New Rules was an amazing and affordable option to host my recent show "Planet Venus" highlighting femme & queer artists. I enjoyed both hosting and in the past attending the events here. My guests were very happy with the space and we had creative freedom to use it how it was needed. I'll be back for sure.

This space was redesigned as an art exhibit when I first ventured into this location. There were at least 40 or more people at the exhibit. The space itself looks small however there are three sections so it's spacious. It would be a great place for parties and get togethers. Beware of parking. The street parking was fine on the weekend but it's easy to pass by quickly so pay attention. I'd recommend using the new rules venue!

New Rules was host to our weekend workshop for 20 women. The room was bright with natural sunlight, and surrounded by vibrant local art, it created a welcoming vibe for our participants. Both Ricki our community manager contact and founder Chris were friendly and helpful, ensuring layout was exactly as we wanted. Parking was easy. Absolutely recommend this venue for events!

This is a wonderfully unique open space with local art adorning the space. The food is fresh and simply wonderful. Salads and sandwiches plus a bar and wonderful art work? Yes! It is a multi cultural workplace. It is an event space for the community. It is a cafe and serves spirits. But most of all, it is wonderfully refreshing in North Minneapolis. I highly recommend.

Wonderful community space for holding meetings or small social events. Beautiful hard wood floors and pieces by local artists compliment the space. Would definitely recommend, and each person that rents the space brings the cost down for the next renter!
