We could not recommend Andrea enough!! She was incredibly helpful not only for day of coordination, but her spreadsheets kept us organized, and our pre wedding call made us feel immensely better before our big day! On the day of, we felt absolutely zero stress because Andrea had everything set up and ready to go. She took care of last minute changes for us and dealt with the things out of our control so we didn’t have to. Our guests, friends and family were in awe of how gracious and helpful she was throughout the entire day/night, and we couldn’t agree more with them!! Our wedding day was truly the most easy and carefree, special day because of Andrea’s help.

We hired Andrea as our day of coordinator for our June 23 wedding. Andrea was truly amazing! She was professional, organized, and kind. Andrea took on many of the wedding details that I would have stressed over. She contacted all of my vendors and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Andrea is super detailed oriented. I forgot to send a pack of sharpie markers to be placed with our guest book, and Andrea went out and bought sharpie markers for our guestbook! It's the little and big details that Andrea covers that make her amazing. The day of our wedding my complete focus was on marrying my now husband, not worrying about making sure everything was in place because I knew Andrea had everything covered! I would recommend Andrea to all brides-to- be!

I had THE most perfect wedding day of all time and can't possibly imagine what our day what have been like without Andrea. She is immaculately organized and brings the most calming, reassuring presence during a time that's stressful and overwhelming for a lot of people. Because of Andrea, I spent my whole day wrapped up in the moment and completely at ease that she would take care of everything. I was on the fence about whether or not to hire a coordinator and WOW am I glad I did. So much goes on behind the scenes on "the big day" that the couple shouldn't have to spend an ounce of energy on. Andrea gave me and my husband the invaluable gift of getting to be completely wrapped up in our dream world all day long and we will never be able to express our level of gratitude for that. Words are not enough to communicate just how grateful I am for all the help Andrea provided to ensure our wedding was absolutely perfect. My husband and I hired Andrea to be our day of coordinator and it was the best decision we could have ever possibly made!! Andrea’s attention to detail was absolutely spectacular – she did NOT miss a single beat. From ensuring our church rehearsal and ceremony went smoothly, our floral was appropriately distributed, taking down our church decorations and ensuring they got transported and set up at the reception venue, managing our transportation needs, making sure our dog was taken care of and brought to the reception hall at the appropriate time, to keeping a watchful eye on our card box and taking down ALL our decorations at the end of the night – AND so much more that I’m forgetting to include or was just unaware she was taking care of. I was able to rest easy knowing that all the details we had spent so much time and money planning would be carried out just the way we intended them to be without the added stress of carrying them out ourselves. I was able to sit back and enjoy the wedding and watch it all unfold. Andrea is amazing and I would highly recommend her services to ALL couples!!

Andrea was wonderful to work with as our day of coordinator. She was so organized and great at making decisions day of. Plus her calm demeanor really helps on such a high anxiety day. There were no "fires" because she was there every step and on top of every vendor, decoration, etc. I would highly recommend using her!

We HIGHLY recommend Andrea and her wedding planning services. There were so many details and so many little things that I never would have thought of without her. From vendor recommendations, timeline creation, day of services, and just all around advice, she was a huge part in helping me stay sane during the planning process and my actual wedding day. Everyone will tell you that there will be a couple things that go wrong on your wedding day and I'm here to tell you that is unfortunately true from my experience BUT with Andrea, I didn't even know!!! She quickly resolved the couple of little things that needed fixing. I only found out after because I wouldn't stop asking haha. Thank you Andrea for being a wonderful wedding planner and just an all around lovely person to be around! I could not have gotten through the day without you!!

We chose to only utilize planning services, as our venue provided help day of. Andrea's online planning page had the most detailed to do list and budget tracker, which was so appreciated. Being able to further edit and customize these trackers kept our planning up to date and on track. We also had access to other online tools, such as RSVP, meal tracker, seating charts, vendor lists, and so much more. Andrea was patient with my husband (who knew nothing), and was willing to assist in research and centerpiece design. So thankful for her help!

Andrea did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a little help making their day special! Our ceremony and reception spaces were at different locations, so we trusted her to help meet with the vendors and set up the reception space while we were enjoying our ceremony. She went above and beyond and helped us achieve our vision! She was available to answer questions that came up during the planning process as well. She was professional, caring, detail-oriented, and I could not recommend her enough!! If you are questioning if you need to hire a day-of coordinator or not, take my advice and hire her to ease some of your stress and help you enjoy your day even more!

We hired Andrea as our day of coordinator for our wedding. She is very professional and very good at what she does! Leading up to the wedding she was very communicative and helpful. She seemed extremely organized and read over everything in detail that I provided to her for what I wanted from her the day of the wedding. She helped run the rehearsal the night before the wedding since our officiant was not there. She made sure she had everything she needed from us before the day of the wedding so that she wouldn't have to ask anything the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding everything was perfect and ran SO smoothly thanks to Andrea!! I, as the bride, did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, which was AMAZING! All of the decor that Andrea set up looked beautiful and was exactly how we discussed it would look. It was truly a dream come true thanks to Andrea! I highly recommend using her for any wedding planning or day of services.

To say that Andrea is amazing would be an understatement! She does flawless work. The whole process from planning to the day of went so smoothly, and I honestly don't think I ever felt stressed. She has so much knowledge of the industry, and can make recommendations for whatever your individual style/taste is. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does as well! Not to mention her services were extremely reasonable, and definitely worth every penny. She is the best!
