Kaitlin at Barefoot to Bowtie was invaluable. She handled all of the coordination with the vendors, helped calm me down when I had to reschedule and replan our entire reception, and most importantly did everything the day of the wedding to make the day seamless and beautiful! I literally gasped when I walked into the venue because it looked incredible. Even if you don’t think you need a coordinator, you do. And you should hire Kaitlin.

We used Kaitlin for our wedding April 2022, in planning a wedding from out of state we hired Kaitlin for the at your disposal package. Kaitlin had great communication and was very organized. She let me make decisions on my timeline without pressure. It was great having someone communicate with vendors on my behalf so I didn’t have to deal with the stress. Day of the wedding myself and my family didn’t have to deal with anything in regards to setup or take down, we truly got to enjoy our day stress free! Due to Covid we last minute changed our venue and date to my parents backyard. I was very overwhelmed with throwing a wedding at home and I could not have done it without Kaitlin! I worked with Kaitlin to be my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond just the day of! We were in communications for a few months before the wedding so that we could be on the same page of how I would need her for the day of- but she also reached out consistently before the day to make sure my vendors were in order, and contracts were correct and taken care of. On the actual wedding day she was my absolute right hand, she pinned my dress multiple times after being stepped on, she packed our extra food up and placed them in an area where we could just leave at the end with them. She came early and left last and she was truly the backbone to making the wedding night go smooth, I would 100% recommend her to everyone who’s interested in enjoying their night with minimal stress- Kaitlin you were the absolute best ❤️❤️

Kaitlin is literally the best wedding day coordinator / event planner out there! Our ceremony was located in a different space than our reception and we brought in a lot of our own decorations so we decided we needed help with coordination and planning. From the moment we met with Kaitlin 30-60 days out (we hired her for day of coordinator), she was a huge help! She helped us with putting together our timeline, working directly with the vendors in the last 30 days, plus she even assisted in setting out ALL of our decorations that we brought AND cleaned up at the end of the night. She was available to help the day before to ensure rehearsal ran smoothly. Our day would not have been perfect without her help!!! She has a lot of expertise and was able to provide us with recommendations in order to make last minute decisions. We are so grateful to have had her be a part of our day and would recommend her to anyone!

I'm so glad to have hired Katie and Kaitlin for our wedding. They helped us navigate all sorts of challenges as a corona couple and helping us figure out our options after corona hit. We were so lucky to be able to execute our wedding, which was a complete replan in just 7 weeks. Barefoot to Bowtie was very attentive to detail down to who is lighting the candles at the reception - I'm detailed oriented but it was one of those small things I hadn't even considered. Kaitlin also advised on timeline, wedding etiquette, helped us execute and was waiting at the end of our beach side ceremony with a smile (and a cocktail!). It was refreshing to just be able to enjoy our day with our bridesmaids and groomsmen and just go to bed as a married couple without having to supervise set up, unpack and repack items. Everything was delivered in our organized totes back to us by the morning.

Kaitlin planned the most awesome graduation party for me!! I thought everyone would be nervous because of Covid but Kaitlin put my guests at ease. I was concerned that the social distancing would keep it from being fun but it totally still was! The food, the music, even the way she arranged the far apart seating was perfect. She even managed to keep my Mom calm and that is not easy, LOL. I highly recommend Barefoot to Bow Tie Events!

Kaitlin planned my daughter's graduation party. I was very nervous about trying to do anything in the current atmosphere but she assured me she could pull off a socially distanced, yet fun event. She handled it so professionally, I was blown away. I knew it would require more work on her part, from extra tables, tents, hand sanitizer everywhere, and just the amount of distance she would have to work and monitor during the party. She put the appetizers in little separate clear cups and it actually looked elegant. Many guests told me they were likewise impressed with how it was handled. She had a plan and thought of things that would have never crossed my mind. I recommend Barefoot to Bow Tie Events without hesitation!
