We worked with Leslie in planning our perfect wedding. The landscape and design of The Bell Tower on 34th as well as their excellent in-house services is what led us to book our event with them. But what will cause me to rebook any future event with them is the hospitality they offered during the event and the professionalism of our event coordinator, Leslie. Our event went off perfectly, just like we imagined it and I believe it to be because of how prepared she was. We could not have asked for a better experience in working with Leslie and her team!!

Coordinating the big day was challenging at times, but in the end the wedding was PERFECTLY executed: 1.My husband and I received so many compliments about how it was the Best wedding ever. 2.ALL guests raved about the lamb pops 3.Rehearsal was great and we were able to iron out the kinks before the wedding thankfully 4.The vendors were all in place and on time the morning of the wedding 5.The food was great.... I could not get enough of the lobster bisque 6.Everything ran smoothly and was exceptionally ORGANIZED. 7.The décor was phenomenal 8.We loved the reveal... special moment for my husband and I before the guests came in 9.We had forgot to bring the garter, but Leslie came through with one for us on the spot 😀 10.Leslie Gonsalves (our designated coordinator) made sure all things related to the Bell Tower were perfect and everything was set up properly! The wedding day went by sooo fast, however, Leslie was able to make sure that we enjoyed every moment. We actually were able to eat, drink, take photos, dance, and talk to guests! Thank you again for running such a FANTASTIC organization. Kudos to all the Bell Tower staff!

The overall experience was wonderful. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable and helped ease all my anxiety while planning and coordinating my wedding details. The guests all raved about the food and the beautiful venue. I would highly recommend Damaris and The Bell Tower. My only complaint is that I wish we had more time to get ready at the venue before the wedding. The venue only allows for 2 hours prior to the event. Aside from that we had a wonderful wedding thanks to everyone at The Bell Tower.

We appreciate The Bell Tower for doing a wonderful job with our wedding ceremony and reception. We worked with Damaris as our event coordinator, who was able to help our wedding succeed! We selected their preferred vendors, and each one worked well with The Bell Tower. During the tasting, we had requested a special late night snack, which the chef was able to create. When it was served at the wedding, everyone loved it! We fully recommend The Bell Tower as an event venue for any type of celebration. Their service and experience are top-notch.

We used Bell Tower on 34th for our corporate holiday party. I think most of the time it's used as a wedding venue, but the Carillon Ballroom worked perfectly for our 160-person event! I liked very much that in addition to providing the venue itself, they had an in-house DJ (who was great to work with and actually even made some of my coworkers dance, which is a nearly impossible feat), wait staff, valet included, and for everything else, they had a ton of vendors to choose from to contact for services. The Bell Tower team worked very hard to make my corporate event as on-brand as possible, and I really appreciate the effort. You also get a dedicated event coordinator to help walk you through the process. When I first reserved my space my coordinator was only okay, but I think she left and they assigned me to Donna, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so laid back and every request was quickly answered. She didn't drop a single thing that I asked her for. They provide tasting days for you to choose your menu, which was very nice. When it came time for the event, I literally just had to get dressed and arrive and have fun. The team took care of everything! I'd absolutely recommend a corporate or personal event here. Everyone had a blast and couldn't stop raving about the beauty of the venue. The pictures just don't do it justice.

The staff is committed to providing the best wedding experience ever. I have personally witnessed their flexibility in accommodating last minute, unforeseen changes. We had our son and his guy friends 2023 graduation party at The Bell Tower. It truly was amazing from entering on that red carpet. The food, decor and attention to detail that was taken in making this event 5* was incredible. We would definitely use Roger, Angela and their team at Bell Tower again.

Had my wedding here and It was nothing but beautiful ! The venue complimented the decorations and It was such an elegant feel. On the down side, this place is not accommodating. Our wedding rehearsal was at 7a in the morning because that was our only option. You only get be at the venue for two hours before the wedding. Any additional time was $150/hour. You pay thousands of dollars for open bar but the drinks served HAD to be mixed drinks. The time line was extremely strict that i barely got to enjoy my own wedding. They only give your vendors two hours for set up. So if you have lots of decorations, forget about It because your vendors won’t have enough time to prepare. For the price you pay you will get open bar, valet, amazing food and scenery but in my opinion it was not worth what they charge. If you need a venue coordinator to help you for your wedding they will charge you $500 for that as well.

This Venue has been my fave of all that I’ve worked in! Such a beautiful place inside and out with so many picture perfect spots to capture that amazing shot. All my brides rave about the ease from booking to day of event. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. A 5 star venue in my book!

Outstanding venue for any celebration. I have attended two events here over the last 6 months and both were executed very well. The food is fantastic and the service is perfect. The space can be configured to accommodate very large gatherings or very small groups. Really quite a gem for Houston to have a venue like this!!

