HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ruban Events did SUCH an amazing job for ALL of our wedding decor especially our reception decor--it was out of this world.
Ruma is very dedicated. We were in her office till almost 1am discussing the paintings I made for all three of our events and she didn't complain.
She truly put in a lot of effort to bring our visions to life. Her creativity is amazing, it was so fun figuring out all the details to make our not so fall themed venue for reception looked very fall like and romantic.
The entire team is amazing-- on time, great attention to detail to make sure everything is accounted for. We were very happy with everything--the team is just all around awesome!
HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ruban Events! Would choose again and again!

I had several phone calls with their team before formally signing a contract. The team was always very kind, worked with my budget, and spent a great deal of time with me planning and picking the best options for me. They were detail oriented and know exactly what they are doing. Their work was absolutely incredible and beautiful! Several of our guests told us that the decor was so beautiful that they thought they were on the set of a Bollywood movie! I booked them as a part of my wedding package at The Royal Palm one week before my wedding date. I met the owner Saif. She gave me great ideas Made things simple and easy for us.
I was in tears when I walked into the room with the gorgeous centerpieces and a beautiful backdrop they had made for me. I gave them minimum instructions and left it up to their expertise. They out did my expectation. Every single details was perfected. I was beyond happy with the total experience. I wish Ruban Events and their entire team all the success in future. My wife and I along with our family were extremely happy with the promptness and communication with the entire team of Ruban Events. We have met Ruma and gave her our budget for the entire event including planning of the event during this extreme difficult times with the Covid-19. She was able to come through without increasing the budget except a few things that was added later as per our need. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed about stages and décor but Ruban Events made the process simple and stress-free. You can go to them knowing everything you want for your wedding or with having no idea at all, and they will be accommodating. They sat with me on multiple occasions to hash out details for stages and centerpieces, making sure I got what I wanted within my desired budget.
Everyone will appreciate how honest and straightforward they are with their pricing. Depending on your budget, you can mix and match just about anything. Whether you want a stage with drapes, florals, candles, structural pieces, or all of the above – they have something for everyone. They also have a variety of centerpiece options – most of which can be customized according to your theme, too.
I also have to point out that their customer service is amazing! The Ruban Events team always made themselves available via text, phone, email, and in person. On my Mehndi and Wedding days, they sent me pictures of my completed stages and kept me updated on what was going on in the venue. This was something I had not even asked them to do but was very much appreciated! On one of the days, I noticed and pointed out that something was missing on my stage after they had already set it up. I told them that it still looked great and I didn’t mind leaving it this way, but they went back to their warehouse to pick up the missing piece and perfect the stage for me – all before the guests arrived! It’s little things like this that makes a world of difference to brides.

tara sahaI don't know where to begin. Ruma and her team created such a beautiful statement piece for my sister's Sweet Sixteen. She exceeded our expectations from the stage to the centerpieces. Our guests were left just as speechless as us. She heard all our ideas during the consultation and gave us an amazing stage within the budget we set. We went in with the idea of flowers with a white/peach color scheme, Ruma nicely explained her viewpoint on how it shouldn't be the color scheme as my sister's dress. As skeptical as I was for having such bold colors based on the inspo pictures Ruma showed us, she executed such a beautiful enchanting garden than I could dream of. If you don't have ideas that's fine, she will work with you to put together the best decor for your function. Can't wait to work with her again!

Having a big family, it was usually hard making certain decisions during the time given everyone had different point of views but ruban events really helped us bring the vision together. We had over 450+ wedding guests, flying from various states and internationally and they really took care of accommodating everyone while also making sure that our events ran smoothly and beautifully. It was great choosing them and we would highly recommend the team for your special day!
