We had the pleasure of working with DJ/Emcee Dave Harmon and his assistant Cami for our wedding. They were SO great! Dave was awesome throughout the whole process with his communication, organization, and planning. We were expecting on our wedding day to be rushed on a timeline, but everything flowed perfectly and it was so stress-free. We couldn't believe how many "behind the scenes" things Dave did that no one realized and we all took for granted. One of our favorite touches of the day was that he collected and played recordings from a few people who were unable to make it which was super special. Everyone had a blast with the photobooth, our putting green copy-cat kiss game, and the dance floor was busy all night. We had so many compliments from our guests about how engaging, fun, entertaining, composed in chaos, and helpful Dave was. Our day was perfect and a huge reason was because of Dave. We truly had the best day ever!

From the beginning of our journey with Harmon entertainment, it has been amazing! After inquiring for DJ services for our wedding, Dave set up a zoom meeting to personally discuss our wants/needs/vision for our big day. After our meeting, we were able to choose a DJ based on price range, their style, and availability! We decided to go with Michaela Thibert and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision! Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she set up zoom meetings with us to discuss timeline, song lists, and general wedding details. After each and every meeting with Michaela, we got more excited for our wedding day! On the wedding day, she assisted with speeches, dinner games (highly suggest kissing trivia), and the transition from the meal to reception. Our reception was such a blast!! Michaela knew how to entertain the crowd, whether it be integrating kid friendly songs before the couples dances to get some energy out, to literally leading the crowd in line dances. She respected our song list while seamlessly keeping the dance floor full with perfect song choices. Matt and I received SO many positive comments about our DJ. We are more than pleased to say the least!

We hired Anthony Lamb through Harmon Entertainment as our DJ for our wedding. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I have still a month later been receiving compliments on how kind, helpful, funny and FUN he was. From the time we first met to the day of our wedding he communicated well and made sure everything ran smoothly. He even helped clean up at the end of the night. It was so relaxing to know he was so organized and kept our day stress free. I did not receive any negative feedback from any guests. We cannot imagine our day without him. I am beyond excited that my husband and I made the decision to invest in Harmon Entertainment for our wedding. From the first meeting with Dave, he really showed us that his company was the correct choice for our day. After going to a lot of weddings, we had both known we wanted a DJ that could not only keep people entertained, but keeping people there the entire time! Brandon was incredible to work with and a professional through the entire planning process. We were originally supposed to be married May 1st, 2021, but with COVID, we had to postpone. Brandon immediately let us know that everything was okay and that we would still have a wonderful day! When we started planning again he had a lot of exciting ideas that my husband and I were very willing to go through. When we discussed our introduction to the bridal party, we wanted something musical to start our reception, because we had met in the marching band. Brandon told us that he had been toying around with a Hamilton introduction and asked if we would be interested in that; we didn't even need to hear it, we were sold! Safe to say, we are glad we went with our gut. Our guests were blown away that it was actually Brandon singing! Our bridal party lost their minds at it and started singing along. For the bridal party intro, we had Thunder Struck by ACDC because we had met in the Gold Star Marching Band. When Brandon had asked how we wanted to come in, I had asked if we could possibly have a surprise entrance by some of the Gold Star Marching Band play Crazy in Love and then into getting dinner ready. Brandon absolutely LOVED this idea and made sure it ran smoothly! We truly had such a wonderful night throughout the entire reception. People have come up to my husband Nick and myself saying it was the best wedding they had been to in years. My bridesmaid is getting married next year and is already planning on booking with Brandon! We hired Harmon Entertainment to do our wedding music and the dinner/dance. It was the best decision! They are so organized and have information forms to fill out to make sure nothing is missed!! Angela was fun, organized, and on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry that things were moving along as she took the role of coordinator! Truly, Harmon Entertainment is THE best DJ and MC you could hope for in the FM area for your event! Professional, and extremely helpful and creative through the planning process, the set up looked great and the music was just the right volume when it was in the background and perfect for the dancing at the end. Our fundraising event would not have made even half of the impact that it did had it not been for Dave and his team; he kept our guests entertained, informed and kept the whole day moving smoothly while being flexible and friendly with everyone, and the team even joined in with dancing at the end, leading a line dance! Our DJ was Michaela Thibert and she was not only helpful throughout our whole planning process, but on our wedding day she stepped in to help with SO many other things that were not in her job description (ex. moving our ceremony arch to behind our head table). Harmon entertainment went above and beyond. Cody Christian was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing!! He was so interactive and did an awesome job making sure people stayed on the dance floor. I am continuing to get compliments from people weeks after the wedding! If you’re going to splurge on something for your wedding/event, do it on your DJ. Cody made sure everything was perfect and I couldn’t be any happier with our decision of picking him. We had quite a few last minute changes but Cody handled them wonderfully. He worked well with our other vendors to make sure it all went smoothly. Harmon may be a little pricier than some other DJ company’s but I promise you it is 100% worth it. Years later, people won’t remember the little details at a wedding, but I always remember if the DJ was good or not. Thank you Cody and Harmon entertainment, for surpassing my expectations!

