The building was amazing. The staff is very nice and welcoming. My husband had an amazing time aboard a 911 Carrera! His face was illuminated by the experience! The only downside was the Experience for us at the facility. We got there at 3:30 pm & the Restaurant was closed and the Cafe didn't have anything to offer cause they use the restaurant kitchen; this cafe needs to be up and running all day, for the families living the experience. Doesn't have to be fancy but something that families can enjoy as they wait for the loved one's experience(Including juices for the grown-ups). Common PORSCHE THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE! Cause once you get through those gorgeous doors you want it all, inside the cars and at the facilities.

That was so much fun. Got to try out the gt3 and turbo s. You get to try out the track, a straightaway, and some other courses. Instructors are friendly and are there to make sure you have a great time.

Cool spot for Porsche or car enthusiasts. I didn’t get to drive on the track because I procrastinated to book but it was fun visiting and seeing the various models in vibrant colors driving around. I do have one suggestion lol… Someone should fix the door handles upstairs that lead to the balcony. The pull handle should be on the inside and push on the other side…

This place is the best! I have been booking experiences over here for four times already and I’m awaiting for my fifth experience in which would be the accelerated program. I drove 718 GT4, 992 GT3, 992 Turbo S, and Taycan Turbo with three different instructors and they, both cars and instructors, are very awesome! Especially in the booking processes, Michele helped me so many times that I couldn’t be enjoy this many cars without her assistances. The restaurant upstairs is a must-go place, not only because it’s popularities, but also because the food is genuinely great and enjoyable with families and friends.

Amazing facilities! Got sent here for the initial 90min driver training and everything is top notch, from the facilities, the people, the track, the quality instructions and offcourse the awesome cars! When I arrived I signed some waivers then met up with my Porsche Driving Instructor, Eddie. He was very friendly and super helpful. Very detail oriented as he would guide me as I followed behind him on track, both of us driving Taycan's. There is a 1 mile handling circuit which we drove several laps to get acquainted with the machinery, picking up speed as we went. Eddie pointed out when to accelerate, brake and how to take the proper racing lines. There is also a dynamic ground with a short cone course similar to autocross that you go thru, where you learn slalom control, braking and turn-in techniques. There is also a wet pad with sprinklers and a kick plate that when you drive over simulates the car going into a wet slide and you have to counter steer to control it. We tried this several times increasing speeds as we went, probably one of the best activities besides driving the circuit. To me the most remarkable thing was a full recreation of the famous Karusell from the Nurburgring, a 180 degree banked left hander. Was so fun to drive thru it! Overall this place is amazing and highly recommended for quality dynamic driving with top-class instructors!

Excellent experience with the most accommodating, and friendly staff. Had an incredible Demo Lap with Hunter! He took me out on the track and really showed me what a professional driver can do with a Porsche. Afterwards, I had the most amazing lunch at 917 with my daughter and son-in-law. The General Manager, Oliver greeted us so warmly, and sat us at a table with a great view of the track. He shared how the chef and his staff produced everything on the menu from scratch from locally sourced items. We started our edible adventure with the delicious Peruvian Scallops and the presentation as amazing! I then had the Dungeness Crab Pasta with Pesto Sauce, a recommendation by Oliver, with handmade pasta and hands down, the best pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten. Of course we had to indulge ourselves with dessert where I had the Milk Chocolate Namelaka with toasted marshmallow ice cream. There are no words to express how good this dessert was, which was accompanied by a cup of fresh brewed coffee. Very reasonably priced and incredibly delicious, lunch at 917 is truly worth your time, and your tastebuds will love it. Again, the staff were so friendly and made the whole Porsche Experience, truly a memorable one!

For my birthday my son brought me here for a ride in a 911 GT3 for 2 high speed laps on their track. After that we had a very nice lunch in their 917 restaurant. Perfect day. The appetizer is octopus and was excellent.

