We -very- last minute flew to New Orleans to celebrate our first anniversary in the city we got married in. We of course stopped The Jaxson and we realized, we never left a review. SO, a year and a day later (I’m sorry!) We actually booked with them in August 2019 after seeing how beautiful the inside was, all the spots for great photos and loved the idea of having the venue and caterer all in one, (perfect for destination weddings!). We knew booking here means booking with professionals. Ready for #YouveAlwaysBennett2020 ! Covid came and our 2020 wedding was postponed. Within hours, the team here had made sure we knew every option for our postponing and was able to make sure we had the same date for the following year. Onto #BennettLateThanNever2021 ! The Jaxson’s team are so helpful and accommodating, they really made the “travel wedding planning with a touch of covid postponement” much less of a headache than it sounds. During this time, they also reached out just to see how we were doing and were always ready to help with any questions, (which I had a lot of and often would ask the same question again a month later, thanks for your patience with me 😅). Once 2021 Halloween Wedding was officially in the clear, we came back to New Orleans for a tasting - OMG the food!! We wish could have had endless options because all of the food we tried was fantastic. One of the hardest parts of planning was definitely the food for us because it was all so delicious. You can’t go wrong. AND they set up the food stations so beautifully. We had Italian style decor on one table, a seafood station, a voodoo decor food table. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. I know this review is already long, you could say it took me a year to write lol, and we did work with The Jaxson for over 2 years. What I’m trying to convey is they are truly professionals and by the time all said and done, felt like friends - which is definitely the feeling you want when you’re working so closely with someone for your vision of one of the most important days of your life. Their standard is unmatched. We still get compliments about our wedding from how beautiful the space and decorations were to how much people loved the food and ambiance. That is to thanks to The Jaxson and what their team can accomplish. They truly go above and beyond here. Big big thank you to Anthony, who was the best coordinator we could have asked for. He WILL make sure everything happens correctly and on time and for a bride, groom and entire bridal party who all seem to have the same downfall of “sorry running 10 min late”, this was crucial for our group lol. We followed nearly all his suggestions when it came to floor plan, set up, schedule, etc - this made planning so much easier - and everything went perfectly. Basically, you want it, they deliver your happily ever after better than you imagined. Thank you so much to everyone who help put our wedding together, it was beyond our expectations. Book The Jaxson - from someone who loved it so much they were ready to book online from states away, fell in love more when I saw it in person, worked flawlessly with them thru a national pandemic and had the most beautiful wedding without a hiccup.

What an amazing Rehearsal Dinner we had at the Jaxson last week! Everyone had a wonderful time! Thanks to Anthony and the staff, everything was beautiful and went so smoothly! The food was delicious! Our friends and family from here and New York couldn't stop raving about it! It was a picture perfect evening and all enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers outside overlooking the Mississippi River! The evening ended with a second line into the Quarter! I can't sat enough how much we all enjoyed it. Thank you so much to The Jaxson!!!

The Jaxon, an amazing upscale spacious venue in NOLA. The venue is perfectly located In the French quarters. There’s an amazing view of the Mississippi river & the French quarters all in one location right on Decatur Street. If you truly want to wow your guest with amazing New Orleans cuisine, this is the place to be. The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The bar and drinks was outstanding. I always recommend the Jaxon to my colleagues for all their special events.

I would like to first applaud all the staff members who were involved the night of the Edmondson Wedding. The team at the Jaxson were incredible! Very thorough and attentive during the whole process and made the planning process incredibly easy. The food was a highlight of the event - it really showcased the venue. Tray our main contact (who was extremely professional) was a dream to work with. The night of the wedding everyone had the best time - everything ran smoothly and to be honest we were under no impression that anything would have run other than perfectly! I would highly recommend The Jaxson to anyone planning a wedding with the utmost confidence.

Dana the bartender quite literally saved my life. I was a bridesmaid (and type 1 diabetic) and my bloodsugar kept trying to kamikaze itself into the ground and he made sure I got all the orange juice I could ever need AND gave me two for the road! Such a sweet man!!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Jaxson on November 30, 2018. The venue is absolutely gorgeous; a definite must-see, online pictures does not justify this gem. The staff was very professional, courteous, and truly a pleasure to work with. The food was absolutely amazing! Crawfish and gouda balls were to die for and I couldn’t get enough of the prime rib. Words can not express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude towards Maegan and Tray for their hard work in ensuring my event was a complete success.

We just attended our first New Orleans wedding! Everything about the Jaxson was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Everyone loved the food a modern twist on New Orleans cuisine. I have never danced and enjoyed a band more than the one at this wedding. Worth every penny vs having a DJ. The dance floor was always packed. The 2nd line at the end of the evening topped everything off! Well planned out! Thank you Terry and Lane for such a memorable evening in New Orleans.

We recently attended a wedding at The Jaxson. The courtyard setting overlooking the Mississippi River was a beautiful setting for the ceremony. The reception hall was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and candlelit serving stations. Guests meandered to/from the indoor setting to the outdoor courtyard . It was just beautiful in every aspect. The Bride & Groom will cherish the memories made In this magical place.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception at The Jaxson, and it was absolutely everything I could have ever dreamt of and more! Terry, Lane, and Anthony made the entire planning process so easy, and when it came down to the day of, they ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. The attendants and bartenders were also extremely accommodating, always making sure we were good on food and drinks, along with our family members. And dont even get me started on the food....mouth watering. My guests are still raving about the food. I 100% recommend The Jaxson for ANY event.

The Jaxson and their team are 1st rate. They pay attention to detail. Our experience there for a recent wedding was phenomenal. Everyone in attendance raved about the food.