Where to start?? First of all our wedding coordinator Donna Chun is a rockstar. She was amazing from the start of the wedding planning process to the very end of our wedding reception. She is genuinely one of the sweetest and thoughtful people you will ever meet. She made sure all the final details were worked out and made sure we had everything we needed during our reception. I have never seen someone move with so much energy! She is top notch! The venue is gorgeous and once it was decorated it felt like my guests and I were in a whole different place. The staff were all so professional and hard working. It did not go unnoticed! I honestly could not imagine having my wedding reception anywhere else. Next, The food was delicious! My guests loved their prosciutto stuffed parmesan chicken. It was a hit! The drinks from the awesome bartenders were also a win as well. Open bar is the way to go! Trying to plan and execute a wedding during covid was stressful in itself but the Bell Tower made it happen with no issues or problems. We had our wedding on the weekend before Christmas, everything turned out to be beautiful! The venue is very pretty. We booked the waterwall for ceremony then the chapel next to it as cocktail venue then the big ballroom as reception venue. All our guests love the beautiful venue, with decoration it looks very nice. I booked the venue more than a year ago and Damaris from the Bell Tower had been very patient and has been always kind and timely in all her answers.

The Bell Tower was an incredible venue! Inside and out, the aesthetics are so breathtaking and we are so happy that we had our reception there. All of our guests were amazed that this venue was in the heart of Houston. Our advisor, Leslie, was so helpful throughout the whole process. She and all of the staff at the Bell Tower made our experience prior to our wedding and on our wedding day so special. We used the Carillon ballroom for our reception and The Waterwall and Campanile for our cocktail hour. Upon arrival, our guests were greeted by the staff and their cars were taken by the valet. They then walked over to the Waterwall to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Because it was a little chilly, guests were also welcome to enjoy cocktail hour inside the Campanile chapel where we had the Mariachi band playing! For our grand entrance, all guests entered the Carillon ballroom through the beautiful large wooden doors and we walked down the breathtaking staircase as we were announced as husband and wife. The food we had selected was delicious and well presented. During speeches, waiters passed champagne to all the guests to make sure they could toast with us! We danced the night away and when it came time for the grand exit, our guests lined up outside of the Carillon ballroom as we walked down the middle towards our getaway car! I cannot stress how marvelous and easy the Bell Tower made our wedding! It was seamless! We didn't have to worry about valet, alcohol, food, linens, cake cutting, cleaning, waiters, bartenders, photo booth, etc. They took care of all these small details! Our wedding was on March 12, 2022 with 150 guests.

Equally noteworthy at the Bell Tower are the event coordinators, or -- in our case -- Donna Chun. Donna transformed a notoriously stressful life event into a seamless and classy fairytale. She's truly exceptional, and produced for us a wedding we'll cherish well into our golden years. Amazing venue with great staff. Simply stunning. I've been a photographer here several times over the last 10 years. 2023 I went for a tour for my own wedding and all the rooms smelled terrible. Super musty and turned me off a lot. The staff is still very nice. I'm not booking my wedding here but I'd still recommend the venue for the amazing architecture and photo opportunities.

We had our wedding at the Bell Tower in October 2018 and it was simply perfect. Donna was our coordinator and we honestly miss her so much after our wedding was over. She was so attentive, helpful and sweet from the moment we came in for a tour to our grand exit. She really went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly without stress. She anticipated our needs, answered our millions of questions and emails and made sure we took time to breathe when we were anxious. We got married at the Water Wall and had our reception in the Carillon Ballroom. Also, we loved that they rang the bell when we kissed! The entire place just makes for incredible pictures and our guests could not stop talking about how elegant and beautiful it was. I highly recommend having an event at the Bell Tower and definitely choose Donna – she was a big part of the success of our wedding.

I got married this past Saturday the 17th and my coordinator Brooklyn was amazing! The venu was stunning! everything was clean and beautiful and absolutely breathtaking more than I could have asked for... That being said my reception was an absolute disaster.... There had been a few hiccups early on in the day but I figured every wedding has little irrelevant things go "wrong" Like for example We didn't get our bouquets/ Buttoneer until about 10ish mins before we walked down thw isle But we got everything sortedband it turned out fine.... Everything was going relatively smooth at the reception until my coordinator Brooklyn left... It just genuinely seemed like no one knew what was going on and things like the bouquet/garter toss never happened. There is also some confusion surrounding who who was supposed to Packing up in cars at the end of the evening and I as the bride ended up carrying everything out to my car and I felt as though this could have been avoided with some communication.... Overall just genuinely disappointed with how things went down at the reception And definitely recommend that anyone who books this venue also books with their own professional wedding planner to avoid this level of confusion for the day of.

Very nice facility but difficult to get in and out of due to poor traffic control and made even worse by a valet service with no concept of the traffic backups their inefficient service cuaees. You have two lanes onsite. Why back everyone onto the street?

First off, the Bell Tower is a BEAUTIFUL venue. The water wall is such a great staple at this venue. Leslie was my coordinator. She was fantastic day of. When looking for a wedding venue The Bell Tower on 34th was the first and last venue my wife and I visited. To say that this venue is stunning is simply an understatement. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, Donna (our day-of coordinator) and her team did an absolute fantastic job. Every single request we had made in regard to food and decor was followed exactly. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

This venue is very well designed and holds its elegant brilliantly. The staff is on par and seem competent in their position. The layout is great if you are using the majority of the space however it can be cramped if they are doing multiple events. The biggest problem with this venue is location. Location is in a lesser part of town and so the context of the Bell tower is not fitting of its elegance.

