Kristin and the Natural Elegance team were an absolute integral part of our wedding - I can say, in full confidence, that our wedding was such a success because Kristin and her team. For starters, she is such a pleasure to work with. She is so kind, professional, organized, responsive, creative - everything you could want (and need!) in a wedding planner or coordinator. As a COVID bride with one postponement, our planning process was a bit trying at times, but having Kristin there to assist and guide us through the chaos was such a blessing. She was always ahead of deadlines, flawlessly communicated and organized with the other vendors, and did everything in her power to ensure our wedding vision was brought to life. Our wedding day was totally stress free as we had the utmost confidence with Kristin there. Without a doubt, choosing Natural Elegance to be part of our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire process and we would recommend her team to any couples out there! Kristin and the natural elegance team are amazing! She planned not one but three weddings for us with all of our covid postponements! She took one Pinterest photo I liked and created an entire beautiful wedding from it. Kristin is so organized and all of our vendors loved working with her! Kristin encounters any hiccup with calm confidence and we knew we were in the perfect hands. Considering it took a full 2 years for our wedding to happen it was so wonderful to hear from her checking in every month or so. Our wedding was the most magical day, even better than I envisioned! Not a single thing went wrong!

Kristin and her Natural Elegance team are simply amazing! Throughout the entire process, I always felt that Kristin was completely on my side and wanted to ensure I was making the right decisions! Yes, may sound strange, but she knew what I wanted . . . what my hopes were . . . what my vision was . . . and she stepped in with vendors and others to ensure I was truly getting what I envisioned. It was so very easy working with Kristin. She kept track of what needed to be done, and when. She communicated with me as often as necessary, and followed up when needed. It was such a comfort knowing that I wasn't forgetting some major detail! Finally, at our wedding event, Kristin felt like part of the family. Her presence at our event was also very comforting; and she arrived early enough to bring all of the creativity to life! All I had to do that evening was arrive....oh and then say "I do." I would most definitely recommend Kristin to anyone desiring a "micro-wedding." My experience with her for ours was top notch. I hesitated reaching out to her, thinking that I can "do it myself." Oh no I couldn't. Bringing her on board was the best decision!!!

My wife and I hired Kristin with Natural Elegance to assist with the planning of our wedding and she was nothing short of amazing. We are a COVID wedding couple whos venue and dates had changed on multiple occasions with the pandemic developments. Kristin was able to help take the burden of rescheduling vendors etc. and put our concerns to rest that our wedding would be the day we were hoping it would. On our wedding day Kristin handled everything, allowing us, our bridal party, and our family to relax and enjoy the night completely. Kristin is organized, communicative, really got to know us, and truly listened to our vision and helped make it come to life. I cannot recommend Kristin and Natural Elegance enough! I started wedding planning on my own and was feeling so stressed by the process. After hiring Kristin I was able to relax and enjoy the process. Kristin is an amazing listener and really helped me realize my vision of the day. My husband and I are so grateful that we hired Kristin to plan our wedding. In fact, the first thing my husband said to a family member the next day was that hiring Kristin was worth every penny and he would do it again in a heartbeat. I can’t express in words how calm, organized, and positive Kristin was through the entire planning process for us, including the wedding day. Let me just say, my now-husband noticed a significant difference between the stress levels with wedding planning after hiring Kristin versus trying to go it alone. The best part is that Kristin isn’t just about the logistics and planning, which she does flawlessly, but that she actually cares about YOUR story and how you and your significant other got to this part of your journey. The very first thing she asked when we consulted to see if wedding planning was for us was ask about my fiancé and I, and how we met and our story. From that point on I knew that although there are a lot of details that go into a wedding, Kristin cared at a deeper level and would make it everything we wanted and more. Oh and another thing-as Maddie Ryan said in her review-her timeline of the wedding weekend is so detailed that we got compliments about how put together everything was from our family and wedding party! Kristin is responsive, attentive, and creative. She helped us postpone and modify things as needed and handled problems before I had time to stress about them (like our hotel room block having to move a few weeks before the wedding!). One of the best things is hearing from guests and our wedding party how much they enjoyed our wedding and many of the compliments are about the decor that Kristin helped us envision, but the biggest compliment we get is how smooth the entire wedding was. It never gets old hearing how a guest enjoyed themselves and having Kristin there to run everything made that possible for us! If you are contemplating hiring a wedding planner, like I was, I highly recommend doing it! That is one choice with wedding planning you will never look back on and regret. Especially with Kristin and her team!! Thank you Kristin!

