The key to a seamless wedding day experience is choosing a planner that is reliable, detail oriented, organized and most importantly you feel comfortable with. I highly reccommend the Blue Fancy Team!!! They are high energy and dedicated to designing and creating the wedding day of your dreams. From this first phone call with Meredith, I knew Blue Fancy would be a great fit to plan my wedding. She put together an amazing mood board that helped all the ideas come to life. Fast forward a few months later and Morgan was assigned my lead planner. SHE IS FABULOUS! Morgan is so kind, calm, and helpful. She was so easy to communicate with and on top of every detail. Being an out of state bride, I don’t know how we would’ve done it without her! The entire wedding weekend was so calm and fun because of the hard work of her and her team. Hiring Jan from Blue Fancy Events was the second best decision I made in regards to my wedding, with the first being who I chose to marry!! We certainly had a long engagement with me being in law school, having family all over the globe, and then dealing with Covid and a postponement. Thanks to Jan and all the help she was able to give us, my dream wedding still came true. I'm so grateful for all of the time and energy she put into all the details of our day and handling the tasks that I didn't have the time for! I could not be more thrilled with the Blue Fancy Team and especially the owner, Meredith. My husband and I had a two year engagement and in that time we had already hired another wedding planner. Unfortunately, we needed to part ways with him due to a lack of understanding of our vision, budget requirements and overall non-responsiveness. The first phone call with Meredith we absolutely loved her energy and passion for the wedding industry. We felt an immediate connection as she found and worked with our vendors and answered ALL of our questions promptly. Where do I even start with how great Morgan from Blue Fancy Events is?! When I reflect back on our wedding day and planning process, hiring Morgan was one of the best decisions we ever made. Once she was on board, both my husband and I felt like she was not only friend we had known forever but someone who was on OUR team. When planning a wedding, you have so many people throwing in their thoughts, opinions, requests etc. You also have people who are always asking you to make a decision. Morgan was always on our side – she wanted what WE wanted for our wedding day and always respectfully added her opinion. When I needed help making a decision, she was right there to weigh in. Morgan’s attention to detail, thoughtfulness, positive can-do attitude, organization skills and beautiful eye for design was incredible! We are so so grateful that Morgan was our planner and made the last 3 months of our wedding process go as smooth as possible. Having her there on the wedding day was an absolute life saver! If you are debating hiring Blue Fancy, this is your sign to hire them!!

If you're getting married, do yourself a favor and hire Blue Fancy! My husband and I opted to do their 'Wedding Planning Kit' for our wedding at the Milwaukee Art Museum, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Meredith was very helpful in the beginning with vendor recommendations (all of which we hired and were FANTASTIC), and helping us plan our budget. After giving us a great starting point, we felt confident that we could move forward booking all the vendors we wanted and tackling the 'big things' over the next 12 months. To be clear, Blue Fancy was not very involved throughout those 12 months because we did not hire them for 'full planning', but the advice and guides in the beginning were extremely helpful, and Meredith happily answered our questions throughout the year (though technically, she didn't have to).
A quick note: The vendor recommendation list alone would be worth every penny! We booked all of our vendors from Meredith's suggested list, and every single one of them was wonderful.
Once we got farther along in the planning process and we were getting close to the wedding, we were assigned our coordinator going forward- and Ali Nigel took over! I cannot stress enough how absolutely delightful Ali was. We had a long call to go over details about 2 months out from the wedding, and an in-person meeting 1 month out. From there she really took over most of the vendor coordination and communication. The week of my wedding I hardly had to deal with any calls, scheduling, or questions! Ali ran the rehearsal and the wedding day, and everything went perfect. Not only was she incredibly organized and one step ahead, but you'll also want to be her friend!
I would recommend Blue Fancy to anyone getting married in the Milwaukee area, we are SO happy we did!

I had a great experience with Blue Fancy! Liv was detailed, attentive and prioritized my vision, cutting out other commentary and opinions about the day. She was fabulous, patient, and on her A-game the night of the wedding. Anything that I needed day-of, she had covered. I had a lot of vendor juggling to manage, she truly relieved me of all stress and concern the last 90 days headed into the wedding. Would highly recommend Blue Fancy and I think you get the best value with this company over other planners in the area!