I recently planned a Quinceanera at The Bell Tower and Meredith Arthur was my event coordinator. Yes The Bell Tower is the finest, most beautiful event venue in Houston, we can all tell that from the photos inside and outside. However, the most impressive part is the seamless flow their professional staff create from the food to the service to the set-up to the overall orchestration of every facet needed for the "perfect event". Meredith's attention to detail and her very excellent communication and response time with clients is second to none. The Bell Tower was an amazing venue for our wedding. Our wedding coordinator Brooklen was very patient, understanding, and just simply had everything under control. The day of the wedding she keep us informed and ran the show. Brooklen was accommodating to our needs. I love how we had meetings lending up into our wedding and the line of communication was open. If I didn’t understand something she helped. The stuff, the food, and the open bar was great!! Restrooms were clean which is important. Bridal suite was nice and roomy for my bridal party. The Bell Tower on 34th is the ideal venue to host an event in Houston - this is the perfect place for a wedding or anniversary, work or birthday party! The facilities are incredible - beautiful high ceiling indoors, perfectly lit and the waterwall outside is another stunning area. The staff is incredible - our event planner Rachael, took our 50th birthday party idea and made the whole venue reflect the birthday guy. No detail was missed - from the printed photos, to the table linens to the interesting, delicious menu choices and table decorations. Every detail was well thought out, planned and then perfectly executed. Our family also loves that this is a locally owned family business! Cannot thank the Bell Tower team enough for an amazing night that so many of our friends and family enjoyed. Perfect memories delivered.

We had our wedding here last week, and the venue by far has exceeded our expectations. They offered a high quality list of vendors for our event which made the planning process easy. They also assign a coordinator to you which helps throughout the whole process. We were assigned Brooklen, and she went above and beyond for our wedding. She was always readily available and responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Any question we had she had an answer, and was always willing to help with anything. If there was ever a vendor that we needed that was not listed she always found them (i.e. mariachis, wedding insurance) She even stayed by our side throughout the reception to ensure we did not need anything. The chef, bar staff, and servers were excellent. All of our guests enjoyed the food, had no complaints, and the staff even accommodated to our guests that had food allergies. The valet was professional and very attentive to all of our guests. I would recommend this venue 10 out of 10 times to anyone. You will not regret choosing this place to host your event. There is nothing negative that comes to mind that the staff did not help make right. You will definitely be glad you chose this place to host your event. If you want a place that is beautiful, has helpful staff, and is overall easy to plan LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS IT!

We has our wedding at the Bell Tower on 34th with Leslie as our coordinator. Leslie did an amazing job! She was always prompt to reply, willing to help, and very professional. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff is very competent! I did hear from the guests that some of the food-serving staff weren't friendly, but maybe they had other things going on / it was an off day. Overall, I would recommend just because Leslie was wonderful to work with and the venue is gorgeous!

We had our wedding reception at The Bell Tower on 34th on May 29th, 2021, and it was more perfect than we had imagined and hoped for. Our event coordinator/producer was Donna Chun. Saying that Donna was a joy to work with is definitely an understatement. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid, and Donna made the postponement an easy and stress-free process. She was very responsive and thorough with followups. Donna looked out for the couple and went out of her way to make our day close to perfection. She was very resourceful in helping us balance between what we wanted versus what our budget allowed. We hired Donna for day-of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made. Donna’s execution was meticulous, yet she was able to do so in a respectful manner toward the couple, our family and wedding guests. I was the type of bride that worried a lot but wanted to be able to really enjoy and soak in every minute of the day. When we arrived at the venue 2 hrs prior to the event start time, all the setup was done according to how I had envisioned under Donna’s direction for the vendors and the venue’s staff. I was in awe and relieved knowing that I could really enjoy our wedding day. Our vendors loved working with her due to ease of communication and promptness. Donna is the sweetest and so pleasant to work with. The venue, of course, is gorgeous and romantic, especially due to the greeneries throughout the venue. Our wedding was a few months after the big snow/winter storm so all the greeneries were dead. Bell Tower did a great job in reviving the greeneries and left no trace that we just went through a winter storm. Our guests loved the venue’s atmosphere and respectful staff. The food was excellent too, especially the hor-d’ouvres. The lobsters were superbly fresh and perfectly prepared! I cannot recommend Donna and the venue enough!

We had our wedding here on May 28th. From the start, the Bell Tower was such a pleasure to work with. We had booked the venue just through a virtual tour (since in person tours were suspended due to COVID), so we were unsure about the quality of the venue. We initially were working with Myrna who was awesome at walking us through the booking process and answering all our questions about the venue since we could not see it in person. About 2 months after booking, we got reassigned a coordinator from Myrna to Damaris due to availability changes. Damaris did a wonderful job and we are so happy that we were able to work with her! She was always quick to respond to all my questions via text or email and she made sure that everything was squared away for the day of our wedding. On the day of the wedding, our guests were so impressed with the splendor of the venue and the quality of the food. We got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and everyone loved taking photos in front of the water wall! However, we did have an issue with our seated dinner. The waiters had dropped a tray of food so we had 2 tables that did not receive their food until after cake cutting (about 1.5-2 hrs after the rest of the guests). Our guests were too polite to complain so our DJ had to reach out to the waiters to let them know of the delay since it seemed they had totally forgotten about their tables. After the wedding day, we reached out to Damaris about our concerns and she was so patient with us! We were actually able to get a refund for the inconvenience our guests experienced. We really appreciated Damaris taking the time to address these issues.