We had DJ Courtney for our wedding recently and she is amazing! Beforehand she took all the time we needed for planning and wanting to understand exactly what we wanted from our day. She was great at giving suggestions and helping out where we had questions but wanting to keep our own personal style at the forefront. During our reception she was very energetic and kept people on the dance floor all night and checked in with us to make sure things were going the way we wanted. He was like our personal wedding planner and had a timeline of the reception/evening and made certain everything went smoothly! Huge praises and recommendation for Collin Berry with Harmon Entertainment. He was exceptional from our wedding ceremony through our reception. He made our planning meetings easy and had great attention to detail and suggestions if we were unsure about something. He found the instrumentals I wanted for our ceremony, last minute without problem. We received so many compliments on him as a DJ through the reception and the dance floor was packed all night. All around professional and great guy! He set up uplighting throughout our venue which created a cool atmosphere. We were unsure if we wanted a band vs DJ and are so happy we chose Collin Berry with Harmon Entertainment. Great music and so much fun! I have no words. Harmon Entertainment is quite possibly the best wedding decision we made. Dave and his team were amazing! A couple of things I appreciated included always making sure the microphone volume was appropriate for each different speaker, making sure the details were finalized like ensuring cake cutting items were where they needed to be, providing a plethora of recommendations for song choosing during our planning stage but offering us full control of the music being played and so much more. My husband and I felt so supported by Dave and really relied on him during the planning stages and we couldn’t be happier. Anthony was the DJ for our wedding reception and he really helped our priorities for the night come true! We wanted an interactive night with our guests, we wanted to have fun and laugh, and most of all, we wanted a DANCE PARTY… and Anthony succeeded in fulfilling those wishes! Anthony was lively, energetic, and it was clear that he loves his job. During the event, Anthony would do his best to keep my husband and I in the loop about what activities were next, and did everything in his power to keep the schedule of events on time and running smoothly, which I really appreciated. Everyone that attended was absolutely raving about how much fun the dance floor was the entire night! Harmon entertainment also provided many options to help elevate our party, like color changing lights, personalized music lists, and the AWESOME photo booth. The attendant was so kind for putting up with all the crazy photo-takers, and her being there to run the booth helped create such a memorable experience for our guests, as well as the bride and groom, as we got a personalized photo booth book. I would 10/10 recommend Harmon Entertainment to fulfill your DJ wants and needs, and would 10/10 recommend Anthony Peralta as the main guy. He talked to us into the late hours of the nights during the planning process as well as on weekends, and collaborated with our bridal party to provide them with resources and info specific to their roles. The affordable prices were worth every penny. I couldn’t believe how much extra work they actually put in to our special day aside from the music. Our wedding dreams came true because of these people! Thank you for everything!!

