Beautiful event center with lots of space. They had intimate spaces with sofas and chairs grouped together in the corners, a dance floor, dining room, and an outdoor patio and fireplace. Our group was very large, but it never felt crowded. They had amazing food and excellent service! The parking is right behind and very convenient. This is a gorgeous facility, and our group had a GREAT time here! Definitely recommend checking them out if you need to host a nice event!

I'm a professional magician, speaker, and emcee. Whenever a client needs an event venue I send them to the Crane Bay. Every element of this venue is top notch, including their A/V team and capabilities. The venue has a great theme and decor, but is flexible enough that it can be dressed up into a professional or elegant atmosphere. You won't regret it!

Beautiful event center with catering and plenty of open venue space. Gala was heald here for a work function. Great open patio with exit to the parking lot. This is a great corporate, private or even wedding venue.

Impress with the way Crane Bay is able to transform this space! Feels like your walking into another dimension or a teleportation device. The food and accommodations were all A-1!

Edit to my original rating of 3 stars. In hindsight my original rating was based on an event organized by a 3rd party company that had no affiliation with the Crane Bay Event Center. While the company that organized the event was unorganized, the center itself was clean, modern, and had great space for the event.

This place is awesome. I visited an event there. The set up was amazing. I like that you can separate the room into smaller spaces to host several things at the same time.

Super event space...especially for corporate and non-profit events. Great location in the city too. We've also photographed weddings here. We love the outdoor space that it offers in addition to the vast indoor space. It can really be dressed up or down. Super staff.

Beautiful, simple, clean, work great food and an accommodating staff. Could use a little larger and solid parking lot - half of it is rocky dirt which doesn't work well on rainy days for formal events.

Came for a Colts pregame tailgate and had an absolute blast. Bar tenders were friendly and the food was delicious (tacos, bagel bar, meat spread, etc). Corn hole and fire pit out back are a great bonus. If you’re coming for a colts game you do need to pay for parking in advance, but there are several cheaper lots within two blocks on game day.

Food, location, venue, service and decor.. It's a win!!!! So hip and understated yet with a quiet urban elegance. Fireplaces, chic simple decor, drapes and lighting make this a wonderful setting for a cool wedding. Food tastes farm to table fresh, bar service is friendly and fun. Servers were timely, unobtrusive and well mannered and pleasant. Bathrooms clean. There is also patio areas that are really nice. Romantic and upbeat.

Attended a work event here and all went seamlessly. The food was good and there was plenty of catering/busgirls keeping a watchful eye on everyone, pulling plates on time, replenishing drinks. Plenty of parking in the back with a security officer visible in the parking lot and visibly aware. Nice venue, nice experience and bonus points for security being visible in the parking lot!

Awesome place to have a VIP tailgating party prior to the Colts game we attended. The facility was clean and neatly decorated. The party was well-organized and the chef-prepared menu was delicious! This is definitely what we would expect from an event like this and if we had the opportunity to attend another similar event at Crane Bay, you could count us in in a heartbeat.

I had a work event here. The space is beautiful for events and the setup was effortless. We had a dinner with a full bar afterwards along with finger foods at several stations. The stage for presentations was very nice. They do a fantastic job to make sure events go seamlessly.

I've attended several events at Crane Bay and have been extremely impressed. The food is delicious, the wait staff was extremely professional and the venue is unlike anything else in the city. The outdoor patio overlooks Lucas Oil Stadium and has the best ambiance of any venue in the city!

FANTASTIC! Our experience from beginning to end could not have been better. I do not have one single complaint. We had about 300 for my daughters wedding reception and this place takes customer service to a new level. I highly recommend asking for Amy Keemer. She was the absolute best to work with.

I have been to Crane Bay 3 times now. It is the location for our employee event. Great even space. Great outdoor space. Food is always good. My only complaint is the prices of adult beverages.

The Crane Bay is a fantastic venue for larger events. I've been here for Bacon Fest and for a work party. It has a very industrial feel without feeling like you're in a warehouse (though that is what it used to be). It also has on-site parking which takes away the hassle of trying to find a spot downtown. If you're looking to host an event for several hundred people, definitely give The Crane Bay a look!