Absolutely amazing! Well worth the money. Donna was our wedding planner. We bought the decorations and they setup and take down. We had many compliments from our guest at our wedding saying how nice it was. I highly recommend the wedding being at night. We had ours from 6:30p until 11:00p which worked out perfect. We did the ceremony for like 20 min then reception for 4hrs. Guest were leaving at around 10pm. We didn't have to rush anyone out. We showed up at 4pm and got ready. The grooms quarter was comfy and had a large screen TV and beer. Again, all well worth the money. Very hassle free. Take the Cake was great too! Recommend that for your wedding cake.

It's a very nice facility. Several vignettes, both in door and outdoor, and multiple rooms varying in size for ceremonies and receptions. I would love to see them add more substance or remodel a bit to give a more extravagant vibe as it hasn't changed in the three times I've been here in the past 5 years. But otherwise it's a beautiful place conveniently located on the north side of downtown Houston / the Heights.

Filmed a wedding here. It's a lovely venue kind of in the middle of a not so lovely area. The giant wall water fountain is nifty. There is also some fairly nice lighting. Dance hall is spacious and the audio carries well throughout. I'd definitely recommend this place, though I haven't a clue about pricing.

We had our wedding in September at The Bell Tower on 34th and could not have been happier with our experience. To start with, Angie is the best day of coordinator a bride could ever ask for. We only met her once before the wedding, as we had to travel 4 hours at least to the venue. So we communicated mostly through emails and phone calls and she was always there to respond all the questions in a timely manner. She gave me good advice on planning and made sure all my concerns were addressed. She put me at ease as I could see how professional and organized she was handling things. At the wedding day, everything was so perfect that I didn’t have to worry about anything and could 100% relax and enjoy (as I’m always worrying, this meant a lot to me). It was such a pleasure to work with Angie, our friendly, caring, understanding, and always calm coordinator. If you have Angie as your coordinator as well, you are LUCKY! The venue’s style and atmosphere is AMAZING. We fell in love with its architectural style at first sight and decided this would be our wedding venue (we booked a year ahead). The venue looks so beautiful inside and outside, which made our wedding photos look even more gorgeous.. The food was wonderful and the staff were professional. Our guests had a great time at our wedding. It’s been a month and people are still talking how awesome everything was at the wedding. This place was more than my husband and I could ever dream of! If you are looking for a place that is absolutely beautiful and will completely take care of every detail, this is your venue. Some of the reviews state this venue is overpriced. While it is on the high end, you get what you pay for and more with this place! Our wedding coordinator, Meredith Arthur, took care of absolutely EVERYTHING. For most, this is your first shot at this and it can be easy to feel like you don't know what to do or you're missing something. Meredith was so helpful in guiding us throughout this process and worked with us till the very end. We had a lot of last minute things and it was no sweat, they pulled it off like it had been planned for YEARS. Everything was completely setup for us that we brought in. My mom nor my bridesmaids had to touch a thing the day of, and that was extremely important to us. We wanted everyone to enjoy that day and not worry about anything else and Meredith made sure of that. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and prettier than we could've ever imagined. Thank you Meredith and the Bell Tower staff! Y'all rocked!

Great Experience. Meredith was our coordinator. She did an amazing job from the first meeting to the event. Her staff was very professional and on top of everything. We decided to have our company Christmas party at the Bell Tower after review of pricing, accommodations and an on site meeting with Meredith. They made it very easy from the start of the online request to day of the function. Our entire staff had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food, drink and facility. The Chef also needs a Kudos. The Salad, main meal (Steak and Chicken) to the sides and Dessert were all scrumptious. The Bell Tower simply cannot be beat on a quality-to-cost basis for an event. My husband and I had our wedding here and scrupulously compared and contrasted all Houston venues that would occupy 250 guests. When factoring in included flatware, linens, chairs, dinnerware and CIA-trained chefs in a romantic Spanish villa-inspired venue, we could not have found a better place. We truly had a great time at our wedding. Truly beautiful. Oh, I should add in addition to what everyone has already talked about, is how awesome their staff is, specifically our coordinator, Angie. She is the crown jewel of our experience at the BT. She could buckle down when discussing the details, big and small. However, in her super cool and laid back manner, she really went above and beyond whenever we had ideas that were thrown her way, out of the blue! We had an impromptu performance, children's game and a still life setup, that she took her time to rearrange during our reception. I could go on and on about the venue itself, but staff members like Angie is really what made our experience there five stars.

Our coordinator Angie was very professional and patient with our many questions. She was very attentive and responded to all phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The Bell Tower provides top-notch services and on the level of a 5-star restaurant you will not be disappointed. When we arrived at our food tasting the venue was setup so amazing with classical music playing in the background. The wait-staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the various entrees. All the food was so amazing it was difficult to make a final decision. I highly recommend this location for weddings and any other event your guest will really be impressed.