10 out of 5 stars! Jeremiah was our MC for our wedding at the City Brew Hall on October 8, 2022 and he blew away our expectations!! When you read these reviews... and you see one after another after another with five star ratings... BELIEVE IT! From our first meeting with Jeremiah I knew we were going to be in luck! He played a huge role in making our wedding the perfect celebration. Throughout the whole planning process he was very professional, responsive and provided a lot of useful feedback on details we didn't even consider. Our 8 year old son sang Memories by Maroon 5 to remember those who weren't with us on our special day, and Jeremiah came early to do some run throughs with him to ensure he was comfortable and ready for the performance later in the evening. When our venue decided they weren't going to release tables for the buffet he jumped right in and said he would take care of it... he worked with our photographer to make sure the lighting was perfect for the photos of our first dance... He made it a priority to interact with all of the kiddos and guests, and I truly think he was having just as much fun as all of us! This was a night to remember and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Jeremiah with Harmon Entertainment there with us!

Jeremiah was great! He made our ceremony and reception run smoothly and kept the audience interacting. He was very comfortable on the microphone. He kept family of the bride and groom updated as to where they were needed and the times. I received many compliments on how well he kept them in the loop. It was so much fun. While they are not the cheapest service out there, Harmon Entertainment came through. I feel they are worth way more, so its actually quite a bargain. I would book them all over again in a heartbeat, especially Jeremiah.

Harmon Entertainment is amazing! We had an issue with another company that we had booked a year and a half in advance and with 4 days until our wedding we had no DJ. We reached out to Dave at Harmon Entertainment and he immediately started working with us to help us with our wedding day. This was his very first solo event and he absolutely crushed it - I never would have known and would’ve assumed he’d been doing it for years. Everything we wanted, he made happen. We hired Jeremiah Streifel for our wedding reception, and he made it the greatest night ever! Our whole wedding party was out on the dance floor until the last song. He was absolutely amazing and gave us the best party. He would put his own twists on certain songs that made it unique and even more fun! If you want the best wedding experience, you will want Dave Harmon and his company to DJ that once-in-a-lifetime event. His service will deliver what he says and more than you can expect, and I expected a lot from him. The ideas he provides are creative and heartfelt. His execution is spot-on. Our event flowed smoothly and seamlessly. No anxiety or worries. He was in constant contact with all parties involved. We picked Harmon because they are detail oriented, and have a good reputation for making your reception fun! The price is well worth it, and they do have a few DJs to pick from to match your budget. Our dance floor was never empty, and we got a lot of our older relatives out to dance. We both loved the day - thank you Courtney and Harmon Entertainment!! We had hired Harmon Entertainment to be our wedding DJ shortly after getting engaged in December of 2021. We met with Dave originally and he helped us decide on what DJ we wanted to go with. Shortly after booking, we got a notification that the DJ we had picked out, was no longer available and we were reassigned a different DJ. Courtney (new DJ) immediately reached out to us to personally introduce herself. Courtney was on her A game ever since being assigned to us! She was very responsive to all of my (there were many!) emails and very detail orientated. She never hesitated to answer any of our questions! A couple of months before our wedding, we had our long planning meeting that we did over zoom. There was something that came up last minute which resulted in us needing to reschedule - Courtney was very flexible and we got it rescheduled without any problems! The week of our wedding, Courtney was very responsive to emails and helped me nail down our timelines for the big day. The day of the wedding, Courtney was awesome! She played the music off of our selected/preferred song list, took requests from the crowd, and worked with us when things were off schedule! She definitely got the crowd going - we had a full dance floor all night long! We received a lot of compliments on how fun our dance was and how awesome the DJ was. 10/10 would recommend Courtney to DJ your wedding or events!

If you’re on the fence about using Harmon, don’t be. Just go with them. I went to a wedding expo and originally met Cody, and he really sold me on their company. Our first zoom meeting got my husband sold as well!! Our DJ for the night was Jeremiah, and from start to finish on our wedding day, he made sure we had everything we needed and more. I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!! We had a slight hiccup in the early stages of planning when our first DJ quit the day we were supposed to have our 6 month meeting but they very quickly found a replacement and WOW were we glad we got who we did. Jeremiah was so informative, communication was always on point and he made sure all of our requests were met! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did that day. We hired him for the ceremony as well and I highly recommend it! The timing for all the events was amazing. We chose to do a kids dance of Disney songs and it got all their wiggles out and started the night off perfectly! Our dance floor was packed all night long, actually! Any “do not play” songs were ran through us first, so that was really nice!! I got compliments all night long about how great he and his assistant did, from the communication to cleaning up broken glass on the dance floor! Again, thank you Harmon, and thank you so so so much Jeremiah. Our day was the perfect day!