Drove up in a group with the Porsche Club of America San Diego Region for the Morning Shift Cars and Coffee. My prejudice as a 911 owner and a longtime fan of the marque aside, I can say my wife and I were very impressed with the facility. Great layout, displays, and of course, the sound of the GT3s on the track is my favorite mechanical music of all!

I’ve been to the Porsche Experience Center 3 times and every time I leave with a big smile and can’t wait until I return. I’ve driven the 911 Carrera S, 911 Carrera 4S and 718 GT4. Next trip I’m booked to drive a 718 GTS. The handling circuit has lots of elevation mixed in to create the perfect place to experience these wonderful cars. The coach gives helpful pointers on lines, braking, rotation through the corners and applying power. I recommend you contact Michele and discuss the best way to experience this place. She has been a joy to work with and very helpful. Make sure you have lunch in the restaurant overlooking the track after your drive…

Never experienced Porsches (on a closed circuit) before. I got to drive the 911 Turbo S and the Taycan Turbo S. It was intimidating at first as I didn't trust the cars/tires/myself. But after a couple of laps with the instructor setting the pace, lap by lap I felt more comfortable braking later, accelerating earlier, turning tighter, etc. Fishtailed a couple of times so that was fun to experience :). I'm going to do it again when I'm in LA/Toronto/ATL in the future. I want to try the GT3 and the GT4! I'm not sure if there are any legal concerns, but I wish there was an onboard camera or something to film the whole experience so the customer can take it away to share with others.

Had our appointment at 12:30 PM my son and I, he knows how much I LOVE Porsche Cars sense I was a kid it was a total surprise for me. Well unless you own or been there let me tell you the experience is out of this WORLD!!!!!! The best adrenalin I've ever experienced in my LIFE!!!! Not a racetrack. They don't sell Porsche here. You need to go anyway. Home of Porsche Motorsports North America race team, this place is car heaven. You can see track only cars being built, vintage racers being restored, customer race cars being repaired or upgraded etc. This place looks like a lab with floors clean enough to eat on and you can view it all through the glass from inside the gallery. The Experience Center offers Drivers development courses, everything from mastering the manual to GT3 vs Turbo S, demo laps in the new all electric Taycan, and more. A seriously awesome restaurant, 917 is located upstairs overlooking the driving courses and is named after the LeMans winning blue and orange Gulf 917 race car driven by Steve McQueen in the movie Lemans. The chef is incredible. Private rooms available for dining. Downstairs features a gallery of ever revolving cars, some you wouldn't even get to see at the Peterson. The Porsche Design retail store, cafe with outdoor dining, simulator lab with VR, and rooms for business meetings and conferences, weddings etc. A company can spend the day here with meetings, breaking for meals and drive experiences. This is a special place that costs nothing to visit but has shopping, dining, and driving for the car aficionado.

Rented a GT3, had a blast. Had to dial it back a little as the track was still pretty wet, but even in the end they let us on the handling course. Too bad the cafe and restaurant were closed. It was nice to know the workers I talked to were passionate about cars... spent a few minutes talking about F1 with a few of them

What an awesome experience! Got this as a gift for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations. The facilities are immaculate and there are a handful of classic road and race cars on display. The entire operation is run very well, timely and professional (as you'd expect from Porsche). You check in and receive a badge, shortly after your instructor comes out and greets you and introduces himself (you spend the entire time with the same instructor). My instructor, Hunter, was awesome! Easygoing, gave great direction and really had me pushing the car and my limits harder and harder. I drive the 911 GT3 and the Turbo. Both awesome for very different reasons. My wife drove the Cayman and had a blast as well. After we had lunch at restaurant 917. It was pricey and the quality was definitely there. Octopus appetizer was good, burger was excellent and the pretzel bread was great and came with 911 Carerra shaped butter. Overall I highly recommend PECLA. Whether your a car nut like me or just want to learn car control and performance driving techniques, there is something for everyone.

