I could not recommend Katherine, and the Bella Baxter Team, more highly! As a type A, former event planner, I knew I needed a wedding planner that would bring my wedding to life while letting me be a part of the process as much as I wished. Katherine did all that and more! She was a saving grace through the entire planning process, was thoughtful to ensure our budget was used smartly, and fielded not only planning calls, but “I’m stressed” calls from me and my mom. I’m forever thankful to Katherine for brining our dream wedding to life and being the best to work with!

Bella Baxter Events is absolutely AMAZING. Leslie was my planner and I could not have asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable, organized, and kind wedding planner. I was planning from out of state but Leslie still found a way to fit into my crazy travel schedule and was always willing to zoom about things. If details can be overwhelming for you, the Bella Baxter ladies have you covered! They were there when I was overwhelmed and needed help narrowing down my vision, but they were equally on board for the few hyper specific things I knew I wanted. They recommended absolutely excellent vendors and I could not have had such an amazing day without them I cannot recommend them enough! BBSE was one of the best decisions we made towards planning our wedding day. We had to changed our wedding plans multiple times (including the date, location, vendors) throughout COVID19. Each time Katherine and Leslie made the process as painless as possible coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring every detail of our wedding was taken care of. They listened to our wedding day vision and made it all come true. BBSE was professional, organized, and creative during every step in our wedding planning process.

With Bella Baxter Events, Katherine + Co are the best of THE BEST. I can not speak highly enough of their professionalism and honestly this group is OUTSTANDING in the field of event planning. Katherine was an event planner, a sort of maid of honor, therapist and laborer all rolled into one awesome human. She made our wedding look and feel like it was 100x more expensive than it was, reassured every single one of my concerns (which with her were far and few between if any), and made sure that my fiancé's voice and my voice were heard throughout this whole process (and believe me, wedding planning is a PROCESS- no matter how big or small). We had a church ceremony followed by an outdoor tented reception and Katherine and her crew handled the craziness of lawn care, transportation, lighting, catering, generators, plumbing, etc. (aka putting together a wedding from SCRATCH) like it was no big deal. I had ZERO stress the week of my wedding or on the actual day of my wedding which is rare, and its all thanks to Katherine and her team for their tireless and completely organized efforts. A lot of couples say "take me back" when it comes to their weddings, and now so do I thanks to Katherine! I wish I could go back, do it all again, just to see her bring the most beautiful wedding from nothing to life. With Katherine as my wedding planner, I was able to say "whatever Katherine thinks is best" and completely defer to her judgement on a lot of things, and I was never disappointed. Our guests were blown away and are still talking about the food, the cake, the band, the atmosphere, the design, the flowers, the everything! You will not regret using her! Katherine, David, EVERYONE who works for BBE, if you are reading this- you are amazing! You made my wedding unforgettable, so enjoyable, and more beautiful than I think anyone else could have done it. I appreciate y'all and I hope your other clients know how special y'all are!

We hired Katherine to plan our dream wedding at Moss Mountain Farms in Roland, AR. We hired her 6 months in advance. She took care of everything - we just had to answer questions about what we wanted. She listened to what we wanted and showed us multiple options. The vendors she recommended were first rate. We ended up having to delay the ceremony due to Covid-19. She was instrumental in notifying vendors and staying on top of the changes. She also coordinated our special day and it went off like a dream. This service was worth every penny we paid for it. This review is long overdue! Hiring Bella Baxter Special Events was the best decision my now wife, Jodi and I made during the early planning stages of our wedding. We wanted a wedding that shared everything we loved about Memphis and our life here with all of our families and friends, and we wanted the reception to be the best party any one had ever attended. Katherine and team more than succeeded in making all of that possible. Each of the vendors she recommended were more than outstanding! Almost two years later, people still talk about the amazing catering! The arrangement of our outdoor settings and decor, staging a local music venue and coordinating with our local musicians, as well as the best floral designer with the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen - Katherine kept everything running smoothly and did not miss a beat during what was hands-down the best day of my life. Katherine supported our vision of creating a non-traditional ceremony that included things that veered from the norm, like string quartet music ranging from Elvis to AC/DC and vows from each of our attendants. Everything about the day was perfect. Executing our vision was not easy, but Katherine put all the pieces together in such a way that Jodi and I never had to worry about a single detail on our wedding day, and that piece of mind is what hiring an event planner is all about! Absolutely no regrets and I recommend BBSE & Katherine 100% if you are in need of someone to make all the pieces of your dream wedding day fall together perfectly.

Hiring Bella Baxter Events for my wedding, was one of the best decisions I made. As a type-A with an event planning history, I wanted to plan it all out myself. But I needed someone to execute it so that I could experience my wedding day as the bride, not the event planner. As I planned each detail, Katherine offered expert and experienced advice. As we got close the wedding, she took over contacting all my vendors and volunteers to make sure plans were on track. I took her out of her comfort zone using so many volunteers and family for so many things, but she executed flawlessly. The day of the event, she coordinated everything by visualizing my dream perfectly. The end result was nothing short of magical! She did so much for me, and on a fee that fit my budget. I hope I have occasion to hire Katherine again!

Not only did Katherine curate a beautiful wedding theme, from the furniture to the food, she really worked with me and my family to keep our wedding special. Dear First Reviewer - It is hard to take a review seriously if you not only use improper grammar, but your spelling of the planners' names is incorrect. Bella Baxter Special Events planned my wedding in 2017 and did so efficiently and gracefully. I had almost 350 guests and two days of events to plan. They were able to keep me on track as I have a very busy job and most of the planning was able to be done through text messages, emails, 5 minute phone calls, and a shared Pinterest board. BBSE is the company you want if you have a busy career and don't want to spend every waking minute planning a wedding. They were transparent with the pricing of their vendors and for their planning services. Two years later, I still have people talking about our wedding. The entire event made it to a bridal magazine. BBSE is your team if you want a crew that will plan a memorable event.

This review is a bit delayed because there is so much to say! I could not be more grateful to the Bella Baxter team. Before having them take on my wedding, I was a bit disorganized and chaotic. I was lost in regards to what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. However, once they took over everything was easy! Their communication is TOP NOTCH! If I had a question I knew I would hear back from them immediately. They also LISTENED to what I wanted and executed it perfectly which helped bring my "provençal-themed" wedding to life! The wedding day itself flowed so smoothly. They not only created the perfect wedding timeline for me, my bridal party, and my vendors but they kept everything on track! I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew they had my back. They definitely go above a beyond what is expected of them. You can tell that they truly care about what they do.
