My husband and I met with Emily to discuss wedding planning. Immediately after the informational phone call, I knew I wanted to work with her. She's so open and easy to talk to, constantly kept us in the loop about anything and everything with the Wedding. Which was fantastic as we live 11 hours away from Nashville. She was able to go to the venue and talk to Vendors to set up meetings with us when we came into town. She handled everything very well. Her communication skills are some of the best I've seen. And the day of the wedding, Emily and her Team handled everything. They were there whenever I needed them, kept everything moving smoothly, and fixed any small bumps that appeared. Even helping me get rebustled and calming me down when my new husband stepped on my dress and told me "I ripped it". He didn't, but he was panicking too. But they stepped up and assured me it was all fine and go me back together and out on the dance floor in no time! Seriously, hiring As We Gather was the BEST decision I made for my wedding.

Working with As We Gather Events was one of the best decisions we made regarding our entire wedding process. From the get go, Emily was responsive, organized, calm, and really worked to make sure our visions for our wedding day became a reality. On the day of the wedding, I can honestly say I wasn’t worried about a single detail because I knew she had it all under control. The wedding day team was so kind, professional, and really made our venue space beautiful. The peace of mind and calmness working with the As We Gather team were well worth the cost and made our entire wedding experience enjoyable! This is an A+ team, and I highly recommend working with them!

Emily and the team was great! I could not ask for a better planner to keep things organized and she was on top of everything. I didn't hear about one thing that went wrong during the day and kept me completely stress free through the entire process. She was also great when offering advice. Emily is hands down amazing and genuinely the best money we spent for our wedding. She is everything you want in a planner- kind, warm, friendly, and completely even keeled and unflappable. Nothing stresses her out! We rescheduled our wedding twice because of COVID, and we moved our wedding between 2 Catholic churches that each have their required coordinator. Generally, this can be really stressful because those coordinators are making sure you're following the rules of the church and really strict about outside help. Emily was phenomenal making sure I got what I wanted while preserving those relationships, and worked with us as we changed dates and had to communicate that to vendors and in some cases find new ones. She was just so unbelievably helpful and reduced the stress in that situation so much. I would recommend Emily and her team to anyone- she is the BEST planner in Nashville!

Emily and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator!! This post is long overdue but I figured it’s better late than never! Not only is she one of the most genuine and sweetest people I know, but she was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, prompt and always had my back. ❤️ I couldn’t have gotten married without her! She thought about so many things I didn’t even think about and she really made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! If you are looking for a wedding planner, call Emily ASAP! She is hands down the best wedding planner in the area. I’m very detail oriented and it was scary to let go of that and trust someone else, but Emily made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She executed the most perfect wedding day.