Amazing though expensive experience, but very memorable! I felt the money was well spent. Had a half hour session on a Porsche driving simulator, then was driven flat out for 2 laps around the 53 acre track in a Porsche GT3 RS by a very competent race driver. If you enjoy fast cars, you won't want to miss this!! Afterwards, we ate in the "Restaurant 917," which has been rated as one of the top 10 restaurants in LA. I cannot argue with the rating. Nothing about this experience was cheap! But I'm really glad I did it!

The restaurant 917 is a 5 stars hidden gem . Most people associated this restaurant with the Porsche driving track and experience center more than a great restaurant to come to enjoy the great menu that the chef took his time to prepare. The selection is worthy of other much more expensive restaurants in the Los Angeles metropolitan area but at a very reasonable price. The food tastes fresh and extremely well presented. It is definitely worth checking it out and give the 917 restaurant the credit that the team deserved. As an added benefit, there is a large display of current and past Porsches on the entrance of the place.

This pace is awesome. First class all the way and great instructors. You really can't beat going 115 on a drag strip parallel to the 405 freeway just whipping by all those cars stuck in traffic. The road course is amazing and the slick track, well I need more practice. Can't wait to come back and do it again.

This is the best place to bring a Porsche enthusiast in the West Coast! I brought my family here to dine at 917 Restaurant. The staff were welcoming and the food was phoenomenal! The setting is a great place for occasional events whether you are into Porsche or not. It was my first time here and I will definitely book lunch and the driver's training some time in a special occassion.

All I can say is WOW! Holy cow! That was amazing! Most exciting 90 minutes of my life! My driving coach is a Formula Indy driver and he taught me a lot. The courses really develop your skills in ✨ the car and after dives in various slick skills courses, you go back on the track with a ton more confidence in what you and your car can do. Incredible historic Porsches inside the showroom. Incredible drive on the course! Amazing 2 hours of car fun!

Great afternoon with Porsche. Ernie was a fantastic coach and enjoyed the tour, lunch and 90 minutes of great driving. Highly 1:1 with a great amount of seat time. Would recommend this to anyone both Porsche owners and those that can just appreciate fantastic engineering and the enthusiasm that comes from those that love motorsports.

What can I say about The Porsche Experience but "WOW" ! And I sent photos to friends and there response is WOW! They have a small but potent car museum. The have ground floor cafe called Speedster and on the second floor Restaurant 917. The food is very good! And the Porsche employees are very nice. Next time will be on The Track! You can drive a 911s for one and a half hour for $500. Pretty good price. Can't wait!

My wife and I have been racing GT cars for years. We signed up for the accelerated 4-hour program, expecting 60-90 minutes of seat time and a bunch of the usual chalk talk. Instead each of us spent the entire time in the car, half on the racetrack and half running very useful car control exercises, rotating the car with throttle, drifting, slalom. Learned several nuances on brake release and hand speed. Both of our coaches were superb, communicated well and tailored the program to our driving level. I was honestly delighted, and we're planning to go back for more. Also, the Porsche Center is a candy store if you like sports cars and Porsches in particular, and the 917 restaurant is excellent.

Stunning... amazing... magnificent... blown away! You have to check this place out. Great conference rooms for corporate events and the Porsche Simulator was super fun getting to race against coworkers. Plus we stuck around for a demo lap ... I recommend the GT3 (stars and sripes)... totally worth the upgrade. The food was great too and the show room has some very classic and amazing cars to look at and take pictures with.

I came here for a test ride event for the Porsche Taycan Turbo S. The track was amazing to experience. The vibe was awesome and the coffee was great. I saw someone receive a personal delivery of the new 911 Speedster. This is a perfect spot for Porsche fans.