My only regret in wedding planning is not hiring Blue Fancy sooner. They saved my wedding in more ways than I can even count. Meredith made me confident from our first phone call that her team could take my wedding that had been postponed, lost vendors, and changed a thousand times and make it into a beautiful perfect and efficient day! Our lead planner was Ali and she was incredible. She approached every situation with a positive attitude and handled every obstacle I threw at her with grace and impeccable problem solving skills. Not only was our wedding absolutely beautiful but it was stress free for my husband and I. We knew Ali and her fabulous assistants could handle anything. I had thought for sure that we didn't need a wedding planner and that we could plan it all ourselves. I have never been happier to be wrong. Meredith and the entire Blue Fancy team are expert event designers, planners, and day of coordinators. I've had the pleasure of working as a photographer at a number of Blue Fancy weddings, which always stand out in my mind as being characteristically well run and well paced.
Their staff often handles communication between vendors and clients, updating us all on changes, asking for opinions when needed for certain aspects of the schedule, and even doing on site venue tours to help plan out photo spots for the day-of.
Mornings are always a breeze, with Blue Fancy keeping me up to date on hotel room numbers as soon as they're available, as well as reminders of the schedule as the day unfolds. They truly help make my job an easier one, which means I'm able to produce a better final product for my clients.
I've also been able to work with Meredith on a number of styled shoots, which came together seamlessly and beautifully thanks to her eye and skills. Can't wait to continue working together!

We hired Blue Fancy Events for full service planning for our wedding 4/9/2022. After speaking with the owner Meredith, we knew Blue Fancy Events would be a good fit for us. We felt her company was very down to earth and she matched us to lead planner Morgan S. based on our personality.
Morgan made the wedding planning process so fun and effortless. From the beginning, she took the time to understand our priorities and vision for the wedding to create the wedding of our dreams. Even though we chose a venue outside of the Milwaukee area Madison), Morgan still found amazing vendors near the Madison area – having Morgan vet the vendors and pre-select vendors that fit our budget and style was SO extremely helpful. Morgan assumed all vendor communication and meetings; and we were so thankful to have her on our side/advocate for us when our caterer tried to double the contract price last minute. We felt fully supported with every step, thanks to Morgan’s guidance and expertise.
For the wedding day, we cannot thank Morgan and Nikki (assistant planner) enough for such a flawless event. We absolutely appreciated everything Morgan and Nikki did that day: setting up all the decor/tables/chairs before noon, problem-solving how to hang the welcome signage, moving the ceremony arch and flowers, bringing all our belongings back to the hotel, etc (just to name a few). Everything was just done and ready, we never had to ask! Not only did we get to enjoy every second without any worry or anxiety, but the family and wedding party also got to really enjoy the day. (I feel like it’s common for the family members/wedding party to assume day-of-wedding coordination roles which leads to a stressful experience for them but that wasn’t the case for us!). Many guests commented on how smoothly everything went.

Meredith and Blue Fancy are the best! They made the entire process seem easy. Meredith helped us define our vision and then executed it flawlessly, which was extra impressive as I feel like we didn't give her that much to go off of! If anything didn't go as planned, I didn't know it. Everything was executed flawlessly and Meredith saved the day many times over in the face of a few supply chain/COVID issues the week of the wedding. My husband and I chose Blue Fancy about 15 months before our wedding date. From the beginning, they were so excited for us and always brought a positive high energy to the planning process. If you want your dreams and Pinterest expectations to come true, Blue Fancy will do that!
Our lead planner was able to execute the BEST CASE SCENERIO for our wedding day, including our top cater choice and bringing in real, decorated Christmas trees. She handled every vendor communication perfectly. Our in-person meetings were really helpful. Our wedding actually came in below budget with Blue Fancy.
On the wedding day, we were fortunate to have 3 additional assistants who were incredibly kind and competent. One even went to out to buy me eyelash glue. My favorite moment of the wedding was our reception room reveal, where we were able to take in all the details from the last 15 months of work. Blue Fancy is incredibly talented, honest, and customer focus.