Ashton was my coordinator and she was great along with Martha the manager and staff were awesome. The staff are very professional and attentive. We had our wedding on May 1st and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone loves the setting and the environment. The venue is beautiful and classy. Also have many different choices of rooms for ceremony and reception. All the stuffs are friendly and helpful, especially Donna who was my event coordinator. She is very easy to work with and flexible. She made sure all things are on time and where they should be during the wedding day. 5 stars for her! All of our guests are impressed and I believe they had a good time there. Food was good as well, the salmon was very nice, but the filet mignon has different sizes and some are a little over cooked but overall it was good. Prices extremely reasonable compared to hotel or upscale venues around Houston. Extremely pleased. Will encourage all my friends to send their daughters there for their weddings. Donna stayed with me through the planning process, sent me reminders at appropriate times. Suggested additional services to put my event over the top. She was on site through the entire time from cocktails through dinner pick up and departure. Even better than the sheer beauty of the venue was the customer service of the wedding coordinator., Meredith. Since the day we booked the venue, we received outstanding service from Meredith. The Bell Tower was great! We ended up planning our Holiday Party there with only about 40 days from budget approval to the event! They (luckily) had a few options available for us to look at, and the cost was extremely reasonable! Huge shout-out to our Day-Of Coordinator, Marcus. He was responsive, professional, kind and patient throughout the entire process! During our event, we had a vendor not show up, and The Bell Tower staff handled it with ease and stepped in to assist until the vendor arrived. I am so thankful with how amazing our event turned out and how professional everyone was that I encountered that worked there. I would definitely consider using The Bell Tower again for other events, and will certainly be telling friends and neighbors if they're looking for a place to host an event or wedding.

Our wedding was on Friday, February 21, 2020. From the moment my now husband and I step foot into this venue, I immediately fell in love with how beautiful it was and can already picture myself walking down the aisle from the grand staircase in the Candela ballroom. We planned for a wedding for about 100-130 people so we picked the ceremony to be in Candela ballroom and reception in the Chandelier ballroom. What finalized our decision to go with Bell Tower was our event producer, Donna Chun, and all the courteous staff there. Donna is the sweetest and most kindest person! She responded to all my endless questions through email and helped made all requests possible. Donna was phenomenal. She kept the wedding schedule on point. She made sure we had food at our table AND she made sure we got our boba drinks!!! We are so glad we met Donna and trusted in her on the biggest night of our lives. Aside from our wonderful Donna, we also had tremendous help from the staff at Bell Tower. On the day of the wedding, the bridal and groom suite was supplied with beverages and snacks. It was such a nice touch on our wedding day and made us felt very special! During the wedding, our guests were so pleased with every single detail. Chef and his team definitely won the crowd over with all the delicious food! We originally menu tasted the Traditional Menu but later changed to the Asian Menu to better accommodate our guests’ cuisine preference. The guests couldn’t stop raving about the asparagus soup, Peking duck, fried tofu (big hit for our vegetarian guests), special chicken dish prepared by Chef (super juicy and moist), miso sea bass (star of the show, still dreaming about it!), grilled vegetables, vegetarian fried rice, and to top it all off, taro dessert in martini glasses at the end. Along with the Asian Menu, we also had the open bar. The bar staff was absolutely wonderful for keeping up with all of our guests’ wild requests. Some of our guests had the best time at our wedding because of the wonderful bar service! We also went with the photobooth by Bell Tower which everyone enjoyed, including ourselves! They provided us with a guestbook filled with copies of the pictures and an online access! We didn’t catch the attendant’s name but he was very sweet and helped made the guestbook looked amazing! If you are hesitant about choosing Bell Tower as your wedding venue, we highly recommend it. They took such good care of everything from the beginning to the end. Our advice is to trust the process and Bell Tower will deliver. David and I sincerely thank Bell Tower for giving my husband and I, our family and friends the best night of our lives!

When we asked for our vegan options we were told that they didn't have any. The couple that got married that night specifically had vegan plates set aside for us that we never got. The Bell Tower and all of its staff made sure that my daughter's wedding went smoothy, was beautiful and was very enjoyable. They provide one of their planners to help with all the details and all the activities that go on the day of the wedding, and we were lucky enough to have Ashton Adduci helping us. She was very organized, worked with our budget to get the wedding and reception that my daughter wanted, and was very quick to answer all of our questions and requests...even during the very busy week before the wedding! The food is very good, and they arrange a tasting to taste anything that they have to serve. The chef is even there to answer questions during the tasting. Everyone that was there the day of the wedding was friendly, professional and very willing to help no matter who we asked for help. The venue has several beautiful areas to choose from for the ceremony and reception, and they made sure they were set up the way that my daughter envisioned, even setting up the decorations that we had brought. I want to thank Ashton and everyone at The Bell Tower for making sure that my daughter's wedding was everything that she wanted!

We chose The Bell Tower for my daughers wedding. We had another venue picked out but once the bride and groom saw The Bell Tower, they wanted no other venue. It was a fabulous choice. We loved the atmosphere, the efficient staff and the food was great. Our coordinator, Donna Chun was the BEST and I could not have asked for a better person to work with. She became like one of the family. She answered all my many, many, many emails over the course of the year in a timely fashion. I am a bit of a control freak and had assumed I would be downstairs helping her set up on the "day of". NOT AT ALL. When we got there early on the day of the wedding, she already had almost everything done and set up. The way she laid out the decorations was even better than I envisioned. There were even a few issues, that I had no idea about because she was able to handle them quickly and quietly and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone wanting a gorgeous location and beautiful atmosphere. And I would HIGHLY recommend Donna as your coordinator. You can't go wrong.