I had a great time at the Porsche Experience Center. I was enticed by the opportunity to explore the low-traction offerings and I thought that was a lot of fun (although I was slightly bummed that the hydraulic kick plate was out of service the day I visited). The handling circuit was also more fun than I thought it would be. Mitch provided a lot of helpful instruction and I got to experience some stuff that a normal track day doesn't provide. The description for the driving experiences states 90 minutes and I would say that's accurate. There was minimal downtime and there was a good mix of instructional example and then coaching as you try out the techniques the instructor presented. The simulator was also a lot of fun and though I was skeptical of how effective the VR experience would be I found that it really added depth to the experience and even worked comfortably on top of my glasses. I'm no food critic but the meal I had at Restaurant 917 was the best meal I had while visiting LA and I made a specific effort to seek out tasty things. Overall I'd definitely recommend visiting and would like to come back sometime soon.

Honestly, I had to take 1 star away. I would have given them 6 but we didn't get to experience the restaurant. Closes at 2pm. This was the most fun thing to do. It's like the adult version of Universal Studios. The staff is awesome, the place is as clean as a surgery, the track is sooooo fun it took me 2 days to write the review. I was just blown away. (But keep the restaurant open for the afternoon session!)

Another trip to this track and another epic day. I highly recommend coming here and trying out some cars. Very friendly staff and extremely informative. They have so many different modules as they call them where you can learn the different handling characteristics of these cars.

This is one of the easiest and yet most difficult reviews to write... It is easy, because the Porsche Experience really is AMAZING! (but capitals and an exclamation mark just don't seem enough)... It is difficult, because they do so many things right, and I feel they ALL need to be mentioned - where to begin... Not so easy; from the moment I got through on the phone with Jeffery, who most surprisingly found me a cancellation just a few days before my desired time to visit (I only had a one-day window), and he was patient in listening to my excitement, actually adding more of his, to make me even more excited - and I would be even more excited as my experience approached... To the on-line communication when I did not realize my confirmation may have been processed by my e-mail as spam - and when following up, getting the most reassuring reply by e-mail from Simi - assuring me my ride is secure and my credit card accepted... And the all smiling reception staff, and security member, when I may have just got there pretty well at opening - hoping to get a glimpse at some of the nicest Porsche vehicles, both in the reception hall, and the adjacent vehicle maintenance facility - the glass windows provide unrivaled views. The initial contact with my professional driver, Ricky, was so genuine, so sincere, and so enthusiastic, I thought he was more anxious to go for a drive than was I - all my anxiety, fear and apprehension left in the "pits"... This was a driver, ready to share his wisdom, respect for the sport and obvious love for Porsche... I suddenly realized I was in for the time and drive of my life - and when we got to the Porsche 911T - the "basic" model in some ways, even being equipped with a 7-speed manual stick, Ricky's immediate tour, highlighting of the car's features, it's design to make it a driver's car - I suddenly realized why "there is no substitute" An explanation of the gauges, seat adjustment and settings; and we were off, Ricky (grinning ear-to-ear) at the wheel to get me used to the track layout. Immediately he shared his extensive knowledge about the track's acceleration, braking, shifting and apex positions - so simply, so convincingly and so confidently; I was ready to take over with no fear (or just a little)... There was a lot to think about, but once I was behind the wheel, his calm yet deliberate voice made my speed keep climbing, my braking seem effortless, and my corner apex positions confident - and I have never been on a race track, and even though I do own two Porsche, and drive a lot - this is totally different, and legal... You CANNOT duplicate a track experience on a road - the short, precise motions of the car are unique to such a closed circuit - some may say, the "car is the star", and so, in that case, Ricky was its "soul"... The 90 minutes flew by; besides the track (handling circuit), there are some 6 other driving experiences - all uniquely different, and all more fun than the last - my cheeks are still hurting from all the grinning, and I write this 6 hours later! The most amazing part is the confidence you develop; needless to say, the professional driver makes the experience one you will never forget. When the experience was over, the sheer joy of Ricky's enthusiasm as to how much fun we had was almost another highlight, and perhaps a further "experience" - I felt like we had just conquered Le Mans, and won... If there had been a podium there, I would have stepped on it! Ricky was that GOOD! Of course we would have shared it... BUT it was not over - the professional drivers went for a quick break, prior to the next lot of "champions", and I went to take pictures - lucky enough to run into Dave, head of Experience bookings. I noted the missing email and its have going to spam, and he enthusiastically and understandingly explained the reason, but so delighted it had been worked out so well by Simi. He knew I had fun, my smiles and enthusiasm were now contagious, as were Peter's, head of the pro divers - so happy and sincere! - and I'm out of space ... ;-)...