Now that we are finally through the wedding planning and the wedding itself, I can confidently say that Kristin was by far the best investment we made for our big day! We originally hired Kristin to help us plan our wedding and then execute that plan on our wedding day--but, WOW, she did way more than we could have ever imagined. It's hard to put into words just how helpful Kristin was, so I'll share a few examples: My husband and I had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. Kristin helped us throughout the postponement process, and we picked back up on planning in early 2021. At that time, we were still hearing so many conflicting viewpoints on the news and from our families and friends, which led to so much more dread and stress on our end. We had no idea if we would be able to have our dream wedding or if we would have to postpone yet again--but then, Kristin came in. She provided facts, guidance, and constant reassurance to help get us re-excited about wedding planning. It's so nice to have someone in your corner who truly understands the entire planning process, and how to help execute that plan for you and your significant other. I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Kristin's organization skills are next level. She helped us to put together a very detailed itinerary for the entire wedding weekend, and then she created different versions of that document based on the audience that would be viewing it. I was able to provide an extremely detailed itinerary to all of our vendors, and then a high-level overview of the weekend for our wedding party and families. Everyone was beyond impressed by this; but, what impressed them (and me) even more was seeing Kristin in action. She ran our entire rehearsal walkthrough (which is no easy feat with our chaotic wedding party), and then was there the day of our wedding from 9:30 - 7:30 pm to make sure everything ran smoothly. We ran out of ice at our wedding (who knew 600 lbs. wouldn't be enough for 170 people?!) and Kristin acted swiftly to have more ice delivered to our venue before many of our guests even realized it was gone. My husband and I didn't even know about the ice dilemma until days after the wedding! Your wedding day will be overwhelming in the best way possible. Having Kristin there to manage the unforeseen will help to make your wedding day even that much more special. If you are on the fence at all about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. And don't pick just any wedding planner--get yourself a Kristin. :)

Well Id first like to say that Kristin was literally a GOD SENT to us. I do not know what we would have done without her. She was our Day-Of Planner/ Coordinator but she was SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT. She worked with us through just about everything, including my bridal shower. She sent over so many recommendations our way and just made this entire process so smooth. There was not one question that she wasn't able to answer and she was on top of getting back to me ASAP. I give her so much credit because looking back at it I HAD SO MANY QUESTIONS. Her professionalism, poise, kind heart and energy just radiated throughout the entire process. When it came to the day of my wedding Kristin took care of absolutely everything. I did not have to reach out to any vendors or worry about their timeline. She was with me up until I left for my first look. We were running behind schedule and I started to freak out but Kristin was right there to calm me down and explain that she built some extra room as far as timing so I really did not run behind schedule at all. As soon as I took off she got to the venue and made sure that all the vendors were where they were supposed to be. Now let me tell you that I had A VISION! I am a very detail oriented person who is very particular about what they want. I was so scared that the decorating would have to be left to my mom and I on the morning of my wedding since I had such particular instructions about this winter wedding. NOPE! Kristin did it all for me and she exceeded our expectations. Not only that, but she made sure that our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception operated smooth. I went into this knowing that there is never a "perfect wedding day" and things don't always run as planned. I was told that if things don't go as planned that I just have to breath and brush past it. I can honestly say that my day was absolute perfection. NOTHING WENT WRONG. NO STRESS. NO WORRIES. KRISTIN TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. I wasn't the only one that appreciated all of Kristin's help. My vendors absolutely loved working with her and had nothing but amazing things to say. I feel so lucky to have met such a wonderful human being.