Rachel and I had a wonderful experience working with Meredith and Blue Fancy. First, despite very busy schedules, Meredith kept us on track with the wedding planning process and ensured we didn’t miss the smallest details that complemented our wedding venue, the Villa Terrace, and make the wedding ours (suggesting the carter announce the courses, since Rachel and I are both “Foodie’s”, having a string quartet, Memorable Music Ensembles, for the ceremony, and finding a vintage settee for our sweetheart table). Second, she connected us with a first-class team of vendors including our officiant, Sonja Coster and our caterer, Shully’s Cusine, that made even our “meat and potatoes” guests appreciate vegetarian cuisine. She also tactfully and quickly resolved any issues we had with vendors or guests to ensure they were delivering the bride and groom's wishes without us having to intervene. Finally, Meredith left “everything on the table” to ensure we had an unforgettable wedding experience. If you are looking for a wedding planner that offers impeccable service, is extremely collaborative and has all the best qualities of a type A personality... then Emily Martin at Blue Fancy Events is your girl. We planned our wedding out of state, so we had a really small window of availability when it came to meeting in person, reviewing details and coordinating on timelines. Emily made it all feel so easy, as if planning a wedding several states away was no problem. I am pretty sure I threw the most random requests and questions at her and she never even flinched. She was so incredibly accommodating and did a wonderful job of making me feel calm and happy, meanwhile, she was dealing with all the craziness behind the scenes and we had no clue (thank god!). I do need to add that I am a bit of a control freak... I have a hard time letting people take care of things for me; however, with Emily, I welcomed it. I am so beyond grateful for everything she and her team did for our wedding, she made sure it was nothing short of perfect. Hire Her. It was the best wedding vendor decision we made, hands down!

I would recommend Blue Fancy and their services to any bride. I worked with Morgan for day off coordination and she was absolutely perfect, leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Throughout the planning process communication and organization were very important to me. Morgan has impeccable response time which I learned is very hard to find in the wedding industry. She also went above and beyond to answer any questions, attend meetings, help with vendor coordination, and help review and create itineraries for my wedding party. On the day of the wedding her and JC executed our plans flawlessly and thanks to her I felt like I was able to be fully present at my wedding and not stress about behind the scenes matters. We also had a few situations that required immediate attention on the day of and she sorted things out and corrected matters so that I didn’t even learn about her fixes until the next day!

My husband and I are pretty organized people, but didn't get super caught up in the details. As long as it looked nice or tasted good, we left most of the creativity and details to our vendors. So, we went with Blue Fancy for the Day-Of Coordination only. We wanted to just sit back and enjoy! Emily and her assistant made that happen. They were super on top of things... from working great with our other vendors, being responsive during the logistic planning, and even making sure we had a fresh drink in our hand while we were mingling during our cocktail hour. We got a ton of compliments on our day, and it was largely because of the flow. It went seamlessly. I was told the next day red wine was spilled on a cowhide rug we rented for our lounge area...but Emily came to the rescue seemingly out of nowhere with a rag and soda and got it out. Our late night food truck also broke down on the way in...but Blue Fancy made sure it got there! If something went wrong, I didn't know about it until it was fixed...or the tow truck rolled in! Your Wedding day goes by fast enough as it is...the best thing we did was hire them.

She was so helpful in the planning process and even went out of her way to schedule an extra early planning call with me to put together a preliminary day-of timeline, even though we only hired her for the 3 months prior to our wedding. Blue Fancy was money well spent! I don’t know what we would have done without our coordinator, Paige. She was wonderful to work with and knowledgeable about all things wedding. She was incredibly helpful in all aspects related to the big day from coordinating with vendors, putting together a day of timeline, running our rehearsal, delivering items to the bridal parties, setting up desserts and center pieces, making sure our go pro recordings were managed, taking down the room, and more. Having Blu fancy eliminated so much stress for us and our families. We contacted Meredith a little over a month before our July wedding date. We loved the professional look and comfortable feel of her website. As soon as we contacted her she provided nothing but great customer service and extremely timely responses. We were planning an out of town wedding (in town for Meredith) and were getting to the point in our planning where we realized that we had a lot of details already planned but did not want to be responsible for execution of those details on our wedding day. We met with Meredith while we were in Milwaukee for a weekend (about a month before the wedding). Immediately she made us feel very confident that she was organized and would be able to handle all of the details and plans that we had laid out. Her price for day of coordination is totally worth the service that she provided. We hired Meredith right after meeting with her and we are so glad that we did. You can tell that she loves what she does, and she does it well. She is very friendly and personable but has the ability to take care of making the whole event run flawlessly. Both my wife and I were super relaxed on our wedding day knowing that someone was going to make sure we were exactly where we needed to be and when we needed to be there (this was huge because I am all about the details and I like to be on time). Meredith did an amazing job with our day of coordination. We totally recommend her!