Wow. Awsome. First Class Experience. Dress comfortable but look good, this place isn't low end. The showroom/waiting room is Porsche, much like Bloomingdales or Neiman Marcus.... Tip Top. Safety is the #1 priority here, so don't show up with a vodka rox in your system, you won't drive. The co-pilots are not here to hold you back, they are here to show you how a Porsche drives the various modules. They encourage you to let it loose, but if your a clown, don't expect to do what you want. Adam was my co-pilot, I learned more about under/over steer then i really knew. He demonstrated what he wanted to see and I was able to launch, slide, rally, and track...... If you own a Porsche or thinking about getting one YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!!!! The whole experience is something everyone should experience if you really want to feel a true rig. You have to be 21 also, so you might want to keep the kids at batting practice. There is a waiting room and venue for guest to just watch... if you get a water it's roughly $4.00. We did Two 1.5hr drives. The first 1.5 in the morning, I took out a Carrera S and the Second 1.5, I took out a GTS. We were tired at the end of the day. If you do 1.5, you're going to have to rush around and might not have all the time in the world .... but Two 1.5 seemed perfect. *** YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND UNDER STEER AND OVER STEER..... *** Also the co-pilots DON'T ask for tips but tip!!!! Porsche - LA Experience = A+

We were so impressed with how much time you actually spend behind the wheel: every minute of time in your session! The cars were almost unbelievably fast and we learned a ton. CAR LOVERS DREAM If you've ever admitted or wondered what it's like to drive one of the coolest cars in history this is the place for you. You can five the real deal or pay around with one of the simulators. The showroom floor acts as a museum of unique and classic Porche'sand there's a fun retail store (mini Porche for the kid anyone?). Food and bar as well as great meeting space. This place is a dream come true.

Super friendly staff and even more knowledgeable instructors. I came as a way to learn more about driving my own car on a track, particularly regarding the kick plate and other low traction sections. My instructor had an impressive driving background and was able to give great input to correct any issues I had in each section. By the end of the brief time frame I had with the Cayman I learned a great deal about the track and feel much more prepared to drive my own Corvette. I cant wait to go again!

Every time I come to this place, it makes my entire day, week, and month. I would say year too, except I love it so much that I have to return more than just once a year otherwise I start to miss it so much. The food is over-the-top amazing. I’ve had the burger many times and it never fails. The spanish octopus is the single best octopus dish I’ve ever had (yes, I happen to have tried many of these and nobody comes close the getting the same perfect charred crust than at 917). The desserts are always unique and amazing. The vibe is just awesome. I’ve never had the chance to drive a car there but I hope one day I can.

Awesome day at the Porsche Experience! I wound highly recommend to anyone who loves driving and high performance automobiles. 8 different tracks which you get to experience with a professional instructor over 90 min (8th track is offroad for Cayenne only). During my first visit, had a great lunch at the 718 restaurant while watching the activities take place on the track area below that the restaurant overlooks. As a Porsche owner and fan, this was such a great place to visit. As you enter you see a couple of legendary Porsches (including a 919 and 918 Spyder) as well as a life size Lego Porsche for good measure. You are free to roam around the place, which we did, then had lunch at restaurant 917 which was delicious! While lunching, we got to overlook the track where people were partaking in the track experience (which I hope to do next time). We then hung out outside near the track on some couches just enjoying the sights. Great experience overall!

