We rented a dunk tank from this company and the entire experience was great. The driver arrived as stated, set up quickly and pick up on time. We'll definitely use this company the next time were having an event.

Got the 18ft blue hurricane for the 4th of July. Booking wasn't as easy as it was for a busy Holiday so I couldn't book directly online, but the person I spoke with was able to book it. The price was a lot cheaper than another company as well! On delivery day they came and set it up 2 hours early, and picked it up the next day. Set up was smooth and the people setting up were friendly. I would recommend them! This was my first time renting a bounce house and I will be booking the 22ft waterslide for next 4th of July!!

PartyZone was great to work with and extremely helpful. Very friendly and efficient as well! We rented the 17 ft double slide and 5 in 1 bounce house combo and both were a hit with various ages of people. I highly recommend them if you need any inflatables or event supplies.

Their customer service was stellar, and they called to tell me what time they were coming and also what time they were coming to pick up. They set up my bounce house early and also answered all my questions before I actually ordering my rental. The guys that set up were also super polite. I highly recommend Party Zone Event Rentals!! There prices also appeared to be very competitive when I was researching bounce house companies in the area. I am satisified. The only bad thing I would say if I was knit picking is that they came an hour early to pick up my bounce house because of the threat of rain and didn't offer any kind of price adjustment. Granted they did call to ask if it was ok before coming and I did say it was ok because they said it was a safety hazard. Unfortunately it never actually rained so we could have continued.

This is the best waterside business hands down!! They were very helpful and professional including the young men who did the set up and pick up. Trent is awesome!! He worked with me rescheduling to the following weekend due to there was an impending Tropical Storm the weekend I'd originally booked. The slide was clean and the teen girls enjoyed it!! Party Zone did a wonderful job. They delivered the bounce house in the time frame indicated and gave us a call when they were 20 minutes away. When they set it up, they wiped down the inside since they had driven through rain and it was wet. We had no issues with the bounce house once it was set up and the kids had a blast. They came a few minutes after pick up time and quickly packed it up. Thank you Party Zone Event Rentals for a great experience.

I’m a very happy customer. I was able to get a rental last minute. The price was the best around town. They showed up when they were supposed to and even called to ensure everything was ok. These guys were quick and efficient in setting up. More importantly, my daughter said it was the best birthday party she ever had. We will rent again by the end of the month just because of the great experience we had.

Great service and communication. The inflatable with the water slid was everything for the kids. We had a great wet day. I wanted the kids to enjoy their final weekend before school started and it was perfect. The workers were very friendly and we had a lil extra time for more fun. Bounce house was HUGE! My daughter had an amazing time thanks to PartyZone rentals everyone was able to enjoy the fun! And I had the bounce house from 12-6:30 they came early to help set up and also took it down earlier as I asked for because it was starting to rain real bad so unfortunately I had to call to get it come taken down, BUT they were great about it and came ASAP! Thanks again PartyZone, will definitely be renting here again next birthday ❤️👏

If there was 1 small complaint , it would be bounce house was dirty on inside. But a quick sweep and was ready to go. Great experience! They brought the bounce house early and we had it all set up for our party. It was actually a raincheck because there were 25 mph winds the first time around. They were very easy to work with regarding rescheduling and the text communication was super helpful and eased the whole process! Would definitely use again.

The service we received was amazing!! The bounce house rental was delivered two hours before the scheduled delivery time!! The set-up was quick! My kids really enjoyed being able to play all morning before their party! This company also provide excellent information about what to expect with their service. PartyZone Event Rentals has great Customer service and communication lines. I needed additional items to make My event successful and They were happy to oblige Me. The slide/spacewalk rental was supposed to be Kid and Adult friendly but I believe the blower was not large enough to accommodate Adults but considering Hurricane Ida and Folks losses, I didn't complain because My event was a success otherwise. The tables and chairs were in great condition and the delivery and pickup was extremely pleasant. I would definitely consider Them again for an event.

Great experience with PartyZone! Definitely recommend and would use in the future. Made for many happy kids and big kids (adults) too! Setting a reservation: their website made setting up a reservation on a short notice super easy (can see their availability via a calendar), and the pictures/descriptions of the bouncy castles and slides are exactly what you get. Delivery: arrived two hours before the requested start time, the staff (group of high school boys) were all polite, professional, and proficient, setting up in no time at all. Tear down: same quality service as the delivery. Bonus: they delivered early, and notified me via text that they were picking it up the next morning (instead of the same evening). All the extra time you may have it for is yours to use with no extra charge!

Stayed in touch with me regarding contract and delivery. Bounce house was delivered on time and clean. Within an hour of the event ending at Bayou Segnette State Park it was picked up. I was happy about that because I hesitated leaving it unattended and having others enjoy it at my expense and possibly vandalize it. The owner Mr David was really friendly he kept constant contact with us to.let.us know when and what.time they will be there with the space walk...This was my second time booking them for our event ....The kids loved the spacewalk and too make it even sweeter they came a day early too set it up because that Saturday they were busy doing other events ....Me and my sister appreciate what they did to make sure the kids had a great time....