Kristin and Sam are absolutely wonderful! I met Kristin at a vendor event and after having a call with her, I knew hiring her would be a great decision. I had hoped that a day of coordinator would help us keep to a schedule and answer any vendor questions, but Kristin and Sam did so much more than that! They were there to help us reschedule when we needed to and provided support and confidence the whole way through. Best money spent while wedding planning! I thought I could plan everything on my own, but I was so wrong! We hired Natural Elegance as a day-of coordinator. Kristin and the Natural Elegance team kept us on track with the big picture and the little details, not just on the day-of, but throughout the entire wedding planning process. Kristin and Sam were so great! If you are thinking do I really need a wedding planner/coordinator ... the answer is YES! They help you make sure all the details have been considered and also are a HUGE help in communicating with vendors. On the day of our wedding there were at the venue bright and early to make sure that all of the deliveries were made and that all the decorations were set up perfectly. Kristin is so responsive I would email or text her a question and she would get me an answer right away. Because of COVID, we had to make major changes to our wedding (twice). Without batting an eye, Kristin handled ALL of these changes for me. Natural Elegance made it so that I was able to truly enjoy every minute of wedding planning!

Kristin was AMAZING! Going into our wedding, I was convinced that I could handle everything myself... but it got slightly overwhelming. We hired Kristin on as a "Day Of" Coordinator, but she worked with us through almost everything. She was in contact with all of our vendors, she provided us with an amazing timeline and schedule, and she was available to answer any and all of the questions that came up. She also addressed all of the small (but very important details) that I would have missed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, no matter what stage of planning you are in!

Kristin and Sam are AMAZING!!!! We weren’t set on hiring a planner, but my mom insisted on it and luckily she came across Kristin. From the start, Kristin was checking in often, sending us tips and timelines, and keeping us on track. I tend to procrastinate and couldn’t have been more thankful for each reminder and quick email check in. Although we hired them for “day of planning”, Kristin was much more than that. When COVID hit, she chatted with us as our plans changed numerous times. She was on board with anything and offered suggestions when we could use another opinion. Once we decided to move forward with our wedding, she was determined to make it perfect. From discussing the wedding COVID precautions, the pictures, family and friend worries, she thought of EVERYTHING. When we wanted to breakdown, she kept us smiling. The week of our wedding had more hits than any of us could have imagined and we were emotionally drained. Kristin handled each hit with a big smile and so much patience, while answering my panicked texts in a heartbeat, even encouraging a glass of wine 😊 Our wedding day was PERFECT! Not many people can say that in 2020, but it was truly a dream come true. I didn’t have to think about any coordinating or planning and got to enjoy every single minute. Kristin made our day flawless and we will forever be thankful for her. Her kindness, wedding knowledge, quickly learned COVID precaution expertise, humor, and patience made for the best experience we could have asked for. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Kristin and Sam for our wedding. We had done a lot of planning already ourselves before we hired them on, but we were SO happy we did! Our original June 6th wedding ended up getting postponed until August 9th and she made everything so easy!! I barely had to lift a finger to transfer all our contracts over and it was such a relief. Kristin even sent us a little wedding gift for our original date since we ended up getting married in our backyard. We just had our postponed wedding and it was beautiful!! They did such a fantastic job setting up all our decor and making things look amazing. They made sure our day ran smoothly and we stayed on schedule. They were constantly checking on my husband and I making sure we had things we needed and to see if we needed anything from them. My wife and I originally planned our wedding for the summer of 2020, but had to postpone due to COVID. We were originally going to do the wedding planning ourselves, but through a series of events, ended up moving across the country, while our wedding was still in Wisconsin. It was at this point that we decided we needed some help. We were incredibly impressed with how Kristin and Natural Elegance handled the planning for us. My wife and I are not organized people, and had a lot going on with our big move on top of the wedding. Kristin was patient with us, took care of everything, and made sure that we stayed on top of what needed to be done. This alone was what we hoped for when we chose to hire a wedding planner, but Kristin went above and beyond. When we got to the week of the wedding, we had a wedding dress emergency and needed alterations done within just a few days. Kristin helped keep calm and found us someone to get the alterations done just in time. On the day of, Kristin was amazing at keeping us on track with the schedule, getting everything set up, and making sure we didn't have anything to worry about. Any time things didn't go quite according to plan, Kristin always told us not to worry about it and had a solution. I can genuinely say that I don't think our wedding day would have been as incredible as it was if we didn't have Kristin's help, and I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.
