We would highly recommend Krista and Weddings with a Twist! Krista did a great job communicating and staying on top of each step as we neared closer to our wedding day. She did a great job laying out road map of what needed to be done and the date that it needed to be done by. On the day of the wedding she coordinated everything behind the scenes and ensured that the entire day went off without a hitch. It was great to have someone with so much experience and attention to detail. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, we would recommend using Weddings with a Twist to help alleviate stress and make your wedding day special.

Krista was an invaluable part of our wedding planning process! With her extensive experience in the industry she was able to make quick and vetted recommendations for everything we needed, which saved us hours and hours of research and back-and-forth. Perhaps most importantly though, she made the wedding day itself so much better than it would have been without her. My partner and I hired Weddings With a Twist because we had no idea where to start with planning a wedding. We worked with Krista for the planning portion and Julia on the wedding day. Krista located the perfect venue for us: something rustic and near a ton of nature. She also kept us on track with all the tasks and deadlines. Julia was attentive and incredibly helpful with the final preparations, but most importantly, was key to us running a successful wedding. There were so many day-of unknowns that came up and having Julia gave us the opportunity to fully enjoy the day and coast through it with no stressors. They also setup and cleaned up all the decorations (including our large arch). They went above and beyond and we highly recommend their services to any new couple!

Krista is the sweetest. She was great with communication leading up to the event and very helpful organizing/finalizing any vendors we needed help with. She helped organize our chair rentals with Canopies Events. She was very helpful the day of and HIGHLY recommend having at minimum a wedding planner for day of services. She helped get guests seated and organize any last minute details the day of. She was willing to pick up my bridal bouquet on her way to our ceremony. Assisted with group photos and helped get them done quickly and efficiently. Throughout all the photos she was great about helping keep my train straight, hold my bouquet if needed and help with adjusting my dress straps if I felt they were sliding down. She also assisted with bustling my dress.

She was communicative, responsive, organized, professional, fun and struck the perfect balance of listening to understand my vision for the day, and also infusing her endless knowledge on vendors and the wedding industry to ensure my vision came alive. My day went on seamlessly- in huge thanks to Krista. When there was a catering staffing issue, Krista immediately took care of it and leveraged her own staff to ensure everything got done. 10 out of 10 recommend hiring WWAT for your wedding day- it wouldn't have been a fraction of what it was without them. Hands down this company is absolutely amazing!!!!! I hired weddings with a twist as my day of coordinator and they did not disappoint! Leading up to the day Krista made everything so easy for me and made sure I had my checklist complete! She was super responsive and always made me feel like a priority. Day of she sent Trina and Clare and they were just as amazing! I do not think I would of survived without them. They made it so myself and my family and friends could enjoy the day and not worry about any of the stress. They even work with all your other vendors to ensure they are the point of contact day of so you aren’t receiving any phone calls or texts and are truly just enjoying your day. They unpacked all decor set it up as well as packaged it back up and even delivered it to our hotel room. Highly recommend them to any bride!!!

We LOVED working with Weddings With a Twist for day-of coordination. We hired them because we did not want ourselves, or any of our family members, to feel like we had to work on the day of the wedding to set up decor and make sure all of the vendors were accounted for. They did not disappoint. All of our reception decor was set up exactly how I envisioned it and at the end of the night, they packed everything away so organized and were very efficient. My parents were so grateful for the help of loading everything into their cars. Krista and Laura kept everything running on time and even reminded us that we mentioned on our call wanting to do a table dash for photos, and they made it happen! When we went out to take a few photos while cocktail hour was going on, it started drizzling. Laura showed up out of nowhere holding an umbrella for us which we were not expecting. It was so kind and that did not go unnoticed. She also made sure that our drinks were full and had them waiting at our table for dinner. I will recommend WWAT to anyone planning a wedding. They are so kind and detail-oriented, and as a type A bride, I could completely let go and put my trust in them so we could enjoy our day. Thank you again!
