If you can splurge on a wedding planner/day of coordinator for your wedding, Marybeth is your girl. From the beginning Marybeth was an absolute delight; knowledgeable, attentive and professional. From rehearsal to wedding day, she truly helped us navigate all of the little details and everything went so smoothly. Despite having a fairly causal, intimate style wedding, I genuinely don’t know what we would how done without her. Even our bridal party is still raving about her!! Highly, highly recommend Marybeth a million times over.

Marybeth was the single best vendor decision I made for my wedding I am extremely grateful for all of her help and guidance. As part of her service, she checked in with me once a month from when I booked her through the wedding. Since I booked her two years before my wedding, Marybeth and I talked through wedding things once a month for two years and she became to feel like a friend. She also helped me through a situation when I had to fire my original photographer/videographer. Her advice is the reason I ended up finding the perfect videographer and photographer for my wedding. On the wedding day, she coordinated with vendors, put out food and desserts, orchestrated the ceremony with the DJ, and did what I am sure were countless other things. She made my day seamless.

Highly recommend Marybeth with Whispy Moss Events! I'm not even sure where to start with our review of Marybeth. I truly could go on and on. She was absolutely wonderful! We used her services for Day Of Coordination for our wedding. She went above and beyond by making the day go so smooth. She stayed in touch with us for several months and helped with any extra planning we needed help with and was able to answer any questions we had. She picked up our linens on the morning of the wedding so that we didn't have to worry about it. She helped us set up on Friday but was also there all day Saturday to help. And by help - she did everything so that myself or Eric were not stressed during the day. She sent photos of her setting up so we could see the designs she came up with. She made the day run smoothly and knew what we wanted and didn't want and made that happen. I think we shared with her over and over again how we would not have been able to do this without her. Honestly, this service is necessary for a smooth and stress free day. Not only for the bride and groom, but for all of the family as well. Because of Marybeth and her amazing service, we were all able to be stress free and enjoy each and every moment of the day!

I highly recommend Marybeth at Whispy Moss Events. She is extremely professional, personable and a great communicator. I had so much confidence and trust in Marybeth that my wedding day would turn out wonderful, and it did. Being a covid bride, planning a wedding was not always easy, but Marybeth was there every step of the way to come up with plans and solutions. At first, I was on the fence of whether or not I would really need a day of coordinator, but I feel that a day of coordinator is absolutely a must needed service for any bride. I am incredibly grateful for Marybeth’s care, concern and talent. I would recommend her to anyone I know planning a wedding!

Do you want to have the best day of your life? Do you want 0 stress and someone to provide more than you have ever dreamed? then you have found the right coordinator. Marybeth was the piece that made my wedding the best day ever. She brought our backyard wedding to life and turned it into a fairytale dream come true. She was so pleasant to work with, easy to get along with, and provided more than we could've ever asked for. She did everything she could to make sure I didn't stress about a single thing on my special day and went above and beyond. Every other vendor loved working with her and said that she was the best they ever worked with. If you are worried about family drama or other issues you don't want to deal with Marybeth is your girl to intercede. I can not say enough good things about her. She not only helped on the big day but met with myself and vendors for >6 months leading up to the day. Even with all of the COVID changes Marybeth made everything work out great.

How do you give someone only 5 stars when they deserve 100? Honestly, Marybeth, you made our day complete. For the year leading up to our wedding the monthly check-ins were so reassuring even if we had nothing to work on. I trusted you with my big day and you made sure everything we wanted, happened. Marybeth is amazing at ensuring the only people’s opinions that matter is the bride and groom. She does not hesitate to let people know what they can and cannot do (in a very nice way) to make your vision happen. She is extremely affordable and so WORTH EVERY PENNY. My new hubby and I say the best thing we did was hire Marybeth. Trust us, you won’t regret it!

MaryBeth is the best wedding planner there is! I love her approach to everything, she is very thorough, and is ready to take on anything that may come up during your wedding day. I was a pretty laid-back bride but I also procrastinated a lot with wedding planning and MaryBeth was a tremendous help getting everything set for the day. She confirmed with all my vendors, provided monthly check-ins, and was hands on the day of making sure everything was all set. Our wedding was a huge success all thanks to MaryBeth! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she’s your gal!!

Investing in a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent by far. I am convinced that everyone needs one now. Marybeth was do helpful in the months and days leading up to the wedding. I was able to bounce ideas off of her and get her experienced opinion on what the best option was. She provided a very detailed timeline for the wedding day that we were able to tweak to fit our needs and she kept everything running. Even though the day of our wedding we were running about twenty minutes late, I didn't have to worry about a thing and Marybeth took care of everything. I cannot recommend her high enough! She will save your sanity.

MaryBeth was the coordinator at a wedding that we filmed, and she was a dream to work with! The timeline she'd made was beautiful and easy to follow, and her pre-wedding communication was incredibly thorough. Before the wedding and all through out the day, she made sure that we had all the information and resources we needed. She was always on hand to help in any way and was never hard to find! She kept a calm, positive, friendly demeanor throughout the day and kept the atmosphere happy while keeping us on track. I highly recommend her and hope to work alongside her again soon!

Marybeth was more than great, she was a huge stress reliever for me leading up to and the day of our celebration. She was so organized, thoughtful, and creative. Honestly though, my favorite part about the experience was that I felt like she really listened to me. I wanted my ideas to come to life and stand out and Marybeth helped me make that happen while also giving good tips and taking it to the next level. Our day couldn’t have gone off any better! Oh and I should really mention that it freed up some family members from “needing” to help (ahem, took some stressful opinionated players out of the situation... if you need that sort of thing).