I recently had my wedding at the Bell Tower in late September after having to postpone our initial date in July due to Covid. During the entire process of uncertainty, Donna Chun was informative and always available for a call to answer ALL (and there were a lot) of the questions we had while navigating through the pandemic. I did not have a wedding planner, but didn't find it necessary because of how helpful Donna was through the entire process! There was alot of valuable information available via their customer portal; from informative PDFs to short video clips of things to expect leading up to your wedding day! It made the entire planning and execution process so much easier! On the day of the wedding, I arrived late (and flustered) and had forgotten film for my polaroid camera that was to be used for the guest book. Donna immediately researched the type of film my camera needed and sent a staff member to get some! She was prepared with the timeline we created but was always ready to change anything I wanted to! The entire night she was checking on me to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. My family and friends all said the food was delicious and that all of the staff members at the Bell Tower were amazing!!! I am extremely happy that I chose the Bell Tower for our wedding! Thank you to the staff and especially a big thank you to Donna!!

Beautiful place to have a wedding. Spacious and several areas for photos. However long hall fir ceremony was very loud and echoey and made it difficult to hear. Loved the banquet hall right next to ceremony. Only complaint was the scheduled dances, toasting and wait for food. Seemed very rushed by the servers and staff, but I am sure it's to be expected will an all inclusive event center but in my opinion it lost some personalization of the event for me.

The Bell Tower on 34th gets 5 raving stars from us!!! Coordinator/Communication : From the initial meeting onwards, Donna was truly amazing and very helpful in the planning process. She communicates in a timely fashion and is always easy to reach by cell phone and email. The Bell Tower customer hub app really keeps everything organized and in order. You never have to wonder what is left to be done or keep up with papers or contracts. They make it seamless. Donna was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what our wishes were. And I just can't say enough about how communication was very effective between us. Venue/Decor: This venue is magical!!! And the first thing I noticed outside of its beauty was that the smell is divine. It smells like lightly scented vanilla. It does not have that stale smell of other places. I knew I wanted to get married here! The pictures online are great but don't do it justice. You have to see it in person! Everything looked amazing on our wedding day. We got the candle package and although we had a daytime wedding/reception, no one knew because of the decor and ambiance. It was truly beautiful! Food/Service: For the reception, we opted for the buffet for our guests with open bar and the food/drink package was great! So many things to choose from and the prices were reasonable, especially for our daytime package. The head chef really works with you to make sure that your food is the way you expect it and that you have plenty of it. Service was also amazing for pre-wedding in the bridal suite and groom's suite (plenty of snacks, water and champagne). Overall, this venue really gets it right!!! Our coordinator was amazing, ceremony and reception spaces are beautiful (and smell good) and food and service were top notch!!! You cannot go wrong!

I organized the wedding of a family member here last month. What I saw and what I experienced was truly breathtaking. If you are planning a wedding, this is hands down the best place to do that. I visited 19 different venues, met with 25 different people and the Bell Tower on 34th won by a mile. I worked with Leslie Gonsales here and she definitely knows how to make clients feel welcome and feel like they are the only ones that matter. I always got great service and top quality everything. Although everything was out of the world here. 3 particular people I would like to give a special shout out to are Leslie, Richard and the Chef. Leslie managed everything very well and was very detail oriented and helped me remember or think about things that happen at an event that I didnt even know. Richard was boots on the ground at the event and he showed how well and how professionally a wedding event needs to be run. He definitely did it will class and made all the guests seem welcome. Oh and the Chef. If i wrote a PhD thesis on the food, it still would not do justice to the quality, flavor and presentation of the food. Its been 2 weeks since the event and i still have people tell me how amazing the food was. One thing in particular people mentioned was that cooking chicken without letting it dry up is very hard to do but the chef here executed that challenge perfectly. Also, they prepared a full Halal menu for the guests that were particular about it. Hands down one of the best experiences ever. If only google let me give more than 5 stars.

We had a party to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary there. One of the things I liked was being able to have everything handled at the location without having to bring in a bunch of outside vendors, and having to coordinate all of them, making sure everything was covered. Donna, at the Bell tower, handled everything for us from table decorations to a valet parker. The staff was wonderful, and very tolerant of our grandaughter and her friend (6 and 4) who were just there for the cake. The food was delicious. For larger parties, celebrations, weddings, anything that requires a venue for a large number of peopled, I cannot recommend this highly enough.

"This is a BEAUTIFUL place to get married in. If you can get over the slightly awkward layout in some rooms, then this place gives the perfect look to any elegant wedding. Leading up to the event, there was great communication and flexibility to accommodate me and my out-of-town fiance. We were satisfied with the professionalism and felt we could trust the venue with our day-of coordination. Unfortunately, we were not pleased with the end result day-of. We are very particular people and had just about everything laid out ourselves and shared with the appropriate parties in advance. The execution of our dream fell through in many areas, leaving us less than satisfied. Though our guests did not pick up on the ""issues"", which is of high importance to us, we knew what we wanted and the amazing-ness we wanted to portray and were disheartened when it didn't shine through. We shared every bit of what frustrated us day-of with the venue (from missing flowers to staff eating our cake while guests did not get any to families served last and others served after cake cutting). We appreciated that they accepted our feedback with an open mind and offered to compensate us. They refunded us $500 which was a kind gesture but does not quite make up for all of the ""damages"". Again, beautiful venue. Be sure to be very clear with your coordinator well in advance. If you think it's a no-brainer, explain it anyways. We understand no wedding day is ever ""perfect"". We do believe a lot of what frustrated us could have been avoided with proper preparation. We had an expectation based on all of the money we spent on this event. Unfortunately, we were not impressed about the end result. We just don't believe the return on our investment was up to par. "