She took the time to really get to know Brad and me, which showed through in her ability to execute on our vision, focusing on the important details and helping us find cost effective ways to make our dream wedding a reality. In fact, we even came in just under budget! Meredith eliminated almost all of the stress that can come with wedding planning. When we were in the process of researching and choosing a Day-Of Coordinator, the choice became very clear after we interviewed Morgan from Blue Fancy Events. She then ended up far exceeding our expectations all the way through the wedding.
From the jump, Morgan was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, while also being very organized and knowledgeable. Working up to the wedding, she covered every single detail regarding the timeline and what decisions needed to be made. She was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and the wedding rehearsal and day all played out exactly as planned.
Morgan was nice enough to meet with us and our vendors multiple times at the venue to walk through everything, making sure everyone was on the same page. She also did an amazing job with running our rehearsal efficiently and effectively. She created a helpful itinerary for us to share with our wedding party and family as well.
On the wedding day, she was always available to help with the smallest of details, ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible.
Overall, we were very impressed and happy with Morgan and Blue Fancy's reliability and professionalism. Their help made us feel little to no stress leading up to the wedding, and especially on the big day. It doesn't hurt that Morgan is so calming and fun to be around!

If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator and think one of your family members can just do it, you should think again and hire Blue Fancy. We thought we could have a family member do it too but the more wedding planning we did we realized that we definitely needed a day of coordinator. We hired Blue Fancy for day of coordination and set up and take down services and we received so much more than that! Meredith helped organize a meeting with all of our vendors a few weeks before the wedding to go over the timeline of the day and after the meeting we handed everything else to her! Her and her team went above and beyond to make sure our special day went perfect they did everything from creating a timeline for the day,running the rehearsal, bringing the bridal party lunch, set up all of the centerpieces and decorations, and so much more throughout the day. She even loaded up our decorations into her car the day before so we didn't have to worry about any of it the day of. For our mini "destination" wedding in Milwaukee, we used Blue Fancy's "Day-Of Coordination" and "Set-Up and Take-Down" services. Meredith was always professional, and quick to respond to calls and emails, which was greatly appreciated as we were planning our wedding from Chicago. It gave us great peace of mind to know that our planners were contacting and coordinating with all of our vendors, and on top of passing along payments/tips to the day-of. Everyone always says, "I never even thought about having a wedding coordinator/planner until I was underwater with planning and completely overwhelmed." Well I knew from the start I was going to need a day-of coordinator because the last thing I wanted to do on my wedding day (that I spent a year planning) was to worry about vendors showing up and people being where they needed to be. So I found Meredith and she took all the stress off of our big day. I passed off all of my info to her, and she ran with it all with a giant smile on her face. Meredith is the absolute best. My wife and I did most of our initial planning on our own, but we reached a point where it became clear that we needed some help. We met with Meredith to discuss her "partial service" plan, and knew right away we wanted to work with her. She is warm and friendly, and it is clear that she cares about her clients and about what she does. She took the time to ask us about ourselves and our relationship, our vision for the wedding, and any particular concerns we had.
I gave her all of our vendor information and she handled all of the coordination from there on out. She was always easy to reach, and made sure that we always knew what was going on. I'll admit it, I'm a control freak, but I felt comfortable with Meredith handling everything.
The day of the rehearsal I was pretty overwhelmed, but she helped keep me calm-including texting people who were late so we didn't have to worry about it. We gave her all of our decorations and pictures of how we wanted them set up, and when we arrived the next morning everything looked EXACTLY how I pictured it. Absolute perfection. The whole day went incredibly smoothly-I didn't notice a single issue. I was told later that a couple of things had come up, and Meredith had handled them before we even knew.
Our wedding was almost a year ago, and we still talk about how hiring Meredith was the best money spent on our wedding. We are both a little high-strung and typically nervous about other people handling things that are important, but we were instantly comfortable hiring Meredith and are so glad we did. Meredith was professional, savvy, didn't leave any details to chance, flagged potential issues so we could address them prior to the day, liaised with each of our vendors in the week or so leading up to our wedding to ensure everyone was aligned on the plan, and as a result, we were able to sit back and enjoy the day when it came around. We had the pleasure of working with Emily Martin at Blue Fancy, which was honestly one of the best decisions we made in the wedding-planning process. Though Emily was our day-of coordinator, she started working on our event a month out, calling our vendors and putting herself on their radar. When the week of the wedding rolled around, her efforts were evident; all of our vendors told us we were ahead of the game and in great shape—mostly due to Emily's work and communication. The best part? It all happened effortlessly behind the scenes.
Emily also made sure the rehearsal was a breeze—she kept everyone moving and was definitive but polite with her instructions (exactly what you need when you're trying to wrangle a group of excited family and friends). On the day of our wedding, she was at the venue waiting for us so that she could greet/assist the florist, caterer, baker (cake) and DJ. She took care of all the little stuff that we didn't want to deal with, like setting out escort cards, displaying family photos, keeping track of the card box, watching the timeline and a lot of other details we didn't even know she helped out with.

