Alison MendoncaWe hired Pro Wait Staff and Services for our small wedding in the White Mountains. Catherine and her team worked directly with the chef to confirm our needs. We had two staff on the day off that were exceptional. From moving chairs from the ceremony site to the dinner setting, pouring wine, setting the table, and helping us to cut the cake, the two were very friendly and professional. They needed very little direction to ensure the night flowed perfectly. Our suggestion is that a third person might have been nice to attend to our guests' needs- making sure there were no empty glasses. We recommend Catherine and her team to anyone looking to provide an unforgettable experience.
Paul GoodaleWe recently had two servers from Professional Wait Staff & Service for our daughter and future son-in-law's engagement party. This was the first time we have used servers and they were wonderful. Rowan and Susie did a great job in making sure all the food went out as we had planned and clearing and cleaning as needed so that everything looked great throughout our evening. Their presence and the work that they almost invisibly completed allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our guests. Catherine was also great in the planning process and then contacting us before the event to make sure everything was in place to create a seamlessly beautiful celebration. We would highly recommend the services of Professional Wait Staff.
Saba ChowdhryThis was a great experience for us. We were having a very small wedding ceremony at my parents home and our waitstaff was so efficient. I'd never used waitstaff before so I was prepared to discuss everything with them, what dishes to use, when to serve what, explain the food/traditions etc but I absolutely didn't have to. We actually were supposed to have two staff but ended up with one and she was exceptional! As the bride, I did not have to worry about it at all. I highly recommend using this company for your waitstaff needs. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that it does take some time to get in touch with Catherine but once you are in contact she is great.

Esther KosofskyHere in southern NH, we are very fortunate to have Professional Wait Staff & Service right here to make home events happen so smoothly. Recently we hosted a "day-before-the-wedding tent event" in our backyard. We did not want a fully catered event...that was going to be for the wedding on the next day. We wanted a comfortable gathering of all the wedding guests--family & friends & more friends & extended family--from nearby and who'd traveled to share this momentous time in our lives; a get-together to meet and get acquainted before the wedding; an opportunity to schmooze and eat and drink. After contracting Catherine Pollack, she helped guide us as we hired the tent, tables, chairs, service supplies, and more. Thai food, meat to grill, salads, and desserts were ordered and delivered. We purchased wine, beer, and drinks. The waitstaff took care to set up the buffet line with supplies and food, the grill master grilled, the bartender tended the drinks and the 4 hour event was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, the wait staff service was efficient, warm, caring, and the immaculate clean-up went quickly. My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with their professional service. We highly recommend them for any event in your home.

Update: 6/21/2021: Our first indoor event post-COVID. Nick was sensitive to the safety concerns of our guests and provided a great experience through attentive service and post-party clean-up!