I got married in the Campanile Chapel, had cocktail hour at the Waterwall, and then reception in the Chandelier ballroom on 11/10/17. The cocktail hour at the Waterwall was so gorgeous, and we didn't decorate at all out there. The whole venue is so beautiful you can do as much or as little decorating as you want. I used their pinterest boards a lot for inspiration. My coordinator was Angie Stubler and she was so incredibly flexible, considerate, and overall wonderful to work with! I visited several venues, but this was the first one I saw and immediately fell in love. The Bell Tower has several rooms at varying prices to fit most budgets, and I think there were 2 other events going on at the same time as mine, but we never saw or heard them. The entire staff is extremely nice and always accommodating. As part of my decor, I had thirteen 7-foot strings of carnations that were cumbersome but the staff managed to store them in advance and hang beautifully despite never having seen something like them before. I loved that Angie laid out the full pricing at our first meeting, it was nice not feeling like there would be surprise charges. The only downfall, which wasn't truly a big deal at all, is that it does cost extra to get ready in the bridal suite so we chose to do that elsewhere. The food is fantastic, and everything about the Bell Tower screams high quality. I planned our entire wedding myself, and was very happy to not have to do everything a la carte (food, drinks, waitstaff, etc.). And if you live in the loop or are looking for something in the city in Houston, this location is fantastic.

Beautiful venue. Good service during dinner, but felt rushed towards the end of the reception. DJ announced last call. I went to get a drink and put it on my table. I turned around to say good bye to somebody and when I turned back my drink that I had just gotten was gone. Which was very rude. Especially since I was still standing at the table, just with my back turned to the drink. When booking the reception make sure you allow enough time or you will get kicked out.

Our wedding was June 4th 2016 at The Bell Tower on 34th. This venue is GORGEOUS!!! The staff is Awesome!! Every last one of my guest said the food was delicious!! I was so happy from beginning to end. They took care of us, met with us anytime we needed something, got back to us in a timely fashion. Meredith was my coordinator and she was so attentive, professional and patient with me. My father in law has a food allergy and they made sure that his plate was customized and had extra for him too. We had a great experience with the Bell Tower on 34th. Our coordinator, Millicent, was easy to work with and she was always extremely responsive and never left us waiting for anything. Because we live in Lubbock, TX, planning a wedding in Houston definitely had its challenges but Millicent helped take some of the stress off of us. We were planning on having our wedding in June 2017, but do to a wonderful surprise, we discovered that my wife was pregnant! We decided to move our wedding date to a sooner date (September, 2016) and the Bell Tower was extremely accommodating! Millicent also made sure that my wife had plenty of ginger ale and snacks in the bridal suite to help ease her morning sickness. The Bell Tower as a venue is beautiful (the pictures only do the venue a sliver of justice). Our ceremony and reception were held in the Contessa Room which was a perfect size for our relatively small wedding and the staff at the Bell Tower did a great job flipping the room from ceremony to reception. We decided to do a day-time wedding (11am-4pm), and the prices to use the venue and for the food were very reasonable. Because our wedding was in the day time, we were allowed to take our wedding pictures anywhere on the property since there were no other events in progress, which was great. The food was absolutely delicious (especially for wedding food!), and they even catered to a few of our vegetarian friends who had nothing but great things to say about their dishes. We had a few kids who were also very excited to get their own special plates of chicken strips and French fries, which was great. Some other friends also mentioned that the coffee was amazing. We don’t drink alcohol but we still wanted to do a champagne toast with sparkling juice. Millicent made sure that happened and it was free of charge too since we had asked for the drink package (tea, coffee, juice, etc.). The wait staff was good for the most part, except they forgot about a table of guest when serving our cake, so they ended up waiting for a while before having it. At the time we made our contract with the Bell Tower, they had an option for our buffet to be served Caruso style (meaning the wait staff plated the food for our guest so they didn’t have to stand in line) which was free. We later learned that the venue had begun to charge for that service but we were told they would still honor our initial contract. Unfortunately, in the end, they had told us that they would have to charge us for it, so we decided not to have Caruso style for our guest. We thought that seemed a bit unfair because it was in our contract as being free of charge but we just decided to forget about it instead of raising a stink about it. A wedding has so many different moving parts and there are so many mistakes that can be made and things can be easily forgotten. While there were a couple mistakes on our wedding day, Millicent went above and beyond in almost everything she helped us with. She was a great listener when we discussed how we wanted our big day to go and seemed genuinely excited to be helping us along. I highly recommend asking for her to be your wedding coordinator the day of if you are planning on using The Bell Tower for any event. Even 6 months later when we talk to our friends and guests, they still talk about how beautiful our wedding was, how great the food was, and a few still tell us how good that coffee was.