We had a unique experience with Harmon Entertainment to say the least! Pete was assigned as our DJ and went through great lengths to help us plan and prepare for our wedding. Unfortunately, he was sick and not able to attend. This is not typically something a bride wants to hear the day before her wedding. However, before panic ensued, Dave and his crew jumped in and saved the day! Pete had everything ready to go for us, but the newly assigned team spent countless hours working hard to ensure our day went as smooth as possible. Christian, our DJ, and his assistants (Cami & Brenna) even arrived at the venue *7 hours earlier* than expected to set everything up and do some run-throughs! Our wedding party (and my husband and I) were not the best at sticking to our timeline --oops! (Sorry Christian and crew!). It's a good thing these DJs were professionals when it came to making sure everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time--which was much like herding cats! They managed to switch a few things around and fit everything in. Our guests were even commenting about how our DJs had everything flowing so smoothly! The music and sound systems for our ceremony were perfect. Our grand march and dinner games kept guests engaged and entertained, and our dance floor was packed ALL night long! My husband and I chose Harmon Entertainment because of their experience in the industry. Unfortunately, the original DJ we worked with was unable to come to our wedding which we found out the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding due to medical reasons which we completely understood, but we were definitely panicked. Harmon did provide a back up originally, but we were saddened the back up did not have the experience our previous DJ had and we were very uncertain about this decision. However, another experienced DJ opened up and we were so happy to hear that he would take on our wedding. I got a phone call on Thursday night from our new DJ and we were under the impression and that everything was still a go as planned. Our original DJ planned to set up on Friday at the event venue and we discussed this with our new DJ. He said he could come set up on Friday and everything should have been great. Friday came and my husband and I were setting up tables and decor, but the DJ didn't. After reaching out he said he had decided against showing up and would set up on our wedding day which was not the plan. As a panicked bride I was very upset because that was not the original plan. On Saturday he came and right before we did our grand march is when we met him. He had me look over the grand entrance intros and they were incorrect. I had given the previous DJ two sets of lists because one of our groomsmen's wives was due to have a baby and that would change the lineup if she did. The wife had the baby, and things changed. Panicking, I had to rewrite the entrances out by hand, but he did end up calling them correctly, so that crisis was averted. After grand entrance, there were a few things supposed to happen before our 6:30 dinner. Unfortunately, the timeline was completely messed up as prayer was said at 6:00 and our guests still had to wait 30 minutes before food was served. We also missed out on our sunset photos, which I was really looking forward to that evening. Most people didn't notice the great hiccups at the beginning but as an anxious bride I did and I was trying to do everything in my power to not have huge hiccups. After that, I would say the night went very well. People were on the dance floor and had a great time. The reason I give the 4 stars is because people really enjoyed the music and had a blast at our dance!! I would absolutely still recommend Harmon Entertainment and our disc jockey DJ Ocean. He worked through all of the panicked bride moments and still put on a fantastic show. So many family members stayed very late into the night and we were very pleased by the music played.

Went with this company because I had seen them at another wedding. DJ did well until the dance part where he seemed to fizzle out. Not only did I notice but guests at the wedding also noticed points in the dance where the dj had let a song end without having a next one in line so it was dead space for a couple seconds. Guests also noticed that they had asked for a specific song by backstreet boys and then he went on to play that song and another 3 songs by the backstreet boys. Overall guests were content with the dj and music selection but I am a little unhappy for the price I paid, to have dead space with guests waiting to dance on the dance floor looking puzzled...

