We used the coordination services for our wedding on 10/1/22 and I definitely recommend Timeless Events, Kristin, and Alisha! We had (I believe) a call about 3 months prior to our wedding and again about a week prior to our wedding with some emails in between. Kristin is clearly and expert in this area as the calls were seamless and efficient with a lot of attention to detail. It was very easy working with her. For the rehearsal and day of our wedding, Kristin and Alisha were there. At the rehearsal, Kristin was not afraid to step up and correct our officiant who, although also great, had some of the details for the ceremony incorrect. Kristin made sure he had it right and got everyone on the same page. For our wedding day, Kristin and Alisha had everything set up exactly how we wanted and done on time (even our 8 ft round metal backdrop for our sweetheart table that had to be assemble!) Our wedding day went perfectly. If there was anything that went or was about to go wrong, I don’t know about even know about it (and that’s because Kristin and Alisha handled it). They kept the day moving along right on schedule. Our wedding day was flawless and definitely recommend Timeless Events!

With larger weddings, there are very often complications that arise behind the scenes, and Sarah (our day-of coordinator) did an excellent job at making it seem like nothing went wrong at all. I found out, after the day was already over, that there were several complications that occurred, but Sarah took care of it all. The bridal party, my wife, and I did NOT have to deal with our vendors coming up to us to ask logistical questions in the middle of the wedding or reception, so we got to enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about other things. And this was only possible because prior to the wedding we had 2 in-person meetings and had a decently long email conversation where we worked out the details of exactly how we wanted the day to go. And throughout the entire process, Sarah was SO nice and pleasant to work with!
Kristin (the owner) was great at laying out exactly what her services were going to cost and why. No surprise fees or anything like that. She was also super nice!
If you're worried about what's being said in the one star reviews here, notice how most if not all of them are from people who WERE NEVER PAYING CLIENTS. In OUR experience, Kristin was very eager to do business with us and communication with her and Sarah was always timely. The same is true for a couple of my friends who also used Timeless Events for their weddings.

Kristin did a great job making our wedding day as seamless as possible. She and her team made sure all details were organized and we were able to drop off decorations earlier in the week which made the days leading up to our wedding stress free! We had a room flip between the ceremony and reception and Kristin and her team made everything look perfect from start to finish! Highly recommend for any event.

Kristin was SO easy to work with. I have no idea how she does it, but our wedding day was perfect! We hired Kristin as our day-of coordinator and she as well as her assistant Bailey helped direct the entire day leaving me stress free and rolled with the punches as we made last minute changes. She and Bailey absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish of the day, I was under zero stress, knowing they had it handled. I highly recommend!

Hiring Kristin as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! We were uncertain whether we truly needed a day of wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Kristin to discuss how she could help us it was a no-brainer! Kristin was very affordable and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly. She recommended numerous vendors and gave us several suggestions for how to ensure our day ran as easily as possible. In our two pre-wedding meetings, she brought up many questions and specifics that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she and her assistant handled all the details that I did not want falling to our wedding party or family. She was professional and coordinated with our other wedding vendors in the week leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to. Kristin and her team were the last ones there on our wedding night cleaning up, and made sure we received all of our remaining wedding trinkets when we were ready to pick them up. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we were unaware of them as Kristin had them covered. We received many compliments on her professionalism from both our wedding party and family members who actually turned to her with questions on the big day. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and we are so happy we hired Kristin to help with the most important day of our lives!

Kristin and her assistant did an excellent job at our wedding. She provided “day of” coordination and was very organized, diligent, and timely with her work. She organized our vendor contracts, provided setup and take down, and gave us peace of mind during our wedding day to make sure all of the little details or issues were addressed seamlessly. Wow, words cannot express how grateful I am for Kristin and Timeless Events' services on our wedding day! Kristin was a last minute addition to our vendor team. We hired her about a month before our wedding and I'm so glad we did! She quickly caught up to speed on all of our plans. During our consultation meetings, she helped us address details that we hadn't even thought of, helped keep us organized and bring our vision to life! At the rehearsal, she took so much stress of off me by organizing our bridal party and answering all of our presiders questions that I wasn't sure about. To top it all off, on the day of the wedding she took all of the stress and worry off of my family and myself! I didn't have to worry about any of the details on our wedding day. Kristin took care of all of them. Everything turned out beautiful and well run thanks to Kristin! The amount of care and heart that she puts into her work is obvious and her attention to detail was so appreciated!

Her and Kristin put me at ease on the wedding day. When things went wrong, I hardly knew about it and they quickly and quietly accommodated all of my requests. When my wedding dress broke and threw off our dinner timeline, Olya ran around to all the serving staff and other vendors to let them know, and my guests never knew. Thank you so much Olya! You truly helped make my day the best day of my life!

We used Timeless Events for our Daughters wedding June 6 in MKE. Our coordinator was Olya, her assistant Jessica. From the first point of contact with Kristen, to any dealings we had even after the wedding was over, Timeless Events was nothing but wonderful. Easy to work with, organized, professional, full of great ideas to add to our own and very helpful in ironing out any details we may have missed. Both girls kept us all on time and ready to enjoy the day. Olya even asked her husband to convert a file for us for our DJ to use for a slide show. Definately beyond call of duty.
It was a great relief to be able to entrust things to Timeless Events staff and be able to relax and enjoy our Daughters big day.
The cost was very reasonable for all that they provided.
We would recommend them hands down to anyone that needed an event coordinator.