I held a corporate event there August 29th 2019 for about 120 people and it went amazing. The venue itself is wonderful, you walk in to a showroom filled with about 10 Porsches ranging from current the classic. The staff is warming friendly at the door and very helpful throughout the day. There's amazing cafe on the first floor and the patio out front with a full view of the track. You can head upstairs to the bar and catch an even better bird's eye view of the track and people taking test laps around it. I had a arranged for 15 members of my team to take a lap on the track and all of them came back and said the same thing "That was the best experience I've ever had!" For those who didn't get a lap around the track, and even some of those that did, took their turn in the virtual reality track in the back... It was so popular that people were lining up for 20-30 minutes to wait their turn in in attempt to get on the leaderboard. The catering team was on point with food and drinks as well at popcorn machines arranged outside and hors d'oeuvres that were flowing the continuously. I can honestly give this my highest recommendation and say that it not only met but exceeded my expectations and that of my team. We will be back soon!

I had an awesome experience, made for a perfect B-day present for me. Was lucky enough to drive a new Cayman GTS 4.0 Exceptional car. It could take getting flogged on half of the day with no problem. The brakes and balance were top tier, as you would expect from Porsche. I had a great instructor who let me decide which module I wanted to drive most, which was the track. I did 2 other car control modules as suggested by my instructor, but I wanted as much "track time" I could get. So props to the instructor for even letting me do that. If you want more time on the handling course, aka the track, mention it in the beginning to your instructor. Would recommend, hopefully I'll be back again some day. I definitely want to try some of the other module's the course has to offer.

Fantastic driving experience. This was my first time in a rear-engine car, a car with more than 200hp, and the only time I've broken the rules of civilized driving we're supposed to exhibit in public. My instructor, Abdul, did a great job explaining everything like I was five, and working within my limits but also pushing me to improve. I'll be back to revisit the low-friction circle and nail my oversteer techniques, and perfect my lines through corners on the handling circuit.

Outstanding! My dad and I just completed the GT3 vs Turbo Experience and were extremely impressed. The facility is top notch and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. This is a very well run and organized facility. The whole experience seems geared to maximize your time behind the wheel. Special shout out to my amazing instructor Jonathan, at one point during the experience I began to feel some motion sickness (not something totally uncommon I suspect), Jonathan did an outstanding job of communicating with me to make sure I was doing alright and without telling me I suspect modified a couple of the activities to minimize my mild discomfort. Overall we had a great time, the experience isn’t cheap but it’s absolutely worth it!

I had a great experience here. I did the package where you have two cars, the 911 GT and a mid engine Porsche. My instructor was excellent and really put me through the paces on the quarter mile as well as on the drifting course. I was really challenged on driving down an ‘icy hill’. I also like the challenge where you have to recover from a sideswipe similar to a pit maneuver. I had to do that half a dozen times before I mastered it. My favorite remains the drifting course as well as the quarter mile.

The 750hp pure EV Porsche was an incredible treat to use on this great track and driver training facility. Kyle was a fantastic instructor, and protected me well from my over-ambitious perception of my drifting skills on the wet skid pad. He also got me comfortable on a line around the track in just a few dozen laps. I needed the sound effects off, and it let me just listen to the tires screaming through corner after corner, passing the gas Porsches on the track easily with our beastly pure EV machines. Worth every penny spent, next time I will do the handling road course for all 90min, I learned so much every lap. I will also remember to bring cash to tip my instructor, who was awesome! Simply amazing experience! I had the best time driving Porsche’s finest at their full potential. The center has everything you would expect and more from a brand of Porsche’s caliber: great car exhibit, fantastic line up of Porsches to choose from, a challenging track to push the cars and drivers limits, and even a bar with deck view right by the track for accompanying guests. The team is super friendly and the instructors are really passionate and knowledgeable. I personally recommend Sean, my instructor, who somehow managed to get me to a point where I was really confident pushing the limits and was able to fully enjoy what my Carrera 4S has to offer. I was honestly shocked by how much progress I was able to do in 2h. Cherry ont top of the cake, the all experience is completely COVID friendly.