When I started the process of planning our wedding, I quickly became overwhelmed. We had a few basic ideas of how we wanted things to be, but actually figuring out how to make that happen was another story. There are so many options and details to consider, but simply not enough time to work through it, especially considering we started planning in early spring for a late summer/ early fall wedding. I knew we needed help and started inquiring with planners. Meredith responded very quickly to my inquiry and suggested we meet in person. I was impressed by her approach, first getting to know us and the situation before she discussed her approach to the planning process. I found her very approachable and genuine, but most important she is so passionate about what she does. Meredith was hands down my favorite person to work with during my wedding planning process. Imagine its a few months away from the wedding and I suddenly find that working full time and planning this huge wedding is no longer working..... I panic. I message Meredith on a Tuesday during my lunch break and she met me promptly at 5 pm after work just around the corner from where I work, AMAZING!!! She came to the meeting prepared and filled with wonderful ideas and enthusiasm. I knew the second she introduced herself that I wanted to hire here and just kept my fingers crossed that she would be available! Thank goodness, she was! Meredith met with me once more before the day of too learn all the little details, and then again at the venue. The big day quickly approached and as each day passed Meredith made me feel at ease by providing wonderful timelines, instructions to vendors, and contacting each of my vendors. She made sure to tell them that they should contact her instead of me, this was a HUGE RELIEF!!!!!! The big day went amazing it it was all because Meredith went above and beyond. You know when people say things like, "let me know if you need help" and then they find out its raining and don't want to help anymore... I had people like that. Meredith stepped up and helped do EVERYTHING the day of. It was amazing, she told people where to set up chairs, where decorations went, she was a wonderful leader and everything was so perfect. The cherry on top of Meredith being so amazing was that moments before the wedding started I got a call from a friend saying the shuttle never showed up, GASP! Meredith calmly told me , "Everything would be fine, I have this handled." Sure enough, a she found a new bus company in moments and everything was perfect. Meredith is so well connected that when she called the company the woman who answered said, "OH! Is this Meredith! We will get a bus over there in minutes!" I wanted to hire a day-of-coordinator and Fancy Blue ended up being the perfect fit. After our first in person walk through meeting with Alena, my fiancé and I felt a million times better! Looking back, I really don't think our wedding day would have ran as perfectly without Alena. We are forever grateful! She kept us right on schedule the entire day, thought about details that never even crossed our minds, and really made sure we were enjoying our day. On the day of, she picked up and delivered the bridal party’s lunch while we were getting ready, then went over and helped the groom’s party with their boutonnieres. During the wedding she ran out and bought flip-flops for me and my whole party – it really saved our feet! She even drove some of the groom’s family members back to the parking garage when they were ready to leave. I really loved working with Alena - she was so kind and extremely organized. When my now husband and I sat down and started discussing our wedding, he initially said you’re so organized and DIY, why do you need a wedding planner? You could do this with your eyes closed. I explained since we were having an out of town wedding, I thought it would be beneficial, while I couldn’t be there, they could, and also I knew absolutely nothing about planning a wedding. That being said, we agreed to hiring one, but just knew that I needed to find one that I connected to.
I had made a few calls and was able to talk to the various planners on the phone; however, after I talked with Meredith, I called my now husband and said I found my second other half. Immediately, I knew Meredith was the person I wanted to spend the next 8 months planning our wedding with. During the initial conversation it felt as if I was talking to a friend, I shared what we wanted, the vision we had, and it was go time.
I want to emphasize that a destination wedding is not an easy task and an even harder task when your wedding planner is not located in the area. However, Meredith heard what we wanted. She knew we wanted a country wedding, set in a barn, and that we wanted everything outside and relaxed. Within a couple of weeks, she had a list of places for us to review. As we were becoming discouraged with not finding a place due to date or cost, Meredith e-mailed with an additional option. Let me just say she nailed it! This place was absolutely perfect. We set up a time to visit the venue and before we knew it, we were booked! From that point on, Meredith led us to finding perfect vendors from the photographer and videographer, to the food and cake, our guests are still talking about it. With every person we met, it seems Meredith just kept finding more and more people that were cut from the same cloth. Everyone we kept coming in contact with, we were like, we want to be their friends. I kept thinking to myself, this wedding planning thing was a breeze, thank goodness for Meredith! Meredith was by my side every step of the way, with weekly e-mails that answered my questions or her e-mailing with ideas. When need be, we even skyped. Up until the day of our wedding, I never questioned anything. She just had everything so organized. The weekend of, she came up the day before. Because of our relationship that we had built and feeling truly like she was family and not just another number, she came to our rehearsal dinner and hung out with our entire family. The next day she was at the venue early, checking the weather down to the minute, setting up centerpieces, laying out the DIY projects I had made, just the way I had dreamed. There was no stress. We just knew she had everything covered and it was. The day was absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for anything differently.