When you contact Harmon Entertainment they initially want you to set up a meeting with them, if you are like me you just want pricing information because you probably think that you don't have time to meet with them! BUT YOU HAVE TO! It will be one of the best if not the best decision that you make while wedding planning. Having a fun reception was one thing that we wanted the most for our wedding and boy did Harmon Entertainment deliver. Dave and his crew are wonderful to work with. They make everything so easy and the things that they do for you during your wedding planning and reception are one of the reasons that I gave them 5 stars. How many DJ's would make sure that you actually have a knife for the cake cutting ceremony? Dave does! From the time that we first met with Dave to the night of our reception we knew as a couple that the night was going to be full of fun! I myself had a few doubts about how one of the reception events was going to go, but Dave assured me that it would be fine. In the end it was one of the most fun parts of the evening! Harmon Entertainment offers all sorts of things to keep your reception atmosphere at its peak! They even throw in a few surprises that will keep your happy tears flowing! We are so glad that we picked Harmon Entertainment to DJ our wedding reception and I hope you do the same!

He added a Trivia twist to the clinking glasses/kissing tradition. 6. He played a pre- recorded message to the bride ( from her dad) and the groom ( from his mom) before their special dances.( very touching!) 7. He honored grandparents in an anniversary dance that highlighted their numerous years of marriage, and encouraged them to share marriage wisdom with the newlyweds. Guests at our wedding commented, “ We’ve never had so much fun at a wedding- ever!” Dave is a professional. He was awesome at communicating with us throughout the planning. He is passionate about making each couple’s event personal, fun and unique to them. He brought amazing energy to his audience and left everyone smiling, dancing, laughing and having FUN!!! Oh gosh where do I start? I found Harmon Entertainment at a wedding show in Grand Forks. They did a preview of their "Be Our Guest" bit and Beauty and the Beast being my ultime favorite movie I scheduled an interview. I was lucky to get the interview with Cody. I felt like we clicked right away. He is very easy to talk to and makes sure you and him are on the same page for everything. He was very good at communicating and coordinating with us, the photographer, and anyone that was helping with stuff. We ended up doing the garder toss 5 minutes early. He came around to make sure everyone could be ready. He is very flexible when changes come up. Very knowledgeable with any suggestions on what normally can get crowds excited. I also loved the reminders that Harmon sent out with automated e-mails. Whether it be 5 moths until wedding make sure you have these things done, to scheduled appointments to get together with the dj. It was a very good experience and we got TONS of compliments on how much fun Cody was. I definitely recommend Harmon Entertainment to everyone.

And really cares about the people he works with. Dave worked with us to make a schedule for the night, and it was really nice to have that timeline to keep the party going. My fiancé and I made the decision to cancel our December 2020 destination wedding due to COVID and instead decided to plan a small ceremony in Ottertail, MN. We had only one month to plan this new wedding and were nervous there would be no DJs around available on such short notice. Harmon Entertainment immediately eased our minds as they quickly worked us into their schedule. Coming highly recommended as the “best DJ company they’d ever seen” by multiple people in the area, we knew we hit the jackpot when they said they would work our wedding. From start to finish it is clear that this company is top notch. They had several consultations with us to talk about pricing, services, and how they could best tailor their services to our small 30 person wedding. Our DJ, Bjorn, was in constant contact with us and helped us plan out every little detail. From playing our ceremony music, to transitioning to cocktail hour, preforming a “greatest showman” grand entrance, and balancing our dance with the karaoke songs we had requested, we could not be more impressed with Bjorn’s skills. One extremely special thing he organized was setting up for us to have an audio file put together of our family and friends wishing us well since they were unable to attend due to COVID. This was SUCH a wonderful surprise and there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience. Bjorn kept the atmosphere up all evening and arrived super early in the day to get everything set up. Dana was the DJ for my niece's reception. She was fantastic! She even offered to take care of little things, such as making sure the candles were lit, before guests and family arrived. She was a wonderful host of the reception. For example, she took care of dismissing tables for turns at the buffet. She kept the evening flowing smoothly and evenly so that there were no lag times. Harmon Entertainment and DJ Marcus kept the dance floor lit, at my nieces wedding in Fargo. Most times 95% of the attendees were dancing and enjoying the night. Other times, no less than half of the attendees were on the floor. Marcus was attentive to the bride and grooms wishes. Fun night. Five-stars for sure!!