It is an indescribable experience. My instructor, Armin, was amazing with his lead and direction. He gave me all the knowledge I needed to be able to apply on the track. I had SO much fun here, and during this pandemic, I got to ride with a radio in the car while following my instructor. Apparently that's a bit more advanced than having someone just next to you, guiding you. The communication is clear and concise, and you will not be left wondering what to do. EXCELLENT! Paid for 2 Turbo S experiences. Paid for 3 hours of drive time....tons of waiting. Maybe 1 hour of drive time considering all the lines. Also had to wait on Instructor to use the restroom in the middle of our "experience". Instructor was split between the 2 of our cars on a walkie talkie....tried to say it was because of Covid....other cars had their own instructors no walkie talkie...seemed more like their way of keeping it cheap for Porsche. We arrived early and expected a good day of fun, but for paying 2 grand definitely would not recommend. Instructor wanted us to do more of the cones courses repeatedly where he could stand outside the car and chat with other instructors...when asking to go do other track activities instructor was pushy and just came off as uninterested in us having a good time.

In the middle of this crazy pandemic, I needed a break and I'm very glad I went to PEC LA. I had a fantastic time there and my instructor, Chase, was wonderful. I like that I had my own car, so it felt like a very "covid safe" activity, or as much as it can be in these crazy time. To be sure, it's not a cheap way to spend your day, but it was worth it for me and I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Here's a nice tip - if you do one of the drive experiences, you also get 10% off in the gift shop and I did that to buy some souvenirs. Overall, a wonderful time and I look forward to doing this again.

Great experience. More than what I expected. Did the turbo vs gt3 package. My instructor James was very knowledgeable and friendly. Drove the entire 90 minutes. Didn’t seem that long and then the experience was over. Time flies when you are having fun. Did about 50 minutes on the turbo and 40 minutes on the gt3. The kick plate module and the launch control especially with the turbo was awesome. My wife was going as a visitor and when we got there she decided to do the Boxster package. She also had a blast. Highly recommend this place.

I did the Porsche experience with a group of about 11 guys for a guys weekend thing, it was way better then I thought it would be. Depending on the car you get price can range from 500 to 1k, in my opinion no need for the pricy car. Got 1.5 hours and never felt rushed. There are lots of things to do so if you like something speak up. I thought the race track was by far the best, drifting on the water wheel is also fun. Just an FYI if your planning on a large group so how its cheaper to book individually, not sure why. Still can't figure out if your suppose to tip the instructors or not though... Sorry Jonathan if I was... You were awesome

I didn't know what to expect coming to the experience center. I knew I would get behind the wheel but I didn't know I would really "drive". Yes we may drive on a day to day basis but this driving is amazing, fun, exciting, heart racing but importantly safe and educational. I was so excited going in to this and I left feeling even happier and more knowledgeable about digging. I was ready to sign up for another session then and there. I can't wait to return and share with family. I don't know if reachi school is a thing but this is close to it and I love that's it's nearby. Mike was a great teacher and I hope to return and use him on my return.

Truely was the perfect experience. This place is on point. We started with an incredible lunch at restaurant 917. Then soaked in the amazing collection of Porsches in the museum, which are apparently rotated with new ones every 3 weeks. Then out to the track to drive 2020 GT2s . Zach and Micheal were our instructors and these guys were the best of the best. We can't say enough good things about these two. Professional, clearly very talented drivers and incredibly good at teaching. I learned so much and we had so much fun. Great driving experience. Instructor Kyle was very informative and quick to offer tips to improve. Unfortunately it felt like the time went by too quickly even though it was 1.5 hours. There were so many different courses to try that by the Time you start feeling like you're getting the proper hang of one thing, you feel the need to try something else. On my next outing I will definitely focus on those things to improve driver skill (e.g. skid pad, kick plate, etc).

