Toddler Play Zone did an amazing job with our party!! They were able to recommend the right play zone for our space and even coordinated the colors to match our theme!! I highly recommend Toddler Play Zone Houston!! We reserved the Gio Zone Rainbow package and added the Rainbow Toddler bounce house for our granddaughter's 1st birthday party. The weather was beautiful and the outdoor set up looked amazing! Demi and all her little friends and family had a blast playing in all the different play zones. All communication with Kim and the team that came all the way out to League City to set up and pick up was smooth and very professional. Such a great business to work with! Very professional, responsive and accommodating. Kim and her team did an amazing job bringing my 1 year old's birthday to life. I reserved the Gio Zone soft play area, which is multi color rainbow color. Which I thought was fine and loved, even though the party theme colors were white, gray and light pink. Well day of party, Kim made it happen and provided the set in our theme color. It was an unexpected treat! Everyone at the party said how much fun it was seeing their littles play together. Highly recommend!!

The booking process was simple and their prices are comparable if not better than others offering this trendy bounce house right now. Great service. We were worried about the weather since it was raining all week but they were able to postpone our payment until a couple days before the event, in order to better predict the weather. This gave us peace of mind knowing we weren't gonna pay to rent everything for a rainy day. Luckily our event day was forecasted for beautiful weather. The service promptly came to setup everything on the agreed time. The kids loved the softplay and mini bounce house we rented. Then they promptly came to pick up the equipment.

The founder of the organization lost her daughter a year ago and was announcing a new program to help mothers through the many stages of grief and bereavement. The owner of Toddler Play Zone (I feel terrible I can't recall her name, THE sweetest lady!) went above and beyond to show care and generosity in helping us make this event special. Working with her was easy, the quality was excellent, delivery, set-up, and pick-up was all seamless, and the communication throughout the process was excellent as well. From our very first conversation, Kim went above & beyond to ensure that my daughter would have the best experience for her first birthday party. She took the time to explain their process and what she would recommend for our party. There were other items I wanted to rent but Kim gave me her genuine advice on what my daughter would enjoy, based on her experience with my daughter's age group & she was absolutely right. Other companies would not care & would only be interested in getting your money but Kim absolutely wasn't. You could tell she really cared about your needs. I must also add that when booking with them, I accidentally put the wrong date for our party & caught it at the very last minute - as in less than a week from our party. Without hesitation, Kim offered a quick solution to my problem even as they were completely booked on the date I actually needed them. I am just so thankful for her and she truly saved the day. On the day of our party, she was kind and courteous when setting up in our home and so gracious. Everything turned out amazing, better than I expected & everyone loved it. I would highly recommend Kim and Toddler Play Zone Houston to anyone and plan on using them again in the future!

This company made my event spectacular and that’s what I planned/expected it being. The event was centered around the soft play and the mini bumper cars. I didn’t need a face painter or a balloon artist for the kids, their time was occupied with the soft play and the mini bumper cars. I liked that the company had dimensions for the products that were consistent with the space I reserved. Their products were clean and as seen on the website. Most importantly they were prompt, friendly, with pick up and drop off. I like simple service, they were to the point and always available. I recommend going all out for the kiddos with this company. We had the most amazing experience with Toddler Play Zone Houston. They came through for us with my Grandaughters 2nd Birthday. We originally planned an outdoor event with a bounce house but predicted rain made us change our plans. I'm so happy we did! The Toddler Zone is PERFECT for Toddlers. The equipment was very clean and in excellent condition. The gate gave parents peace of mind while they played. We have a few special needs toddlers in our family and they truly enjoyed the play area. Ms Kim was extremely professional and friendly. The interaction was super easy and the website is very informative and interactive to book and schedule your event. Equipment was dropped off and picked as scheduled. If you want a stress free Toddler party this is the way to go! You won't be disappointed. My Granddaughter enjoyed it!!

It was to my relief that Kim was so kind to take my frantic call and work something out with me. She stayed on the phone with me and walked me through booking online, she stayed in touch with me from that day until the party which I appreciated so much! She has a variety of color schemes, which are so cute! We chose Tumble which was so dainty and beautiful and matched so well with my daughter’s party. The kids had a BLAST, most especially my daughter and seeing her smile throughout was so worth it! Kim was on time with setup and breakdown. I am so impressed with the care Kim has for children! She was very responsive to my texts and calls to get ready for our little guy’s 2nd birthday. We knew we wanted something fun at home during this pandemic and when we stumbled upon Toddler Play Zone we knew it was right for us! She came in early to set up and assured us that every single thing was sanitized above and beyond CDC standards. The equipment was the cleanest playground equipment I’ve ever seen! It looked like it was a brand new set, but based on our research it was one of her older play sets! She made us feel so important and she seemed to really care about our son’s birthday. Don’t even question whether or not you should book Toddler Play Zone- do it now! We will be renting again soon for a play date with his friends!!

Kim was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and experienced from prior events, which made it easy to plan out the logistics of the bumper cars. She sterilized the bumper cars and the whole arena for us! The kids (ages 2-6 yo) at the party had a great time and were great at taking turns (we had 9 kids total which worked great with the 4 bumper cars). Even the 2 yo could figure out how to use the cars. Kim is so kind and professional, it felt like she genuinely cared that the kids had fun and made it a stress free experience for the parents.
