen. Also, my husband had to actively ask for any rules or other dos and don'ts from the installation person -- so I'm surprised this wasn't covered during that time. This review would have been 5 stars had this incident not occurred. The price is great - but unfortunately it should 100% have been communicated that if you are using a generator, the propane is only enough for the time you have it and the item will deflate. There are so many safety concerns that could have easily been avoided with communication - and that is unacceptable.

I rented the water slide for my baby girl birthday party 6/12/21. The company excelled on communication and I live it. Called when they were on there way and called when they were outside. And also thensamenfor pick up. I would definitely use this company again the slide wasn't ripped or damaged. I called them late Saturday in a panic, the original company never got back to me as promised. Other companies wouldn’t pick up during the weekend, Infa was the only company to answer on Saturday and Sunday. Vinny (dispatch) scheduled me in on Monday and they showed up 1/2 hour early to install the Prince House (had the best price), the tech was super polite and Vinny was on it, making sure everything was good for us. This is the second time we rented from here and the first time went smoothly but the second time, I was given an estimated time of arrival between 9-10-11 and it did not show up until after 12. My party started at 12. I called and I was told there was a “4 hour window of delivery” for “regular deliveries”, nowhere was that written in my contract. The setup and pickup was smooth other than that. So i would say pick a specific time of arrival and pay the extra fee for peace of mind.

I never write reviews but I had to for Infla Bounce house. I was having a house warming party for St. Patricks day weekend. We rented an obstacle course and 20 chairs. Not only were they super accommodating but I must of drove Vinny and Henry insane with my last minute extensions with the obstacle course rental then later on in the evening for the chairs to be kept overnight. Without hesitation they checked in with me and their schedule and allowed me an extra hour with the obstacle course and then also allowed me the overnight chairs. I would definitely be calling them again for my next backyard party! Also, Henry set up the obstacle course in 30 mins or less and was always keeping me updated on arrival and/or departure. GREAT SERVICE :)
