What a beautiful place. I am not a member of the shrine or a Mason. I was invited to the Octoberfest celebration by a friend who is a Mason and shriner. I had an incredible time. In fact, I pledged that evening. The hall is beautiful, the people are wonderful. If your looking for a place to have an event, this would be it.

Unique architecture with ornate tile work and lots of restored gold accents. Great hall would make an awsome wedding venue.

It's a very gorgeous building in terms of architecture. I visited the site on Milwaukee doors-open day, and absolutely I recommend it. However, there's neither enough representatives on the site nor informative signs to explain you about the building history and current usage of it. So, a little bit confusing for the visitors.

The architecture of the building is inspired by Arabic design and artwork. The building is for the club. You can throw partied there for special occasions.

Their Christmas Trees Raffles and fundraiser, pictures with Santa is amazing and very well run. The building is decorated beautifully and always a fun family event.

Very beautiful place to have an event. They can accommodate a large group. Powder room for the ladies is beautiful! Parking lot usually has a security guard but when it does not beware. The surrounding neighborhood is not good.

The Festival of Trees event is so much fun. Beautifully decorated trees and photos with Santa, it is a really great event and a nice time for the entire family. We have also been able to go to an auction and dinner event for our children's school at Tripoli and it was a wonderful event with kind and courteous staff.

Attended a boxing event paid for ringside but when I got to my seat they asked me to move to the 2nd or 4th row of course I didn't I paid for ringside I'm sitting ringside after a brief discussion with the promoter everything was good, only bad part was the bar was cash only,which I didn't have who is carrying cash on 30 something and Wisconsin,overall the fights was very good.

Went to the feztival of lights Christmas raffle. Place was beautiful and nicely decorated. Had a pleasant atmosphere and was also for a great cause. Didn't win anything but still had a good time.

The Shrine is an absolutely beautiful venue. Great sized space for bringing in a large group. I highly recommend visiting sound Christmas when they have the 24 foot tree set up in the atrium!

Fantastic venue!! We came for Zie Magic Flute. Fantastic performance in a quaint personal setting. Performers weaved through the audience and sang from the balcony above. It was magical and enchanting. Full bar available and courteous staff.

I was so impressed with the architecture of the building and the availability of unique rooms for social events. We had our daughter’s Quinceañera there and have frequented the Friday night Fish Fry on many occasions. The Taj Mahal of Milwaukee! Haven't been, but heard the New Years Eve party is a night to remember.

This was a wonderful opportunity to start out the holiday season. It will run for one week so take the time and take the kids and go see it. $2.00 admission. Handicapped accessible.

The Tripoli Shrine is located in downtown Milwaukee and is one of the most unusual buildings in the city. The architectural design is based on that of the Taj Mahal. It was built in 1928 and is now a registered historical site in the city. There are a variety of (very) ornate rooms and halls which can be rented for meetings, parties or wedding receptions. Tours of the building are available. The building is handicap accessible and there is parking adjacent to the building.