My now wife was amazing in planning it, and I said "what's the point of having someone help out during the day?" Well, let me tell you, Jan was so amazing on our wedding day. She helped "corral" the troops, had EVERYTHING set up so all Emily and I had to do was show up and enjoy our time. Jan was absolutely worth every penny. Hands down. Best thing we ever did.

I don't even know where to start with Blue Fancy. My husband and I felt at ease from our first phone call with Jan. Planning a wedding is no small feat and I felt like I was about to break until Jan stepped in and took over. Not only did we feel comfortable with her abilities but we felt like we gained a friend! My husband said both on the wedding night at the week following, "I don't know what we would have done without Jan, she's awesome! Like, I could drink a beer with her she's that awesome!" :D
In all seriousness, I had ZERO worries or issues. Everyone was where they needed to be and on time. All of our small, intricate, details were followed to a tee, and I felt like the both of us could truly enjoy our day without having to be interrupted. Jan also blew our parents away by how she followed through on the whole event. Her assistant and herself were there until the end of the night and beyond and took care of clearing decorations, gifts, etc and brought them back to our hotel rooms for us. This was HUGE for us and for our families because it really allowed us to relax after a long day.
Lastly, it's important to note how comfortable Jan made us feel. We loved having her around and her personality and professionalism never wavered! We would recommend Jan and the Blue Fancy team to anyone!

Me and my now husband are very DIY people. We wanted an relaxed, outdoor, fun wedding, and she helped us every step of the way. She helped us figure out what we need, how to get items, and what we can expect for the day of. She even thought about the very tiny details that made all the difference in the world that day. Most importantly, she was by our side for our wedding day. I do not know what I would have done without her. She arrived early at the venue to help set up and to make sure everything was in the correct spot. It made me feel so relaxed knowing she was in charge and I didn't need to worry about another item, only thought about walking down the isle and enjoying the moment.

I cannot thank Blue Fancy enough for ensuring that all the time and care we put into planning our wedding translated to a beautiful day that went off without a hitch. Trevor was our Day-Of Coordinator, and even weeks before the wedding he lent us crucial advice and encouragement as we wrapped up the details. Between a thorough prep phone call and an on-site meeting with vendors, by the time I transferred all of our info over to him I really felt we were all on the same page and he was ready to go - which proved completely true; I keep telling people that in planning a DIY wedding on a budget, hiring Blue Fancy is one of the best choices my husband and I made. From greeting the photographer/caterer/bartenders and getting them set up, to handing me a drink as the reception began, to making sure we stuck to our timeline, he was on top of it. We also hired setup and teardown add-on services through Blue Fancy, so Trevor's assistant came in the morning and at the end of the reception to help him out; between the two of them, the room looked stunning and we got our deposit back no problem. Bonus: Our family and friends got to enjoy the evening just as we did rather than running around packing boxes at midnight. Our wedding was amazing and I was truly able to relax and soak in the experience. I give much of the credit there to Trevor. THANK YOU, Blue Fancy! I don’t even know where to start…but ultimately, Blue Fancy was the best wedding decision we made.
Both my husband and I have worked in corporate events in our careers so we figured we could handle a wedding no problem, but boy, we were wrong.
We hired BFE and Morgan Liddell for the one-month coordination package, but to our surprise, Morgan was still available for our random questions during the whole wedding process. We were planning a Milwaukee wedding from out of state, so having an extra resource for MKE best practices/ ideas was extremely helpful.
Once we were one-month out, Morgan met with us on a weekly basis, answered numerous late-night emails, connected and prepared all our vendors for us, and helped guide us for all the final important steps to take before the day-of.
Wedding emergencies? No problem! Morgan’s professionalism and calm approach were so seamless during the wedding craziness. BFE allows the couple to enjoy every moment of the day without any stress. Our families and wedding parties all felt supported and guided throughout the day so there no questions or issues.
The heart and dedication that Morgan and her team put into their weddings is completely evident; they are so passionate about providing an unforgettable experience to their couples. I cannot recommend them enough.