I come here for lunch every so often at the Speedster Cafe. The Cafe employees have gotten to know my group and our preferences. We like the sandwiches, which can vary from time to time. They come with a small mixed green salad and you get real silverware for an elegant touch. The Cafe can run out of choices if there is a big group that passes through the center though. There is a lot of seating to eat, chat and watch the cars navigate the track options.

Had the most fun on the skid pad and kick plate. Wish the handling circuit was less "twisty mountain drive" and more "track day" aggressive ingress and egress. The straight was fun for a few launches to test launch control and that's about it. Going again and will spend most of my time on the low friction surfaces.

Driving Coach: Kyle Mohan The entire experience was a blast. Everyone was friendly, informative and cared about making this experience awesome. The course I selected was Mid vs Rear which is the 718 Cayman/Boxster S and 911 Carrera S. Just a few minutes before your time, pre-selected coaches will find you to introduce themselves, talk about your expectations and what you plan to get out of the experience. I started off with the Boxster S and ended with the Carrera S. My favorite modules were the Low Friction Circle, Kick Plate and the high speed acceleration. I plan to take a few more courses here and would highly recommend the experience to gain and improve your current skills. I also recommend Kyle Mohan. Surprisingly the dining area gets packed so highly recommend Open Table reservation Decor: 5/5 -Beautiful dining area. There is a private dining room -Wide open panoramic glass windows of the track area which also helps bring in lots of light Service: 4/5 -Overall good service, as expected from Porsche -Server dropped some silverware Food: 4/5 -917 Burger as highly recommended by the reviews. This thing is hefty and will make you full. I do not recommend eating before the driving experience -This burger is so rich and flavorful that I could not finish the entire thing without being put into a food coma

Fabulous Food and Superb Service Two couples lunched at Restaurant 917 so that we could watch the Porsches race on the tracks; little did we know what a treat we would have. The food was not only perfectly prepared, but it was beautifully presented. We all shared several appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Everything, from the oysters to the octopus was mouth watering; however, our server was what made the entire lunch extra special. Ben Pfenninger was helpful and informative in so many ways: the Porsches, the Porsche experience, our wine pairing, and overall knowledge of the restaurant. Porsche Restaurant 917, our server, and everything at the Porsche Experience was worth our drive. What a fun Saturday afternoon!

A beautiful track with various porsches available to drive on a variety of tracks ranging from straight road course to skid pads, water conditions and even an off road area for SUVs. Don't forget to stop by the gift shop for genuine Porsche merchandise. Also a small cafe serves coffee, espresso, sandwiches and pastries. If you just want to come watch others race around the track stop by the restaurant upstairs.

If you're a car enthusiast, this is for you. PECLA is a state of the art facility. They have numerous Porsche models inside the building and give you visual access to Porsche Motorsports, who shares the building. I did the GT3 vs Turbo and had a blast. My instructor Mike was EXCELLENT and I will 100% come back and work with him again. I had 6 completed 6 different circuits in total: handling, launch control, drifting, G-Force, Skid-plate, and the ice hill. Mike made sure I got to understand the difference between the 2 cars. Once I figured out that I preferred the GT3, we focused the rest of my time on that vehicle. 5/5

Saw their Black Friday ad for 20% off driving courses and decided to go with my dad to blow off some steam and learn a couple of new driving techniques. The event was very well organized and the time spent in and out of the car was enough to make you feel confident around the circuit and on the road as well. We had a fantastic instructor by the name of Chase who was very patient and knowledgeable about the 911 platform which made the learning curve of the car that much easier. We participated in the Carrera S course which allowed us to see the full power of the 992 generation, as well as sharpen our car handling skills. I will 100% be coming back for more events in the future and for other courses they offer here. My only complaint is that we missed out on getting the 4 year anniversary pins that they were giving out that day, but the overall experience was positive and exciting. One of the greatest values for the experience as well as learning about Porsche’s motor sports pedigree.
