I keep saying over and over again that hiring Tracy and her team was by far the best money I ever spent on anything, ever. Tracy and her team gave me the wedding of my dreams, beyond what I could even imagine. They are simply put, the best of the best. Tracy has impeccable style and taste and understands the ins and outs of this business. Her team, especially Emilie, who was our point person, were SO incredibly organized and on top of everything that all my friends kept saying how calm a bride I was and it was because they legit had everything handled so I didn't need to worry about a thing! Her checklist was my bible and made me feel like I was on top of everything. Plus we were doing all of this across the country and they were always accommodating to hop on a call or talk through anything. The picture below highlights our faces during the reveal of the space because it was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and even better than I could have imagined it. I basically gave Tracy a vision board, talked through what we liked/didn't like and that was it! She made the rest happen in a very raw space and also accommodating an unusual no sit down dinner party. From grandparents to friends and family EVERYONE said this was the best wedding and the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to from the Ceremony site to the Barn. Plus, they were just fun and a delight to work with and were extremely honest, upfront, and consultative to help us also stay within our budget. I only wish Tracy also did home design because I need her too for that and to just make my life and every party I throw that sophisticated, easy, and rememberable. Tracy and her team make dreams happen for your big day which allows you to enjoy and get to experience every moment.

Working with Tracy Taylor Ward and her team was the best experience my husband and I could have imagined for our wedding. Tracy never over-promises but always delivers above and beyond. Her taste level is of the highest quality when it comes to designing sophisticated, timeless events that are also really personal and extremely fun. Within five minutes I knew we found the most amazing team. From the moment we started our journey with Tracy and her team, the entire process was a JOY. Through Tracy’s detailed questionnaire and amazing design process, she was able to take everything we love - from our favorite movies to the details of our love story and incorporate it in to a vision that simply blew us away. The reveal left us speechless. Our wedding exceeded all of our expectations and blew every single one of our guests away. We only wish we could relive it again and again. It is difficult to emphasize how capable and tasteful Tracy and her team are: Tracy’s contract negotiation with vendors would impress an investment banker, her aesthetic would inspire an artist and her organization / schedule would amaze a school teacher. Having high standards but little time, it was critical for my husband and I to find a planner that we trusted to make the small decisions yet the discretion as to when involve us. I can't say enough about how fantastic Tracy and her team are. My husband and I got married in 2014 at the New York Public Library and our wedding would not have been the same, or nearly as memorable, without Tracy. From our very first meeting, Tracy captured our vision perfectly and executed it flawlessly. Her attention to detail is second to none. She presented multiple amazing options within budget for everything, and helped us figure out when spending more would actually add value versus when it wasn't really worth it. To add an extra special touch, Tracy designed a beautiful black and white bar for our reception and a one-of-a-kind fresh flower skirt around the band stage that our guests (and especially my mom!) still talk about. Most importantly, Tracy made me feel like everything was always under control. Working closely together during the planning process, I saw how calm, cool, and confident Tracy is in every situation, and I had complete faith and trust in her on our wedding day that everything would go according to plan. I felt free to actually enjoy the day knowing that Tracy was with us, which was such a gift. As an extra bonus, Tracy became and remains a dear friend. Tracy’s team is incredibly creative and turned concepts, thoughts and ideas into the most spectacular and truly magical wedding and reception. There were a lot of behind the scenes problem solving and work that went on which I wasn't even aware of until well after the fact that could have easily derailed the event which made me appreciate choosing to go with Tracy. My thinking is that when you get one chance to experience something then it is worth every penny to have her and her team not only help plan the event but more importantly ensure its execution in a worry-free manner. Hopefully I don't need to plan another wedding of my own but for my other important life events or for recommending to other people that are sticklers for attention to detail I cannot recommend Tracy and her team more!

Tracy Taylor Ward...is likened to a fast moving, blue sky, summer cloud. I was skeptical of party planners having done my first daughter’s wedding with a different planner the year before contacting Tracy. She exudes calm. After signing, Tracy gives a step instruction by month, then week, then day, then by minute what/when the plan is, all upfront. Her negotiating skills are hard core for this small dynamite of a woman. Budget was THE budget. She thought of ways to take out of categories then add to requested requirements to maintain it. The vendors enjoyed working with her because she is both delightful and professional. I will add our wedding was at a location where everything had to be brought in, including cook station (chef tent) to cutlery. Tracy pulled it off seamlessly. In addition, Tracy is a floral designer. Again, stayed within budget. The flowers were stunning.

Carpenters' Hall was the perfect location for our celebrations - so beautiful and rich in history. We loved our behind the scenes tour! I first met Tracy in June of 2019 when we started planning for my original wedding date, March 28, 2020, in Miami. The process and planning in the months leading up to that date was incredibly organized, fun, exciting, and thorough. On March 15th, 2020 (about two weeks from our wedding date) after several tearful phone calls with my parents,Tracy, and the country closing down, it was clear that we had to postpone our wedding. Tracy was there with us through the entire process. She researched options well, offered a level approach to the challenges, and was emotionally supportive. After struggling with the suspended unknown for a few months, it became clear that we needed to change our focus. Early August, we had an incredible and intimate micromony, custom tailored to our new parameters and location. Everything was organized and designed by Tracy. We were thrilled with the results- it was perfect, the fairytale that we were going for. While totally different than our original vision, this intimate, sentimental, romantic, and safe ceremony ended up being more than we would have ever dreamed for. In hindsight, I couldn’t imagine it being any different! Her focus on the details, thoughtful sentiments, personal touches, and high end taste is elite. She truly brings your vision to life and then exceeds it beyond anything you would expect. The design and approach up to the day was no different from if it was a wedding with 300 guests. Her taste is beyond elegant and chic and we were blown away on the day to see our vision come to life! Tracy and her team will be with you every step of the way and will personalize a stunning and elegant Micromony that will be unforgettable.

Tracy and her entire team are the best of the best. Not only did they plan our dream wedding, it's still talked about amongst friends and family as the most memorable wedding they have ever attended. Every detail was considered and executed beautifully. As a bride, it was such a relief not having to think about minutia so that I could focus on other things and really enjoy the most special day/night. From the biggest things (food, music, venue, etc) to decor (flowers, decoration, place settings, photo booths, etc) to paper goods (invitations, table assignments etc), everything was PERFECT.