We had our wedding April 9th, 2016 in the Contessa Room at the Bell Tower and could not have been more pleased. We were extremely lucky to have been able to book a Saturday evening in the first place as we only had 6 months to plan, and I am so glad we did because they made the planning of the wedding so much easier. Meredith, our coordinator (who jumped in halfway through after our original coordinator - who was also amazing - moved out of state) was so helpful throughout the planning and especially the day of. She set everything up for us beautifully (we had a couple stations around the front room for the guest book, etc., and later the wedding favors). Always happy to answer questions or give advice, she was a joy to work with. We had an outside company do our photography but used the photobooth through the Bell Tower. I heard through guests afterwards that the person who ran it was not very friendly, but I will say the pictures were very high quality and I liked that the camera height could be adjusted. A very fun add-on to any wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful and although they often have many events happening at the same time, the doors are sound proofed and parking is valet, so you would never know there is another event happening next to you. And then there’s the food. I cannot rave enough about the food! Most of the compliments we’ve gotten about our wedding have been about the food. It is so rare to have good food at a wedding, but ours was absolutely delicious. We were blown away at our tasting, but a little wary that the food wouldn’t be as good when cooked in bulk our wedding day. It was every bit as delicious on the day of, though, and we saw many people going back for seconds. The Bell Tower is an excellent place to host your event and I highly recommend it!

That night, we actually didn't want to leave the place...it was a dreamy feeling...we just wanted time to stop so we could be in that time/space combination forever. Out of all the vendors who helped us with our wedding, Leslie was on top of our favorites list. From the start of our wedding preparation/planning to the end, she was always very nice, fun, sweet, selfless, helpful, caring, warm and passionate. Attended my friend's wedding at the bell tower and wow I was amazed at the dining hall setting. They do have vallet parking, bartendor, and servers.The reception area outside the wedding hall felt a bit crowded but nonetheless overall experience was great.

We LOVED our wedding at the Bell Tower on 34th! Our coordinator, Angie, made the whole planning process so easy and guided us through our wedding day flawlessly. All of our 200ish guests enjoyed our wedding. We have received compliments about how flavorful the food was, how organized the whole event seemed, and how beautiful the entire venue was. We chose to rent centerpieces from The Bell Tower and purchased the candle package. We were worried about having a daytime wedding (11am-4pm), but the shades were drawn and the atmosphere was the same as an evening wedding. We also used the Bell Tower Films photography and videography. Jason and his team did a fantastic job capturing bridal portraits and our entire wedding day beautifully. They were even able to get our pictures and videos back to us very quickly! The photo-booth was the best money we spent! Hilarious, fun, priceless pictures that went home with us that day! I cannot say enough great things about Angie and the staff at The Bell Tower on 34th. The entire day was magical and something we will never forget!

The best thing I can say is that the Bell Tower team took care of all the details which allowed me to enjoy the event without having to spend all my mental energy on other things. 5 big and bright stars to the Bell Tower on 34th. I have heard nothing but positive opinions from our friends and family. If you're looking for a classy, elegant venue, combined with a team that is dedicated to helping you turn your vision of an incredible event into a reality, choose Leslie and the Bell Tower on 34th.

I originally gave the venue a 1 Star rating, because of an incident with the Valet Parking Service for Bell Towers as posted below. However, since then the owner of the Valet service contacted me, and we worked out a positive means of resolving this issue. He proposed an agreement to have my wheel repaired at no cost, and at my convenience. And he offered to pay for the repair cost in advance. Needless, to say, I am very pleased that he took the action to do this, and in this manner. I am happy this issue, and our misunderstanding has now been resolved in a positive professional way. Therefore, I am updating my rating to 5 Stars. Assuming the repair work will get done satisfactory, which I do believe it will. I will post an update afterwards. ...................................................................................................................... I loved the venue, the Bell Tower is a great place to host events. The reason for the low star review is because of the valet service they contract out to. One of my expensive vehicle wheels was damaged by one of the people who park the vehicles. I contacted and met with the owner named Mike, and explained what had happened. He was very combative, with a rude arrogant attitude towards me, for no reason that I can not think of ? He simply did not care and made no point to hide this. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, and a disregard towards a customer before. When I informed him that my vehicle was damaged by one of his employees, and that a colleague of mine also had her laptop stole from her vehicle the same night, after several back and forth words of denial, he threw his arms in the air and walked away, saying, "do whatever you want to do". This guy owns the company. So, my thoughts are, if the owner behaves in such an professional way, then it is obvious, that Bell Tower get what they pay for. I am really surprised that Bell Tower chose this company to care for their customers vehicles. Maybe his reaction to a complaint is based on who makes it? Just my opinion based on the experience. I will never, ever, use this valet parking service again.

So i just visited this venue the other day, and completely adore the place!! We walked to every room and we toured every option you can have. We sat down to talk about pricing and whats included/excluded ect. The Pricing was completely outrageous!!! i mean im willing to spend a good 20 k on my wedding but not 30 k!!! Plus they dont include much at all except food/basic wine, then you have to add in for a small fortune, a DJ, Floral arrangements, Wedding cake/groom's cake, decor, photographer/video, you have to upgrade to have your portraits done there too!! the things you would expect all included...it really disappointed me the lack of things they dont include in their pricing/venue. Word to the wise, dont tour it unless you are ready to spend a fortune, you will love it but cant budget it out.
